Personally, I do not like the Mercy system. Its the insurance my Husband is offered where he is employed.This facility, however, has a caring staff and lovely people working here. We dont hesitate to come to this location for simple cold type ailments.Its conveniently located just off 141 east of 30. Minutes from 21 and interstate 270.

I went here for a skin emergency, that eventually ended up with needles being involved, and my experience was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was so helpful with my insurance information and the girl who got me into an exam room & took my info was so nice as well! Dr/ Nurse Sweet then came & told me the things that needed to be done and she did them with such a great attitude and lots of reassurance. Usually my experience going to urgent care is not too great, but this one worked fast and was very accommodating considering I was a walk in on a Friday evening. Thank you staff for being so friendly, except the one dark hair lady who initially started taking my information. She was not very friendly or very helpful. I was told she was a new employee but perhaps she should work on customer interacting, especially being a receptionist. Other than her, everyone else was amazing.

I went to my Dr.Dr.Susan Yang…She is very professional and has been reliable with our family for many years.I received excellent feedback and concern from my Dr.included in are many tests that were needed to determine a proper assessment and treatment options….All of the Mercy staff were very helpful in making sure I was on top of my appointments. I am forgetful but I feel confident that they are not👍🏾Good team,I’m glad they are close to home,that’s a bonus too.🙏🏽♥️

Very nice office with very nice people. I waited less than 10 mins to see the doctor. The nurse took my vitals and Dr Yeager came in right after her. He listened to my issue, asked some questions, examined me, and prescribed the appropriate medication for my issue. Its good to know theyre there on days when you cant get in to see your regular primary.

I made an appointment for 1 pm but when I arrived there were no other patients so they took me immediately. They immediately assessed the cut on my little finger and began to get ready to have it stitched up. Also took x-rays of my ankle to make sure there werent any broken bones. Since I couldnt remember when my last tetanus shot was I got one of those as well. The team covered all the bases.

By far the BEST Urgent Care in the Saint Louis/Jefferson County, MO region! I visited them today with horrible pain because of a broken tooth. I pre-registered online and saved my spot. I showed up 10 minutes early like they recommended, and I literally was in and out in 15/20 min tops!!! The fastest I have ever been seen by ANY doctor in my entire life. They didnt run any tests that were costly or irrelevant like other places have in the past. Just a quick in and out for some antibiotics. Also, Mercy Go Health has a billing option for low income families, so thats convenient. The base pay for a visit is $65. That beats the ER all day! Oh and did i mention they gave me aome info for follow up care so I can get my broken tooth removed and never have this issue again! Long story short, I highly recommend them if you are in need of urgent care. Thanks again, Mercy Gohealth!

Everyone is so upbeat and welcoming! Ive been here twice now in the last two months for different reasons. The nurses, practitioners and doctors are very thorough and ask the right questions. Its comforting when you feel you are in the right hands! Im a bit of a social butterfly so it has always been fun even though Ive gone because I was sick! Lol! The rooms and lobby are clean and organized! A+ from me!

Absolutely rude. I called yesterday to see if they were capable of dealing with a medical issue I was having. While I was explaining it, the lady on the phone started laughing. LAUGHING. Then said they were very limited and started laughing again. Then she referred me to a place that she said was 3 miles down the road - which has been temporarily closed for quite awhile now - started laughing again and then hung up. Very unprofessional!

Troy and the staff at this Gravois Bluffs facility are wonderful. They were very welcoming and pleasant. (Unlike the staff where I usually go—Telegraph). I loved my experience there. Troy was extremely informative and helpful and kind. To me it’s worth the extra drive to b treated so well as I was there.

These people are discriminating against men, all women workplace. Been there few times and always the same, can’t find one male personnel.They have attitude problem. Mother came in with a child while I was sitting there, the kid had broken arm, first thing they said it’s gonna be $120 for visit and $150 for x-ray, not even one staff member came to support the child, everyone was sitting around.Also know they don’t have doctor on staff, I came there few times it’s always nurse, a nurse giving you professional medical advice, no thanks. Especially that C. Radosevich nurse, acting like doctor with a nurse certificate.Stay away if want to live longer.

