I don’t know if I want to return to this place or not. The ultrasound nurse was asking me inappropriate question she shouldn’t be asking in the first place to anyone when that wasn’t her job to ask. It made me feel vary uncomfortable to be ask that question when she isn’t a doctor in the first place and I kept telling her Ow none stop and she kept going with the wand and it hurt really bad just shoving it in me not taking it slow at all I do not want another ultrasound from her again. All I wanted was to find out why I’m in so much pain but no one took my blood at all to find out what is wrong and why I’ve been in server pain. All I want is awnsers and I feel like I wasn’t getting any at all. It’s a maybe if I want to return back to this place or not.

In the realm of healthcare, few professionals shine as brightly as Dr. M. Kindig. Her expertise is not just in her medical knowledge but also in her compassionate approach to patient care. I went for my first ever appointment with her today and her ability to explain complex medical conditions in a way that is easy to understand is truly commendable. Dr. Kindig is more than a doctor; she is a beacon of hope and a source of comfort for her patients. Her skills, compassion, and dedication make her an exceptional healthcare provider, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of medical care. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understanding their concerns and addressing them with empathy and kindness. This approach not only puts her patients at ease but also contributes to their overall well-being.10/10 would recommend her for anyone looking for an OBGYN.

Dr. M. Kindig is new to this office. Hands down the best physician I’ve met. She genuinely listens and recommends adequate treatment for your concerns rather than brushing them off. I refused to find a new OBGYN for years because of my health issues never being treated. Within two weeks she already has me on a treatment plan. I’ve referred everyone i know to her.

Everything started out fine aside from never seeing the same person twice which was frustrating. Everyone was at least kind, at first. However after a series of incidents including being misdiagnosed and prescribed expensive meds I not only didnt need but couldve been harmful to my unborn baby if I had taken them, I quickly became aware of the negligence and flat out disregard for their patients. I no longer feel comfortable or even safe going to this practice and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. In fact, I strongly urge anyone seeking care to look elsewhere.

I normally have a good experience here with Crystal McGrain however this time I went to see Dr. Jordan for a tubal ligation because Crystal could not perform it. By the time I left, Dr. Jordan had me feeling very uneasy and not confident in his ability to perform the procedure. I do not have children nor do I want children, therefore I am taking the steps to prevent children that is more affective than birth control as it does fail sometimes. He told me that he would only perform the surgery because he doesnt think that he can change my mind and I am over the age of 21. He stated that he could perforate my bowels or my bladder while performing the surgery in order to scare me out of having the procedure done. He said that there is a big risk to go under anesthesia because of my age. Working in the medical field, I am aware that there is a risk for going under anesthesia no matter the age, however, I also know that it is a higher risk the older that you get and the more medical problems that you have. I am in my mid twenties and have no medical problems to increase my risk. He made me feel that the reasons that I am choosing to not have children were not good enough and that I may regret my decision down the road. While I appreciate the concern, if I were to regret my decision down the road that is something that I would have to deal with and would not come back on him for. He would not perform the surgery without my permission therefore I can not come back on him if I change my mind about children in the future. It is my body and my future, I would be paying him to perform the surgery. It is none of his concern why I am choosing to not have children and he should not be trying to change my mind.

Love the nurses and doctors. I do not like that my daughter is not allowed at ultrasounds because she is 5 . This is a important part of her life as well and she shoyld be involved. My obgyn before allowed her in the ultrasound room so thia is just an excuse because of equipment. Its the same as every other ultrasound room. I feel if insurance pays for me to be there my family who is important should be allowed to see their sister on the ultrasound

My experience with all of the professionals at this clinic has been nothing but incredible. Dr. Wescott and Dr. Abate truly made my hospital stay after a scheduled C-section comfortable, and helped provide insight into the postpartum experience & taking a newborn home that helped make it all realistic instead of overwhelming. Abate performed the C-section (along with an incredible team at the hospital) and it went better than my very best expectations. It was comfortable and incredible, thanks to his kind words and professionalism. Additionally, Crystal McGrain has been an incredible support through the duration of my OBGYN experiences. She is very comfortable to be around and answers questions professionally. I love my OBGYN office!

