Dr Ziegler is the best Dr Ive ever seen! I wish all Drs were as smart and kind as he is. I recommend his office 100%. I had a beautiful daughter at 40 years old thanks to him realizing my TSH was too high. She is my sunshine and I am very grateful to him!

Unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience on our second treatment. There was miscommunication on what option we were looking to pursue, and when it came time to start treatment, I spoke with nurse Michelle who said at first that it was too late to do anything and we would have to wait another cycle. After I pushed back a bit, she agreed to schedule us for a treatment option, although not the one we were hoping to do. Later that day, Dr. Martinez was able to accommodate us with the option we wanted, which my wife and I appreciated a lot. But then my wife went in for monitoring the next morning and the same nurse told my wife she couldnt do the treatment she wanted. My wife tried to explain that we spoke to the Dr. to change it, but the nurse was persistent against it to the point where my wife had to call me on the phone during the appointment as she was upset and shaking. When she got home, she was crying. It was really upsetting for me to see my wife go through that. I then called the office to talk to someone, and Dr. Martinez called me. I found the conversation with him very deflating as he said that my wife was the problem because she got upset in the office. I found his comments rude and unprofessional. I definitely got the sense that we were not welcomed there anymore, which was hurtful, as I would imagine other patients would feel in my position. I felt sick to my stomach for two days afterwards. The focus seemed to be on making money, eliminating problematic patients, and not on patient care and empathy. There was disorganization throughout the process that could have been avoided too. I would recommend considering a different practice.

Miracle workers. Do not know where to start with this incredible staff, from the front desk to the PA’s, and Dr Ziegler. We came in with our heads low depressed after a year plus of failure. The team kept us positive and were always there when we had a question and never rushed us off the phone. They found our issues and got us pregnant and we can’t explain how thankful we are. The worst part is having to leave now to go to the OBGYN. We’ll miss this team and recommend them to the world. Thank you ❤️

I love this group so far. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming and the doctors actually hear you and are so knowledgeable. I just started my fertility journey and knowing I have Reproductive Science Center on my side makes it a little less scary.

Words cannot describe how excellent this practice is. Everyone is so patient and every time my anxiety would go high, someone would help talk me down. As scary as this process is, everyone helped me feel at ease and supported. Dr. Ziegler made sure I never lost hope. He answered all my questions and never did I feel rushed. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Ziegler for getting me through this process!

Dr Ziegler is good. Everyone else is a nightmare, after a pre determined out of pocket based on insurance carrier we completed an IVF treatment. Paid our bills and off we went into parenthood only to be blind sided by a $15,000 bill long after rendered services, this office has done zero to help us and it will now cost me at least half of this bill to correct their incompetence. I called multiple times to try and speak with in particular Dr Ziegler and couldnt get hold of anyone. A direct number would be so much appreciated

There are not enough positive adjectives that I can use to describe Dr Martinez & his team at the Reproductive Science Center of NJ. From start to finish they made this experience stellar. The attention to details & true compassion that was felt in every appointment that I had, hands down sets them apart from any other practice.

