What a terrible place! No communication. Blames the customer instead of admitting fault. Behind by at least 30 minutes on all their late morning and afternoon appointments. Turnover rate of employees there is crazy (dealt with 5 different nurses because the previous ones all quit) and previous employee told me it is a terrible office to work in, and the only good thing is they have nice pens that she took home a lot. Staff is just absolutely horrible, except front desk Rosie who is very nice.

I cannot express how grateful my partner and I are for the exceptional care and support we received from Dr. Kumar. He took the time to thoroughly understand our unique situation, explaining all our options, risks, and potential outcomes in a way that was easy to comprehend. His ability to put us at ease and provide reassurance made a world of difference in our fertility journey.The staff were always friendly, accommodating, and sensitive to our needs. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to deliver our long awaited bundle of joy and we are immensely grateful for his care.

I could not thank Western Fertility Institute enough for taking care of me on every step of my IVF journey. I ended up with them after being disappointed with my local fertility clinic. Already from the first time we met Dr. Kumar we already knew we were in good hands and the service was on a different level. The clinic was really flexible with my needs considering I was traveling from Canada and helped me even with my medications needs. Our physician assistant was Lena and was always just one email away. We highly recommend them to everyone and we were lucky to be blessed with a healthy baby girl thanks to WFI!

As multiple others have said, Quiana the medical assistant is terrible. She also misrepresents herself as a nurse- stating multiple times that she was the “nurse” assigned- she is not a nurse, this is illegal. She’s all around unprofessional and blatantly rude. I have no idea why she’s still working there.

Dr. Kumar is the best! He is extremely caring, I really looked forward to going to our appointment just to see him and his lovely staff. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. Extremely grateful for our success and it was all because of the amazing team at WFI!

We received the best care here. Dr Kumar and his staff are kind, caring, thorough and great at what they do. We always look forward to our appts, and appreciate the quick responses by our nurse and front office staff. Highly recommend for fertility treatment and family planning. I am nothing but grateful for this clinic, Dr. Kumar, and everyone else at the facility who helped us during our struggles. Dr Kumar is a wonderful doctor who is about business and results, which is exactly what we needed. Our nurse Yadira was so sweet and patient with us during the entire procedure. Thanks to everyone at Western Fertility, I currently have a beautiful baby girl who is just thriving! They gave me the family I always hoped for and I couldn’t be anything more but grateful for it. I recommend Dr Kumar to anyone truly looking to start their family and wanting a honest doctor who will help. Thank you Western Fertility, you made my dreams come true! =)

Unfortunately I had a terrible, horrible experience. Its even difficult to imagine but I had one transfer at this clinic and the process was traumatic physically, the procedure caused bleeding because it was careless and rough which automatically makes it unlikely to implant as the embryo is injured, the room was something like you see in the third world and the so called medical assistant was mean, rude, abrasive, uncaring, disrespectful, and really made the process even more traumatizing. I later looked up the lab and it is actually Not an accredited lab although the clinic heavily advertises the actual reality is different. When that transfer failed of course they wanted something like $7000 for another transfer and did not let me know when we started. i also paid them for the egg donor 12 eggs over $45,000 and only got 2 supposed embryos. Somebody need to let the law know about the scams going on in this clinic.

I had a great experience at WFI with Dr. Kumar and nurse Quiana. They were very kind and helped make the entire process so much more comfortable than the clinic where I had gone before and felt awkward. Everyone in the office was always warm and inviting. I truly felt taken care of! My questions were always welcomed and I always felt that things were explained to me well and that I was under attentive care. I would definitely return to WFI for any related needs again!

