I’m a little late on the review but went about a month ago to get a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing!! I’m from out of town and struggle to find masseuses who will do the level of firmness I like but Desiree got some really deep knots out of my back that had been bothering me. She also used some hot stones with my permission and it was amazing! Plus the drive to her shop is gorgeous and she keeps the atmosphere very comfortable and zen. Treat yourself to a massage if you’re in the area! You won’t regret it.

Desiree is extremely welcoming and is very in tune with the body. The space is quiet, the table is comfortable and warm. The studio is located within Cook Forest along the river and its very peaceful and serene. I have a standing monthly appointment with Desiree, so this should speak for itself. If you are looking for a professional massage therapist, who is super sanitary, loves what she does, and is great at it then call Desiree!! You will not be disappointed.

Desiree is very knowledgable & is also always learning! Lots of options - the hot stones are my favorite, loving the new facial massage! She will concentrate on any specific concerns with you. The studio is clean, calming, and welcoming! I leave relaxed and walking straighter!!

I have been going to Desiree for many years. She is always professional and knowledgeable of new techniques so as to individualize each massage experience. I would be remiss to not mention the overall ambience of her studio. Its decorated beautifully, there is a salt dome for your feet and a calming water fountain. And to end your session she has a selection of delicious gourmet tea. I look forward to each appointment.

Inside the studio, it is very calming and relaxing with great music playing softly in the background. I receive a 90 minute hot salt stone massage with foot reflexology, both are amazing. I have been getting massages since 2001 after having neck surgery. The power of massage has so many healing and healthy benefits for the body. I highly recommend Desirèe for your massage therapist!!

I have been going to Desiree monthly for years and look forward to each visit. She is an excellent Message Therapist with very reasonable rates. She sells and uses essential oils for her treatments making each visit a wonderful experience. She offers many different services and I highly recommend adding the facial massage to a visit!She has decorated her studio beautifully which adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Even getting to her studio is relaxing with a drive on the River Road.I highly recommend Desiree for your next message experience.

Ive gotten at least 6 or 8 massages from Desiree and she is fantastic! She always asks about any parts of my body that need extra attention. After a 90 minute session with hot stones and reflexology, I feel 100x better!

I first met Desiree when I got a massage (which was pure heaven). I then decided to try her hypnotherapy session. I had always been skeptical about hypnosis. Its definitely not what the stereotype chicken clucking suggests. Desiree asks you what area (s) of your life you would like to work on and makes your sessions tailored to that. I had 3 virtual sessions (thank you Covid) that was scheduled to my preference. I cannot recommend it enough. My goal was to have a healthier lifestyle. Not only did it work for lessens my cravings for junk food, etc it has also helped me alleviate some of my anxiety. She also created a recording that I can use at any time. I highly recommend Desiree. You wont be disappointed!

I had an hour and half session with Desiree , always professional and decided for a longer session this time . She integrated cupping in the massage and I cannot say enough on how the experience enhanced the effectiveness of the massage ! This technique uses a pulling , if you will instead of compression to the muscle . It was superb and truly took those problem areas away for me . Thank you Desiree and great work

Desiree gives a very good massage. She offers a nice, relaxing atmosphere. She is also very good at listening to your questions, concerns, and provides feedback on things that may help your body feel better.

Ill never go anywhere else! Desiree helped me through 2 pregnancy pains/discomforts. Shes personable and will chat if you want to chat or let you doze off during the massage. She customizes your experience with scents and music. I just love her little studio.

I was skeptical about hypnotherapy. I am pleased with the progress I’ve made in a short time with anxiety and stress management. The sessions were well organized, tailored to me and my needs. She even recorded sessions for me to use between and following our meetings. I highly recommend trying hypnotherapy with Desiree!
