Ive been coming to this office since 2019 and I love it. I am treated as one of the family here. I had my hysterectomy and I had some complications. Dr. K was awesome with both surgeries. The staff and Dr. K made sure that I had everything that I needed before the surgery and after. Whenever I have any issues, I can call the office and I do get satisfaction whether in person or on the phone. I want to thank the whole staff for their care and professional support with my needs. Dr. K bedside manor is so warm and excepting.

The office staff is kind and helpful, I was having pain and they were able to squeeze me in. Did not have to wait long and they figured out what was going on. I really like both the Dr. Kasparek and Tara. Very personable and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant/quiet office. So thankful I finally found a GYN office that listens.

I’ve been under Dr. Kasparek’s care for two years now. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and consideration of my desires and input in what was a difficult decision for me to have surgery. I’m so happy that she is cognizant of the affect of menopause and hormones to our overall health. This is something that is largely ignored in the medical community.

Good luck trying to get a hold of ANYONE in this office. After years of being a patient here, they have been either understaffed of completely incompetent or both because it is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone...the front desk, the nurse, anyone. All you get is voice mail and no call back. Ever. And its such a shame because I like the doctors there. But I cant even get in anymore because no one answers the phone so I can make an appointment. And they have left me hanging without a refill for my prescription repeatedly because they wont answer the phone or return calls. And recently, I have received a letter from my insurance company that they have stopped accepting my insurance-Blue Cross Blue Shield. Seriously? If youre able to get an appointment, then congratulations. But just know, you may be left hanging when you try to get another one or are in need of immediate care.

Posting this on behalf of my partner who doesn’t want her poor review to impact the treatment she receives.She recently visited this office for hormonal issues and made note of the improper conditions. There is current renovation being done in the office which she mentioned made her visit a bit offputting. There were men in and out of of building. The floors and exam rooms were dirty and the bathroom is open and right in front of the lab. The system is also apparently outdated — they don’t have any way to make appointments or pay for your appointments without having to directly speak to someone. The paperwork is only accessible with a printer.She did say although the office is a bit disgusting she was willing to ignore it because the reception told her it wasn’t their permanent residence. She just felt as though it was unprofessional to see patients in an active renovation site. Further more to the unprofessionalism, she mentioned that while filling out paperwork she could hear patients being referred to as “crazy” and “stupid” by a provider I think her name is Tora or Tara. There was ongoing conversation with her and another employee about patients that she described as “gossip”.Her overall experience was okay and she felt that her medical needs were attended to, she just didn’t really feel as though the office was worth it for any other reason other than access to certain care that isn’t accessible at other providers. She felt if she could get what she needed from her old Gynecologist she would just stay with them.

Everyone at Complete Women’s Healthcare is truly amazing. From the friendly staff and office manager, to the nurses and of course, Dr. Kasparek… She’s incredible.Dr. Kasparek is down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and makes you feel super comfortable.I trust her and am really glad I found her!

BELIVE THE BAD REVIEWS! Terrible staff and huge lack of communication. Made an appointment which they scheduled me for 45 days out. I wait and then they decide to call me the day before to tell me they do not take blue cross blue shield!! That they do not know when blue cross blue shield will notify them!! THIS IS ABSURD!! This Clinic has not been the same since the other doctors left!!

Few of my friends had recommended them and I approached them for an appointment. I was going through immense pain, but since they were good and in network with my insurance I decided to wait for 3 weeks for Dr.Dorigen’s appointment. After suffering pain for 3 weeks and on the day of appointment, I was informed that they have been having issues with my insurance and that I might have to pay out of my pocket! This was even after I had confirmed everything 2 days prior to the appointment. I feel terrible that I had suffered all that pain for no use. Who is to blame for this? The clinic? The insurance? Or the health system?

Staff is excellent! Always kind and respectful.The nurses are super sweet. Especially Tara! She is the best; she listens to you and gives practical advices.Dr. Kaspersky is an expert and listens to us too.

