I normally go to see Kelly Thompson however all the girls at Key Wellness have been very friendly from the second I walk in the doors! Kelly is very compassionate, and makes me feel very comfortable, and no topic is too awkward with her. Kelly truly makes me feel like I’m not just another patient. She asks questions to get the full picture. I highly recommend Key wellness for all of your wellness needs!

Highly recommend. They are wonderful there and with needing labs, they know how to find tricky veins which is HUGE when you hate needles!! Super happy with my visit. I look forward to working with them in the future!

After being sick for about nine days, a friend of mine, recommended, I go to Key wellness and get an IV infusion. So today I did that, and from the minute I walked in. Sandy made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a little and got me all set up to meet with the doctor. Kelly was great, she listened and we came up with a plan for my IV. Everything went well and I’m really hoping that the IV helps and I start to feel like me thanks Key wellness looking forward to coming in and trying some other therapies you provide down the road.

I was disappointed when I went to CRMC on Friday for my blood work and they were not any orders there. Hopefully they will be there tomorrow morning . Other than that glitch, everything was very good.

Love love Key Wellness. I get the IV therapy but terrified of needles. Let me tell you from the time you walk in until you walk out it’s the most calming atmosphere and the staff is so friendly. I feel like I’m in a spa even with a IV. Last time I was so relaxed I slept through the therapy.Also you have to check out their bathroom 😂#bathroomgoals

50 and not so fabulous...as a birthday treat, my friends and I made a investment in ourselves. We made appointments with Kelly at Key Wellness. After a 40 min consult confirming my concerns and wishes, I was on my way home to await the results that never came. I reached out several times (as instructed during the consult). After 5 weeks, Kelly and I finally connected. I was in no way expecting a refund, but was expecting a solution/client focused conversation. Instead, my integrity was challenged. If you are looking for client focused service, prompt communication and competetive pricing look elsewhere.

I started my journey at Key Wellness to finally get rid of one of the most embarrassing things a women can have…facial hair! I am not talking white peach fuzz I am talking full on man beard hair! I believe I could make a man jealous of my goatee! I joke about it because I have lived with it most of my adult life starting with a few stray dark hairs to a full time shave twice a day chin hair. I have PCOS and my facial hair has always been a huge concern for me. I hate that I have to carry a shaver with me everyday in case I am somewhere where my 5 o’clock shadow will be noticeable to others. Yes, this is a put it out there for all to know story but if I could encourage 1 person to take the plunge to get rid of this incredibly embarrassing facial hair it will be worth having people know my issue with it. My first treatment couldn’t have been more easy with the wonderful treatment I received from the team at Key Wellness. From an easy check in to a consult where Kelly T. made me very comfortable talking about how bad my facial hair has become to getting my first laser treatment that was much more easier than I could ever imagine it would be! I walked out of there knowing that it will take more treatments but with a much lighter heart knowing I can fix this and I won’t have to live with it for ever now!
