Great experience with elite health. At the time of appointment scheduling, it was all virtual, and very easy. Administrative staff was very prompt to respond.At my appointment time the front office staff were kind and professional.I met with one of their providers, Andrew, he was very empathetic and a good listener. I felt heard and understood, and I didn’t feel rushed at all.Overall five star experience.

I want to just preface this review with how great my experience started at Elite Health. Initially, the staff including Andy and Rose were attentive, caring, and professional. I thought I had found a home to continue female HRT, but maybe it wasn’t a good fit. Prior to getting my pellets inserted, Andy and his team were informative and thorough, making sure I received the correct dosing for my treatment goals. Things changed after my six-weeks though when it became incredibly hard to reach their office and there’s been a lack of follow-through with my care. I was told that I’d be contacted after my six-week labs for a follow-up and continued plan for treatment, but I have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve called the office and been placed on hold without answer, left a voicemail and have not received a call back, and it’s been over six weeks since my labs have come back without further advice from anyone. I wish I could say I knew what went wrong with my care, but perhaps their office is slightly too busy for my needs.

After my appointment with Rose today, I can see why this place has amazing reviews!The front office staff warmly greeted me and Rose took me back quickly for my appointment.Not only was she knowledgeable, she was caring and kind which immediately put my nerves at ease.Highly recommend!!

This was such an easy and pleasant experience. Dr. Andrew Pfannenstiel was super easy to talk to and understood my wants and concerns. Today is day one of my Weightloss journey with elite health and I could t be more excited!

My first initial appointment was on July 10th with Rose via phone call, mind you I called for 2 straight weeks and it went to voicemail I was only able to get ahold of then cause I used Google and they had an additional phone number! Come 7pm Wed the 10th no one had called so on the 11th I called Elite healthy only for them to tell me I have to wait until next Wed for another appointment as rose was out and only did my kind of appointment Wednesday! So come July 17th I was called by someone at 10am that they needed to reschedule my appointment cause her dog had to go to the vet! Come to my appointment Wednesday 24th of July I get a txt message from a someone at elite health Colorado and it and it states are you able to do your appointment via text message or over the phone as if my appointment was not already over the phone I text back and forth with this person all day long who expressed to me that they are so sorry they couldnt complete my paperwork as they were just so busy today thats because you rescheduled me the last 3 weeks youre probably behind it is now Friday the 25th my paperwork has not be completed my appointment is not been finished! I have never been more disappointed in how a company with such high reviews has fallen so hard!

Loved the staff, very welcoming..had me in/out which I loved given that I was on my lunch…. I like Andrew as he is straight to the point with no BS I’m doing phentermine with Lipolean inj for now than I’ll give the semiglutide a chance again

I finally found the right place for my hormone optimization! Im feeling the best I ever have under the treatment of Andrew P., and adore the front desk staff, Rose. She is so helpful. They both are very informative, and answered every annoying question Ive asked lol.I also get a little Botox here and there, and Andrew has always done a great job with placement, no ptosis issues whatsoever.I love it here so much, I introduced my husband to the practice, and hes become a patient, too!

At first, we thought Elite Health Colorado was a gem in terms of price, but it is seriously lacking in professionalism. I took time off of work to watch the kids so my husband could go to his microneedling appointment. Instead of getting a cancellation phone call or email, he was greeted by a sign saying that the office was closed due to illness. This was unfortunate but understandable, so he rescheduled his appointment. On the second attempt, he was informed that a coworker had brought the numbing cream home to do botox on his girlfriend, so he would need to reschedule (again). Finally, when he tried to go a 3rd time, he was told that Rose wasnt in the office. Again, there was no cancelation email and no phone call. Overall, this business has wasted our time and has been extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend it.

