Ascension Saint Agnes OBGYN Columbia

Ive been going to this practice for years and have felt taken care of by the practicioners, but Im considering changing due to the hassle with making appointments.I had a diagnosis in May and was seen quickly to follow up, but Ive been unable to schedule my second follow up for 6 months from the first.Ive now just called a 3rd time to be told the calendar hasnt been posted/opened that far out and I need to call back again. Should I be greatful that this time they didnt try to estimate when it would be posted?8/2 per below request just left voice mail in hopes to resolve.

Loved this place when I went there 5 years ago. Recent experience showed an inattentive physician (Hayley Hoffman) and other staff members who provided incorrect information, leading to weeks of delays in getting required medicine. Do not recommend; find another place to receive care.

Its a good place and they seem to understand my questions. However, they are extremely late! Every time I go here for an annual checkup my doctor takes more than thirty minutes to show up. She does not even apologize for showing up late. Its very rude.

Worst Obgyn ever. All office staff are rude and honestly walking in to the office feels like walking in to the ghetto.I had been having some struggles with my periods and the only thing they did is talking me into an hpv vaccination probably because of extra profit of their end. When I showed up for the vaccination they mixed me up and I almost received a depo shot. RUN RUN RUN especially from the Columbia location.

Now it’s basically impossible to get in touch with someone over the phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for months, and everytime I am sent to the voicemail box no matter how many times I call. But they are so quick to cut my birth control off. It’s ridiculous.

Great experience so far as I await the birth of my baby girl. All of the OBs are transparent and warm. Highly recommend!

Something is serious wrong here over 2 weeks phone calls every day no answer no call back. Had to go in person to front desk to find out what is going on they dont answer the phones but they say 2 people and they cant handle the calls the new doctor they stated was new and un experienced she said she would give my wife a list and did not said everything was done sent in medication wrong and wrong form Im here in person trying to pick up all the pieces Im at a Loss for words

The OBGYN side has Some of the most wonderful physicians and staff I’ve ever come across who helped me through a very difficult time. Can’t thank them enough

I have left a few messages over 2 weeks to request a call from my primary. They stopped refilling my medication without warning and have denied my refill requests without explanation. Someone please contact me. I apologize for the poor review, but I am desperate for communication with the facility. Hopefully this will draw attention

Morgan Walker is amazing! I have had the worst past 2 years of my life. She was kind, patient, nonjudgmental and supportive. I highly recommend her and the practice.

The new location is incredible, down to the details. In house blood work, and an amazing front desk, nursing, and phlebotomy team. I was lucky to get an appointment with a wonderful new GYN since mine had recently left the practice after decades of working there. They were both incredible and I am grateful to be able to receive such wonderful care so close to home.

I highly recommend Ascension Obgyn! Everyone is super nice and friendly to work with. The new location is great - lots of space, welcoming, and very clean. I had surgery last year through their hospital as well and everything was very smooth from start to finish. Ive been seeing Dr. Dokou and she is very knowledgable, attentive, and easy to talk to.

Efficient, Yes - Personalize, No - I miss Dr. Brandon’s way of making you feel special and not like just another patient - she was one of a kind as a Doctor!

This was my first time at the new location in Columbia, MD and to my surprise there’s an imaging center there. Dr Mak wrote the order for my mammogram and then told me that they take walk ins. Hearing this was music to my ears. I was able to kill two birds with one stone. Annual done✅ and mammogram too✅ same day service✅. The best day ever for me.😁😄

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!! Its impossible to get a call back when you leave messages.. ever since this practice moved to the Columbia Area its gone down hill

My daughter was a patient during her pregnancy 5 years ago and has continued to receive care. She is now pregnant. I have accompanied her to appointments on numerous occasions. The docs and the sonogram techs are consistently excellent. The rest of the experience is often less than pleasant. When patients arrive, they stand at the desk until someone looks up/stops talking to greet them. Basic pleasantries such as greeting patients as they go to the back are missing. Patients are discussed among the staff within the hearing of others. Several mistakes have been made with scheduling and co-pays charged even if the mistake is theirs. Communication about where to go or what to expect during the visit is poor. These are basic customer service practices. Unfortunately, Im well-acquainted with medical offices and hospitals. There is a difference at other places. If not for the docs, my daughter would not be there. People deserve better. You can do better. These are not difficult fixes.Lastly, is there a reason other than cost-cutting why patients are stuck 4 times for glucose testing rather than once using a saline lock?

The new location is closer to my home. I travel from Abingdon to see Dr. Levinthal and only do so because she is very kind, considerate and professional . Scheduling was not difficult and I was greeted immediately upon signing in. Did not wait long to be called back for the preliminary questions and routines. Also waited just a short time for Dr. Levinthal and left the exam having my questions answered and referrals needed. Would definitely recommend Dr. Levinthal.