I had a friendly greeting as I walked in the door. They asked the reason for my visit and as I told them the reason a doctor asked for gloves and quickly looked at my injury. I needed to wait only a brief time and was given a room where I had my vitals taken and the wound cleaned. In walked the doctor, who was friendly yet professional. He and I talked as he stitched my arm and soon I had 13 stitches and was on my way.

I usually never write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service here. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly, competent and kind. The NP even said to call her if my prescription isn’t covered by insurance and she will find one that is. Highly recommend!

Sam the nurse was fantastic and the nurse practioner Christine was fantastic. Best experience ever. I was sick and diagnosed with a upper respiratory virus.The office is clean and new. I will go back if i ever need immediate assistance. I have to wait 6 months to see my primary. I was sick and on my 3rd day of meds, feeling better. Thanks

I went in for my son having stomach problems. From the jump, the staff was friendly and upfront about the situation at hand. Dr said shed take a look but they didnt have any imaging they could do there. The nurse that came in to do his vitals seemed irritated, or a lil upset. I chalked it up to having to take a couple of phone calls while in the room. (Dad was in the hospital) when the Dr came in she asked his symptoms and attempted to touch his stomach. He was so tender to the touch, she stopped and said shes not going any further. Called main mercy and sent us there. Thank God she did! 5 hrs later he was getting his appendix removed! So thankful for the staff not only being friendly, but straightforward and caring. This is the only urgent care I take my kids to!

Very slow when my adult daughter walked in having been bitten multiple times by a dog. Of coarse she went to mercy as her pcp is thru mercy. Anyway once she told them she was bit at work they refused treatment stating they don’t do comp. She said it doesn’t have to be comp I have insurance I just need treated they said oh sorry you can go to the ER or over to St Luke’s down the road but we don’t treat work injuries. SINCE WHEN AND WHY? How is it ethical at all for any medical facility to refuse treatment over who’s paying the bill! Are you serious MERCY? Absolutely unbelievable! Not our first issue with a mercy urgent care refusing treatment for ridiculous reason and pushing go to the expensive, busy ER when not necessary! I’m done with them. Btw Thank you st Luke’s for your caring and compassionate treatment of my daughter. Once again you rock! Highly recommend St. Luke’s they ALWAYS take care of us.

Went in for a cough and chest congestion with slight wheezing noising while I sleep at night. Doctor walked in and immediately started grilling me about Covid. Asked when I last tested for Covid. Told him I tested Tuesday of that week and he insisted that it was still Covid three days later. So I took the test and it was negative.Doctor came back in and asked a few questions about asthma and a few other things. Answer was no for them all. He then said it’s a viral cough that my body needs to fight off on its own.Never even listened to my chest to see if something was going on in my chest. He gave me a script for a pill to control my cough. Told him the cough was happening due to the build up in my chest. This pill would do nothing for me. It didn’t work for the cough.Would not recommend this facility. Doctor didn’t really seem to care about me. He wanted to get me in and out. I will never go here again.

Worst experience ever at urgent care. Makes me sad because every Heath care need I have I go to mercy. Won’t be back. Felt rushed and the nurse practitioner didn’t even want to listen. Just prescribe some cough medicine and ran out the door. Was seen for less than 3 mins. For the kind of money this place is charging to be seen it’s sickening. Staff not friendly just seems to rush you out. Seems more like pizza parlor than a medicinal facility. Get them out the door as fast as you can!

Everyone was very friendly and understanding! We came into the office 30min before they closed and got seen right away. Our 2 yr old was miserable and luckily they figured out it was due to an ear infection and prescribed him meds to take. Now he’s feeling much better. Definitely will be using this urgent care for all of our future needs. You guys rock!

When making the appt online I had to upload the insurance card. We went to the appt and I had forgotten the copy of the medicaid card. They said it would be $125 if I didnt have the card with me. Then we were told that they really didnt see patients for stomach aches and nausea. I insisted and said we needed something for nausea. Now to the insurance fiasco. I called our pharmacy to get the card number and gave the info to the check-in person who tried to get the info pulled up unsuccessfully for about 20 min. She then said I HAD to go get the card or make an appt for the next day. I then reminded her that I had uploaded a copy. She then pulled the copy of the card out of the trash. They had the card THE ENTIRE TIME! Ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least. We almost didnt get seen due to their negligence.