I showed up to my microneedling appointment to find a note on the door that said the office was out due to a sickness. I called to reschedule the following week, and Rose said shed do it for 150 instead of the normal 200 because no one notified me about the cancelation. I showed up to my next appointment, and Rose said that the numbing cream was taken home by her coworker to perform botox on his girlfriend, but shed do the procedure for 50 instead of the normal 200 for the inconvenience. When I showed up to my third scheduled appointment, Rose wasnt there. The woman at the front said someone named Miley (I think) called me to reschedule. Nobody ever called me to reschedule. I guess they just want to get rid of me at this point because they dont want to give me the promised discounts. My wife and I have taken three days of leave for these appointments only to have to reschedule for one reason or another. They have no regard for your time, and I wont be coming back to this place. Super unprofessional, and whoever Miley is, shes a straight up lier.

My first visit with Dr. Andrew was a great experience. He explained the program in great detail and left no questions unanswered. He made me laugh alot too. This was a very comfortable environment and I feel very comfortable with the therapy he has chosen for me. I cant wait to get started on my journey. A shout out to Rose too. She is very nice and professional. Love this place. I highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting a weightless clinic and I cant say enough good things. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and non judgemental. Going in, I didnt know what to expect, but I appreciated that the provider took the time to sit down and talk about my thyroid and provided multiple options. I never once felt pressured, and felt I was in the driver seat of selecting the option I felt most comfortable with. I would definitely recommend visiting if youre on the fence.

Today was my first visit and I must say that I received great customer service from the doctor and staff. My consultation was very personable as if I was talking to a friend. They went over several options with me and the cost varies for what you decide to get but I like knowing the other available options that I have if I decide to change at a later date. I cant wait to take before and after pictures. I am really excited to start this new weight loss journey. I really feel confident this one will actually work.

My whole experience has been great! It doesnt feel like your typical medical treatment facility, the staff are friendly and truly care about you as an individual. They actively listen to your concerns and are very knowledgeable in getting you back to feeling how you should. I Called and was told I could get blood work done through my insurance and then schedule an appointment. I had my blood drawn and the results sent multiple times, it’s already been over a month. I have also left multiple voice messages and no return calls. The receptionist has been rude when I have gotten through to a person. My experience has not been so great. Poor customer service and unprofessional staff.

Finally, someone who listens! Andy has been very attentive to my individual needs and is very empathetic. He will work with you on not only your symptoms, but your goals. I look forward to the long term results, which I know will be dialed in as we go. Rose was also very pleasant and helpful. She was very attentive and gets it right the first time. You feel like a person here, not just a patient. You can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Elite Health and figured it was at least worth looking into. Dr. was great about listening to my personal experiences and obstacles, and then explaining all of my options in detail, and patiently answering any questions I had. In the end I decided to try the services recommended. And I am so happy to say I have had great success. I’ve tried so many other things to no avail, but not this time. I also really appreciated having a long-term plan and not just a short term Band-Aid solution. I really feel encouraged about taking my health back.

We worked with Dr Andy and Rose to remodel their office and make it feel comfortable and inviting. While working with them, we became friends and saw that Dr Andy has a passion to help people. It’s not just a job but he loves his field and the people he helps. I actually became one of his clients after seeing how he puts people first. He listened to my issue and was able to work with me to come up with just the right solution for me. Both he and Rose are very professional but at the same time make you feel at home among friends…. Not to mention that their office Is light, bright and very well done! (I had to add that!). So give them a call or walk in and see for yourself. 👍

Friendly staff. Really pays attention to the details of blood work and trying to get me in a better place. Also tries to do what they can to make sure pricing is fair or if your insurance is useable. Just finishing my first month of treatment, feeling a little better overall but some of these things can take 1-4 months for your body to adjust.Definitely recommend Andrew though if you think you need hormone treatment.

Andy is much more affordable than Cratos and he the best anti again clinician Ive met. He has about 10 diet meds available and also has me on peptides which have been life changing. He also gives his patients access to his cell phone providing me 24/7 access to him. I had a problem with the other place using dull needles which left brusing, they use a draw needle and a separate injection needle. They are fast to get you seen and the wait is never long. I have known Andy for a long time now and trust his skills as a medical provider and trust his knowledge base absolutely. He stays up to date with his medicine and that is very important to me.