Dr.Walker is amazing! as this is my first pregnancy, there was a lot of anxiety. she was super reassuring easing the anxieties, thorough in explaining all the information she was giving us, super warm and funny. it was a nice change to have a doctor listen and not dismiss my concerns or anxieties. staff was kind, caring and attentive. excited for my future appts with her as i move forward in my pregnancy!

I was seen by Dr. Bangura for annual GYNE exam. She was very personable and treated me with dignity and respect. She listened to me. I left feeling like I just spoke with a friend! How special in this healthcare world!I admit that visiting the Gynecologist has been one of my least enjoyable but necessary healthcare activities. And I put that visit off many times in the past; but the Saint Agnes OB/GYN team made my visit very tolerable.

My only complaint is the nurse that took me back into the room - she was quite rude. Didn’t smile or look at me. Then LAUGHED at me when I replied “no” to having the Cvid vax this year. I was shocked and mortified. Can’t remember her name but she had a tattoo on her neck and hair in a wrap. The phlebotomist also sadly had an unkind demeanor. Kindness is important no matter what you’re going through.Other than that, the front desk lady and even the security woman on main level were very nice! Dr Goldberg was good - kind, professional, and the appointment was thorough. She ran tests others have not yet even thought of. (although appointment felt slightly rushed like most other doctor offices in Maryland.)

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Goldberg’s for years and years now. She is simply the BEST….knowledgeable, professional, personable, down to earth and always has such a pleasant and warm vibe. Like many, I don’t particularly enjoy the whole “obgyn experience,” & in fact, had a very traumatizing experience with an OBGYN doctor in my late 20’s, making me extremely guarded & reluctant to go regularity. After this happened, I started seeing Dr.Goldberg, and truthfully, I no longer detest and stress about going anymore having Dr.Goldberg as my doctor. Visits are easy breezy & Ive never experienced any discomfort or pain during or after my visits. I’m currently on birth control and have had no issues anytime I need refills. I read that some ladies have had issues with communication & call backs here but that has not been my experience. I do usually have to leave a message on the nurses line but have always received a confirmation response back within 24 hours, usually the same day I call, that my prescription has been called into my pharmacy. Lastly, the front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful this last visit I had last week. Over the years, I’d agree, there was some rather patronizing front desk personnel, but presently, I can attest those folks have been removed and replaced with kind, friendly ladies. Thank you for that. I highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient there for years. The staff is always friendly and ready to attend to your needs. My Gyn Tayo is always patient with me, she answers all my questions and is always pleasant. I just love her!!

Dr. Sodeke is the absolute best. When I come to my appointments it’s nothing less than the best. We talk like we’ve known each other years. And she’s the ultimate best person to talk to about my fertility and other health issues. The best I’ve ever had.

Ascension St. Agnes Women’s Health care gave exceptional, caring, patient and informative healthcare. The appointment process was simple and quick, I arrived at the beautiful new facilities & was met by caring, kind, friendly and professional staff members. I was taken quickly to the exam room where Staff member reviewed my medical history & medications.Lisa Mikles greeted me politely and performed my exam with patience, gentleness and expressed genuine care for my well-being and concern for recent medical changes and issues. I highly recommend this practice.

So basically I never made a review here but this time I had to. Usually Im really really happy from this center and the providers. Its comfy, open and nice. But last time was a nightmare, not necessarily their fault but this what happened: I came just in time to the center and waited for 30 minutes for a nurse to come pick me up (much more than usual) for basic check while im 8 month pregnant. Then I waited for the doctor for 15 minutes in the waiting room and suddenly started smelling this horrifying burning gas smell... smelled like bad burning plastic. I went outside of the room worried and met some nurses on the corridor that also were looking for the burning smell source or the fire that was occurring... Apparently the source of the horrible smell that took control on the intire center was ventilation problem and some fixing being made while visiting hours of patients. I couldnt bear the smell and felt like I cant breathe and being poisoned by it, so I never met the doctor and had to escape the center. I met some worried people in the corridor that didnt understand what is this gas smell everywhere. Very bad experience for me and other people in the center feeling like we got poisond from the air - I left the center without meeting my doctor. I will strongly suggest not to make fixing in the ventilation in visiting hours and danger the health of pregnant women...

I sent a message through the portal to let them know that I had to delay scheduling an appointment for another week because of job change and they canceled my medication that I cannot go without because I get incredibly painful periods. I’m furious right now and even more irritated to find out that they close at 3 PM on a Friday. That’s just ridiculous.

