I love, love this clinic. The front ladies are so welcoming. The office is always clean and it doesn’t smell. lol. My visit today was so smooth. I loved my lady doc with the cool hair. She does her job very well. You can tell she loves her profession. She is diverse in every way when it comes to the human body. She is not a doc that sits behind a computer, trying to find the problem, symptoms and “ the best treatment.” I wish there were more like her. This clinic is awesome.

What a great team and place! Thr NP listened to all my needs and they had set me up for a follow-up video call to discuss my lab results and check on my symptoms. I am impressed with this place! And I am saying this as a medical professional myself! 5⭐️

Me being new to US in 2020, was very nervous when visiting this Urgent care facility. Now this is my familys go to place for any health issues. This place takes excellent care of my wellness. Cannot thank enough for their services.

They make going to the urgent care so much less miserable. Always fast and true to their timing. Dr Bronson is thorough and very kind. The office staff is great as well. I prefer seeing them over anyone else :)I should add I always have my kids with me and they’re so accommodating to that and engage with them!

I have visited this clinic several times due to its online scheduling, the choice of in person or virtual visits, and high quality care from the doctors. It is very easy to make an appointment and get in quickly, especially when I would typically have to wait to see my PCP. The front desk staff is excellent and Dr Bronson is great. I highly recommend if you need to get in and out quickly, but dont want to compromise on quality.

They said they will call me today after 3:30 pm to let me know the results of my lab test. It is already 6:00 pm and of course, they are closed now. So if I’m dying, I’m already dead by now.

While traveling I was in need of urgent care and stopped in. Making an appointment online was simple, and very convenient. The staff were kind and efficient. Dr Bronson was wonderful, seemed compassionate to my medical needs. I actually asked to use his services as my primary care giver while I’m here, very pleased, as I’m a handful.

I went there yesterday for a very bad cough, was checked in with no time and was seen by Dr. Branson in less than 5 minutes. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and surprisingly took time to hear me out unlike any other places that I’ve ever been to.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be taken care of without waiting for hours to be seen by someone. Also, the staff are amazing as well.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were very helpful in every aspect of their work, the doctor was very calm, with a positive attitude and friendly. On a whole I enjoy every moment of my visit. Thanks guys and I sure would recommend anyone to this office 🏢

The clinic was friendly, low-key and well run. I didn’t have to wait long and The doctor was engaged and knowledgeable.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Doctor was easy to talk to and what he prescribed worked wonders for my back. Would have been 5 stars but the only sent in 1/3 of the prescriptions so the pharmacy had to call and get the other 2 sent over. So I spent an hour in the pharmacy waiting to get my prescriptions.

I was so embarrassed to limp into this urgent care after an injury so far from home. I was back in a room getting excellent care in a very short period of time. The provider was so nice and knowledgeable. If I need care again while I am here I will definitely go back. They are quick, kind and I feel sooooo much better. Thanks for Everything!!!!

I had a hematoma in my ear and headed to urgent care, not sure what to expect. Dr. Bronson and Sofia were amazing! Dr. Bronson took care of my ear, explained everything as he went along, and even called later to check on me. Sofia and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a great experience. I gave them five stars and would totally recommend them to anyone. They really know how to take care of people!

The front desk was welcoming and prompt and efficient. The doctor was great. Was in and out in 30 mins with some tests done and medicine directly ordered to the pharmacy. Will highly recommend.

This was my first time having to find an urgent care for a work injury and they were great and quick to get me seen . The doctor was great at taking the time to see how extreme my injury was and provided great service care as well as the receptionists up front . This will be my go to now for both urgent care and primary care needs

No waiting time.. exelent service. I stopped by Keiser permanente in Dublin CA, for an ear infection, they told me 8 hour wait to be seen, I walked away from Kaiser, drove 1 mile to Urgent care in Dublin, in 30min, I was out of there to pickup my prescription... Thanks to Urgent care, fir their exelent service.

