Highly recommend lab work here, especially for kids!! My daughter had a bad experience a month ago at Med Arts Lab and today TruChoice turned her view of lab work around. All the staff were very friendly and extremely gentle. They used butterfly needles. This was not the case at previous location. She drew blood first try and had success. My daughter was so relieved she has no bruise unlike the large one from the previous lab. She said it didn’t hurt at all. No one needed to hold her down and everything went smoothly. That previous experience should never have happened so that is why taking time to write a review. There are limited places specializing in kids healthcare in DuBois so this place is a blessing.

Best experience I’ve ever had having blood drawn! All the staff was very professional, yet friendly and personable. I Didn’t have to park a mile away and navigate thru a huge building to get to where I was going! They took me right in and before I knew it I was bandaged up and out the door. This is my new place for all my diagnostic needs!

After calling several testing locations on a Monday, and finding nothing but long wait times. I finally found this place on google, the young lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. (Even after I showed up at 10 til close) There was absolutely no wait to be seen for a covid rapid test. I even forgot my insurance card which she allowed me to bring in later or send a copy via email.I was in, and out the door in 5 mins. The test administrator was very gentle (didn’t swab the back of my skull, like I feared) within 20 mins I received a text message with my results. The doc even followed up with a call to ensure I received my results before she closed for the day.Very satisfied with service here.Thank you!

Great place to get your COVID test. We only waited 15min in the waiting room. No long lines and had results in only an hour or 2. They are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Never a problem. Staff is super nice. Phlebotomist does a GREAT job. Ive been there 4 times and have nothing negative to say