Stay away from the office. The doctor is ok but the staff I talked to today was not professional at all. No patience no flexibility on scheduling. I called in November and got an appointment in Feb. Today I called to reschedule the Feb appointment due to a confliction. The staff is impatient and offers no flexibility. Train your staff to treat patient well and provide professional service. Bad day for me!

I tried to schedule an appointment on 8/7/23. I was told the schedule is full. Through the end of October and November wasn’t published. I asked when I should cal back for November. I was told in a September. I asked for a more specific timeframe bc today is the 7th and October is already booked. It’s only the third business day of the month. The receptionist got irate and was unhelpful. I decided that this practice no longer needed my patronage after 13 years. She didn’t care. She blew me off. Despite my documented chronic conditions. I’m tired of the trouble it takes to get an appointment. Every single time.Good riddance.

I like Dr. Goldberg enough to stay with ASA OB/GYN. At my age, I will not need OB care nor will I need birth control. If I were still needing OB or birth control, I would not stay because of the constraints of Catholic healthcare beliefs. Additionally, the new office is sleek, but definitely not warm and welcoming and neither are the staff and RNs—efficient, accommodating, and very clinical.

Not sure why Robert, my husbands name came up but the appt was for Lisa.Dr Leventhal was terrific. She took her time with the examination and explained everything with the options for treatment, which could be in phases depending on the outcome of phase 1. She has a great bedside manner and she is a wonderful doctor.

I’ve had three visits at this clinic so far and I am very happy with my experience. The receptionists and the nurses are very nice and professional. I don’t mind waiting because I understand things don’t always go smoothly, but I was always seen right on time, and my calls were answered in a timely manner as well.Dr. Bangura is an amazing doctor. I feel very lucky that my first appointment was scheduled with her.

I cant say enough good things!Dr Bangura delivered my second son via induction and was incredible the entire time. She helped to ensure I did not tear, was kind, talked me through everything and I cant thank her enough.Dr Kilo delivered my third son in a very swift, all natural delivery. Excellent work by her and the hospital staff to help me deliver less than an hour after arriving at the hospital.Dr Ezeike is an INCREDIBLE doctor! She saved my sisters life during a post delivery hemorrhage. She was compassionate to myself and brother in law who were distraught. She is very knowledgable and has incredible bedside manners for a physician. I would trust her with my life!I cant say enough good things about the staff overall!

It’s my first pregnancy and their office is very attentive. During my routine ob visits all my questions get answered and always receive any additional information. In their patient portal my messages tend to get answered within 30minutes by their nurse. Their lab staff and ultrasound tech are amazing with patient care. I definitely recommend Dr. Sodeke !

Excellent customer service from the front desk check-in staff through the medical team. Very patient focused. The new facilities are immaculate and inviting.

I have been with the same practice for the last 25 years (three different doctors). Two years ago I moved to Annapolis, and now my drive to the practice is twice as long as before, but I am not going to change my OB/GYN doctor. She is sensational (Dr Goldberg).This tells you everything you need to know.

My appointment today was canceled without even discussing it with me because according to the Doctor my issues were resolved. However, I don’t know what record she was looking at because they haven’t and i have contacted her on multiple occasions. It takes weeks to get an appointment in and then I requested that the canceled appointment be rescheduled and the front desk staff told me she didn’t have permission to do so.The customer services provided by the nurses and staff is horrible. I have been talked down to and made to take test before they “allow” me to receive medical care. The nurses sit and gossip instead of actually providing guidance on procedures or what room to go to and they will also gossip about patients. I overheard them complaining about me, while I was in the bathroom!

I will not be going back to this practice. I have met with Danielle Keene on multiple occasions and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but have been repeatedly disappointed by the care I received. She did not seem to be very knowledgeable, at times being unable to answer questions or provide very thorough information. I did not feel confident with her clinical care and asked to be switch to a different provider (cant recall her name). I was able to get more WAY more information when meeting with a different provider. However, when expressing frustration regarding the contradictory information and the delays it has caused in me addressing my presenting concern, I was met with statistics about how hard it is for any woman to get pregnant. It was very invalidating.So if you want knowledgeable AND compassionate OB GYN care I would not recommend this practice.

Insane wait times for simple procedures. Was told the soonest they can schedule an IUD to be put in is 2 months away. This is after waiting a month for a consultation appointment.

Dr. Erica Leventhal is a brilliant doctor and very thorough. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and circled back to an issue that she thought might need more information. It was an excellent experience.

I have been repeatedly disappointed by the care I receive. It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone via phone and I have had several instances where it been hard to make an appointment. The nurses station is truly impossible to reach. Every time I call I have to leave a message and it usually takes multiple phone calls before getting a response back. Nurses have been very dismissive of my concerns in the past and at times downright patronizing. The lack of communication and basic costumer service skills from this office have pushed me to find a new provider. Its just too frustrating and nerve wrecking.

