I reached out to ARC Fertility when I was informed that my insurance would not cover my treatment and I was scheduled to begin my treatment without a week. Upon the initial call with Linda, she was super helpful and kind in handling my inquiries and provided me with quick quote and walked me through the full process. Linda and ARC have been great in the process as I move forward with my treatment and plan.

I had the pleasure of working with Marina at ARC. She helped guide me through the process of understanding & selecting the right fertility bundle package. She then worked with me to apply to different lenders before confirming a loan with the best offer. My husband and I are so relieved that we made it through the first step of this IVF journey with success!We are very grateful for Marina’s knowledge, dedication and help as she advised us through this uncharted territory, and with so much care and compassion.

We got connected to ARC Fertility through Sanford Clinic in South Dakota since that is who they partner with for financing/package options. Marina was our counselor and she answered questions super quick. The process was really easy to apply for financing/pick a package. We will start with IVF this cycle and everything is taken care of in a matter of days.

We worked with Marina to get some financing and WOW!! she made the process easy! Highly recommend ARC and if you are lucky enough to work with Marina you will have no issues.

Using ARC was very simple. I was able to complete the application and sign all documents from my phone. My care navigator, Linda, was wonderful and attentive. She moved fast to get everything done.

My experience with ARC has been great. Quick response. Attention to detail. Answered all questions. Process took less than one week from start to finish. Pleased with the service we received.

The staff is condescending and rude, I had an add on that wasn’t needed and they charged me to receive the credit to my loan. When I asked for clarification they lacked simple customer service skills. They kept repeating that it was in the contract, however that wasn’t really explained that an unused service would be considered a canceled contract. I asked several times to speak with Ambers manager and was told no. I recommend seeking other companies if your clinic partners with more than ARC, mine unfortunately didn’t. These are very expensive packages and when you initially sign up- you try to cover all basis of the unknown. They are very helpful to get you to sign that contract but not when there is an issue or question that arises. I’m still baffled how they are charging 250.00 to receive a refund when it doesn’t change my contract or loan.

Working with ARC and Marlene was a breeze! They were very quick and answered all our questions. The entire process just took a few days and it was so helpful having them do the financing for us. It was one less thing for us to worry about.

Yes I got the loan i appreciate that ..but I was ripped off thousands of dollars...First they never told me by mouth that if I didnt go past the Er part of my retrieval I wouldnt receive any $$ back...now they did say the 2 Er I would. maybe they did but I dont recall it...if I knew this I would have just paid for the Er part and not gon thru with is...5000 I lost out on..kinda makes me mad..if I could sue I would..I give the 2 stars bc I did get the loan and appreciate but they could have refunded me some $$ back or if my 2nd Er was successful they would pay for the transfer part...

ARC has been wonderful. They were super easy to work with getting and understanding our IFV package. They provided us with a customized multi-payer system to help pay our costs. The staff was friendly and easy to work with as well.

ARC is only helpful if your IVF is successful. We had no idea going in that IVF wouldnt work for us at all. We purchased a 2 cycle IVF package. After trying four rounds of IVF and only using one of the ARC IVF packages we paid for, we were told IVF likely isnt an option for us. ARC wouldnt discuss even a partial refund for the second package we will NEVER use because IVF doesnt work for my body. Its such an insult for couples really struggling. Now I will have paid an extra $9,000 that will never be used. I wouldve just been happy with a refund of 50% of whatever the remaining balance was. There should be more support for families that arent going to be able to use what they paid for.

Made the process stress free and Linda Tran was awesome to work with. Linda made sure I was all set within a short time frame and I truly appreciate the work that ARC Fertility does. Blessings.

Every individual with whom I have spoken knows the company policies and can answer even complicated questions. You can always speak promptly with someone who can answer all your questions. We didn’t do any financing, so I can’t speak to that, but their packages were always cheaper than those at my fertility clinic. Strongly recommend.

ARC is only helpful if youre IVF is successful. In the unfortunate situation where IVF is not working for you, you will be stuck paying expensive fees to ARC in addition to the medical costs you incurred, adding insult to injury. Way to take advantage of desperate couples ARC.

The Invitro insemination process is very complicated and stressful at the same time, but when I came to ARC and had Linda Than as my advisor, I understood that it would be a little easier to fulfill my dream of being a mother, thank you Linda for the help and advice, grateful to everyone, You are very kind and you knew how to answer all my questions and my fears.