I took one daughter there a month or so ago and the 2 front desk ladies were arguing. You could definitely tell that they were annoying each other. It was a very highly tense check in. However, the doctor that looked at her knee was pretty awesome. He talked to us for just a few minutes and gave her some good advice.Just took my younger daughter and there were 2 different girls at check in and it was a completely different experience. The girls were nice and the one who checked us in was super sweet and she showed my daughter she cared that she wasnt feeling good. The doctor was female this time and was just as wonderful. I always cringe to go to the go health urgent cares but Im glad I had a different experience this time. I applaud those girls!

I loved that I did not have an appt but was seen timely and with no hassle. Too many urgent cares are moving away from walk-ins and it almost feels like you have to go to ER or try to tough it out to see your doctor the next day because you didn’t think to get on the website to reserve a spot.

This was my first visit at this urgent care clinic’s new location and I was pleased with my visit. I wish I had known that I could schedule an appointment before coming but my daughter was able to be seen by the nurse practitioner after an hour wait. First time visit to this urgent Care door says Watkins are welcome yet you have to make an appointment. The young guy at the desk was very unfriendly and very short. Went home and made an appointment came back nurse practitioner saw me in like 2 seconds I was out the door in 5 minutes called the prescription into the wrong Walgreens the blonde that was at the desk when I came back was as rude as the guy was I felt like I was bothering them. I was in and out including being seen by the nurse practitioner and a prescription written in less than 8 minutes. So why on Earth would you make me come back after I go home and make an appointment if you could get me in and out .and out that fast. It was quicker than a drive thru oil change felt so unwelcome.

DO NOT USE THIS URGENT CARE! My son had a strep test done here and they coded it as a mental health hospital visit, and we are being charged an insane amount. I figured it out with our insurance and called this urgent care billing dept. They said they did everything correctly and it is not their problem that our insurance is to blame for us being charged so much. I asked them to reach out to my insurance and was told “that’s not our job, we don’t do that”. They will not resubmit a claim for a strep throat test and are now not working with us or our insurance. Save yourself a total nightmare and DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE.It gets even better. A man named Carlos G told my insurance this isn’t their problem and it’s the insurance companies fault for accepting the wrong code. I have to now file an appeal. WORST URGENT CARE EVER DO NOT ENTER THOSE DOORS.

I went here on sept 27th and used my credit card to pay for my co-pay. Then a week later they ran my card again even though I haven’t been back. When calling they don’t answer or they hang up on you. So if you have used any form of credit or debit card I would check your statements. Also they were very rude the day of my visit and talk about patients in Front of everyone. There seems to be no privacy about patients information

What is the point of urgent care if you unable to seen without an appointment! On the door it says you accept walk in. I was told my daughter could be seen the next day at that point I can get her into her primary doctor till then she had to deal with the pain the best she could till her doctor could see her in the morning. The front desk staff was kind and quick at checking me in. I was lucky to walk right into a room and be seen. The nurse was super attentive.I didnt have to wait long for test results and the doctor came in shortly thereafter. Her name was Dr. Sweet. She was super gentle checking me over and understood why i was in quite a bit of pain.She walked me through all instructions for at home care and sent my script over to walgreens immediately. Dr. Sweet was awesome!If i ever need an urgent care again Ill be sure to use this location. The entire staff was lovely! Thank you!

Daughter hit her head at school and the school nurse suggested we get her checked out just to be safe. Daughter seemed fine but we showed up at 10:15am. At 11:00am we were still sitting in the exam room waiting for the provider. God forbid this was actually something serious like a bleed out from a cut or something.It’s Tuesday, and no one else is here as a patient. I believe the ER would have been faster.When we finally did get seen the NP was very friendly, so that was nice. Still, one star for the obscene wait for the only patient in the entire place.