Came to this office March 2022 with zero knowledge of what IVF was. I was having trouble getting pregnant for two years and my gyn recommended this office bc I was pushing 39 he suggested I should talk to a specialist. I sat with Dr Martinez who at the time seemed very professional and our first introductory meeting was as expected. Did bloodwork and was diagnosed with DOR aka diminished ovarian reserve. Had a follow up call about my bloodwork and I was told I had a 5% chance of getting pregnant naturally and IVF was the best course of action and time was of the essence so we came up with a game plan to get my body in the ideal position for treatment . My thyroid levels were high so it took time to get them in range, they prepped my body with birth control for a whole month again knowing nothing I trusted the process. Fast forward game plan didn’t work cycle 1 failed. I started reaching out to the infertility community on social media , doing research , exploring other protocols and came up with a page of questions for Dr Martinez to go through with me because this was my last shot and I wanted to get it right. The conversation didn’t go well at all. Doctor was sarcastic, unprofessional and let his ego get in the way and basically told me to stick to my sales job that he’s the doctor with the experience and I need to just “trust him”. After that call I was deflated and upset but had to get through this next cycle. I went to the clinic up the block for a second opinion on the protocol they had in place for me and also asked her about some things my doctor didn’t want to answer and if I wasn’t so wrapped up into the cycle already I would’ve jumped ship at that very moment but insurance was already approved and it was just a waiting game at this point.Fast forward my cycle is delayed due to cysts producing estrogen due to a prescription I asked to take during my stim cycle. They prescribed it during my prep phase ans well again I’m no doctor the longer the better if it helps with egg quality I’m thinking my regret is not questioning the change but its main side effect is the cysts and they knew that. Delayed again! Now I’m in a waiting game until these cysts subside and we are back on the clock in Feb. I started acupuncture and increased my thyroid medication while we waited those few months and ten days before my second cycle I’m pregnant naturally and now have a beautiful healthy baby boy.I believe bloodwork was necessary to identify what was going on in my body and just time on supplements and medication to get my body in the best position for pregnancy.Clinics like this herd patients two weeks out the month for these cycles. I was over suppressed in my first cycle to fit into their window. Dr Martinez showed no empathy or compassion when questions were asked and when I just wanted to advocate for myself . They put their pockets first not their patients .

My experience with Dr. Martinez and his staff has been wonderful. Dr. Martinez is warm, caring, and makes you feel at ease during a very stressful process. His office staff are great as well. I never had long wait times and was usually in an out very quickly with appointments.

I only started attending this center a few months ago but with every visit I am assured I made the right choice of group of doctors to assist with my husband and my journey to start a family. Both doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and answer any questions or concerns you have along the way. The entire staff from the front to the back are caring and compassionate people who make you feel very comfortable when stepping threw the doors or calling in. I cant say enough about how great my experience has been with them thus far.

I have had a wonderful experience with Reproductive Science Center thus far. Both Dr. Martinez and Dr. Ziegler are knowledgable and personable doctors who have guided my husband and I through this emotional and difficult journey. They are incredibly responsive; my phone calls are always returned by the end of the day. The office staff is wonderful, from the nurses to the receptionists. Everyone is polite, professional, and so comforting. I am grateful to have RSC on my side, and I know of several other close friends who have had just as wonderful (and successful!) experiences with their practice.

Coming to Dr. Martinez for my fertility journey was the best decision I couldve made! From the first appointment, through my treatments and procedures, to becoming pregnant, and through my first trimester, I felt so much support and comfort every step of the way. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the receptionists, everyone is so compassionate, kind, responsive, and supportive. I really did feel like they wanted my success just as much as I did! Our experience with Dr. Ziegler has been nothing short of exemplar from the moment we walked into the office at our first appointment. He has a bedside manner that makes you feel hopeful and comforted when you need it the most. I’ve always felt like I was his only patient due to the amount of care and concern he gives you. The office staff is always pleasant and go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I have never trusted any doctor the way I trust Dr. Ziegler. Not only does he treat his patients with incredible kindness and support but he answers all my questions before I even ask them. He is not afraid to take on challenging cases as he and his staff only want to help you achieve your goals. He is honest with you, does everything he can to help you and ensures you leave his office with a plan you understand. I sincerely appreciate the personal connection I have with him and his staff. I highly recommend that anyone who is experiencing fertility challenges work with Dr. Ziegler, he wont waste your time, he will give you as many answers as he can, and he sincerely cares about his patients. The staff and doctors are amazing. They really take care of you-- follow ups were prompt and communication was always clear. I was with them for two years and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling with fertility.

Dr. Ziegler and his staff comes with the highest recommendations! The minute I walked in the clinic, I felt like I had a true partner in this journey to pregnancy! We had multiple procedures conducted within the clinic and by Dr.Z(as we call him) in the hospital and he was a constant source of both information and comfort. We were able to conceive our daughter who is now 2 and just returned for our second frozen embryo and were successful yet again! I became very close to the wonderful nursing/support staff and always felt like I was with the best team possible yo get from 40 with low egg viability to pregnant twice!! I can’t thank them enough for being such an incredible resource and partner.