I had a wonderful experience with WFI. I worked closely with Emma and Caitlin prior to arriving at the clinic, both of which were very informative and helpful throughout the entire process!After arriving to the facility, it was very clean with a comfortable waiting area. The entire staff was phenomenal, everyone I came in contact with was both professional and helpful - Dr. Kumar was spectacular, his great sense of humor put my mind at ease for a quick and painless retrieval. Dr. Kumar leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism and medical expertise. My significant other had a distressing experience under his care, necessitating an unplanned visit to the ER. To our dismay, multiple medical professionals have since corroborated that the care provided was subpar. Instead of addressing our concerns, Dr. Kumar chose to dismiss and even mock us. Not only did they fail to honor the terms of their agreement, but they also seemed nonchalant about the evident distress and pain my partner experienced. Its concerning that this establishment seems more focused on silencing critiques than improving patient care. For those who have had similar encounters with Dr. Kumar, know that youre not alone.Were currently suing this clinic. Stay away.

Very professional practice and following through thoroughly. Dr. Kumar is really experienced with good advices, Salma has been really helpful too especially I didn’t know anyone here and had no idea of procedure.

In our opinion, Dr. Kumar is a very bad Doctor, and we are suing him right now as he did not provide services we paid for.My wife ended up in emergency room due to over stimulation and was not monitored correctly according to many other doctors.He laughed at us, and refused to refund the full amount. They did not provide any surrogates as they stated in their contract, and they did not accurately monitor my wifes condition, even when she came to him in major pain, he did not perform the ultra sound. They are aggressively removing any negative reviews as well. The lawsuit will be filed today, and you can contact me if youve had a similar experience with Dr. Kumar. Kind Regards, John

In our view, Dr. Kumar is a highly inadequate physician and we are currently taking legal action against him for not delivering the services we paid for. My spouse had to be admitted to the emergency room due to overstimulation and was not properly monitored, as several other doctors have confirmed. Dr. Kumar laughed at us and refused to give us a full refund. They failed to provide the substitute services outlined in their contract, and did not keep a close eye on my wifes condition, even when she was in severe pain. Despite our complaints, they are actively trying to suppress any negative feedback. The lawsuit is being filed today and if you have had a similar experience with Dr. Kumar, feel free to contact me. My experience at WFI was nothing short of fantastic. Infertility can be a very isolating experience, but Dr. Kumar and all of the staff at WFI helped me to feel taken care of and assured. Dr. Kumar cares about his patients deeply and got to the root of my issues and I was able to deliver two healthy babies! My husband and I believe Dr. Kumar is a literal angel, and he was so happy to meet the babies a few months after they were born!

I can’t say enough about every person that works for Western Fertility. I have been a surrogate for Dr Kumar a couple times and everything from my check- ups to getting meds or just needing someone to talk to has been such a wonderful experience. Dr Kumar always makes you feel important and appreciated. Also Quiana the nurse is so understanding and helpful when I need her to get me through the tough times (morning sickness) . Also my special ladies I will never forget are Trudi and Sara they are with you through transfer to delivery and beyond ! Dr Kumar was great! my wife and I had done 3 transfers with a previous fertility Dr with no success. The previous office (which I wont name) was not very helpful and treated us and our struggle like we were just a number... We went to Dr Kumar and now we have wonderful twin boys and will work with him again in the future. He treated us amazing and walked us through every step and answered all our question. In my opinion he is an honest and caring guy, which when your doing IVF is priceless. Thanks again!

I am reviewing as a surrogate who just completed her first journey. This surrogacy was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, second only to the birth of my own son. WFI was incredible during this journey and with me, I am proud to have worked with you guys. 2020 has been a hard year, but the birth of my belly buddy will always be a very bright shining, happy memory.

I highly recommend this place . The staff is amazing and the process to be an egg donor is explain very well with no confusion. I can’t remember the ladies name on top of my head but my visits were always great. When it came to the big day , “retrieval time” the ladies and doctor were amazing .

I am currently a gestational surrogate for this agency, and I am so happy with my decision to become one. The staff is friendly and professional. They treat you like family gathering for the holidays. Dr. Kumar is the go to man! This is my first but not my last surrogacy with this agency. I highly recommend WFI.