Very easy to get same day appointment here. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Derek has helped our young kids (2 and 7 years old) multiple times. He is very nice to kids, very professional.

100% safe space for all trans people and LGBT+. Competent, humane and excellent care. Have never had such a great experience with healthcare maybe ever. Only one Dr. at this clinic an he’s fantastic.

Solid experience at Instant Urgent Care. I came in with a pretty severe allergic reaction to something, and the staff were prompt and professional with processing me. I saw Dr. Bronson who was very understanding, and gave me a clear action plan. Its been some time since the appointment, and my injury has healed wonderfully.Thanks to the IUC team for the care and treatment. Would recommend.

My experience was excellent at this location in Dublin but others like Santa Clara were 1 star.

Im not sure exactly what I expected, but it was NOT the quick, easy, efficient and professional experience I had at this small hidden diamond of a facility. Every staff member was very kind and caring and knew what they were doing. My doctor was excellent, addressing precisely what I was there for but pulling the threads of peripheral issues so that I ended up with a complete plan for immediate and longer-term issues. Way better than I was prepared for. 100% aces over there. You could certainly do worse... Not sure, though, that you could do much better.

Hands down the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Dr Branson and the entire team is amazing. Instead of the routine testing, they went the extra mile to dig deeper into my symptoms and get to the root cause, which eventually led to an accurate diagnosis. Something that you would not expect from an urgent care. Dr Branson is patient, kind, and has excellent bed side manners. I highly recommend this location for all your immediate medical needs.

Doctor Bronson is an excellent doctor and very caring and pays attention to the patient. Also, the other staff are very nice too.

Excellent service with immaculately clean and new facility. Scheduling is just a blessing for us and the staffs were just awesome. I can almost call this as my primary facility for my family. RN Gaby and PA Branson were truly amazing.

Service was great but billing was a nightmare. My covid test was in 8/2022, they did not bill my insurance until 2/2023. They billed for a doctor visit even though it was only a covid test and they did not responding to my insurance company for any documentation requests even though my insurance requested them at least 5 times. They said they were going to call me, automated caller called me. Never a person. The worst medical billing experience I’ve ever experienced.

Went in for a laceration dressing. They were very well-organized and friendly. Prompt and excellent attention to detail in their work. Good job you guys!

Excellent primary care services for basic needs if you aren’t a hospital-type person and nedd preventative care and rapid aimple interventions , labs etc. appointments are easy and they work well with Quest.

Super easy registration and appointment process, friendly and professional staff, convenient location and lots of free parking, beautiful, clean offices.

This place is wonderful! Everyone from the receptionist to the intake nurse to the doctor were caring, competent, and efficient, and the office was clean and pleasant. This is now my go-to place for urgent care in Dublin, CA.

Our experience at the Instant Urgent Care was good. We waited in our car for awhile, but there were a number of people waiting to be tested, so it was going to take some time. The process was simple, the testing people very nice and we appreciated them being open on Christmas Eve.

Was able to get an appointment right as they opened after two unsuccessful attempts at other clinics. Grateful to be seen quickly and with such a professional and helpful staff.

Went on telemedicine, appointment was 2 minutes of doctor telling me he couldnt do anything online and to go in-person. Thats pretty fair1. Their in-person office in Dublin seems closed, though hours says that its open2. Doctor was actually the least nice doctor that Ive ever spoken to. He was just sitting in a dark room, spoke really unprofessionally, packed the most condescension that Ive ever seen into our two minute conversation. Thats Dr Rajiv Kumra, whos apparently disbarred from practicing medicine in Canada (unless its a different guy with the same name).3. Im probably still getting charged, which is the worst part

DO NOT go to this urgent care to get your COVID test!!! I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to get tested. The system they have is extremely unorganized. They tell you to park in the front but they go to random people and do not do it by appointment time. They have way too many times available when they cannot actually accommodate all times. Literally do not recommend at all. They need to write in the confirmation email when you schedule your test the wait time might be long even if you have an appointment Absolutely ridiculous.