I had my appt with Dr. Goldberg last week. Was my first time there. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant, Dr. Goldberg MA was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I really like Dr. Goldberg she listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. Only down fall I would say was the tech drawing my blood. She was not a 100% friendly and was seeming a little to busy to tend to me. But other than that I had a great experience and will be keeping Dr. Goldberg as my Doctor.

Every time I come into this office, I have a pleasant experience. Mrs. Morgan Walker is always such a pleasure to see, and she really makes me feel at ease. She is such a caring, kind, thorough individual; it can be seen through her work. 10/10 will recommend her to any friends or family that are looking for a new provider! Thank you for everything!

Staff was welcoming and pleasant, with great customer service. The facility was very clean and comfortable throughout. Wait times were very brief and my provider was attentive and respond to my care and concerns.

Dr. Ezeike is amazing! Warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes her time. Wait time is minimal compared to other practices and the staff is great. Blessed to have her as my OBGYN.

I was looking for a new provider. The only availability was 3 months out. Then about a month before my appointment, they called and needed to move it another Month out. Then they called and said they couldn’t remove my nexplanon. And made me do another appointment. Then they month that appointment. This practice has no idea how to schedule appointments and acts like people can just take unlimited days off work.

My labor and delivery Dr. was Dr. Ezieke because of her i had such an amazing and stress free delivery my 1st pregnancy. Ive heard horror stories and just didnt know what to expect during delivery so i was super nervous . Whats funny is Ive never had any appointments with her while going to this clinic. That was my 1st time meeting her at the hospital. Because of her I continue to go here for my 2nd pregnancy. SHE IS AMAZING. So kind and compared to all the ones Ive seen shes the most compassionate and caring Dr. Ive encountered. Minus 1 start because Ive been having so much trouble trying to get a referral from my PCP to The Womens OBGYN ( which was supposedly sent already since Jan 10th) but they havent received it and Ive talked to Vicky several times over the phone and shes given me an email to send a copy to but that email is invalid and wont go through and Ive even repeated twice to make sure its a good email over the phone with her.Ive reached my limit today and wont call her for a 3rd time. TBH I wish they could figure this out themselves and call the office instead of me having to go back and forth between both facilities trying to get this referral. Im already stressed as it is and alot of things going on. This is one thing Id love more than to not have to worry about.

The staff are pleasant enough but the reason for the 5 stars is Dr. Dahna Goldberg. She is professional but engaging, never rushes through her thorough exam and treats you as an individual. I highly recommend her as a Gynecologist!

I am with Saint Agnes OB/GYN since 2012. I am so happy to be with them and I always received the best service. All are very nice and caring.

I am currently with this practice as they are overseeing my pregnancy (I will update once I give birth)... This office runs VERY efficiently. The doctors and nurses are very responsive too.I actually started at a different clinic and switched to this one for a few reasons. One, they have multiple doctors that rotate shifts to cover deliveries. They let you rotate doctors for every apt so you get to meet them all. I find this important because Ive heard of so many doctors purposely inducing patients to meet their vacation schedules - thats clearly not a problem if approached the way St. Agnes Womens Group approaches it.I also find they are kind, open minded and informative. They support my decisions and seem to take the natural methods - which is reassuring.Ill let you know how the birth goes!

They have 2 (possibly more) payment portals, and they expect you to check each one every month for the tiny payments they keep adding. If I wanted monthly payments Ill say so, just give me the bill in one go. Its not like Im unwilling to pay, you need to make it easier for me to pay.I have everything paid off on 2 of their patient portals, and they somehow managed to hide a charge of a bit over $120 that they sold off to a debt collector. STOP HIDING YOUR CHARGES IF YOU WANT THEM PAID.Yeah you dont want to deal with their convoluted payment system and terrible office staff after you have your baby. I bet they will keep adding charges on different accounts for you, and youll be hunted down by debt collectors for the rest of your life about bills that never got to you in the first place. I will never go back to them for any future babies, and Ill warn others against using their service.Edit:I have talked to their relations department, they have multiple companies dealing with their billing and one of them lack online payment system. Apparently the bills that I thought were scams turned out to be real bills; I thought they were scams because they all had different account numbers, didnt even explain what the charges were for, and lacked web portals that I know to be associated with St. Agnes.I am happy that this is being resolved concurrently, but it still doesnt change the fact that their payment system is overly complicated. As much Ill be missing their doctors I still wont be going back to them and I still wouldnt recommend them to anyone. This is just too much of a hassle.Edit 2: they just sent me out the same bill that got paid off fully in the fiasco, same price same charge number. Avoid any business with them or youll also get the same financial mess as me.

