Any Lab Test Now

I went in for my annual comprehensive panel. Stephanie was the only one working at the moment there. She was not only the receptionist, but she was also in the role of the registered nurse and through a lovely and friendly conversation with her I found out that she was also the manager. She is someone who has skills in many different areas. Especially being kind and friendly while she had other patients there to assist! I’d say she’s a jack of all trades!After I expressed my concerns to her about bloodwork and feeling faint- She gave me 2 ice packs one for my neck and one for my chest then she put me in a recliner to elevate my legs prior to taking my blood. She then proceeded to do her job very patiently and asked me some questions to distract me. I can say it was the first time I did not feel queasy or faint during a blood drawn session. AnyLabTest is lucky to have this angel working there. I’m extremely grateful and I appreciate her kindness! That’s not something which can be taught. She’s the kind of nurse/doctor that we all hope to have whenever we are in that situation! Thank you Stephanie :)It’s a day later, and I looked at my arm. I can say it’s the first time I have not been bruised by a nurse. Thank you again for being so gentle.

I showed up an hour early, and they had no problem taking care of me right away. Very helpful in getting receipt for business expenses as well. Place was clean as a whistle. Test was easy and quick. Great, courteous staff!

Very grateful for their services. I easily made an appointment over the phone and completed the necessary paperwork through the link emailed to me. There were only a few more forms to complete in person and the tests itself were administered in a timely manner!

I had a great experience with Any Lab Test Now. It was very easy to set up an appointment online and I received a reminder about my appointment as the date approached, which was nice to get. Stephanie was awesome! She has a wonderful personality and is an excellent phlebotomist. I could tell that she truly enjoys what she does and takes pride in providing excellent care in a very efficient manner. I was taken care of promptly and on with my day in no time. The two women working were so helpful. I had some problems with my Vibrant America packet and the woman (sorry I didn’t get her name but has the beautiful Zion tattoo) was kind and offered to call them and I was able to get everything straightened out. It was a very positive experience and I will go there first for any labs I may need in the future.

I am TERRIFIED of needles but Sally has done an amazing job both times I have been there! The process is quick, painless, and I am in and out in under 10 minutes. Both Sally and her daughter Stephanie are so personable and helpful in answering my questions and easing my fear of giving blood. Definitely recommend for a fast, affordable place to get reliable results!

It was very easy to set up an appointment. The front desk was welcoming and respectful. The lab tech took her time and was very knowledgeable about the procedure.

Absolutely the best. I’ve had nerve damage before by a different blood draw place but I literally didn’t even feel the needle here. So thankful for this place!!

This place botched a re-test and cost me an excellent job. Sent my original diluted positive result instead of the re-test result. Inexcusable. Not sure why I havent sued them.

Such an incredibly poor experience. I walk in for my appointment to be greeted by someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there, to be told she doesn’t have my appointment and cannot help me because she doesn’t have my paperwork. Showing her my confirmation with this location she tells me she doesn’t see me and can’t help me. There’s literally nobody in the lobby and a sign that says they accept walk ins. She tells me to call the place I made the appointment through but offers me no under or help in that. Tells me take a seat. Calls me back up to tell me to go to their south location because she doesn’t know how to print the labels for this test. Tells me she doesn’t know how to refund me for the test either. Such an incredible waste of gas and time to be met with incredibly rude customer service

My experience was great! Friendly employee, efficient, clean facility, made sure I had selected the best option for the bloodwork I needed and checked for discounts for me.

Filled out form the night before. From time I walked in to time I walked out was less than 10 minutes. I barely felt the needle and I have done this many times. So they exceeded my expectations.

Jessica at the Academy location was amazing. I needed relative dna for my child and it was not easy to get all the pieces together. Jessica communicated with me and even had someone reach out to answer in detail questions I had. Even though this was hard and costly at no fault of the lab, I am grateful for her and helping me with this process. Definitely recommend.

Coming from middle east this was a total experience for me. Didn’t even realize the needle prick, given post precautions super friendly staff.

