For all women looking for relief, relaxation, and professional body work by someone who understands the female body before/during pregnancy and postpartum - come to Lisa. I was pretty hesitant about massage work during my first pregnancy since I didnt know anyone who was skilled enough to give me a decent massage in a safe manner. When I finally came to Lisa, I ended up booking with her almost every week until my baby came (and now postpartum!). This was the one thing that brought me back to life during the ups and downs of pregnancy. She is incredible with her hands - she gives a thorough massage, even belly work, but is extra careful and knowledgeable about which movements and positions are safe. (which I found most prenatal massages in other studios are not nearly as skilled nor trained esp. for the price they charge) She is also a true advocate for natural and holistic wellness in women and during pregnancy - which I so appreciate because any recommendations by her I felt I could trust. Her package deals are so worth it. To have a skilled woman like her during & after your pregnancy, or for any wellness work for that matter, is such a treat. I highly recommend! Lisa is one of those people that new moms need in their life. She first helped me with fertility, explaining how important womb health is. With Lisa’s guidance I was pregnant in 2 months! then during my entire pregnancy she made me comfortable, gave me a wealth of knowledge, and even taught the birthing class. She walked me through all the fears and gave me pointers of what will help. As soon as I had baby she stopped by and helped with all my postpartum questions. She was instrumental, and really cares about her clients. She stood beside me from start to finish and is truly the best in the business.

Im a little confused by one of the above reviews - this is a womens health place. Jake - which did you not enjoy, the vaginal steam or the yoni egg or the fertility massage? I totally recommend The Red Tent is the most amazing place for women! made for women to fill our needs. So far Ive been going for almost two years and trying everything. prenatal yoga, postpartum massage, acupuncture, and the yoni steamer all of them amazing! try them all ladies!

Contractors beware: Red Tent is not trustworthy. Lisa hired me last year for graphic design services, then ghosted me. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they still have not paid me for my work.

This is a great place and Lisa is a wealth of knowledge. I am pregnant and have horrible leg cramps. Not only did she give me a great massage and immediate relief she told me what to vitamins to take to stop the cramps!