Very poor communication and Im simply trying to schedule a new patient intake. Appointments are 60+ days out and the schedulers seem very unorganized. If this is what the future holds..... HARD PASS.

Ascension Saint Agnes OB/GYN goes above and beyond.I do have one suggestion…I filled out a lengthy online questionnaire prior to the actual appointment. When I got to the appointment, I was asked about all the prescriptions I was taking (which I listed in the online questionnaire). However, the intake nurse did not have access to this information.Either the online questionnaire should be available at the time of the appointment or you should ask the patients to bring all this information with them.This is merely a suggestion to make an already superior OB/GYN practice a little easier for the intake nurse. This is not meant to be critical at all.Thanks for all you so.

Extremely good at communication! Although I had to make an urgent-ish appointment and said I would be okay with any doctor, my regular doctor (Dr. Kilo) specifically called me to see if she could fit me in her schedule. When we realized she couldn’t, we ended the phone call. 5 minutes later, she called me back and she was able to schedule me in that very day!Also, whenever I get my birth control shot, the nurse always asks me how I’m doing, and if things are going well with the birth control. She always makes sure I’m taking calcium with it.

The worst ob/gyn office I’ve been to in my entire life. The way they treat patients is truly offensive. They don’t properly implement Covid procedures when necessary but implement it as they see fit. I was turned away from the office because I coughed once when I assured them I do not have Covid. It is cold outside and I had just taken 2 ibuprofen with very cold water, for a procedure I’ve been trying to book for 3 months now. Of course I coughed, I damn near choked taking the pills I didn’t know I had to take because no one informed me of that. How can you just discard a patient that is having a procedure done based on fear and not facts? If that’s how you’re operating then there should be rapid testing on site. How am I supposed to come back with a negative test when you’re booked up for the next 3 months? Just horrible patient treatment and blatant disregard for my health. I actually felt discriminated against by the medical director because she had no issue with me until she saw me and looked me up and down.

Good doctors, but poor management of the office. I was checked in by Amy, filled out paper work, and was asked to use the restroom for a urine sample. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that my appointment was canceled and to reschedule because the nurse could not find me while I was in restroom. I inquired about the lack of communication between the front desk who checked me in and clinical staff, no response was given. I asked to speak to the office manager and was informed that she was not present and to leave a message. No apologies were given. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Kilo is simply amazing. Atmosphere very clean and welcoming. Appointment was on schedule. Definitely recommend.

By far one of the most unfriendliness offices in the area. Staff unprofessional attitude does not reflect the culture of Columbia, MD. I sat in the waiting area and watched a young lady struggle to bring in a handicapped person in a wheelchair. The front desk staff didn’t bother to assist. I got up from the waiting area to assist. ****PLEASE GET HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE DOORS ******I was approximately 10 minutes late for my appointment and was told to give a urine sample. When I came out the restroom, I was told that the doctor was unable to see me because I was 15 minutes late. I could have been told this prior to requesting a urine sample. In actually, I was only 10 minutes later. When attempting to reschedule, I was told that the next available appointment was 3 weeks away. This is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment elsewhere and received better treatment!!!!

Great experience...professional, clean environment, and the doctors are great. I would have given a 5 star but the person taking my blood was not the best.....#dontchaserollingveins

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Ezeike! She is so kind , patient, and willing to listen to all your concerns. I refuse to go to any other doctor with my anxiety. She definitely takes her time with you and is extremely gentle. I highly recommend her!

I have been a patient there for the past 10 years. I loved the dr I was seeing and still think shes amazing. Recently I called to schedule an appointment but I currently do not have health insurance. Instead of waiting for me to explain my circumstances to say that by the time my appointment was scheduled I WOULD have insurance the placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes and without explaining a thing, had me call a number to a completely different health system. When I called back for an explanation, the receptionist, in an extremely judgemental tone expressed that they did not see patients under my particular circumstance, without insurance.. dont think Ill go back

I absolutely hate this clinic. For the past year, obtaining my birth control has been absolute hell. Because of all the issues, i have been on and off my birth control so much that my body is reacting with cystic acne and horrible period cramps- these doctors could not care less. Not only do they never answer the phone or reply to my voicemails, there is no communication EVER when new issues arise. They will not work with my insurance, they will not work with my pharmacy, all they do is “deny” every prescription order they are sent. You know its bad when the pharmacy is more helpful and informative than youre own doctor. It is my right to take birth control if i want to, and they refuse to help me. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Besides all the insanity in the past year, they also don’t even understand which doctor i see- they always tell me its dr taio when i used to see dr brandon. They also gave me a gown that was completely falling apart one time and judged me when i responded to certain triage questions about smoking. I dont know if the issue is with the doctors or the admin but they have treated me so poorly and clearly do not care about my health. I do not recommend for people who take any birth control besides ortho tri cyclen