I was dissapointed that my 12:30 visit (appointment made at 11:45) was 45 minutes late. Other than that it was good.

It was fast and prompt. The techs were really nice and so was the doctor. Only issue was those lining up to get tested. If you parked far, it could of been a little longer wait as they kept attending the news cars as they came in. I finished before my brother who came an hr before me.

I have been coming here for a while and my experiences just keep getting better. Last Saturday, I made an appointment at the wrong Instant Urgent Care. This office took me anyway, with very little wait time. Malak, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Felix was professional and caring and has a sense of humor!. He took care of my needs and said if my cough wasnt better in 3 days to come back. I did and further medication took care of the problem. Under, at the front desk was great. Best place to come if you need care in a hurry.

Kind staff. I appreciated being heard with respect. The care I was given was wonderful and I would make this my preferred Urgent Care office.

Booked an appointment and went here for rapid test. Overall not too bad of an experience. The staff are really nice, but it could be a little more organized.If it’s your first time, it’s unclear where to park. You first have to go to the front door to read a sign which tells you where to park (along the side facing Tassajara rd) and wait for someone to come out. It is unclear if they have a particular order, but it seemed first come first serve. They would benefit from adopting a checkin system similar to curbside pickup that major retailers use. All said and done, it took about an hour to complete with the main wait being for someone to get to you initially.TL;DR - professional staff, busy, slightly disorganized.

I had a great experience with Instant Urgent Care. It was easy to download app and enter require information. I am home with a new baby and couldn’t begin to think of going into a clinic with as bad as I’m feeling. The provider was professional and knowledgeable! Very impressed!

I had to wait 3 hours to get my COVID test, had an appointment at 10:10am and got there early. Wasn’t served until 1pm… ridiculous. There was a sign to have us stay in the cars but no one checked in with me, no phone call even though they texted the correct number to confirm my appointment. I had to flag someone down from inside my car and check with her multiple times before I got a phone call at 12:50. I almost had to wait longer but the lady serving me was nice about it and tried to help me flag down their office to get me helped. The only solace I have was the test results were quick. Everything else was super frustrating.

I cut my knee and went in for stitches and the only problem was - they didn’t have any supplies. Seems to me like this is pretty much the reason for urgent care. Went to another branch and got it done. They were very nice but think having basic supplies is important.

Very Disappointed. I went for ear infection the doctor was so in hurry and didnt even check my ear after ear lavage that was done by the assistant. I am back with ear pain since she didnt take care of it properly and more damages from ear lavage. I made a first visit and my pain level was very high and she didnt even prescribe any pain medication so I had to go to another urgent care to get that prescribed. Dont even bother making an appointment since you will be waiting for an hour + in their office anyways. The doctor that i saw that day was very careless and so out of it. Please try the urgent care in other location this one is just there to make their money.

The Medical Assistant on duty was an absolute gem. I had to pay out of pocket this visit and she did everything in her power to be as transparent about costs while making sure I was not paying extra for anything unnecessary. It ended up being a quick visit and quite affordable for the treatment that I received. I highly recommend.

I got a same day appointment within a hour of calling when my primary was not available for an Urgent matter. A clean office, friendly staff, and Dr. Bronson showed great patient care!

The doctor was great. I need a return visit to confirm my arm is healing correctly. If I injure myself again and need urgent care I will go back to instant urgent care in Dublin California.Today was my return visit to Instant urgent care in Dublin California. I am as impressed on this visit as I was my first. A slight change in my medication and my next visit will be a zoom appointment

Great experience! They communicate clearly with you throughout the process and have adjusted well to the COVID environment. If you need a COVID test for traveling outside the United States, give them a call, set up an online appointment, then go get your test. I got all this done in a 2 hour time span with only 10 minutes spent at the actual clinic.

