Kiera was my attending Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist. Ive been told all my life my veins are difficult, deep/ they roll etc, here, I was stuck on the first go. No adjustment/ repositioning, restick! She got it the first time like a pro! Thought she had done it for years, some early prodigy or something, shes only been doing this job for three months! 100% recommend. Fast, efficient, comfortable and friendly staff. Between the two that I met, I have the most confidence in this business. 💕👍

I had an AMAZING experience with Terra and Stephani! They were both so welcoming, kind, and very skilled at what they do! Stephani did a TB test on me and I didn’t even realize I was poked by a needle! Terra did an awesome job with making sure my paperwork was ready and made the process very smooth! I’m so glad that these two ladies were there to help me :)

Great phlebotomist, so quick, in and out on time, she took the proper measures verifying my name/sticker and was so kind! Id go again for sure if needing labs. I just wish I remembered the employees name to give her credit! I was there 8/28 in AM.

Went here to get some last minute testing and they were able to get me in same day. The woman that did the test for me was so friendly and made everything go by with ease. Check in was easy and the location was pretty easy to find. Definitely would recommend.

My experience was excellent. Having to have blood work done on a routine basis, I dread it immensely. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly young woman who explained the office process in full. Not having insurance, or a job, I was worried about the cost, and she grouped my tests together to save me almost $50. The gentleman who drew my blood was kind and professional. The office was clean and bright, and the whole experience was positive. Thank you so much!

I am so glad to have this resource! The two women running the shop when I visited were very kind, funny, and went out of their way to arrange it so that I got my results quickly in the format that I requested. And how quickly! I know a bit of luck was involved, but i got my results the very next day.I am a bit fanatical about privacy and autonomy. I love the power to have any test I want, and to see the results with my very own eyes first, rather than filtered and opined upon by anyone else. I think my personal health information should be mine alone, not floating around in the health insurance / medical info clearinghouse hegemony.I think the price was incredibly reasonable too. In my former home state of IL I could get these tests through the system and it would cost three times as much.------2nd visit, new comments: STILL GREAT! Phlebotomist Reagan (hope I spelled right) was great to talk to and very skilled.In my 2 visits both phlebotomists were skilled and confident. I appreciate that, having had a few bad experiences in the past with beginners jabbing around in my arm.

I made my appointment via the call center. They told me a staff member would review the lab requisitions my provider sent and call if they didn’t receive them or with questions. I arrived early only for the receptionist title me they hadn’t received any lab requests. When I asked why they didn’t call me, she seemed pretty annoyed and said she doesn’t do that and I must have spoken to the CC.I asked if she’d speak to the office to see what labs I needed. She finally acquiesced and I gave her the number. She called but said they were not open yet and we would wait until 8am. I sat down, called the office and they answered right away, when I chose the option to speak to a staff member. I put them on speaker phone so the receptionist could provide the fax number but she said the fax machine usually doesn’t receive faxes. She asked for email instead but the lab does not have a HIPAA compliant server so that was not an option. The clinic faxed twice but nothing came through.After further questioning and asking what else we could do, the receptionist finally said she would accept verbal lab orders. I called and got the list.At that point, the receptionist asked if I was ok paying a couple hundred dollars for the labs since they don’t take insurance. This was the first time this information was offered. She said it was on the website, so I should have known. I checked later, it is not. There were no signs in the waiting area or on the front door. The call center did not mention it. Since I’d already spent 25 minutes, clearly annoying the receptionist, I asked for a total for the visit. It was too rich for my blood when it would be covered by my insurance elsewhere.While not needing insurance to have lab work done is a great service, it would be nice to know it would not be accepted, at all. And while it was early in the morning, any tiny iota of professional customer service with even a small sense of problem-solving by the receptionist would have gone a long way to smooth over the experience.

Stephanie at the Nevada location did my blood draw. She is very skilled at her job. I’ve had trouble before with blood draws at other locations, but she had no problem. She is also very kind and professional. I plan to return to this place and ask for Stephanie in the future.

Needed to find a location that could provide COVID testing services to meet the requirements for international travel. Found that Any Lab Test now can not only do the testing but have the results for me the same day or within the hour. The price varied. Stephanie at the Colorado Springs south location was so warm and helpful. The office is immaculately clean and bright.