The care provided at complete women’s healthcare was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The front desk staff and the nurse were fast, courteous and professional. Dr. Kasparek was extremely patient and answered all my questions and provided excellent care. Overall my experience at this clinic was great and I highly recommend them to others.

I have been going here since 2016! Dr. Kasparek delivered my baby who is now 7 years old. She is amazing! All the staff is very friendly! I wanted a VBAC and Dr. kasparek made that happen! I’ve been going here yearly for my exams! Great place! Always recommend my friends here! My niece went here too!

I started with this practice over a decade ago during a high risk pregnancy and cant say enough good things! The providers really care about you and I have always gotten great care. I now go just for Gyno visits, have seen Dr. K and Jennifer; they are both wonderful! I had a really painful and delicate condition last year that ended up requiring surgery (performed by Dr K). They were so compassionate, knowledgeable and quick to get me scheduled once we realized surgery was needed. I trust them implicitly am so grateful for them and the entire staff.

My Experience has been weird. Though Doctors are good but the office staff isn’t. I have been trying to reach out to them for prescription follow up for 2 weeks and nobody answers the call, always goes to voicemail and even after leaving the voicemail I have never received a call back. I am done with this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Kasparek for 15+ years and even drive an hour away to see her. She goes above and beyond to look into things for your care and takes a very personalized approach. Could not recommend her more!

The appointment was on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Dorigen Kasparek has a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is a joke. The only person ruder than front desk is the “manager” front desk literally said “so stupid” waited over 30 min with no update and when asked what’s the wait time was called stupid. The manager is a miserable human and honestly one star is not even worth it. What a terrible office staff and manager.

Dr.K and Tara are both fabulous providers. They both are very knowledgeable, have great bedside manners and Tara will always keep you laughing. The MA, Kailee, will always greet you with a smile and help ease any nerves you may be feeling. The office manager, Shawna, is always very helpful and works hard to keep things running smoothly as possible. I recommend CWH to all my family and friends. 💛

I am o happy that I found someone to listen- all these years no OBGYN would help or test my hormones- I knew something was wrong. I am 41, and going through menopause. So happy that I found Tara and this practice- they are so very helpful!

I had an annual appointment where a 3 week followup was scheduled. This office is unorganized. I confirmed an appt a day before it was scheduled back in May because I did not receive a confirmation call. Ashlyn or Ashtyn confirmed It was not on the schedule, but got me in the following week (May 26th).We rescheduled the appointment for the followup, but I later canceled due to how unorganized it was. I also requested a call back (in May) from the provider (Tara) and never heard from them.A week after my annual the provider called me, unscheduled, to review labs and ask if I got my prescription filled.I then received a bill (from May in October) for a telehealth appointment that never happened. In my experience calling to review labs is standard. and called on Monday spoke with Paige. She said the office manager would call me. Its Wednesday I didnt hear anything so I called back and was met with an attitude from Paige saying my notes have a telehealth appt so I need to pay.I do not recommend this office just with how unorganized they are and other reviews highlight the random charges.

I was referred to CWH by a friend after being ignored by my current doctor. The staff and doctors were completely sympathetic to my needs and immediately gave me multiple options.

Such a wonder experience with Dr Tera, not one moment did I feel rushed during my visit.Can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

I thoroughly trusted the Dr until they charged me $250 for a 15 minute consult. No exam. No blood pressure taken. Just talked with the Dr who didn’t even know why I was there. It wasn’t time for my 6th Month exam. I’ve made several attempts to rectify this bill with no return phone calls. I paid $100 towards this protested bill. Have the cancelled ck but not reflecting on 2 billing cycles. Called twice again. We will see if I get a return call this time. Will never go back this Dr is not God and no one should charge $250 for a 15 mjnute talk Shame on y’all

Always a great experience at Complete Womens Healthcare. Being new in town I found them well rated on Yelp and close to my home, Im thankful I found them! New in town and pregnant with my first child they were patient, understanding and professional. The front desk staff are always so welcoming and friendly, the nurses are comforting, the Ultrasound tech is amazing, and the Doctors are friendly but professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else! The entire staff is modern and has a great attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kasparek for over 12 years. She has seen me through many different phases of life. She successfully delivered my beautiful babies and before that, she held me and cried with me as I mourned the loss of three pregnancies. She is someone whose opinion I trust implicitly. She is always up-to-date about women’s health issues and is always willing to try new things and think outside the box whenever it comes to what is best for her patients. She and her staff are the best around. They are on time and efficient and I know I can always count on being in and out quickly - without feeling like I was rushed out. I have recommended her office over and over again and will continue to do so. There is quite simply no one else I would trust my health to.