Made appointment and followed all the online instructions and showed up on time and then had to wait 25 minutes to get my test. In those 25 min, I had to provide my insurance card again that I had already send a picture of earlier. Then had to wait to talk to someone who asked what test I wanted -- all of which I had already provided on the online portal to set up my appointment. What was the point of the online if the entire process was manual anyway? I expected the clinic to be ready to do my test when I showed up and not waste my time starting from scratch. Also I did NOT get my results same day. I still haven’t gotten them.

Took my daughter for a Covid test. The workers were very nice, but we never recieved any results. I tried calling, but you are directed to send a text to a number to get help. I felt uncomfortable sending private info to some text number. Later that day, her school had notified me that they would accept home tests, so I just did that instead. Three weeks later and we still have not received results. Would not recommend.

Insanely quick service. The doctor believed all of my concerns and even provided possible solutions before offering the next step of care. The doctor was also very personable, friendly, and honest. I’ve never had a better experience with any health care provider.

Went for a antigen COVID test:Communication once you arrive at the site is terrible. Only a sign on the door that asks to wait in your car, but no one came until we asked someone. Turns out they had to send someone to our car to collect our insurance and ID. Other places have this figured out, would be good to benchmark those and ensure a better customer experience

Traveling to CA from out of state and need a COVID test ( negative ) to return to Massachusetts. Website was super user friendly to upload insurance information and photo ID. Video appointment was immediately confirmed, I logged in at my appointment time and only slight glitch was a delay before provider logged in . PA was extremely professional and set up my appointment and it was immediately confirmed to me via text! Easy and professional in these crazy times!

Our experience at the Urgent Care in Dublin was excellent! We had traveled from Colorado to Livermore, and my husband ended up sick with a very bad cough. We both took Covid tests which were negative and Sofia, the nurse on staff, connected us with a doctor who prescribed meds for my husband. We are home now and he is on his way to recovery. Thanks be to God for medical staff like Sofia! Please pass our thanks on to her. Claudia Larson

This is for the Santa Clara location. 10 stars! My experience here was great. I have had a bad cold with cough for several weeks and finally bit the bullet and came down to Instant Urgent Care. I am not a huge fan of going to the Dr , but the kind staff made my visit quick and painless. I was seen very quickly, within 10 minutes of coming in. The PA was very knowledgeable, really listened to me and I am very satisfied with my care. I hope I dont need to go back again soon, but when I need to see a Dr. again I will definitely come back. Doctor Liz is the best doctor ever. She and her assistant (I forgot her name) were so nice with me. Since the beginning they were attentive and helpful. I will definitely go back because I felt so good and comfortable.

Was surprised I was booked on my docs day off and thus did not get to speak to her. Substitute provider was a bit demanding and decided to lay down the law which I did not appreciate. He cancelled my 90 day fills and demanded I get my lab work done asap. His bedside manner leaves to be desired and we had a very poor connection over the phone so I only heard half of what was said. I was told to call in to keep my prescription orders in effect and instead restrictions were put on them. Very disappointed and so still need to speak with my own doctor!

This is my 2nd time getting tested at this location. The staff was able to squeeze me in for an appointment and get me swabbed fast. It is clear the staff here care about the people coming to their building.My 1st time here I was able to call 3 days later and get the results of my test. That was approximately 1 month agoBoth times staff were attentive and polite. Ill be back to this place for sure.

This was my first interaction with Instant Urgent Care and it was an excellent one! They are courteous, thorough, timely, and professional! While no one wants to have a need for Urgent Care, I can assure you that this is the only Urgent Care facility I will ever use! They get 5+ stars from me!

