I came in to the Daphne store to get my lab work done and I was very impressed with Patience, the phlebotomist. She was very welcoming. The blood draw was easy, quick, and painless! The best blood work I’ve ever had done!

Highly recommend! I wanted to monitor my health since I started taking my weight loss medication. I didn’t really know what I needed but I walked in and spoke with the lady and they have a semaglutide panel just for people trying to lose weight! I got my results back fast and learned of other tests they can do. This is my new go to spot. Thanks for all your help!!

I use to hate getting my bloodwork done, but Patience made this super easy and bearable for me. No bruising or anything! Patience is now the only phlebotomist I use. Thank you Patience.

Patience was such a doll, most importantly she was quick and to the point with drawing blood. My husband an I reccomend are frequent blood drawers this any lab was 10/10!

If it were not for Tonya, I would have given this place zero stars. My first time in here was two days ago and I was greeted by a girl named Tabby. Her very first story to me was about how I had to get 6 vials of blood drawn and how she saw a big man go white and pass out from that before. She then proceeded on to tell me about many fainting experiences she has seen. Not great bedside manner for someone who has test anxiety. Tonya began to try to draw blood. It wasnt working in the first arm. Tabbys suggesting was to wait for Paige who could get blood from a gnat. Insinuating I was a hard draw and Tonya was not capable. Tonya and I kept at it and tried two more times. I was extremely dehydrated and decided to come back in a few days. The whole time we were testing,Tabby was trying to distract me by showing me images on her phone and speaking in a strange accent very loud and excitedly. I was trying to be polite but really just wanted to know how Tonya was doing and what was taking so long. Flash forward two days later. I went in just to find Tonya there and no Paige. I had specifically told Tabby to call me if Paige wasnt going to be there since she was the one who suggested she was the only one for the job. Decided not to wait the two hours for Paige and let Tonya try again. Tonya and I were done in two minutes with very little anxiety and no stories of other people fainting. So go see Tonya at Daphne!

Mrs. Jackie the nurse here was amazing, very nice and approachable. I came here to get a titer done for nursing school, comes to found out she was also a nurse! That’s all we talked about while I was getting my blood drawn, it was nice to talk to someone that is in the same field I’m going to be in. The place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely return here to get anything I need!

Brooke is awesome and super professional! I have dealt with many labs and companies and always have enjoyed their services. You do need to make an appointment for fingerprints but they were able to make me one with short notice. They only allow one person in at a time for safety and sanitary reasons, and I really appreciate that they look out for their customers and staff. Will definitely be back!!

Quick, friendly, affordable and comfortable service! Incredibly happy with the process and look forward to their help again when needed. I am normally very anxious during blood draw, but I was assured and comforted when it only took on me poke!

I’m beyond grateful for this place! They were able to get me in on the same day. Brooke was amazing. I have such Hard veins to get to, but she was able to find it within one try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Brooke was awesome. Polite, attentive, efficient... we chatted a bit as Southerners are prone to, but she never wavered in giving concise information and responses. I had a few questions about the paperwork which she answered with knowledgeable and clear instructions to make it right.Highly recommend this facility, and give that woman a raise.

Nice clean facility. I was very nervous about having blood taken for my blood tests. Im not a big fan of needles. I want to say thank you Brook for being awesome at what you do. You put me at ease and even made it a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work.

Been a happy customer of this location for a few years or so now but today was at least an order of magnitude worse than my worst previous visits. I arrived during lunch, only to be rudely told Id have to have an appointment, even though the location was empty & I pointed out that that has never been a requirement in any previous visit. So I scheduled one for after 2, the first available time even though it meant that Id have to leave a clients job & come back to accommodate this. I get there @&have to for people with no appointment, (so much for that you have to have an appointment BS) & getting stuck in BOTH arms, I left without having any blood drawn. Have I mentioned that this was getting close to 3 in the afternoon & Ive been fasting since the night before? Hoping to come back in the future & revise this review but if this is new level of service, Ill be a former customer.

I have booked an appointment for finger print card at 3pm at this location. Got a call from their employee asking if I can show up earlier. Showed up at 2.20pm. Ive been told to wait, without telling me exactly how long. Ive asked a few times would it worth waiting because they stop taking finger prints at 4pm. Didnt get a clear answer, instead the girl at front desk was super rude and was suggesting me to sit and wait. When Ive asked again how long the wait would be Ive been told that i havent waited an hour yet. Ive repeat my question would it worth waiting or should I reschedule it for another day ? Ive been told to leave.

With travel requirements constantly changing it is great having a testing facility like Any Lab Test Now. Their willingness to ensure that required testing is completed eases travel anxiety. The friendly and extremely helpful staff make sure your testing is conducted professionally and that your results are transmitted quickly. I highly recommend this facility.

Great, friendly customer service. Very welcoming. I am on my 10th week of getting the B-12 shot. I wasn’t really sure about it at the beginning but I’m glad I stuck with it. My hair, nails and skin have improved. I sleep better. Overall I feel better. I have ultized other services and they have promptly provided my doctors office and me with my results. I’m a happy camper. Thank you.

Jermaine is pretty awesome and super nice:). Some people suck at finding my veins, but he found it instantly. The prices were very affordable. I was out within 15 minutes. I would definitely come here again.

We were given very professional, knowledgeable and caring service by Jermaine. My brother and I were very pleased and impressed with the level service he gave. There is definitely a difference in the quality of service from Any Lab Now and the other offices that I tried to use. The office is very nice as well 😁.

The people at the Daphne location are incredible. Ive been able to get B12 shots, Covid rapid tests, and several other thing checked. If you schedule an appt online, you just walk right in and out. And they make you feel so comfortable. Super easy and fast. Kudos to the Daphne team!

Was so fast i even had time to go get lunch and make it back to work on time. but at the same time very professional yet down to earth. explained what i needed beacuase i didnt know. honestly the best any lab test location ive been to.