Tara is such an amazing and lovely person. She has always answered all of my questions and given me so much more insight into being menopausal.

For over a year Ive been to several doctors that have told me different things and been on meds that were of no help. Today Jennifer Grizzle and her colleague (name unknown) shed much light on my situation that has taken such a toll on me. It was a breathe of fresh air and a heavy weight lifted off of my shoulders. Just knowing what it is made me feel better in many ways. They were a God send.

I was very unhappy with Peach Clinic at Atlanta highway and finally switched to this healthcare. I love the staff and the nurse. And have already recommended this place to my friends. Nurse Tara is very sweet. She gives you your due time, doesnt rush, answers all questions and concerns. The best part about this place is that there is almost no wait time and you are in and out pretty quick with everything taken care of.

Dr. Kasparek has been my OBGYN for the past 12+ years! She delivered both of my babies (ages 9 and 11 now) and has been not only a wonderful doctor, but a friend to me throughout the years! I will never forget my 6 week follow-up appointment after having my first child, when I walked into Dr. K’s office with a crying baby and an expression of despair on my face. She gave me a big hug and said “you’ve got this!” Since having babies, Dr. K has helped me through all sorts of “female issues” and has always had my best interest at heart. I feel very blessed to have her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to everyone!!!

Absolutely love complete women’s healthcare and the team! I was lucky enough to have Dr.Kasparek as my OB during a rough pregnancy. She gave me the guidance I needed through it. Even after the delivery of our babies, she has been there for me during the loss of one of my twins and the GYN care I needed. I couldn’t have imagined having any other doctor by my side during that time. I completely trust her with any and all medical decisions she makes on my behalf. The team treats you more like family then a patient, which makes a huge difference when your there for problems or concerns. I highly recommend Each physician at this office as they take the time to get to know their patients and the best plan of care for each individual.

One star goes to the scheduling receptionist and the ultrasound tech. I went to this practice throughout my whole pregnancy. I started with Dr. Rao and she was extremely rude. She wanted to spend the least amount of time with me as possible and I do not think she cared about me or my baby at all. I was very sick through my whole pregnancy and she offered no advice or concern. I switched to doctor Kasparek and she was nice enough. Although I did not seem like a priority at all. She wanted to get in and out of appointments as soon as possible. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

After years of being sent from specialist to specialist, and having silod care for my back, pelvic, and endometrial issues, I was finally recommended by a dear friend to Dr. Kasparek. By the end of my first appointment, we had a tailored care plan, and more answers as to why I was experiencing so much pain, than any other facility had given me in the past 2.5 years.The compassion and knowledge that the entire staff portrayed was beautifully humbling and brought me to tears. My experiences were validated and my diagnoses, further explained in a manner that I could visually comprehend.Dont get caught up in the cycle of referrals and unanswered questions. Get in to Complete Womens Healthcare and change that trajectory today. A heart felt thank you to Dr. Kasparek and staff!

I had an excellent first prenatal visit with Dr. Kasparek at this practice. Glad to be under the care of this group!Editing my review to say that I had a wonderful experience being a patient of Dr. Kasparek’s throughout my pregnancy, from my first visit through my son’s arrival via planned c-section. My oldest child suffered a birth injury in Virginia due to medical malpractice, so I was quite apprehensive about this pregnancy and birth. My only concern was that I had an OBGYN whom I could rely on to make sound decisions and who would do everything possible to ensure that I had a healthy pregnancy and a safe birth. Dr. Kasparek put me at ease, as she remained confident, in charge, and in control the entire time. I’m grateful for her knowledge and expertise.