I’m terrified of needles and the staff was very welcoming and their needle skills were superb. I will go back when I, unfortunately, need to have my blood taken again

Stephanie was incredible with my 12 year old daughter with special needs. Her patience and kindness was next level. I don’t think we’ve had that good of a blood draw experience EVER (and we’ve been to some of the best hospitals in the country - Boston Children’s, NIH, etc.) Stephanie is a gem!

Appt same day...!! Got the best time for my crazy schedule. Filled out two very simple forms and was ready for blood draw very quickly. Analisa was most excellent in her answering my questions and giving me a little more information about other tests available that might help me. And, very comfortable blood draw. I always try to do my part and hydrate hours before.... Customer service here great and Analisa made process pleasant and painless.

Kyleigh took my blood labs and I didn’t feel the needle go in. She does a great job! Very professional and fast. Prices are great! I am self pay and I will go back to them again. So much less expensive than the other labs around town.

I came in for a TB test and was actually surprised by the lack of good customer service considering the reviews.We first approached the desk and was not greeted at all, the girl at the desk, Terra, looked at my wife and I then turned away to talk about a story with the other employee.When asking for the TB test she simply said that the only way I could do that was to make sure I’m there Saturday 11-2 to have it read.So I paid and had the test done, the girl who administered it was friendly enough.Just really no warmth or even a hello.THEN I went to have it read at the south location but the internet was down and she simply said she couldn’t give me a result. Luckily my wife asked some more questions and found out that we can drive all the way north to have it read.So we did and the girl who did the test was there and this time wasn’t nice at all.Both times I just felt I was interrupting them.I got the test, thank goodness, but this was my first and probably last visit here.

This was an excellent experience. The paperwork, blood draw, and review I did in the office, and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Kylie did a great draw--she is courteous, kind and efficient. Great experience--and the price was better than the other labs I researched online.

My experience with Any Lab Test Now was very good. First, the aesthetics of the lab are very pleasant, they have this water fountain mirror which I find soothing. Also Kylie is super nice and professional and got things done very quickly, I was out of there in about 15 minutes. And lastly, the prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend this place.

I dread getting my blood drawn because they always have to take it out of my hands because I have deep seated veins in my arm, and Amanda got the vein in my arm first try. I am not good when it comes to blood being drawn but the staff at Any Lab Test Now made me feel comfortable and kept my attention to make sure I did not faint or anything. Overall, they are well priced, efficient, and extremely friendly and caring. I will be returning if I need any more blood work done.

I am so happy to have found this place! It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment, which meant there was no wait (you can even walk in without an appt, but then you may have a wait). The setting and staff were professional, the experience was fast and comfortable, and the price was FAR cheaper than other labs. It was a relief to be able to get the tests done that I know I need, without the time and cost of a doctors appt and the hurdle of getting the doctor to order the necessary tests. Highly recommend!

Service is expedient no sitting around waiting in and out and on with your day! They have most any types of lab tests available and results are presented so fast! On base lab testing can take weeks to months compared to 24-48hrs tops at Any Lab Test Know! The guy who made my appointment on the phone was really helpful and nice but when I checked in for my appointment early the next morning they only had one person working group who was doing the tests and reception. She completely ignored me when I walked in and proceeded to the back with a patient. I asked her if I could please check it for my appointment as I had been there on time but had now waited for 5 minutes while she talked to this other patient. She today me well, she got here first. So I dont think having an appointment does any good there. Additionally she didnt wash her hands with medical grade soap before my blood draw and handled all of the components without gloves on. Its a cheap and efficient place to get lab tests done but its cheap for a reason.

My daughter tends to faint. During her blood draw we saw a technique used by lab tech Annalisa that weve never seen done before. It worked... no fainting! Not only is the staff friendly and warm, but very professional! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

Falsely listed the available screening services. As an employer, its a hinderance to work with clinics like this. Avoid if you need good, quality service.

Fast friendly and affordable. Got annual blood work from sherry?(that’s probably wrong, the Saturday morning girl, on 9/7/19) and she was great with a needle. Barely felt any pain.