Dr. Ziegler and his staff are AMAZING! His bedside manner is the definition of a true professional. He is very patient when he consults with you and takes the time to answer all questions that you may have. My husband and I trust him 110%. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. He is really one of the best around!

Dr. Ziegler is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is so kind and takes time to talk to you in and out of his office, when calling with results he makes sure every question is answered and that you feel comfortable with the information given. Highly recommend RSC! The staff is beyond friendly and super accommodating. LOVE the doctors and all the staff! I really Cant say enough good things! Ive been to both Toms River and Eatontown, beautiful offices. Dr. Ziegler is awesome! So professional, down to earth, funny and great at explaining things in a way those of us not in the medicinal field Can understand easily. Everyone makes you feel right at home there and they are so empathetic, always encouraging you with a smile. I had a positive experience every time I went with all the girls and doctors. Vicki is my favorite, she drew my blood and was with me through the wholeJourney (Im a hard stick). If I could have stayed on with them after getting pregnant, I would have in a heartbeat! I would recommend them to ANYONE having a hard time. You will be in the best hands!

My husband and I first came to Dr. Martinezs office in 2017. Over the next two years, we would get to know him and his office staff very well. Our appointments were always thorough, never rushed, and everyone at the office was gentle with us during our time there. Unfortunately, we had many obstacles along the way, but the office was always attentive and supportive, and never let us lose hope. Dr. Martinez even called me from home on a Saturday afternoon when I got sick during IVF, and Krista at the front desk was always waiting for me with a smile and a hug. Kim, Marianela, and Domenica always made me feel so welcome and comfortable. After much consideration, Dr. Martinez finally convinced me to have fibroid surgery, and a few months later we were absolutely thrilled and shocked to find out that we were pregnant naturally. It is so important to find an office that is sensitive and compassionate during this time, and I could not imagine anywhere else meeting the standards of the RSC office. I would recommend them to anybody, and I can truly say that I miss the staff there and wish I could stay there for the rest of my pregnancy! We will forever be thankful for Dr. Martinezs office and the staff will always be an important part of our family.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM!Dr. Ziegler came highly recommended by my gynecologist after masses were found on my uterus. My gynecologist told me normally he would do a hysterectomy, but because I do not have any children yet and plan to be a mother in the future, that it was best I go to see Dr.Ziegler. He told me he is the best of the best, that is EXACTLY WHAT HE IS, THE BEST OF THE BEST!I called Dr. Zieglers office immediately to make an appointment. His staff is excellent and well trained. They are patient and kind. They informed me the first appointment would be virtual due to covid. I did not have a problem with this. If you ask me it actually made a lot of sense to do it virtual. I have read some reviews where people complained about this and said its all for the money. Youve got it all wrong.My virtual appointment with Dr. Z was a wonderful experience. From that first virtual appointment I knew I was in good hands and going to be ok. He has a face that is so reassuring and really does not make you worry. He explained everything thoroughly, addressed my questions and did not rush the appointment.Dr. Ziegler then had me come in for an in-person appointment. Once again, his staff was excellent and when I met him in person, I loved him even more. His staff set up my surgery and got me in as soon as possible. They literally do everything for you and are so thorough, I didnt even have to contact my insurance.With covid the world is a crazy time and unfortunately there are somethings we have to face alone. This was the first surgery I ever had. I had to go to every appointment alone and I also had to go my surgery alone. The morning of my surgery I was so calm, even though I was alone, because I knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Z came to see me before my surgery. As soon as I saw him walk in the door with that big smile through his mask I knew I was ok. Not only did he come see me, but his team did. His team is excellent. The nurses, the anesthesiologists, the assisting doctors - there is not one bad thing I can say about any of them. In the operating room Dr. Ziegler came over to me and held my hand as they put me to sleep. Doctors dont have to do that - thats a choice they make to do on their own. I dont often hear of many doctors that do that.My surgery went great and my recovery has been great as well and that is definitely because of Dr. Z and his team.I can go on and on about how amazing this man and his team are. Hes got heart and thats something I especially look for in a doctor. If you need a fertility specialist or you are having female issues, he is the doctor you need to see. Dont walk but run to get an appointment with him, you will not be disappointed.Thank you Dr. Ziegler, I will forever be grateful for you and your team. You made having a surgery during covid, especially my first surgery, a wonderful experience - and I mean that. YOU ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!