I had the BEST experience EVER here! i have spent hundreds of dollars self pay trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I got diagnosed with PCOS this last year and i needed more information and treatment plan- well i met this staff and when i first got there i was greeted by the front desk employee and from there on out just nothing but welcoming presence. Dr.Kasparek has the best energy and such a good personality and really sat there and listened to me talk about my problems and asked her to please just help me figure all this out. She has me on a plan that fits my needs. The NURSE was absolutely amazing and super super kind to me- then when i went to get my blood drawn the phlebotomist ( wish i knew her name) was awesome- such a good fun personality especially in a moment where youre getting stuck by a needle- you need that kind of energy!! I am thankful and felt super excited when i left knowing Dr.Kasparek knew what i felt and what i wanted out of this. I will recommend her to every one that i know!! Dr Kasparek was patient and took the time to listen before starting the exam. She is kind and gentle and makes you feel at ease. She also was able to keep our billable services to a minimum since my insurance doesnt cover everything. Definitely recommend!

I was under complete womens healthcare for my second pregnancy. I have been seen by all the 3 doctors and all of them have been very helpful to me. They encouraged me for good healthy habits, referred me to the right Maternal Fetal medicine (due to my gestational diabetes).Dr Kasparek was available on call whenever I had late night issues.I will be forever grateful to her for doing my c-section so well and my recovery was even better than my first delivery which was normal.I only have good things to say about Dr. Kasparek and her staff.Special mention for the Ultrasound tech there - she is really friendly :)

Goodness! I can’t pick just one staff member and I could go on and on about each one!! Complete Women’s Health has walked along side of my husband and me for both our children’s delivery. Each appointment. Each ultrasound. Blood work. A sound calming voice after the specialist appointments...from being welcomed at the front desk with a smile to capping off the visit with Heather who made you feel like you were the only patient! Dr. Kasparek and Dr. Rao brought excellent care and attention with clinical knowledge and comforting understanding to me as a mom!Dr. K delivered both of our babies and what a special place she has in our hearts.Each one of you rock!!!❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Kasparek has been my personal doctor for more than 10 years. She treats you like a friend that you haven’t seen in years and is excited to catch up with you! She is up to date on issues pertinent to women in today’s busy world and genuinely cares about your health. I highly recommend Dr. Kasparek and her office.

Both Dr. Martinez and Dr. Kasparek are great; they are easy to talk to, come in knowing your medical history, and always professional but personable. I have been to a few different OBGYNs and this practice has been my favorite by far. As a woman without children, I cant say enough good things!

Dr Rao and Dr Kasperek are the amazing Dr I have ever met. Dr Rao was a grate guide and took care of me and baby throughout my Pregnency-delivery- postpartum checkup. I had a very positive feeling whenever I was checked with these drs, they have lot of patience and time to understand me and my concerns each time. They did educate me well on the process of getting through it successfully which resulted in giving birth to my 2nd son who was healthier and full term baby. Dr Rao also noticed the problem associated with VBAC at 37 th week and informed us to opt C-SEC without any hassle. Me and family are happy to be part of this women healthcare and also thanks to all the staff members and ultrasound tech.Thank you so much Dr Rao and Dr K for being such a caring Dr and I wish you both grate future ahead ☺️

