The four people that assisted my son and I were warm, friendly, polite! The receptionist upon arrival helped us sign in rather than use our phones to do so. We were treated like people. Most Urgent care places treat patients like cattle!All people including the P.A. were professional but really friendly.

I was very satisfied with my urgent care visit. It was a short wait. The staff were very friendly.The Nurse Practitioner who treated me was very thorough.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the nurse practitioner at this urgent care, Yesenia (I believe her name is or something similar). A few months ago, I visited with complaints of headaches and pressure behind my eye. She suggested I might need glasses or contacts, or I may need to just get more sleep. Seeking a second opinion, I discovered I was actually suffering from cluster headaches.More recently, my mother visited with what we believed to be a torn Achilles tendon. We were unfortunate enough to see the same nurse practitioner. She dismissed our concerns, suggesting it was merely a sprain, and did not perform any proper tests like the Thompson test. My mother, who could barely walk, was advised to lift on her toes to assess the pain.After seeking another opinion, we confirmed it was indeed a torn Achilles tendon, requiring urgent surgery. The window for optimal repair is usually within three weeks, and we now face a rushed procedure due to the delayed diagnosis.Having encountered her twice, I can confidently say her medical advice is subpar at best. I would NEVER return to this urgent care

Please be aware that there is no overnight parking. I had to pick up my daughter and take her to the ER per their recommendation ,I would not pick up her car the same night. Following morning the car was not there. There was a small sign that we literally did not see, placed by the parking lot entrance on the opposite side we didnt use. The are no other signs placed in the parking lot, especially by the Urgent Care where you can possibly be sent to the hospital and have to leave your car.

Friendly environment, everyone was so professional, I love this placeGod bless the staff who was there to take care of my daughter. I also told them my daughter was special needs and the staff treated her with the best of care.

This staff were so awesome. They really made me feel warm & welcome. They really are so sweet and hospitable.

No wait time without an appt. Was seen immediately. Saw the nurse practioner. She was kind, thorough and answered all my questions.

The nurse practitioner Yessenia is absolutely horrible. I went in today with G.I. Issues and she asked me what I ate yesterday I said pizza and she said “well that’s it you have food positioning from the pizza”. When I explained that it was happening for a few days she was nasty and said I didn’t tell her that and it was probably just gas. I told her I was having a lot of pain in my chest and she said it’s probably just GERD and I’ll be fine. She was completely rude when I asked for a Covid test and EKG. She asked why I wanted one because I was fine and then said what do you want a few days off of work? Then when she finally did the ekg she wrong my gender as a male instead of female. I would not be going back there, she is HORRIBLE

Very friendly, I was seen right away & they prescribed antibiotics & steroids. But on my second trip the doctor or PA jump the gun and called an ambulance and do not bother to Covid test me, which it turned out to be. I would have been able to avoid going to the hips if she had.

The professionalism and courtesy displayed to the patient. Full explanation and understanding given to the patient. The entire staff is of top quality.

Front desk receptionist is BEYOND rude. I believe her name is Jacky. Feel very uncomfortable going here for my medical needs specifically because of how I’m treated when I walk in the door.

Care is outstanding. Staff is warm, caring, skilled, and talented. I got better so fast. I am so grateful to the doctor or PA who treated me. She is a real healer!

Everyone we encountered was kind, courteous, and professional. The facility and exam room was very clean without being too cold and clinical. While we visited early on a Friday, I was surprised we had no wait at all. Everything was quick, the nurse and doctor were both knowledgeable and very patient with my autistic son. I will definitely be using this urgent care over other options local to me. Also it is in a fantastic location that is even in walking distance from my home which is so helpful as I am often without a car and caring for 2 young children.

The doctor was extremely nice, listened to me and very thorough . The nurse was as well. Very clean exam room. Very satisfied.

This was one of the best Stat health experienced I’ve ever had. The staff was warm and welcoming. The doctor that attended us was extremely professional and kind. She even followed up with us after the visit to make sure we were able to pick up the medication she ordered. I loved how layout of the facility. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

Attentive to patients needs, listened to patience follow up from staff received a phone call which meant a lot to me facility was comfortable clean and will definitely return if needed

Waited over an hour as a walk ins only one “doctor” and one RN in the building. I was told my wait would be 180 minutes. The explanation was there are appointments also. It’s urgent care the entire point is to be seen quickly. I waited an hour and ended up leaving. I went to City Md around the corner and was seen in 15 minutes.I have gone to other Go Health locations and never had this issue. This location was disappointing and poorly run.

My husband having tightness in chest. After Dr Patel checked him out and asking about his meds and history he prescribed meds and we were on our way.We got there right at 9 and they took us immediately. Nice people and thorough.

No wait to see a doctor and i did not have an appt. Chest xray was done on premisses and read immediately. Meds prescribed.

I was able to make an appointment online, and was seen as soon as I arrived. The office is very clean and welcoming. The medical assistant was extremely sweet. The provider I saw was really kind and efficient. He made me feel totally at ease.

Facility is new and clean. Service was really good, this is the type of service all patients needs.

The front desk person/medical assistant was very friendly & kind. The P.A. that treated me was extremely thorough, took time to listen to my concerns & asked if myself or my husband who accompanied me had any questions. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I would gladly recommend go health to a friend!

I told her I was feeling pain and she laughs and says she doesn’t see anything. It’s one thing if I really don’t have anything but don’t laugh as I tell you I’m feeling pain as if something is funny.

Excellent bedside manner along with easy scheduling online. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful.

Really fast and the doctor was so nice even though i was a nervous wreck. he made sure i was calm and overall just amazing.

These 3 stars go for the PA who is friendly and genuinely concerned for patients today the Medical Assistant in the evening was rude and dismissive to the patient care since it was 15 min to closing I came to this place for the second time because the first time the Medical Assistant that saw my mother was super friendly and caring this time around didn’t get the same service

The doctor who was around today, October 9 at 7:15, is a beast and bitter, she doesnt seem professional. I asked her for medicine for my mothers bad cough, since she is the patient, and she told me to buy it at the pharmacy, as if we passed consult for that and over-the-counter medications we already have and it doesnt work I hope I dont go back there
