NP Olanireti Onabanjo is a great health care provider! My experience under her care was a very good one. She is clear and concise in her explanations and went the extra mile to help address my health concerns. I highly recommend her clinic!

Got an email 11/29 at 1:12PM saying I have a yeast infection/bv but didn’t call me nor did they send meds so I can begin them this was my second visit and im frustrated all over again.

My daughter went to the location on Dorsey Hall at Howard County, MD. From the time she made an appointment to the actual test being performed, she had a horrific experience. The lady, who took care of my daugher, was a tech. She was very, very rude. My daughter was told that she would obtain her results within 24 hours, but she did not get an email or any calls regarind her results. She was quite anxious because she had an important event to attend the next day from the test. The website only provides two phone numbers: Dorsey and Balto National Pike locations. I called Baltimore National Pike location since Dorsey is closed on Thursday. Initially, when I called Balto National Pike location to explain what happened, the gentleman who picked up hung up on me. I called the 2nd time and it went straight to voicemail. I give this review a 3/10 because of the lady who called me back. Her name was Ola. She was patient and answered my questions-putting me at ease. It was determined that the office at Dorsey took down the wrong email address of my daughter. Hence, she was not able to access the patient portal to ascertain the results for her PCR test. If not for Ola, I would have given this place a 0/5 star review. I have no idea why the lady at the Dorsey Hall was rude to everyone, but one must separate work with personal matters aside-especially given that people who go to have tests done for Covid have high anxities and stress.

The visit was very good. She (Onabanjo) was very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable with the visit. She listened to me and helped me to understand the next steps and highly recommend her.

Very professional & extremely etiquette. Got me certified but also did extensive questionnaire on my health & status. I will def support & return for my next physical/certification. Thx so much again

Found my provider the same day! Appt was within minutes from the 1st phone call to the telemedicine visit, this was a excellent experience

Do not recommend- doctor is highly unprofessional and left me feeling judged and ridiculed.

They were very caring and understanding. Listened to my problems and made sure my needs were met.