Before going to this office, I researched the reviews. Which were for the most part positive, and I assumed that the few negative experiences were one-off and that I would have a great experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I had an OBGYN prior to this pregnancy and he ended up being out of network for me at this time, so I hoped that this in network provider would do the trick. I was sadly mistaken. While the providers in person are very nice (I met with 3 of them), the lack of follow up was terrible. I am having a high risk pregnancy and needed much more oversight and assistance than other pregnant ladies whose pregnancies were not as eventful. Under their care, I lost 15 lbs in the first 3 months, and they couldnt seem to do basic things, like call in prescriptions. I had to call 3-4 times for very basic follow up and often received the run around. One day, I was in the office lobby awaiting the start of my appointment. There were two staff ladies at the desk. Staff person #1 said to Staff person #2, the information I just gave to the lady on the phone was wrong. But, I am not going to call her back, she was already upset. Please help me understand how in a medical situation it is EVER okay to give out misinformation AND THEN not correct yourself, simply to avoid a client being upset with you, for an error YOU made? Sorry, its unacceptable - at all times. This, made me understand why I had been having such a difficult time with the process. If you have uneventful pregnancies, then this may very well be the practice for you. But I personally went back to my old OBGYN and paid out of network prices, rather than deal with this terrible practice. My pregnancy at old OBGYNs office has been monitored effectively, and I have actually begun to gain back the weight I lost and have a healthy growing baby, which may not have been the case with Complete Womens Healthcare. One additional comment, is that they are C-section happy as someone else mentioned in a review. I previously had a surgery (robotic myomectomy) that went very well had virtually no scarring. Once I divulged this information, prior to them requesting ANY medical documentation from the doctor/ hospital where the surgery was performed, the OBGYN at CWH (complete womens health) told me I would have to have an C-section. How exactly would she know that? She didnt. It was the bigger paycheck for completing a surgery rather than doing the necessary research and making an informed decision, on the best course of action for me and my childs health. I am very disappointed, and will never return.11/12/19 Update.As an update I had a perfectly healthy baby boy in March of this year (7 lbs 6.5 oz) via a VAG birth, no c-section needed at all. My OBGYN is Dr. Brian A. Levitt.

Dr. Kasparek is an outstanding Gynecologist. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and she is informative and thorough in everything she does. Dr. K and her staff follow through with requests and respond to emails and phone calls. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I was treated very nicely by all the staff. The doctor was personable and funny, and Tara did everything I needed. Highly recommend!

I can finally say that I have found my gyno for life. I feel so extremely comfortable and at home here. The staff knows exactly who I am when I walk in and are aware of whatever is going on. Me and my mom both LOVE Dr. Kasparek and everyone in general there. Weve been seeing her for the past year and a half. Yes, they are busy, but they get things done. She and the other doctors, nurses, and staff have been nothing but a delight to work with. Ive had experiences with each of the doctors there and they made each process as quick and painless as possible. They have great bedside manner. Dr. Kasparek has never tried to talk me into something I didnt believe was right for me, even if it was at the last minute and I was wasting their time. They are very accomodating to your needs as a patient, what you are comfortable with doing or not doing, and good at explaining the options you have for treatment or birth control. She also performed surgery on my mom and did a wonderful job in respecting both her wishes and her health. She had such a quick recovery and it was much better than both of us thought it would be. If I have ever had an issue, the staff have been happy to reschedule me or do their best to help find a solution. And the office is very warm and inviting. Everything is comortable and roomy, and there is even a water cooler and a play area for kids. I do not have any children yet, but I definitelty want to continue seeing the amazing women that work here. at this point, I dont think much could change that. I feel like a part of the family here. BEST gyno experiences ever! Thanks to eberyone there for being so great!

Had a horrible experience. Staff wasnt not helpful at all when I came in pregnant. They had issues running my insurance so they made me pay in full and then held my money for over 6 months before they would give me a refund. I left their care bc the staff was obviously not their for the patients. Once I left I discovered they billed my insurance for ultrasounds that were never performed, performed tests known to not be covered by my insurance, then never sent open balances to me and it was turned over to collections. Nothing but bad things came from the handful of visits I had here. So happy I found a new OB. Definitely wouldnt go here.

My wifes experience as a patient was so bad I have to warn others. The care they give is fine. We trust the doctors and nurses, but I wouldnt say that their care is any worse or better than any other OBGYN. Mediocre.The main problems come from an incompetent front desk and billing department. They are the most unhelpful group Ive ever worked with. The worst thing is that after they were unable to correctly make a claim for insurance they incessantly billed us for a payment that was already made. In addition, they sent our bill to a collections agency. Its an insult to us because our insurance paid and yet they tried to charge us twice and hired a collections agency. We were able to work it out because WE called our insurance company [they couldnt do it] and then the insurance company had to call them and tell them that they had already paid the bill in full and we were being falsely charged.Avoid this office!