So disappointed. Had an accident with my finger and went to them. Got a bill of 320$ for an virtual appointment which only took 25 seconds. They did not give me the X-ray results and told me you have to get the results from Dr and that cost me 160$ charge for telling me No Fracture. Everyone can read these results and that is why I asked them to give me the results but the pushed me there is only doctor can interpret this result. Apparently there is Rocket science Dr that can only go through results section and read No FractureCalled them and they only offered me their sympathy! 320$ for an urgent care appointment. They also believe it is unrealistic and too much.

Made an appointment the night before (1/6) for a covid test at Instant Urgent Care in Dublin for the next morning (1/7) at 11:30. Was in and out in 30 mins (well, I just sat in the car really, as instructed) and was done by noon, on the nose! Very well organized, very efficient, excellent communication via text, email and phone from start to finish! Full marks to the staff there for making the process so effortless and for being so professional, skillful, courteous and kind. Results were posted to my Patient Portal powered by athenahealth the same evening. If this does not merit 5 stars I don’t know what would. A big Thank You to the staff at Instant Urgent Care in Dublin. You rock and I appreciate you!!!

I scheduled a covid test on Tuesday. The earliest appointment was Christmas day 11:40am. I waited until almost 12:30pm when a staff came and ask for my ID and insurance card. Then I waited some more. I cant leave now because they have my ID. I finally got swabbed around 1pm. I know its Christmas day and the poor staff had to work in the rain. They said there were only 2 people working. The parking lot was full of patients waiting. I feel sorry them. But I blame the admistration. People are sick and they have to wait more than 1 or 2 hours. I suppose I should be thankful that at least I got to get tested.

The facility is good, but incase you have a concern, you can no way reach to anyone after paying hefty fees.Also there is no information about your test status in the time frame given to you.They should send an email, to patient about in what time will one get his report, specially when you have to travel internationally.This would reduce stress.with the new 24hr rule in place, it is stressful enough and on top of it when you dont know when the Urgent care provider will provide you with your report, your mind is not at rest.I would request Urgent care to give time frame to patient for when one will get report, this would be of extreme help.

Amazing experience. No wait. Friendly staff. Clean. The doctor was the best part...she was smart, real and attentive. She had answers, suggestions and understood life. She was able to relate to me and give medical solutions plus easy life changes to help my situation. I will definitely come back.

We originally scheduled Covid appointments online with the Dublin office for Sunday. We received numerous automated call reminders. That Friday, we get a call saying Dublin doesnt have weekend visits and our appointments have all been moved to San Ramon. We never received an email confirmation. The franchise needs to fix their online system to not allow Sunday as an option for certain locations. (San Ramon drive thru staff did an excellent job, and they called us 40 min later to have us pickup our international travel forms once results were ready.)

It was quick, the appointment was started on time. Video quality was great, the sound was a little quiet, I had to turn my phone up to max. There was also some echo, sometimes I could hear myself. But I was able to understand what the doctor was saying.

I needed a covid test to board a cruise ship and this was the easiest and most seamless experience Ive had since the panny started. I was in and out in literally 5 minutes and they didnt jam the swap up into my brain. 10/10 experience.

A great place if you cannot schedule with your pcp and need an urgent visit; also for Covid tests. Have had to use them a few times and will be using again. It seems to be the best urgent care in the area. Thank you!

We requested an immigration related checkup and certification. We got a prompt appointment slot and paperwork was smooth. However, the doctor took 45 mins to see us for 5 mins and did not explain the full process upfront. We needed multiple follow ups including a telehealth session of $99 that I was not convinced was required. The staff did not follow up on lab results which were ready in 3 days. A week later when I called the lab the clinic took multiple iterations to get the results to us. The job was completed satisfactorily, but the follow up was very stressful.

Gabby was great! She let me in a bit early, checked me in, and took care of my ear issue :)

Needed RT-PCT Covid test done for travel and needed it same day as I had flight early morning the next day. I had done walgreens test but result didnt came in 2 days so I had to find a new place which provides same day results. Went to dublin location early morning as soon as they open. Waited about 20-25 minutes. Lady came and asked for insurance and other info. I told her I need it today as I have flight tomorrow. She told me I would get report in couple of hours and I got report within 2 hours of test. Best experience ever ! All other plances I found, I had to pay in order to get same day report. I see many people compaint about the wait time but its total worth it because you will not get result any faster for no cost (insurance) covid test.

