A place where Dr. Therese Malcolm works or worked at CANNOT be good. Dr. Malcolm worked at Brookdale hospital in Brooklyn before and she was a real devil there. She hated everyone who was normal there. She made the lives of female Gyn residents a living hell...she lied on them all the time but she covered up for white male residents while setting up the black females for trouble. The only black female residents she did not destroy were the ones who were obese, had low self-esteem and smelled bad. Those who were hard-working residents, did their work well, cared about people, respected people, were in shape, showered everyday, smelled good and appeared to be happy in life, Dr. Malcolm would make it her business to destroy them. Then, she would say Alleluia! when her trap worked. She has always been a bitter, angry, ugly, miserable, ill-dressed woman who paired up with bad people, at least those who resembled her with her dirty dread locks. I wonder if she combs her hair these days. She is a real piece of nothing, still miserable to this day. She needs a real makeover, physical, mental and behavior makeover. People like Dr. Malcolm only belong in hell where she was conceived and born. She is not even a good surgeon. She always got nervous when she was doing C/sections, which is an easy procedure. She spent all her time hating people, thats why she could not perform well.

So my bad experience with this place was when I took my 15 yr old daughter to get a check up because she’s a teenager (active) and the doctor took blood work and ordered her birth control . 1 month passed and I had not heard back from the clinic. I called several times left several messages and still have not heard back from anyone. I showed up in the office one day to get some kind of info on my daughters blood work and I was told they did not send out the labs ..SMFH … the staff look confused and disoriented. I’m not sure if I will be going back here.

My Wife and I have been trying to get in contact with the doctor for the past 3 weeks in reference to papers we need and for us to speak to the doctor for personal matters, and the GYN is never in her office and her staff barely answers the phone as well as lies to cover for the GYN. We definitely will say to not go here because the customer service is unprofessional and the GYN is never there

Where do I start..... Im not sure how is this place still up and running. Okay I got to my appointment early waited two hours to be seen I waited in the waiting room for a hour alone. this place wasnt pack at all. its a bunch of young workers there on their phones the doctor dont seem to care to much and they dont do follow ups when they said they will. I DONT RECOMMND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE IT HAS TO BE BETTER OUT IN EAST ORANGE......

I have worked for Dr.Sharpe the owner of Bessie Mae Women & Family Health Center. Things was going good until she stopped paying me, If you’re thinking of working there DONT!!! You’ll be doing extra stuff thats not in your job description. She kept lying to me & my coworkers about when exactly we”ll get paid but were nothing but all talk. Ain’t no way Im going to continue working for someone and not get paid & then she tried to defame my character by accusing me of stealing a labtop, when i been stopped working there. Don’t waste your time with this place or business, not worth it.

It is the worst experience I ever had with a doctors office in my life! I have had 3 different doctors in almost 8 months. 1 quit or retired. I say or because Ive heard different information. 1 moved to Nigeria. 1 I met twice & she didnt even know I was pregnant. She did not check my records before my appointment to find any info on me when we met. I Never recieved copies of the bloodwork that I had done twice or 3 times. Only did 1 ultrasound the whole pregnancy at 18wks. I have No idea how big my baby is. they cant even tell me if Im having a natural birth or a c section. My maturnity leave papers havent been filled out and its been almost a week since I dropped them off. The GYN is NEVER in the office so I keep running into a totally  doctor who isnt even in the same practice. I lost the baby. Today....

Absolutely love everything about this place! From all the wonderful staff including the receptionists, office administrator & the doctors, to the friendly and welcoming service they provide. So happy I found this place. If youre looking for an amazing physician, definitely make your way here! 😁🤗😊💙

Arrived early for 9am appointment - doctor did not arrive until 9:45am no forms writing my information on a sheet of notebook paper- I am aware I do not have insurance I was prepared to pay - Doctor could not give a definite price then when trying to pay she says it would be a waste of money...so how will I know if I dont get the test done. Office has all these random drivers I can imagine the bedside manners based on my experienceIf you can go somewhere else to get blood work done - go there

The establishment is very unprofessional, and the doctor forgets to send your prescription over to the pharmacy. I definitely would not recommend this place.

This place is a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to go to this healthcare facility. They are unprofessional. They try to get you to join with there primary physician by running test that you didn’t ask for and then insisting you see there primary physician. They will try to hold your test results or say they didn’t receive them so that they can have you see their primary physician.