My experience with Dr. Kasparek was single handedly the worst experience of my life. If you are looking for an OB that will respect your wishes and rights when it comes to the birth of your child, Dr. Kasparek is not the doctor for you. If you want to schedule your c-section out of convenience, then Dr. K is your gal!I thought that I had chosen a like minded doctor that would give me personalized attention when it came to birthing my child. I was completely wrong. I was shuttled through her c-section factory line and left with nothing but questions and regrets. Even though the specialist had recommended that go home on bed rest and deliver at 37 weeks, Dr. Kasparek decided that it was more convenient to deliver at 35 weeks. One minute I was told I was going home and the next minute I was told that I had 10 minutes to make a decision between a surgical delivery (which was to happen immediately) or inducing labor which could take 3-4 days. When we asked why we were told over and over again that we needed to move toward delivery. However, I was not in distress, the baby was not in distress, and my medical records show that there was no medical reason to deliver that day. My baby was only 4 lbs and had to spend 2 weeks in the NICU. Dr. Kasparek never came to see me before the c-section. She left as soon as the baby was delivered to do another c-section and had a surgical assistant sew me up. She came to visit me one time while I was breastfeeding in the NICU which did not give me any time to ask questions. No one briefed me on the expectations for recovery after my surgery. When I told her my concerns she told me that I was hormonal and emotional and that I would have more perspective on the situation with time. At that time she also told me that is was up to my insurance company as to when I would be discharged, but then went directly to the nurses station and signed my discharge papers without anyone ever checking to see if I could stay another day. My discharge papers were signed before I had met the medical requirements to be discharged AND most importantly, she discharged me without prescribing a RhoGam shot. The RhoGam is medically necessary and should have been given on the same day that I gave birth since my blood type is O- and the baby was is A+.Needless to say, I refused to return to her practice and saw 2 other OBGYNs for second opinions and my 6 week follow up. Both doctors told me that my c-section incision was not good. One doctor even asked if I had had another surgery in the same area because the dimpling from the sutures was was so evident. Both doctors also stated after looking at the medical records that they would not have delivered that day and that there was clearly a breakdown in communication. Moreover, we received $3500 bill for the surgical assistant that sewed me up because that service is not covered my insurance plan.It has been almost 4 months since my baby was born and I am still nothing short of LIVID. If Dr. Kasparek had spent anytime with me or actually reading the specialist recommendations, maybe my baby would not have had to spend 2 weeks in the NICU. Maybe I would not have had to have a significantly invasive surgery. Maybe I would have happy memories of the birth of my child. I cant go back, but if I could I would have said, NO. I do not give informed consent and refuse treatment until I can have a second opinion. My husband and I were scared and put our trust in Dr. Kasparek, which I will regret for the rest of my life.

Dr. Kasparek is a trustworthy OBGYN. I have been a patient of hers at Complete Womens Healthcare for about a year now, and am so thankful that i found a doctor that i can trust with my health.In the past, i had a doctor who i would never go back to. I went to a facility that had a murad of doctors working and felt like i was in a cattle call, and because of this my health and my concerns were compromised. It was clear to me that my health was not of a concern! Its nothing like that at Complete Womens Healthcare.I come in to a nice office, and am called by my doctors nurse, so im constantly seeing the same people, which makes me comfortable. Dr. Kasparek is easy to speak to about womens health issues and is thorough to check into why symptoms may be occurring. To have a doctor that checks EVERYTHING is important. You never know whats truly going on until you look at everything, and for me thats what she did. We did find the reason that i was having some issues, and she was constantly available for my questions.I am really happy with the womens health and service that i get from Dr. Kasparek and her office staff. Everyone is always very nice, and its easy to get in to be seen when i need to.Im not a mother and ive never gone through pregnancy, but i would trust Dr. Kasparek to get me through that time of my life when it comes too.Very happy patient, and wanted you all to know.