We are so grateful that we found Dr. Kumar when we did. He is very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner. After 3 failed attempts of IVF in my home state, I came across WFI by doing a google search. What stood out to me was their high success rate. I knew I wanted to find a clinic that would give us the best chance to have a baby. Their out of state process is seamless, with only having to travel twice to the clinic; once for retrieval then for transfer. I did most of my monitoring in my home state. As I sit here and look at at my 2 week old baby boy, words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Kumar, our Nurse Karla and the staff that made this dream a reality. I highly recommend WFI without hesitation. We look forward to Baby # 2 in the near future.

Infertility sucks! The process can be long, expensive, and heart breaking. Dr Kumar has always been calm and reassuring. In the crazy process he was a constant. After 3 failed fresh cycles we were successful with our first FET and had b/g twins! Continuing through the pain and disappointment is a personal decision, but having a Dr that will remain positive, calm, supportive, and understanding when you dont get the results you are hoping for does help. His nurse Arlene is like a well experience grand mother!

I have the joy of joining the Western Fertility Team at the finish line, delivery day. It is always a great work day to be part of such fun. Trudi comes as coach/coordinator for surrogate and parents to be. Just discharged home another baby, with happy parents.

The team at WFI are extremely professional and compassionate. Ive always felt welcomed by the staff and I get a strong sense of camaraderie. The effectiveness of WFI as an IVF clinic is more than I couldve ever expected. Theyre results are off the charts. I would highly recommend using them.

Our experience before the first trial was good. Unfortunately our first trial failed and we were not pregnant. Then they gave us a price that was way more than we expected for a second try. All they want is money. And they became very cold and refused to negotiate at all. Since we already put huge amount of down payment at beginning, we had no choice but pay what they asked for. We definitely would NOT recommend WFI.

The unfulfilled wish of having a baby can be a big problem for couples. In this situation, many doctors make big promises, but do not deliver. Dr Kumar is NOT one of them. He is extremely knowledgable, careful and experienced. His success rate is outstanding. Dr Kumar is absoutey one of THE GO TO GUYS if you are dealing with problems of infertiity. We can ony highy recommend him!

Dr Kumar was my physician at another clinic. He was so reassuring when my last 2 ivf cycles from another ivf clinic had failed and told me he would try a different approach with me. Now we are blessed with 2 beautiful twin boys who will be 8 next January.

Dr. Kumar and his staff is absolutely amazing. He was there every step of the way, helping us through our journey. Which can be very difficult, couldnt be more great full for him.

My friend just got her babe twins through IVF in this fertility, they have great doctor and super friendly staff ! One of the best choice if you ever want to start your own family. Highly recommend!

I would leave 5 stars bc most of the employees are super nice. However, i have had nothing but an AWFUL experience with Quiana the medical assistant. She is extremely rude and unprofessional!!

I would not recommend this clinic! It is recommended to ask several companies to compare!In addition, it is also recommended not to use the all-inclusive cycle + including 10 times of PGT. If there are not enough follicles, the unused medication and testing fees will be paid to the clinic!Let me calculate... A normal IVF plan can save $4-5000 by paying as much medicine as you need? (The above is an irresponsible experience sharing)Dr Kumar and their staff were friendly, but they did not tell all the information that you need to know. I felt like they use regular cycle for all types of people, because they never asked any medical history before we entered IVF cycle. They simply asked our AMH before we traveled to the United States.During the cycle, we did lot of bloods test, but never received any paper documents until we request them. They always said everything was perfect, number were good….Unfortunately our first IVF trial were failed. Then we asked the reasons, they just say its a matter of CHANCE!! They cannot tell why we failed. Its very disappointed for what they were response.Then they gave us a price that was way more than we expected for a second cycle. They care money more then their patients. After checking with other fertility centers, you can find the same cycle with 20% off price, and probably better service.Overall, we definitely would NOT recommend WFI.
