Great experience! Our twins are now nearly 16 years old. After extensive research on our part we chose CSP, who made the whole process easy, from gestational carrier selection through adoption (by my wife, who was not biological mother), plus helping us manage egg donor selection, IVF, etc. Our twins are amazing, both are top students and bring so much joy into our lives! Our daughter is a blessed artist who strives for the medical field. Our son is a Cadet First Sergeant, who just achieved National Honor Society at Marine Military Academy (HS) College Prep, and hopes to attend the Naval Academy.

2 time surrogate through CSP -delivered in 2019 and 2022. Through every step I felt fully supported and appreciated. Everything from medical, to legal, financial, pregnancy and beyond was well handled. We did have a very sad loss with the first pregnancy for my second couple and our counselor at CSP went above and beyond for both myself and my couple. Both of my matches were fantastic and my family is lucky to keep in contact with the families that we helped to create. It was a blessing to have this experience and be able to do this and I will cherish it and be proud forever.

I am a first time surrogate and my experience has been wonderful thanks to CSP. They truly care about the surrogates and IPs and every single staff member I have encountered has been kind, supportive, and helpful. They have the process down so its easy and you know exactly what the next step is. I can always get in contact with whoever I need and they are quick and efficient in every step. I have to give a special shoutout to Barb & Julie because the two of them have been there for me every step and are always checking in just to see how I am- they truly care. I am so thankful I chose CSP and highly recommend this agency to anyone!

CSP is the best of the best. I completed 2 journeys as a surrogate with them between 2015 and 2018. What stands out to me most, next to having been matched with IPs I was highly compatible with, was the unwavering support I received from the agency. Never had an unpaid bill, never felt pushed in any direction, never left hanging without communication, and always felt like I had a thorough and accurate answer ready for me when I asked any question. So professional and wonderful to work with.

After tons of research on becoming a surrogate I decided to use CSP and I couldn’t recommend them enough. CSP was there to guide me through every step of the process and made sure I always had support when I needed it. They matched me with a great couple that quickly became family. If you’re a surrogate and can’t decide on an agency, you won’t go wrong with CSP.

I did all kinds of research on different agencies before deciding to apply at CSP to become a Surrogate Mother. I know I choose the best right from the start. I have been with CSP for over 5 years and helped a couple have 2 beautiful children. While their dream was to be parents, mine was to help make that happen and all the wonderful staff at this agency helped make that dream come true for all of us. I am now on a 3rd journey helping another couple and I could not imagine working with any other agency. Ive heard stories from other Surrogates who have been with other agencies and they cant believe the difference and wish they would have come to CSP first.

I have completed my first journey and would like to leave a review for Center for Surrogacy Parenting (CSP) and New England Fertility Clinic, Dr. Lavy.CSP was great! You complete all the screening up front, prior to the match, excluding med screening. Their doctor reviews your medical records, labs and such to ensure you meet requirements. This ensures the IPs are not being matched with someone only to have to break it when the GS doesnt meet requirements. After passing screening you meet with the psychologist in person and compete a personality test. This all aids in the matching process to ensure you are properly matched. You are than given a few (I got three and then an additional two) profiles to look at and choose.CSP did an AMAZING job matching me with a wonderful couple! I could not have asked for any thing more. We have become close friends and we consider each other family now.A skype matching call is done with the IPs, you and the psychologist. Mostly lead by the psychologist, taking a lot of pressure off.After we matched I flew to Connecticut for screening. It was easy and comfortable. Staff at New England Fertility were kind and friendly. Of note they wanted my husband there for the medical screening and put up a stink about me wanting to go alone. After obtaining IPs and Dr. Lavys permission, I was allowed to go solo and my husband completed his blood work near our home. Dr. Lavy was great to work with. He is now having most surrogates (who have not had previous IVF and no trouble getting pregnant) do semi natural transfers. At the clinic they call them natural cycles. I was on a small dose of vaginal progesterone for 3 days prior to the transfer and after transfer I took vaginal progesterone and oral estrogen for about 5ish weeks. Super easy. I felt no side effects and the first transfer worked.The pregnancy was easy, and CSP assisted the IPs with all the legal work. My IM was grateful for their monthly updates and guidance throughout all the muddy stuff that surrogacy brings. I did attend quarterly meetings in Chicago, where GS all got together with a psychologist and shared their stories, provided support and advice. It was a nice support group.The communication with CSP was great and they were on time with paying bills and reimbursements. Everything was done as direct deposits.I would highly recommend CSP for GS and my IPs would also recommend them for IPs. We are planning a sibling journey next summer and plan to use CSP again.