My wife had check up about 5 months ago. She gave them the old insurance card. After receive the initial bill with full price, we told the billing department the correct insurance card. It passed more than 4 months and weve not gotten any response from them. She called billing department several times, but there was no call back.My wife liked her doctor, but I believe that the good service should start from the very basic stuffs. I see others mentioning about poor service in reception desk and other services. My wife also requested for the the follow up schedule, but she still didnt get any response.

I have been seeing Dr. Dori Kasparek and Dr Rao for years. I started with my routine obgyn visits and all the way to delivering both my amazing sons. When i was pregnant with my 2nd son i lived an hour away from the Johns Creek office and I drove all the way to Johns Creek for every appointment. These doctors are the best! They are the most sweetest and honest women and I am blessed to have them for my care.

Dr Martinez is amazing! Helped deliver my baby girl and made sure I understood all my options when it came to my pregnancy and delivery. She respected our birth plan and even when i thought i couldnt take the pain ofdelivery she helped me remember how i wabtwd to give birth without an epidural. She is also very personable, even tho she was not the Dr on call she came to make sure the birth of my baby went smoothly as possible.

Dr kasparek is amazing person always easy to talk ,understanding, calm and caring.understood my health and being first time pregnant she was patient . Front desk Heather ,Erin they are welcoming and punctual at their work , ultrasound technician Mandy is very patient ,Richelle the Nurse is considerate and gives response quickly, lab technician very nice in her work (my bad not recognizing her name ) , Tannika is good at her work updating info immediately .if I forgot to mention someone plz forgive me each and every staff member is helpful and best at their work .you guys are really good team .Dr kasparek you are special to us and really having special place in our heart 😊

From the minute I walked into Complete Women’s Health Center, I was greeted with a smile and a How can I help you today! The Doctors assistances were very nice and helpful as well. Dr. Mustasa was great! She was very kind, thoughtful and professional! I really liked her a lot and truly appreciate her caring about older patients! Dr. Mustasa took her time and answered all my questions and concerns. What a caring, wonderful Doctor!!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Kasparek - came in for a yearly screening and checkup. Dr. Kasparek went over my health issues and took her time explaining things and was genuinely friendly. Her front office staff was as well. Very pleased I made this change.

I went to Complete Womens healthcare for two of my pregnancies. If you are looking for just an OBGYN its fine. However, I dont think they offer Complete Womens Healthcare and should probably change their name. When its comes to issues women commonly face in my age group they are unable to treat and will just tell you to seek treatment elsewhere. So I guess that is what I will do is find a provider that can offer Complete Womens Healthcare.

I really liked Dr. Kasparek. She was friendly, helpful, she listen, ask me questions & listen to my concerns about my issues. She offered alternative solutions. There office was able to see me quickly. Also did not have to wait long which was great.

I had my first appointment today and it was great! I saw the NP, Susan, who was very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease about a stranger getting all up in my business. I am so glad I found this practice!

Came here for my pregnancy and have decided to keep them as my OB. Great Doctors all around so even if you dont get the same one each appointment, you are still in great hands! Great nursing staff and ultrasound tech is patient and warm as well.

The actual exam was not very through. My biggest difficulty came when needing to get a refill of a birth control prescription. The doctor who saw me for an exam must not have documented what prescription she gave me. I called the office on a Friday and asked for a refill to be prescribed. The nurse practitioner stated it would be ready for pick-up by that afternoon. When I went to pick up the prescription over the weekend it had not been called in. I spent the rest of the afternoon trying to have the correct prescription called into the pharmacy. The doctor who was on call, Dr. Kasprek, called in the incorrect prescription to two different pharmacies. When I called back to have the prescription changed, she refused to make the change. The answering service worker used for weekend hours was also unpleasant and unprofessional. The office may be nicely decorated but customer service is not a priority at Complete Womens Healthcare.