After a stressful and upsetting time my life, my husband and I were referred to Dr. Ziegler’s office. I heard such wonderful things, but he and the entire staff at RSC exceeded our expectations. Dr. Zieger’s professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and continuous support is beyond appreciated. I can not speak more highly of him and his team. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! I absolutely love this office and the staff. Dr. Martinez is fantastic. We felt like family and I wish I was able to stay on as a pregnant patient! I would highly recommend using the Reproductive Science Center of NJ (especially the Eatontown office) for any fertility/ infertility needs.

Thank goodness for the Reproductive Science Center and Dr. Ziegler. We were referred by my OBGYN. We had felt a bit lost leading up to our first meeting with Dr. Ziegler, but he quickly calmed our nerves and told us that he would streamline the process and help us get to the bottom of our issues. He did exactly that, all the while keeping us calm and not only answering all of our questions, but explaining in detail everything we were going through. We learned a lot from him. We also saw Dr. Mensah and she was equally as wonderful. We felt taken care of from Day 1 and they were able to help us tremendously. Both my husband and I wished we could stay with Dr. Ziegler for the entirety of our pregnancy. He is just the best. We highly recommend!!

We were so nervous when we first walked in the door, but Shannon was the first face we saw and she was so friendly and calming that my husband and I were able to instantly relax. When we met Dr. Ziegler, our fears and nerves completely dissipated! His team was so professional, helpful and friendly, we couldnt imagine going through this process anywhere else. Thank you so much Ally, Scott & everyone else, for providing us with a caring and attentive experience. When we walk in the door we are no longer nervous. We feel like we are seeing old friends. Couldnt be happier! :-)

RSC makes a difficult process much easier! The office staff is responsive, helpful, and just the best! The doctors are amazing as well, thoroughly explain everything and make you feel so comfortable.

WORST SUPPORT STAFF OF A MEDICAL PRACTICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, AND IM A MEDICAL DOCTOR MYSELF. I will preface this statement by saying Dr. Ziegler was great, but the office staff there is about the most inept grouping of medical professionals I have ever seen. Not only do they try and order tests you have already done before including one of the most painful tests my wife has ever indured.. They also dont take notes during the billing and financial meetings. I had told them during the meeting 2 weeks ago that my coverage was through Kindbody; only to be informed a few days alter that my insurance only covers genetic testing. It took three days to remind them that my coverage was through Kindbody as discussed a week ago. Now today almost 5 days later my wife having left multiple voicemail with no return, finally walked into the office to meet with a billing nurse to be told they stopped working with my Kindbody insurance coverage six months ago. They have successfully wasted months of of reproductive cycles and time and money. In closing, the support staff for this medical practice is bout the worst I have ever seen and Im a medical doctor myself.

The Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey took what was the most painful time in my life and brought me hope. Dr.Mensah was a complete joy, from the moment we first said hello until our bitter sweet goodbye. Her optimism brought light in darkness and helped keep our spirits high, I wouldnt change my experience with her for the world. Dr.Martinez made me confident when I questioned my ability to become pregnant and made me laugh through my entire seven week scan. I unfortunately did not have the pleasure to meet Dr.Ziegler but I can only imagine he must be a wonderful doctor. The entire staff were kind and warm, every single person I spoke with on the phone and had the honor to meet made me feel at home. Every single person working for this practice are truly angles on Earth. My husband and I are eternally grateful for our time at The Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey.