CSP is a very reputable, respectful, and professional company. The website is extremely informative and very user friendly. I especially enjoyed the plethora of videos posted. Throughout the initial application process I felt as though it was easy to follow and I received emails along the way letting me know what to expect. The day after I completed my initial application I was informed that I would be unable to move forward in the process due to my beliefs (I am uncomfortable terminating a pregnancy due to Down Syndrome. Also, I am uncomfortable reducing the pregnancy of multiples.) This is the quote taken from the email I received.The couples in our program, if faced with this unfortunate decision, want the ability to decide whether to end a pregnancy with their doctor’s advice if their baby has serious birth defects. This includes Down Syndrome. They also want to have the choice of a selective reduction, if necessary, in order to increase their chances for a healthy pregnancy by transferring multiple embryos.Unfortunately, we do not have any couples at this time that share your beliefs regarding termination and reduction. Our couples feel that such decisions are theirs to make and struggle with giving those choices to a surrogate mother.To all women considering to be surrogates who have the same beliefs as me, there are agencies who have intended parents that feel the same way.Whether or not you agree with my beliefs, my brief experience CSP has shown me that they will treat you with respect and keep you informed in a timely manner.

For my first surrogacy journey I wanted to be sure I had compassion and lots of experience backing me up. Thats exactly what I found with CSP. Every member of the staff that Ive been involved with has been kind, informative, and always ALWAYS willing to answer questions or explain steps. This process has been a wonderful, exciting experience since I havent had to worry about anything other than taking care of myself and this little baby girl for my amazing couple.

When looking to be a surrogate, I knew very little about the whole process. I just knew that I wanted to help a family in need. After doing some research online, I decided to submit my application to CSP. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Every step of the way they have someone there to help you. I was welcomed by someone who had been through the process twice already and then reached out to by the counseling and psychiatric teams. The amount of love and support you get from the whole agency is overwhelming. If you are serious about becoming a surrogate, I couldnt recommend CSP enough.

I have had the honor of helping 3 couples become a family and I could not of done it without the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of such a great agency like CSP. When there was no hope for my husband and i to ever have a child we found CSPThankfully we became OVER Blessed and ecstatic with the arrival of identical twin boys via our wonderful CSP surrogate. Not only did CSP know what they were doing (heck i think they have been doing this for over 30 years) they CARED and they wanted us to become parents as much as we did!Its not just a business for those at CSP its a way of life.. helping other to become parentswe are still in touch with our surrogate. HIGHLY recommend the sometimes challenging but externally rewarding mission to have a family ... THANKS CSP

CSP is wonderful, helpful and their staff has given me oodles of time. I very much appreciate them. I see some negative comments and I am surprised. CSP gave one person 45 minutes of their time (he stated this) yet he is unhappy when they wont give him more? Another lady claims their surrogate mother had a criminal history. This seems so unlikely as we were presented with several surrogates and each came fully screened and we could see the screening, both medical and her criminal search. Nothing seems plausible. Also why are 2 ladies posting the same story but with different names? Anyway, CSP has been around for over 30 years and made us happy parents. Thank you CSP

As part of the interviewing process for surrogacy agencies, I reached out to the Center for Surrogate Parenting to set up an intro call. The name made it seem almost like a non-profit and the appointment process was simple and efficient.Unfortunately things went downhill from there, as during the roughly 45 minutes I spent speaking with the outreach manager (Fay), I found her to be condescending and fairly arrogant - several times questioning whether I had the commitment required to be a good parent. This generally came in response to me asking reasonably straightforward questions about the process and contract/boilerplate to which she continued to stress the need for the full consultation and evaluation session - four (4) hours with both myself and my husband. Look, I completely understand the need to be committed to the process of becoming a parent, but four hours at this early stage of just deciding on a short list of agencies seemed completely overkill to me. All I wanted was to understand what the contract between us and her agency would include before agreeing to spend half a day with them. It struck me as a fairly aggressive sales tactic - get the customer to commit so they feel locked in, even before signing any agreement. If I had done this with every agency I was considering, itd have been nearly 50 hours of time!Fay got quite defensive when I pushed back on this and gave a non-committal response about checking with her boss as to whether shed be able to send the contract. She never followed up.

1. Lied ! to me that a surrogate doesnt have criminal history till I find out that there is a CLASS A criminal history!!!2.after I rejected that surrogate, they are So unethical that I found out they are going to send the criminals profile to another IP!!! I think they hope to scam other IPs, most of whom dont fact check what the agency claimed3. Other agencies charged $0 to show profiles, they charged me $12000, saying the difference covers pre-screening. LIE! After I was matched with a surrogate without pre-screening, they refused to send her records till I pay another $10000! its obvious from the massive amount of Internet advertising that the spend client money on fake advertisements.4. When I talked these issues with the owner, he says the retainer said we only need to find a surrogate WE think is okay, the retainer never said we need to find a surrogate YOU think is okay. they were quite okay with profiles having criminal history! They also tried to cover that up. They pretty much can do anything unethical because once you sign the retainer you cant sue them, and they could just keep deleting negative reviews, and threaten me about the things they will do to me and my family if I keep posting. But the only right thing to do is to let people know about the truth so they will not be harmed5. On Yelp there was a session called reviews currently not recommended hidden on the bottom of the page. If I had seen those negative reviews over the years before I signed up with the agency I would have avoided 8 months of agony and +$30000 money lost!6. I have supporting documents (emails, voice recording) for all the statements here. The company so far has deleted my review 4 times, and tried flooding this review with lots of positive reviews popped out in an hour (I know these positive reviews are fake because it popped out all within 1 hour). so read this truth while you still can!