It is very difficult to get in contact with the staff. I only get a response when I physically come into the office. They don’t respond to email or call. Very disappointed with their communication.DO NOT sign up for Natera. I was told that Natera would call me with an estimate if services were over $249 before running the results. I’m displeased that the nurse Tara didn’t provide me accurate information and now I’m stuck with a $750+ bill. I’m trying to contact the office for help but now they won’t respond.I wish that this office would respond to emails or calls. I wish I could give a 0/10 for the professional of this office.

I got my IUD put in at this location after over a year and a half here. I always felt uncomfortable with my OBG, Dr. Rao, because she would never explain what she was doing or answer my questions, and as a teen at the time I was dreading every moment of heading here because i knew I’d only return feeling violated and uninformed. I went and got my IUD, i had done extensive research which said it’s best to get it done during or directly after ones period. My OBG said it didn’t matter but when I showed up for the appointment a week after my period, she was “surprisend” my cervix was shut and then manually diolated it, causing me so much pain i started screaming. I kept asking her to explain what she was doing but instead she just inserted he IUD and left. I sobbed the whole way to my car in so much pain, i went to the restroom inside only to find myself profusely bleeding. I ran inside as much as i could bare and asked the nurses what was happening, they told me it was normal and when i mentioned Dr. Rao didn’t say anything about the pain they all looked shocked. I cried the whole drive home feeling violated and abused, eventually having to sleep it off for 3 hours till my pain medication, which i had to buy on the way, kicked in. I haven’t returned in over a year because the mere thought of seeing my doctor again makes me cry. I was violated and i have lost all trust to this office, i will never suggest this location or return again.

Brought my wife. She was having irregular periods. The doctors just did a basic examination and said everything was okay. Wasted our time, money and effort for 10 months until she started bleeding very heavily and need to be taken to ER. After that, I switched this doctor and went to an other OBGYN in the area. Everything went well later and she also conceived. Not a good place to go to and I wouldnt recommend.

This was my first visit with CWG and it was a pleasant experience. The Dr. was very helpful to questions that I had. I would recommend this group to anyone that would need a gynecologist. When I left the office I left feeling good that the doctor never rush me and took the time for me.

I must say that I am highly, highly disappointed. I had another concept and idea about Emory. But after they have called me not once but twice to cancel my appointment, my mind has completely changed. I wonder what kind of professionals I am dealing with. thats why Ill take my business elsewhere

If you like feeling like cattle being hurtteled through a processing plant this Is the place for you!Im very scared they are about to deliver my first baby in a few weeks.... not a caring staff and not personable. I dont feel confident that my baby and I will be taken care of. Please pray that everything goes well for me.

It is such a blessing to work with one provider in the current medical world of massive medical practices. Knowing that Dr. Gustfason will be your provider every time you walk through the door is a huge relief. And, it makes for a professional relationship that has a personal touch.

This office is horrible the doctors are fine but they constantly bill you for bill your insurance already paid for I was soo annoyed I left the office. I paid my final bill and they still send me letters saying I didn’t pay when I have a letter and statement saying my account was closed and paid in full. Every time I pay them they keep saying I have a bill this been going on for 3 years just ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this office it’s head ache you don’t want deal with.

At age 42 I had my most pleasant delivery experience with CWH. Dr. Kasparek is an incredibly gifted obstetrician.

I will not go to this place any longer for years I have been trying to find a specialist in Georgia and this is by far the worst of the worst if you dont mind waiting a whole month for a response while bleeding to death through your cycle or people acting as if they care please do not come here you will pay specialist prices for nurse PR actioner advice. There is no one here that is a specialist I repeat do not go here you will be throwing away your money....

This clinic is not helpful at all. They directly start talking about more invasive procedure. They charged me copay and took me in the office and did nothing. When i asked for pep smear they said I have to take separate appointment.

Being handicapped, I needed a lot of help. This was certainly provided. Dr. Kasparek was very pleasant, explained everything and didn’t rush.

Dr.martinez was good,i visited here first time,she was kind to answer my questions,after this i gone to another obg dcctor for 2nd opinion,they done uterine biopsy,still i regret for that,