I had 4 miscarriages before coming to this practice. I was recommended by a few people in my life which made me feel like it was a really good sign! I originally worked with Dr. Mensah who was amazing. She found that I had an abnormality in my uterus. We had the surgery to correct it and now I am 8 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby! (Natural conception not IUI or IVF- never had issue conceiving just maintaining the pregnancy) Dr. Ziegler took over my case and has been amazing since I started seeing him! He fully explained everything I saw in the ultrasound and even let me record the heartbeat for my husband who couldn’t come in due to COVID restrictions. I have been very happy as a patient here!

I am still going through the long infertility journey but have been going to Mr Martinez since January. For the last 6 months, I have gotten to know friendly staff members that answer all of my questions and reassure me things will be ok when they sometimes feel like they aren’t going to be. Dr Martinez has guided me through every step and been available to answer anything I needed an answer to.

All of the doctors and staff here were efficient, friendly, and compassionate. Dr Ziegler is very knowledgeable. The appointments were always great with little to no wait time. Even calling and speaking to staff over the phone was pleasant. 100% recommend!

I would undoubtedly recommend Dr Ziegler and his staff. It was hard to leave them once we were pregnant and released to our OB. His staff is so sweet and compassionate. We look forward to going back to them for our next one in a few years! ❤️

Dr. Martinez was fantastic to work with, but their billing department is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend them strictly for that reason. First time I received a bill was AFTER I became pregnant. It was almost like they waited until they had success, then forced a bill upon me. 6 months worth of bills and a $1,900+ statement. They claim to have sent me bills prior, which was FALSE - and if that was the case, why did NO ONE at their office mention this to me the numerous times I was in there and PAID my copays?? Not a good ending to what I thought was a good business.Plus - had I known that what their office told me (that my IUI cycle was covered 4x under my insurance) meant that I would have to pay thousands of dollars, I may not have chose to move forward with the expensive process, let alone twice.

So I’m one of those patients, for which the treatment didn’t work, after undergoing multiple IVF cycles. Understand it’s acceptable for women reaching 40 and with DOR. What surprised me is that, In the last two cycles I never even got to see the doctor once , even though he was sitting at his office when I went in almost everyday during the 2 weeks. After the egg retrieval, they called and said no luck and schedule an appointment. Not even a courtesy call! To them we are just another problem that they couldn’t solve.

For those who have years of infertility and bad news like myself, this is the place to come to for hope. Other REs could not seem to figure out why my many procedures were unsuccessful, until I met Dr. Ziegler. I left the initial visit with concrete answers and finally a sense of hope. Even during COVID both Dr. Ziegler and Domenica made themselves readily available to create and execute my new plan - which finally resulted in the first success of my journey. I am beyond grateful to the two of them and their team, and cannot wait to return to the office for the next round!

