I paid thousands of dollars on fertility medication from pills to injections while monitoring all of my ovulation symptoms. Take a resting temp twice a day, 3 ovulation tests a day, multiple doctor visits every month to see if I had mature eggs, taking clomid, metformin, ovulation inducing injections...for 2 years. I saw maud as a last resort. She told me there is less than a 2% chance of conceiving on my own because of pcos, endometriosis, lazy ovary, etc. The next step was either IUI or IVF. This was over 3 years ago. I currently have two children and I am pregnant with number 3. With no help from this doctor. Imagine spending thousands to get help. Told its likely not going to happen. So you accept it and move on....then you have 3 natural, healthy pregnancies. Its fascinating.

Dr.Doherty is amazing at what she does! She helped me through my ectopic pregnancy. She performed my tubal removal and is helping me and my husband through the stages of fertility treatments. She is real and doesn’t sugar coat anything. I appreciate that about her. Overall I am having a great experience with Dr.Doherty!

Dr. Doherty is an excellent physician and a surgeon! I barely had any pain and issues with scarring after going through myomectomy, one abdominal and one hysteroscopic, under her care and expertise. Dr. Doherty and their team know what they are doing. After a couple years of trying and two failed IUIs with my OBGYN, I got pregnant with my first IUI with Doherty. She is no-nonsense, and I love that about her. I have recommended several friends struggling with fertility to seek her out, and they have had success too. We are hoping to return soon!

I feel they know what they are doing as many people I know have had success. But also feel they treat some of us differently. I wasted a lot of time and money, I did go to another dr and fine did get a family but at the expense of everything.