Any lab is where I go to get my b complex and I tell you the professionalism and attentive nature of Jesse and Stephanie is un matched! I actually wasn’t going in that very day but they’re kind smile and jovial Wave made me come in! Very knowledgeable of the services

I walked in to get some standard tests done, and I was immediately greeted by Angel, and she was very friendly. After filling out a short amount of paperwork, I was immediately taken to get my blood drawn by Angel, and this girl is a professional at doing so. It was over before I’d even realized, and I was sent on my way. The pricing was also very affordable. I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience!

I had to get a basic blood check up done and was a little nervous because people have had problems trying to locate my veins without poking and prodding and causing extreme discomfort. Angel was professional, she kept me distracted by keeping me talking, she found the vein on the first go!!! It was by far the fastest, most comfortable lab test experience I have ever received and I will be going back in the future! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience today with Angel having my blood drawn. I was nervous as I had a previous experience elsewhere and it didnt go so well. She was thoughtful and caring about my needs and everything went better than expected. I would recommend any lab test now to anyone.

Quick, easy, and incredibly affordable. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, everything went perfectly. Kylie did an incredible job, was extremely efficient, has an excellent personality, and is definitely an asset to the company!

The options are endless in legal, verifiable, HIPPA regulated tests and the prices are competitive for instant testing (as opposed to mail-in or doctor appointments). Tara was so incredibly helpful in deciding which test I wanted for my health goals. Not only that, she’s a rock star at drawing blood! The whole process from start to finish was very easy - pleasant, even! I look forward to my results in a week or less.UPDATE: I had my blood drawn on a Friday morning and received my results the following Monday morning! They were super helpful explaining some things I didn’t understand about the reports from the results. It was such a pleasure doing business with this team. Thanks EVERYONE for an experience that helped me feel like a person who mattered and not a generic number in your queue!

I had blood work done last Friday at the 1835 S. Nevada location. I had Angel complete my check in, paper work, draw blood, and give me the info. I needed to receive my results. Also, I was amazed how fast the results came back. Awesome experience!! Thank you Angel

I’ve gone to this location twice for routine labs. The technician Amanda is kind and courteous. She’s knowledgeable and timely in providing service. I highly recommend for lab work needs.

**READ this if doing an INVITAE kit** they do not draw for this on Saturday because they dont have FedEx pick up. This is a HUGE inconvenience as the only other times are during most peoples work hours. Ill now need to take PTO off work to get this drawn 👎

Was in town for work, while in town I felt under the weather and was around someone who had tested positive for covid. I went in to get tested to make sure I didn’t get it. The staff here was amazing and very kind, especially Amanda.

I am terrified of having my blood drawn. They always end up sticking me like 3 or 4 times and I end up looking like Ive been battered. Kylie got me on the 1st stick and was very gentle. Her bedside manner was EXCELLENT!

The girl Kylie waited until after I gave my urine sample and told me she couldn’t do the test at this location because they didn’t have the correct forms. She didn’t try to get the form from the other location or try anything for that matter she just told me to go to the other location. Terrible couldn’t even speak to a managerUpdating my review because I was reached out to and properly apologized to by the owner. Most people wouldn’t have done that so I thank her for that.

My 11 year old had her blood drawn for the 1st time - Angel not only drew her blood - all 10 vials - Angel kept my daughter busy with her phone - kept me from my nervousness with such compassion - our daughter didnt even know her blood had been drawn! Our family uses Any Lab Test Now for all of our blood work - great facility - great prices - if you go in in mondays or wednesdays you might have Angel draw your blood - shes the best!

Our Dental office wanted all the employees tested at once and ANY LAB TEST NOW came to our location and pulled it off smoothly for us one afternoon. Called to make an appointment for a urinalysis on myself. Was told I would get a call back to schedule a time and date. Considering most toxic things only stay in your urine for a few days you guys should be a little faster with your callbacks so your customers can find out if they were poisoned or not.

I was here at 7:15 am expecting them to open at 7:30 am which is advertized on the door! So i go online and it says 8:30 am so i wait! Its 8:40 am and they are still closed! So aggravating! Such an inconvenience!