They were not up front with what kind of tests they would be performing and it was kind of a waste of my time and a source of extreme anxiety. They performed a completely useless test, especially considering the information I gave them. And did not inform me until they had already performed it. Most likely tonmake a show that they did something. At any rate, as someone with issues seeking medical help for anything, this was a horrible stain on that for me. None of the staff genuinely care or provide help. They just want to bill you and send you on your way. I dont mind cost, but being charged for doing nothing is always going to be frustrating. Terrible experience and incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere too. Id rather die or go to a hospital next time I have a concern. xD

Warning about incompetence in their billing system. Went here for a covid test 2 years ago for international travel. Paid in full at the front desk but I’ve kept receiving billing statements for payments due at random times over the past two years. This is a pain since we live overseas. Just got one today and called them to complain. They said the credit was not properly marked in their system to the charge. After talking with others, I am not the only one who has had these issues and I am warning others that you will have issues that might cause you to pay bills already paid. To the Mercy-GoHealth clinic, please fix your backend billing system or delete me from it entirely. I don’t want to be bothered every couple months with wasted time on these things!

I had an appt on Tuesday 11/22/22 in afternoon, and my husband on the evening same day. Since check in till check out the nurses and front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. With quick and correct diagnosis, following with recomended therapy, after few days both of us are almost recovered from our almost 1 month long painful and annoying symptoms. Very good experience with people working there, and highly recommended to visit this place. Me and my family will return as soon we need care again

If I could negative stars I would. Went there for an ear infection and they said it was swimmers ear. The nurse practitioner put a wick in my ear and said that it would fall out in 2-3 days, four days later it was stuck. I went back to have them remove it and there was a different nurse practitioner there, she was baffled as to why they put it in. Over a month later they charged my bank account for another co pay to fix something that they shouldnt have done in the first place. Avoid this place if you can!

The new location has no privacy, I could hear every conversation anyone there had while I waited to be seen and while I was in a “room”. I liked the old location. I love Mercy but do not like this new location. It would help if they had very quiet calm music playing so I would have something to hear and not hear others conversations.

The front desk woman was rude. Lisa maybe? Blonde lady.. The doctor was nice. Dr Jaeger super super kind. The biggest issue for me was the exam room the room is frosted I can see people walking by and can see their faces even, the frost isnt that great and they expected me to undress from waist up in this room. Then the woman wheeled in the xray thing you stand in front of and the xray machine stayed in the hall so there was ZERO PRIVACY as the door had to be open... The gown they gave me was too small so my open back was to the hallway for the xrays. I said my back is exposed im very modest... The xray lady said no ones walking by anyway. It was absurd and I felt zero privacy I could hear all conversations in all rooms going on. They didnt even ask me once if I was pregnant before the xray. Im not but Ive been asked before every xray of my life.

I went to this urgent care for the first time on Friday I walked in and was seen in a timely matter staff was good I left there with sinus infection and covid however on Sunday I woke up with the worse sore throat I could not swallow I could barely talk. It hurt so bad I just needed some kind of relief. I took ibuprofen and that did not touch it so I went to the urgent care again to see if they could give me a different antibiotic. They said they could not see me for 40 mins to an hour and I would be put on the list. I said I understand but I can’t wait that long. They could clearly see I was in pain and could barely talk. I was ok with everything but then the lady at the desk said we just have to many irons in the fire. I thought that to be very unprofessional and left. Will not go back

I visited Mercy Urgent Care for the first time feeling quite ill. I was thoroughly evaluated, receiving testing for covid and flu. They ruled out covid pneumonia with an on-site X-ray and prescribed medication for a secondary infection. My NP Sharon went over and beyond to ensure I received the appropriate care and had such a caring manner. That was so reassuring when I felt so unwell. Several days later and I am feeling much better. I am glad I went to Mercy and would definitely recommend it.

She asked my child if I was her big sister and then acted completely disgusted when she said “no that’s my mom”. The doctor rushed things and brushed me off. This place is a group of crooks. Took my son here to be seen for a potential infection near his mouth and they referred us to a dentist. Then, I got charged for a slew of dental charges, when they did absolutely nothing in our visit. Since none of these coded charges were medical related, my medical insurance denied covering anything charged. So, I called up and tried to get this criminal practice to refund me for doing nothing or at least process these fraudulent charges through my dental insurance, but just got sent to a bill collector. Stay far away from this medical practice and protect your hard-earned money because they will take you to the cleaners!