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office! We’ve been going here for 4 years- Dr. Ezieke is by far the most amazing OB! She’s smart, attentive & so friendly. She cared for me for all 3 of my pregnancies and delivered our first baby. Dr. Bangura delivered our second and she is also absolutely amazing!! The phlebotomist is really quick and smooth with all tests. She’s the ONLY one that hasn’t made me squeamish or caused unnecessary pain. The sonographer is very sweet and very comforting (even through a miscarriage). My husband and i love this office, chat with everyone and have found them to be nothing but friendly! Sometimes they’re busy but you have to expect that from an office full of pregnant mamas!

The new facility is easily located and a beautiful build out. Very convenient with the lab services on the first floor. Staff is friendly as usual.

From the time you walk in to the waiting area it’s a good experience. Staff and doctors value patient and answer questions so I can understand next steps.

My Dr is about to go out on leave & Dr. Mak had an opening and she was amazing!!! I love this group of professionals! Very personable & knowledgeable!

I have been a patient with this group since I was sixteen. When I started having pain that wouldn’t go away the on call doctor spoke with me at 10pm and made sure I was able to get into the office on Monday. Once I went in they were prompt to get me a sonogram, and quick to make a decision for me to go to St. Agnes for surgery. The OR was already waiting for me when I got there and Dr. Kilo was a huge advocate for my prompt care. The next day Lisa the NP called me to follow up. This group truely cares about their patients and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have had recent great experience with the doctors! She caught something that couldve turned it something bad and her follow up has been responsible. I had a past problem with a midwife there, but insisted on a doctor the next yr, and all is good now. Ive NEVER had bad customer service.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place. My nurse I think may have been new but I understood completely and we all have to start somewhere. My dr is AMAZING. She listens to any and every concern I have. She takes everything serious. I had questions about my results and the nurses called me back immediately and took the time to answer ANY questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

The best practice experience I have ever encountered in my life. Being in the medical field myself, I am extremely skeptical about my care, bedside manners and efficiency. This practice met all my needs and more. I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum early on after losing weight and throwing up to 15 times a day. They took care of me with the utmost care. I cannot explain how amazing these people were to me. For it to be my first pregnancy I was literally in the fight for my life. I was so grateful for the opportunity to be cared for them. Every single appointment was seemless, timely and I was catered to like a queen. They treat people amazing believe me look no further if you are looking for an OB office -this is it. I cried at my last appointment because I will miss them. And of course they have the best doctor also Dr. Ezeike(this woman is an angel sent from above.) Dont say I didnt tell you.

Love my doctor but the office is poorly managed and disorganized at times. Surgery was cancelled without notification; was only told that my pre-op appointment was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled.

I called on behalf of my sister in law to schedule an OB appointment. they would not schedule an appointment until I drop off her medical record. Once I did, Its been 2.5 days and the records are still on Dr s Koumars desk. It is absolutely shameful that a pregnant woman is not allowed to schedule an appointment! I was advised, the third time I called, that they needed to see if my sister in law was a high risk pregnancy or else they would have to refer her. I told them many times she was not a high risk pregnancy. if this is your protocol, at least check on the records on a time matter THIS A A PREGNANT WOMAN! I did go ahead an call Chase Brexton at Glenn B who gave me the most friendly customer care and I got an appointment. Now I am wondering if this is because my sister in law has medicaid? are you guys being bias against medicaid patients? I hold a normal insurance through my employer and customer service from other practices have been FAR better.

Beware - seriously. I started visiting this practice after a friend recommended them to me shortly before I got pregnant. At first sight, it is clean and the front office staff are professional and organized. However, this could not be further from the truth. The lab is very unorganized and the lab technician(s) are unprofessional, there is poor communication within the practice itself, and as a patient you are not given the option of the physician/midwife youd like to see. To add to all of this, upon getting tested for Zika the practice sat on my test results for a month and did not return any of the messages that I left asking about my results. Fortunately the results came back negative, but I did miss the opportunity to retest (which is recommended) because of the lack of communication. There are other options in the area and I recommend you check them out first!

First time here for my 4th pregnancy. I had to give 1 star just on policy alone. I requested an accommodation, as I have with all my pregnancies, which is to extend my break time at work by 20-25 min each shift for all of the pregnancy woes. The doctor would not approve due to I don’t have any complications with the pregnancy. As a woman, she couldn’t relate and as a doctor she couldn’t find it in her to accommodate. Dr. Dokou is the one. I would not recommend if you are a full time working Mom. They are not very accommodating here. If you want stress free support during pregnancy I would not recommend here. Had to switch because of this...Very Disappointed.