Called to get my daughters tb results and Analisa put me on hold but she actually didn’t put me on hold and I had to sit there and listen to her and her coworker talking about 50 shades stuff. All I needed was my daughters results but clearly your staff can’t even be professional enough to answer the phone and give a paying customer results. Poor staff falls on poor management. Don’t waste your time and money with this place.

Kylie was the best lab technician Ive ever had. She is so gentle and Im one of those nervous types when it comes to needles. Shes truly the best in my opinion.

Although they were just about to close, they let me come in and get a blood draw. I almost fainted from the blood draw and they gave me some apple juice which saved the day! Amazing service, I appreciate what you guys did so much.

What a shock!! This place is very professional! I dont know what I was expecting but when I walked through the door I instantly felt warm and friendly. Super clean and the place was so professionally decorated, neat and tidy! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I did not have an appt. But was still able to get my test, even quickly.

I had to visit this place three times taking total more than three hours.First, to do a drug test.Second, the person (I guess MA, I think her name is Val.) forgot to give me my ID back so I had to go back. She did not even apologize.Third, as Val forgot to ask me to sign they could not proceed my test so I had to go back again.They wasted time, energy, and gas because of their poor job performance.

The staff was great both girls were awesome and very easy to work with during my blood work. Will definitely go back next time I need anything done.

Every time we have been there, the nurses have been amazing with soft pokes and first time success at blood draw. They are wonderful with both children and adults.

I got my flu shot and blood drawn for cholesterol testing and it was quick and painless. The phlebotomist was exceptional! I dont like needles(who does), but did not feel a thing.

Got me in quickly, processed me quickly, posted results quickly, found Dr’s fax (I didn’t have it). Friendly and helpful staff on the day of the test and day after. This test fixed an oversight of my making so this was a rescue. Very pleased.

Kylie took great care of me. She was efficient and thoughtful. Getting my blood drawn by her didnt hurt at all. I will be back.

I always enjoy my trips to Any Lab Test Now as they are friendly and professional. I have to do regular blood draws and my veins are not the best conditions and are deep -- they always hit the mark and make it a pleasant experience -- given what Ive experienced with other services, I give Any Lab Test an A+

She did a great job finding and getting the vein the first time quickly and gently. I would highly recommend this place. I hate getting blood drawn and I would definitely go back when needed.

Having no health insurance, its great to find a lab that is reasonable when it comes to the cost of labs. At the hospital or other lab places, I would have paid over $1000 but at Any Lab Test Now, I got an annual check-up panel for $129. Standard lab tests shouldnt cost so much. Im grateful to Any Lab Test Now for making it possible for me to get what I need at a very reasonable cost.

Won’t do drug tests 3 hours before they close. Super unprofessional. If you are a lab collecting site, should be able to do ALL labs up until close. Denying a drug test because of a possibility of a shy bladder is extremely bad. I even called before I came and they said they could do it until they closed.

I have been coming to ALTN North with Terra and ALTN South with Angel for about 5 1/2 years! I have seen the staff absolutely slammed and there have been times I have walked in and walked right out! The thing that NEVER changes at both locations is the professionalism of both Terra and Angel! The knowledge that they both possess and the passion they have for the career feild they have chosen is extremely refreshing! The biggest thing I found is this place is not like the other labs in town that treat you like cattle and dont care about you and treat you like youre a number. These ladies take pride in serving and in ALTN you can tell the moment you walk in. Thank you to the ALTN North staff Terra and to the South staff Angel for you care and help in my medical journey.

They made a big deal about making sure you know you have to give at least a half cup of urine for a drug test or you will have to stay at the facility until you can give that much or you fail the drug test. I was not sure and certainly was not going to be held hostage if I could not. I left and found another quest site. Funny my sample they sent out was not nearly that much so what did it matter anyway...

I have been getting their B12 Lipo shot here for a few months and feel a lot healthier. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Epic fail. Did not get test to me in time for travel & had to spend $250 to fix the problem. Even though they failed to deliver they wont respond to a request for a refund.