There were no signs anywhere stating the urgent care was by appointment only nor did the lady at the front desk ask if I had one when I first walked in. Update!!!!!!!! Tried to go again. Waited 3 hours with a baby who had a 103 fever. Waited in my car and im sure they forgot about me at some point. I kept trying to call they refused to answer their phones to see where we were in the waiting line. I went in and said I was probably gonna take him to the ER and the nurse said I wouldnt because youll still have to wait. He has only 2 people in front of him. Sat for another hour and a half before leaving. ER was less than an hour because pediatric patients see a different er doctor than adults. Less wait time. This place is the absolute worst excuse for an urgent care. The ER is faster, never giving you a chance to waste my time and medical needs again!!Came here at 11 am. Signs everywhere theyre now open. Urgent care door was locked. Walked to my car after trying 2x, had to call 3x to get someone to answer who said someone must have bumped the lock and theres 1.5 hr wait time, after the door had been locked preventing ANYONE FROM EVEN ENTERING! they just take their time and encourage you to go elsewhere because they dont want to deal with it. Find new jobs!!!!

I went to have COVID test done for my kids. I checked with lady at desk that there would be no cost to me for test. They verified my insurance and was told again no cost to me.They gave a positive result for my one daughter and put in the network that she is in fact negative! They have not returned our calls! Also I now find out that it 75 for each kid and they are out of network and insurance is charging me for test! So now the “free “ test for my kids is going to cost $850! Not sure how this is possible when I never signed anything!!!

I was going to gave 5 start to the service I received. I went to do a COVID19 test and they were all very warm. I got my result on time. The reason I only rated 1 start is when I received the bill it was charged based on emergency care not a urgent care. The co-pay is totally different also my insurance should cover 100% of my COVID 19 test yet they didnt mention anything of the covid19 test when they charge. The visit reason they use is 44 mins visit. I cannot accept that.

Came in at 5 pm on a Friday, place was empty. Courtney (although it is probably spelled with a K based on how she behaved) was rude, curt, acted as though I were beneath her. You can do something about your problem though. Get a job in a field where you don’t have to interact with people. (Trust me, we don’t want to interact with your rude, infantile behavior either.)UPDATEI originally gave this location one star because of the incredibly rude woman at the desk. However the second nurse who came in was just as polite as could be and respectful. And the doctor was absolutely amazing. I honestly felt like he cared about me as a person and genuinely wanted me to feel better. So I am raising the rating to a four-star because those two were incredibly kind and empathetic individuals.

Went in for a Covid test and was charged for a Doctor visit. My insurance advised multiple times to bill as a Covid test and they would cover 100% of the costs. After consulting with Mercy-GoHealth customer service, they confirmed that any visit to a Mercy-GoHealth will be billed as a Doctor’s visit which won’t be covered by insurance unless you’ve met your deductible. Won’t be back again since this information was never disclosed prior and now I’m paying for a Covid test that is free with insurance everywhere.

Do not go here for a COVID screening exam. They will charge you even for a COVID exam. I received a $317 bill in the mail and my insurance took care of everything except $50. I am left with a $50 bill for something that is advertised as 100% covered. Insurance will tell you that they cover the COVID test itself, but not the care visit which falls under your co-pay as of January 1st, 2022. This is false advertising for these Urgent Care facilities to schedule you for a COVID screening then happily stick you with a $50 (or more!) bill. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID SCREENING.

Mercy has lost it mind. I came in with a cold NOT COVID as I have had it before and it certainly was not it. I wanted to get seen to get some antibiotics, z pack and steroids because I have asthma. The person at intake told me you cant get those things anymore and they do not prescribe that now If you do not have Covid you must just go home and wait it out without meds..... Then she continued to tell me they require a Covid test, each patient must make an appointment and each appointment is 1.5 hrs so they can test for covid and make sure you dont have it.So no longer an urgent care office I assume. Also no one can get sick now except for covid....what a scam. These people are frauds and the money they receive to diagnose Covid needs to be cut off. This is abuse of the system and fraud straight up.I certainly wont be going to a mercy hospital If I have to go in the future.