I am about half way through my first pregnancy and am having a great experience at St Agnes! Dr. Bangura was so kind when I needed some help in the middle of the night and the Sonographer Sandy is nothing short of amazing! She really took her time at our anatomy scan to make sure we understood what she was doing and why. It was a WONDERFUL office visit.

Had my appt for today. The patient service representive at the front desk was very nice and easy to talk to. I was getting my Nexplanon put in today. I was a little nervous. I seen Dr. Mak as the Dr. Who inserted my nexplanon. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me threw everything she was doing and what I might feel, talked to me to ease my nerves and answered every question I had about the form of Birth control I chose. The ladies here on staff are very nice. I will keep coming here for my care.

Dr Dokou is the best doctor at first I didn’t think I would stay there I went through three other doctors before finding her. She was calm heard all my problems out even delivered my baby perfectly now the hospital I’m not to happy with , while they delivered my daughter I started having real contractions after they gave me my epidural which was very backwards because wit my daughter they broke my water then gave me my epidural the pain was crazy I kind of got snappy but she understood what I was saying! She helped me deliver a beautiful baby girl her name is Mc’Cailie she’s a very good doctor give her a chance she understands and puts her self in your shoes I had my baby 12/16/19 at 10:32 pm thank you so much to all the wonderful nurses they all were very sweet and understanding

I was referred to St. Agnes from a friend. I went in for birth control and I had horrible side-effects, from my migraines being more severe and frequent and having depression and anxiety, along with all the little things. The nursing staff were egregiously dismissive telling me to wait 3 months these are all normal symptoms. I ended up coming off after 2 and a half months and gradually went back to feeling like my old self. I told my doctor this and she said weird, we dont know anyone with those side-effects. They are literally the side effects on the manufacturers website..... My doctor left and so I was given a new one and figured Id give it a shot one year later. I was given Dr. Sodeke and she was AMAZING! She listened to all of my concerns and we came up with a plan we were both on the same page with. Unfortunately, I had to move my annual and was given Dr. Goldberg. I dont recommend anyone ever seeing Dr. Goldberg. I was on the depo birth control shot and knew it was not a long term BC option and wanted to talk about doing the implant next. Dr. Goldberg completely dismissed me, said its not true, you dont have to go off depo after 2 years, questioned where I had read that and said why change a birth control that is working. Well, I read that on the FDA website. The drug is not recommended for more than 2 years because of studies finding decreases in bone mass. Fortunately, I work in medical research so I have access to journal articles, and it turns out the research behind that bone mass loss is all over the map, and there are no conclusions that can be drawn regarding that side effect, however, World Health Organization refers people to take it more than 2 years, with the fact that patients must be made aware of the potential side effects and inconclusiveness of the body of research. Geared with academic journals behind me, I then went to planned parenthood and acted as though I was learning about depo and the implant for the first time. I was made aware of the risks of depo, how you can stay on it for longer but the reasons why they dont recommend it and are waiting for more information. I also messaged Dr. Sodeke about Dr. Goldbergs response, including a link to the FDAs website, where she didnt even acknowledge that that was a concern and stoof behind Dr. Goldberg. To just shake your head at the patient, tell me thats not true, you can take depo for as long as you like and dismiss the 2 year concern, saying shes not sure where I read that, thats not true, is wildly unprofessional. It truly seems like there staff is not well updated on current research or is just in the habit of being dismissive to patients. I would like to emphasize that it was specifically the nursing staff and Dr. Goldberg who were the worst staff in interacted with at this clinic and cant speak to others.

After being my GYN office for over 10 years, I finally had to leave. The unprofessionalness of the staff at the front desk was ridiculous and terrifying. The HIPPA violations that happen what shut down the office if someone came in and actually listened to what was talked about. The response to COVID that the office has had, has been terrible. Getting in to the office is more like trying to enter a jail and then the treat everyone like a prisoner. Dr. Goldberg was my GYN and she failed to diagnose me with a very serious condition. Even after I asked if I could be tested for it, luckily my PCP came through and I am on medication now. I would not recommend this office to any of my friends or family members.

I am very relieved to have found a practitioner who is also an advocate. This group is on top of everything so far. They are pleasant on the phone and at the office. I see Lisa Mikels and she is fabulous. I cant say enough good things about this group!

I got my blood drawn here in Feb 2019 and its now Nov 2019 and my arm still hurts. I knew something was wrong when the phlebotomist put the strap around my arm way too tight. When I got home, i realized my arm was still bruised and made a call to the office. They told me to just put ice on it and it should be fine. I called every day for the next week and they kept telling me the same thing and eventually to go to my primary dr. Ended up going to a specialist to find out I had a hardened blot clot. I made a claim and they threw it out because they said she did all the paperwork correctly. Im still pursuing this currently and will be calling corporate.