Long waiting time. Disorganized. Employees are rude. I went there in the morning for same day result COVID rapid test. Well, it’s end of the day and there’s no result yet. To the young man taking patient’s informations at the parking lot: perhaps you should consider getting less challenging job if you’re not able to handle this.

I’m new to this area, so I googled urgent and this one has great reviews, so I walked in this afternoon, the staff was nice and professional, I have very good experience here.

Useless guys, made me wait for an hour even with an appointment. Asked me to fill in the same information again in paper. It seems they do not have any tracking for the information you put in online. No places to sit, need to stand for an hour.

What a great clinic!! I was experiencing some unusual chest pain. The urgent care clinic closest to me in Blackhawk was closed due to shortened hours. Searched other nearby clinics, and Instant Urgent Care was the next closest. I did not have an appt, and they took me in quickly as a walk-in. Marcia, the head nurse practitioner, is spot on and a complete joy to consult with. A very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean facility. Highly recommend, and will be my go to urgent care clinic from here on out!

I had never been to this facility before. They were very concerned for my health and well being. They really fought hard to get my ultrasound appointment done the same day and they did just that.My only complaint would be that I never heard back from the doctor afterwards.

Well I am giving three stars because staff was nice but today I spent 2.5 hours waiting after my appointment for a Covid test. Pretty sure they are aware major delays are occurring so should reduce appointments or say ahead of time!!!

Needed to schedule a Rapid COVID 19 test ASAP. Booked a flight back east for Sunday morning & today being Friday I panicked as the airlines require a Negative test results or quarantine. I called my doctors office at 9am to see if they could me or refer me. I was told I would receive a call back. As of 3pm I had No call back. I called my insurance and referred Instant Urgent Care. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me. There were a few steps, definitely worth it. All painless and geek friendly.

My Covid-19 test in minute-clinic of CVS pharmacy was messed up by their lousy handling process and caused me to come to instant urgent care clinic to do another test again at last minute. I almost missed my flight because of missing covid test result. Thanks very much to Instant Urgent Care clinic staff, I can make the appointment immediately online easily, did my test and got results in 30 mins. They issued a detailed test report. Appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of this clinic. Highly recommended!

Very fast telemedicine appointment with a very pleasant nurse practitioner. Was able to get a rapid test scheduled for two hours after my appointment as requested by my airline for my upcoming international travel. Tests are conducted via drive thru only and was not hard to find.

Update: They gave us the results 12 days after collecting the sample. I would avoid getting a Covid test here if you want a turn around time of 2-3 days.They were under-staffed before the holidays and it took us 1.5 hours to get a swab for the Covid RT-PCR test. Would have been OK if they gave us an estimated wait time. Had to reschedule work meeting due to the wait. Getting answers on the phone was also hard due to the same issue.

Had to wait about 1.5 hours after my appointment time for my test. It seemed really busy, no surprise with holidays and Omicron. Got my result in about 3 hours (rapid antigen). Thanks for working hard on Christmas Eve

I needed a rapid PCR test because a family member came into direct contact with COVID-19 positive person. The Dublin, CA had same-day appointments; many other locations did not. In addition, the two medical technicians who administered the nasal swabs were friendly, courteous, & professional! I will definitely come back to this location, if needed.

I went to this clinic for my lower back pain. Receptionist was new and did not know the process. She called Ariana who took my vitals showed zero empathy and sounded rude. Provider Padmaja came after 10 mins of wait. She did not bother to get up from her chair to check my back neither asked me any diagnostic questions. When I showed where my pain is she concluded its sciatica. It could be but how can someone confirm in a minute without physical examination. Overall I thought they don’t bother about patients. I am not satisfied with the care service and I will not recommended this place. I would rather go to stanford or sutter or something like that.