I highly recommend Dr. Ziegler, he is a highly qualified RE with years of experience. He is pacient, thorough, and makes you fell absolutely comfortable. I was referred to Dr. Z by a few people, I definately give him five stars. Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience with the office. I had a few medical concerns that were addressed to the staff by phone and messages were never relayed to the doctor. My thyroid levels were low, so my medication was increased. I spoke to three staff members that I was having extreme side effects which included rapid heart palpitations, weight loss and insomnia. After 2 monthes they finally ran my bloodwork and my meds were too strong, and lowered my dose. Dr. Z consulted with us giving us the success rates of both possible procedures, and explained that if we were going to spend money on either of the two, he would rather see us invest in a procedure with the highest success rates for my personal condition. He guided us to speak with billing, and go over all our options. We were told that my insurance covers unlimited IUIs, and that my insurance would cover EVERYTHING. She did say she would call us back and give us exact amounts reguarding the prescriptions once she spoke with insurance company. Well 9 days layer still no call, and I confirmed with insurance company that no one from billing ever contacted my insurance reguarding any meds or procedure. So when i called billing back on day 10, I was told they have been very busy, but they will call in the morning. Joke on us, they never called and i finally gave up waiting and called them back and the woman stated everything is covered with the exception of recieving donor fee and thawing. So we decided if it wasnt going to cost more than simple copayments it was worth the shot. Well almost $7000 later, joke was definitely on us. If we were told the correct information, we would have gone with IVF and maybe had a successful cycle. Two and a half weeks before my first IUI cycle all my meds were called in to pharmacy. My insurance requested a form that takes five minutes to be filled out to be faxed to approve medication. Well after over 40 calls to both office and insurance company everything was finally completed and sent in one day before my cycle start date. I recieved my meds just hours before I needed to start them. Meanwhile, I signed into my portal to check on my medical documents and instructions, and instead someone elses medical documents were up loaded to my portal. The other patient s information including name, date of birth, bloodwork results, HIV status, and more were mistakenly put on my portal. I called the office and told the nurse of the mistake, and she deleted it. I know for a fact that she did not disclose her mistake to her office adminstrator, and the patient whos information was leaked never was notified of the mistake. I still have no idea if my medical information was put on someone elses portal as well. The story ends with me sitting down with office adminstrator. My concerns were financial, but most importantly I was worried that if I got the specific office staff introuble, my care could have been in jeapardy. Mr. Frank said in his words he understands my concern and compared my concerns to the line you never send your food back at a restaurant. Two weeks after that meeting, he finally called me stating there was nothing he could do to help us. So, i decided for my best interest, I will dispose of my $900 donor vial, and sign release forms for my medical records to be sent to a new doctor once I choose one. Hopefully this experience only happened to me, and not anyone else. So my advice is if you chose Reproductive Science center, Dr. ZIEGLER is amazing, but as far as everything else you may have to really keep track of your own personal process, and get everything told to you in writing.

Dr Ziegler was wonderful during our experience with him and his whole staff. He was thoughtful, professional, and you always got the sense he really cared about everything. Answering questions both big and small.

Dr. Alan is highly knowledgeable and committed. He communicates plan of care very well and you feel in really good hands . Staff is equally professional. Highly recommended.

My two children would not be here without the wonderful doctors and staff at RSCNJ. I have been seen by all the doctors in this practice and they are all knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is excellent- patient, skilled, and kind. I am so grateful for RSCNJ and the part they played in our family’s journey.

I can not say enough positive things regarding the staff at the Reproductive Science Center. Dr. Mensah takes as much time as you need to understand and feel comfortable with the process going forward. Even when I felt discouraged I felt that the staff and Dr. Mensah gave me hope. I would highly recommend the Reproductive Science Center.

Horrible. We had 15 min consultation in february 2021 and they chsrged 618.61$ for that. Un real. Also, impposibble to get a hold of doctor or nurse. Paying your bill is heache as well. Why? These folks make things difficult. We chosed rma and i am 8 month pregnant with a boy. Avoid these people. 60 reviews you see most likely their staff posting them. Highway robbery !!!! Keep pants up if you are visiting these crooks

I love all three doctors especially Dr. MENSAH. What a gem she is. She has both medical knowledge and the humble attitude to converse with patients in an effective, compasionate and yet keep it real way. Everyone in the office is great as welk.

My primary doctor here is Dr . Ziegler I would not recommend this facility to anyone who wants proper and accurate care, or to anyone that wants to keep their medical information private Unfortunately I am pursuing a suit against this facility so I can not offer much more information , other then there are other places that one can go and receive accurate diagnosis and a stronger team that is more competent ! And to my knowledge RSI has had many other HIPPA violations of disclosing ones personal and medical records to other patients and wrong phycians This is a violation of a state law I am also pursuing a suit with this as well ! If this has also happened to you , please contact me !

The absolute best office and physicians in the world. They were so thorough, kind, and accommodating. I would literally tell anybody if they are looking to have a child to travel far and wide and use them.

I am very happy with reproductive science center and especially Dr. Ziegler. They are amazing and my surgery went very well. If you ever need a reproductive endocrinologist I recommend him.

Dr Martinez is the best!! He always makes you feel ata ease with the whole process, and makes you feel like family, not just a patient.