I would recommend this office to anyone! They are a dream team of midwives/OBGYNs. I had an amazing pregnancy and birthing experience because of these Drs/MWs. Personable, caring, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, the list goes on. I switched to this office around 20weeks from Signature OBGYN which was a terrible experience. I’m thankful i did as this was my first baby and i almost didn’t because I didn’t know what to expect. They exceeded expectations.

Ive been waiting over a month for a new patient appointment. My appt is tomorrow and they call me today to tell me they have to cancel and will reach out to me in the next few weeks to reschedule. And to clarify - my new appointment would be for sometime in late January. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR AN APPT. If you have no openings for new patients at this time then say that!!!!!

Lisa M. Mikles, CRNP is knowledgeable and always willing to discuss how I’m doing. I trust her for routine care and I’m glad she would be there for me if I ever need to deal with a serious medical issue.

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and have been going to Saint Agnes when I first found out at about 7 weeks. This is my first baby, I’m 25 years old, and she was unplanned so my partner and I were pretty nervous. They did everything they could to ease me into pregnancy in the beginning and from my first appointment to my eighteen week afp appointment they have always been nothing but patient, kind, and understanding. I call the nurses constantly because, as a first time neurotic Mom I have a tendency to self diagnose via the internet, but they always answer and always put any worries I have to rest. When I got sick in the beginning of my pregnancy, Dr. Bangura even made herself available on a Sunday to make sure I was okay. They’ve given me so much confidence and I’m so excited to bring my baby girl into this world under their care! Definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service! There was a mix up with scheduling my appointment. Amy at the front desk made my appointment for the wrong day when i specifically stated i am returning back to work from maternity leave this week and need to be seen by a physician. I arrived earlier this morning at 9:15am. I was told that doctor Ezeki would be WILLING to see me after her scheduled appointments for that day which would have to be after lunch meanwhile there is no one in the waiting area whatsoever and i already traveled 40 mins to get here. Furthermore it was there mistake!!! Some of the physicians at this facility are great but there are handful of physicians and staff members who are very lazy and dont want to offer any assistance. Best advice find a new OB-GYN!!!

Dr. Goldberg is awesome! Her assistant Chloe is very welcoming. Overall experience was great!!!!

I have been a patient here for more than 5 years. If Dr Bangura was the only I see, I would have given 5stars because she the best. She knows what she s doing, she s patient, explains things clearly. I just love the way she works. I gave 4 stars because sometime I make urgent appointments with other drs when dr Bangura is not in. I swear I think I saw 4 different drs and each time I felt like the just wanted to get rid of me. I m still with this office because of her. I ll leave when she leaves simple. So for those who are complaining ask for dr BANGURA your problems will be solved. Thank you Dr Bangura for giving you best to make sure we leave your office with no WORRIES. You are the best ever!

I will not go back here I have been with practice for a very long time ! I was not happy with doctor I saw the fist time made fell very uncomfortable both times I saw her ! So I asked to see a different doctor I felt my questions were not answered and I felt forced into some test done that I did not fell very comfortable with ! The tech that took all my information was incorrect and was loved into the wrong patient I’m searching for a new practice! Just awful

The ladies at the desk and those who show the customers the way to the office. They need to be trained to communicate with one another and respect.They dont even bother answering all of your questions. Theyre rude as hell, they need to go through more training.The doctors like Dr. Bangura are perfect. But its the ladies who arent make that place horrible.

I’m coming here for my second pregnancy. I also used here for during my first pregnancy however it looks like the quality got worsen over time. I didn’t like the attitude of some of the staff members towards me. Some of them were unfriendly and unprofessional. I regret to get service from here.

I have only had two general practioners in my entire life. Dealing with this group of OB/GYNS was the worst medical experience I ever had. Their poor service ranged from incorrect billing to not calling an ambulance when I was hemorrhaging so badly in their office that I couldnt stand up without feeling like I was going to pass out and/or throw up. Please consider my review here as well as reviews on other pages (Yelp, etc.) before making an appointment with this practice.

The ABSOLUTE WORST OB OFFICE! They are partners with St. Agnes Hospital, and they dont communicate between their offices/ locations. They dont tell you all the information, only what they believe you should know. It has been the most stressful and unprofessional experience Ive ever encountered. Also when you go to the hospital for appointments they treat you like poop.

I went to get a copper IUD here. Turns out, because theyre a catholic institution, they dont believe in it because it isnt medically necessary. A word of caution to anyone who hopes to get non-hormonal birth control from this office.Edit: you can take your conscience objections out of healthcare. That would be a start.