Do not come here for Covid test. See other reviews for more issues. The management has completely messed up covid testing and scheduling. An appointment means absolutely nothing. We booked an appt for kids on a weekday afternoon. We were advised to wait in car and appointment actually happened after about 1.5 hours waiting in car. Again, do not come here for covid testing. Staff is nice and very cordial and trying their best, mgmt needs to step up and do their job.

Instant Urgent Care and their staff have been very helpful in providing regular testing for my family following a Covid exposure, and confirmation of a Covid case of a household member. I highly recommend their smooth process and quick results.

The appointment was easy to set up and the Covid test was prompt at the car. However, I was told I could check my results on the patient portal, but I was never given additional information for accessing the portal.

Booked my COVID test for 1:40pm. Got there at 1:30 pm and was told they were 2 hrs behind schedule. The sign on the door says to stay in the car. I asked if I can leave and come back in 2 hrs and was told if I leave the lot, I lose my place in the line and i cant get my test. Not sure why they so over book the schedule. The people who work there were equally stressed just explaining to customer about the delay.

I made an appointment for a Covid Test at 11:40am… I got the test at 1:30pm. Horrible system… they don’t check your appointment time so some people who came after me left sooner than me. They said park in front of the clinic which I did… but after 30 minutes I saw someone and asked what was happening, she said I need to park somewhere else which was adjacent to the clinic…not in front.Get tested somewhere else if you can

I just had a great appointment with Matt Felix. Dr. Ma has been my primary physician but I needed a refill on a couple meds. Needed a 1:1 first.Great conversations on my health and my most recent blood work.Matt was open minded and informative.I appreciated him listening to me.Dr. Ma and I have more in common but I really had a good feeling with Matt. Thank you Matt!!

After spending 5-10 minutes telling the scribe(assistant) the reason for the visit, the PA didn’t spend any time reviewing the notes before walking into the office to see us. We had to repeat the story all over. Then she (PA) attempted to examine from a distance, she acted as if she was afraid to come close or to touch. We left as concerned as we walked in.

Work order for my chest X-ray wasn’t given to me or sent Pleasanton Diagnostic imaging! I am wasting time waiting for the work order! This the worst service ever! I would get fired if I am this incompetent at my work, huh! Really disappointed!

The clinic was so thorough and even talked me through the insurance side of everything before booking. The doctor was on time, courteous and efficient. He even got on the phone to try and rush through and get us the right testing.

I WAS TRYING TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. AFTER MULTIPLE TRIES I CALLED THEM.... THEY SAID THEY DONT ACCEPT VISITORS INSURANCE FROM UNITED HEALTHCARE. NO BLAME... YOU COULD MENTION THAT IN YOUR WEBSITE ITSLEF.

There is no area in the reception area for a private conversation at the front desk. I was sitting in a chair and one other patient was in there and they were asking me questions about my symptoms out loud. Didn’t ask me to walk up to the counter, didn’t whisper, etc.No privacy. What happened to HIPPAOtherwise, the staff was cordial.

I visited the office to get an arm injury checked out. The medical assistant was great. The PA who saw me answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. I am very happy with the care I received.

Showed up to appointment on time, provided all required documents in advance and again in person, waiting for 1.5 hr to get my COVID test (cuz I’m still waiting). What is the point of having an appointment?! Not Instant at all!

There was an issue with the video feed that couldnt be corrected, and the doctor acted like she couldnt use the audio to do a thorough triage of my breathing and cough. She was quick to dismiss my symptoms and acted like I was intentionally causing the video disruption. I had redirect her focus many times to actually examine my symptoms and give me the medical attention that I needed.

Amazing! After almost 5 years of suffering through inadequate, & sadly, no health-care, for a miriad of reasons, I was able to sign up & be seen by a provider in under 2 1/2 hours. I was treated graciously, with dignity & respect for the 1st time in years! Thank you Instant Urgent Care!

