Ashleigh is the most amazing acupuncturist! I was struggling with chronic pain and insomnia when I first started seeing her and she has helped me so much with both conditions. I’m seeing her for fertility now and she is a wealth of knowledge and so supportive. I could not recommend her more highly!

My experience at Golden Root has been nothing short of life changing! I was experience a lot of stress and anxiety in addition to sustaining a serious injury in an accident, I sought out a local acupuncturist and Im so grateful to have found Ashleigh. Not only has she helped me heal physically through our sessions, she has provided tinctures to me to use at home in a supplemental manner, and I cant speak highly enough on how much this has helped me. In addition, she is open to focusing our sessions on whatever might be bothering me that week, and I always leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for whatever life has in store for me. My first ever acupuncture session left me sobbing... because it relieved so much stress! :) A short cupping session did more than multiple massage appointments in terms of instant physical relief (I usually need deep massages and the cupping was intense, even for me - in a good way). I was nervous for the needling but I barely felt them inserted, and Ashleigh’s technique is gentle and communicative. I immediately booked a follow up appointment. When I had questions days after the session, Ashleigh was quick to reply and give advice on suggestions to ease my continued emotional & physical release of toxins from home until our next appointment. I went to Golden Root Acupuncture in January and had a wonderful cupping experience with Ashleigh. The office is located in an office building near 6th and Wadsworth with plenty of parking. The cupping was nice and relaxing, which was just what I was looking for. Ashleigh was kind enough to offer the service for free for furloughed government employees. I will definitely return when I want cupping again and i would also like to try acupuncture and I trust that she is great at both. I absolutely would recommend Golden Root to anyone!

Michelle is AMAZING. She has taken the time to get to know me and my symptoms in a very calm, intentional setting. The environment is comfortable and soothing, and I walk out of there each week FLOATING. Both acupuncture and cupping with Michelle has helped with my back pain and stress symptoms- I could not be more grateful. She even answers all of my crazy questions while treating me explaining what she is doing and why ;) If you are thinking about making an initial appointment- just do it!

I have had acupuncture over the years but have never had the quality of service and professionalism that Ashleigh offered. In one session she sat with me to learn as much as she can about my overall health and helped with my neck pain that had been plaguing me for weeks. Ashleigh did Pediatric Acupuncture on my infant son over a course of several months.During that time, she was able to help him through sleep and digestion-related matters which caused him eczema and constipation. I receive an acupuncture treatment at the Golden Root Acupuncture location. I have been having pain in my right leg for some time now due to either being too active or not active at all. I got a 45 minute treatment with a great deep rooted conversation and I can honestly say a week later I am still pain free! I was a skeptic going in thinking this wouldnt be a real solution to my pain. Now that I have experienced this I want to go for my back now!

Cozy and relaxing space with a lovely acupuncture treatment with Michelle. She made sure she went through my rather complicated medical history carefully and I appreciated the how gently she put the needles in and explained what the different points correspond, which I find fascinating. Went in for some dizziness issues I had been experiencing. Ashleigh was very warm, friendly, and informative. I never did acupuncture before and thought this was a great experience.

They saved my vacation fitting me in for several visits in a week and took a legitimate and curious interest in my sprained, and nearly immobile, wrist. They were thoughtful and creative and got me moving again and decreased the pain a lot!
