I had a bad experience with Dr Francis. I brought my son for her 6 month appointment. During the visit she told me that my son is shorter than most boys which I am aware because my husband and I are not that tall and she went ahead that said just because my son is drinking a lot of formula doesn’t mean he’s going to get taller he’s only going to get wider.. that completely threw me off guard and I didnt say anything to defend myself just so I could get his referral for cranial technology and physical therapy. When I asked for the physical therapy referral she said it would be a waste of time and it doesn’t matter if he’s not rolling.. but I told her I prefer to take him because I don’t know anything about physical therapy and he’s delayed on rolling and has torticollis. I plan on switching his care to a different pediatrician that actually cares. I probably should’ve requested to speak the clinic manager but I honestly wanted to get the referrals and leave.. she made the whole appointment so uncomfortable.

Amazing doctors, Dr.Aguilar such a sweet person always makes you feel safe and comfortable. The medical assistants are very kind never have a problem with them. The wait time is not a problem they are good with letting you know if they’re a little behind

If I could give this place a 0 this place definitely deserves it . Doctors are always running late and all appointments are always pushed back . This place is garbage and worst customer service . Do not bring your kids here

They accept walk ins but have no provider because he is vacation. They accept walk ins but it is not guaranteed you will be seen you will only be seen if a patient does not show up to their appointment.

Dr. was quick on checking my son for his ear infection, confirmed the situation prescribed his medication, and we were out of there in 30 min. Straight to the point!!

The provider and the medical assistance were very helpful and kind to my children and myself I highly recommend them very wonderful experience thank you so much