Ive arrived to Instant Urgent Care at 5138 Monterey Rd, San Jose, CA 95111 on Sunday, 12/1/19 at noon. It was the nearest medical facility to my house. I accidentally cut my finger, and it was bleeding heavily. I asked if they can stop the bleeding. They asked me to fill up the registration form and pay $20 co-payment. I was told that I need to wait from 30 min to 1 hour because doctor is busy with another patient. At 12:45 I was invited to the room, they check my weight, temperature, and blood pressure. Around 1 pm doctor look at my cut and said they have no medicine needed to stop the bleeding. They gave me several napkins to cover my bleeding and suggested to go to the nearest hospital emergency room, so I did.

I was initially concern as everything was to be done online - register, app, wait in virtual line to speak with someone, etc. However everything was quite easy and everyone from reception to PA were quite helpful. Waste of my time for telemedicine appt; the doctor didn’t really seem to want to help when I said what was bothering me. I wanted to be proactive to avoid infection but he wouldn’t consider that as an option. It was 3 mins and felt like a waste. Had to go and set a general care appointment for days from now, even though I’m concerned about how long I’ve had this. Essentially said to just go to the ER if it worsens. I’d do this again but only if I was truly sick; currently I am having more specific issues.

Doctor or whoever on telemedicine call was nice enough but big waste of time!!! No one on phone from instant urgent care told us that covid testing closes at 3pm. I called twice to make sure I had the info correct and they said nothing about testing closing. I, specifically, asked them how to get a rapid text and they told me I had to go through a telemedicine appt then doctor would tell us where to go to get rapid testing but never did they tell us what time they closed. Website is very confusing too as to whether scheduling an appt at a local instant urgent care or the virtual telemedicine appt.

Provider hardly even looked up at the camera. I understand that charting is important, but this was a very impersonal appt. I believe that this is a difficult job, telehealth has a long way to go. But I feel more effort or a better attitude could be achieved easily.

You know Ive never used anything like this and honestly it was really easy to do. I didnt end up not keeping my appointment but the lady I spoke to briefly was really nice and helpful. Ill use this again in the future for sure.

The gentleman that was working on Tuesday around 2pm Was very nice with the upmost customer service he went above and beyond what I have ever expected he was amazing he definitely deserves a raise very kind and courteous to my daughter and my family in the car... Came here for an appointment for my younger sister’s ear pain but no one was here. I waited an hour (30 minutes before and after my appointment time) and no one was here. I’m confused as to why this place has mostly good reviews.

I made an appointment for my son from their internet portal from Saturday to Tuesday, I entered the insurance information and everything was fine until I arrived on the day of the appointment and they told me that medical does not accept it, the tests are supposed to be free!! or at least that says on the internet !! terrible service, wasted my time 👎👎😠

Received no text or email of covid results. Wasted our time to get results so that my son can go back to school. By the time we try to retrieve the results, testing is no longer needed on him. So there was no point trying to quickly get our tests done here. At other places, we would’ve gotten the results next day, through notifications via text and email.

They were quick and efficient. They’re online appointment system was down but they were still able to help me when I called. Danica was very helpful and I was able speak with a provider in a just a few minutes.

Padmaja is amazing, I’ve had her multiple times to help me out with covid tests and she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. Will never stop going to her!

At Santa Clara location, Tested for COVID and did not get results for 10 days. Totally useless. Other family member got results back from the county in 5 days. Video dr appt w San Jose location lasted all of 5 mins. No idea what my bill is going to be but will never use them again.

It was very frustrating. You can never reach anyone on the numbers provided. I was suppose to get a doctors note and did not receive and no one responded to me. I felt that since they got their money for the visit they were done with me. It’s hard when you are not feeling well to have to go through all of that 😢🤒😷🤕