Lost my baby at 9w0d carried till 13w4d without knowing my baby stopped growing they wouldn’t give me an ultrasound at my first 9 week appointment since I had an emergency ultrasound at 5 weeks. Will not be returning here. I wouldn’t have carried my deceased baby for a month if they would have just gave me my damn scheduled ultrasound

Very unprofessional, my whole pregnancy they constantly were getting on me about my weight. There was nothing I could do. I ate healthy and ate only when I was hungry. I tried telling them that and they told me I need to cut out all sugar including fruits which is a ridiculous to me. The dietitian told me I need to cut out meat and I told her that was very unsafe. Women should have fun going to the OB to see how their little one was doing. I absolutely hated going because I knew all these skinny little OBs were going to start harssing me about my weight. Towards the end of my pregnancy I started to swell very badly all over. Had troubles sleeping and was itching due to swelling. I looked up my symptoms and it said I might have preclampsia. I went in and told a nurse practitioner Erica Hermiller, that I think I might have preclampsia. She ignored everything I said and said Can you believe you gained 10 pounds in a week, that is ridiculous you need to diet and stop putting on so much weight. I was so mad and I said look thats not what Im here for, Im here becasue I think I might have preclampsia my mother had preclampsia so I was very worried. Erica laughed and said you dont have preclampsia you are just fat. I was so upset I couldnt believe she called me fat. I was 37 weeks when she told me that 5 days later I was rushed to the hospital and gave birth to my son because my blood pressure was 162/116 they didnt understand how I was alive. I almost lost my son. I almost lost my life, my son had a week and a half nicu stay. All thanks to the OBs who didnt believe me. Instead of worrying about the weight and blaming the mother maybe try ruling out other possibilities. I had wrote this out already but somehow it was deleted. Please do not choose this OB they dont care about their patients.

When we had our first son this was the best place to go; hands down. They made us feel as home, everything was smooth and enjoyable. This was almost 3 years ago. Now we are having our 2nd son this year and I can not be more disappointed with them. The atmosphere is terrible, their rude beyond belief, and it no longer feels like a home. I am the father and I have taken care of every detail to ease that burden on my life partner since the beginning of the trips with our firstborn. This time around they fight me at every turn, they try to restrict my abilities to help, they get pissed at me for asking questions in the appointments. They dont care about you or your baby anymore, they care about their money. Dont miss an appointment! Because then youll get a letter in the mail saying you need to reschedule because your life and the babies life could be in jeopardy. Were both tired of this, we cant wait to get our son here and be done with it. And on top of all that. After me taking care of the details for the last 6 months; they conveniently lost the consent of release of information paper.

Erica Hermiller is great. I would definitely recommend her. If they assign Dr. Wescott I would reccomend asking for a more professional doctor. Dr. Wescott puts her religious and personal beliefs before anything else. I do not trust her as a medical doctor after she had told me that it was her belief that every woman should have at least 1 child before they are 25. She puts her personal beliefs above anything you would want as pstient. All I asked was about sterilization. If you dont share the same opinions as her, she will treat you lesser, eye rolls and such as well. But all the office staff and nurses were very patient with me when I had told them I wanted a different doctor they staff makes you feel welcome. Hermiller is very good at making helping you to feel less embarrassed about the annual check ups and paps test. The staff is very knowledgeable and the nurses go out of their way to make sure you understand the medicine, cycles etc.Billing is not very in par. They make several mistakes and its best to call the billing department here directly than the main billing department. They will help get you set.

Dr. Jordan is great his PA and the office staff are another matter. Billing problems, arguing about sending my records places, constant passing blame for problems. I was referred to the fertility clinic in Columbus by another physician/ practice and got a phone call fromTeresa Jones begging me not to go, that this place could fix my issue, that my insurance would not cover going there. WRONG! It is. She was just mad that I was seeking help/ taking my money elsewhere. This place doesn’t want to help you they just was to screw up your billing and make you pay out of pocket, even if it is covered.

I went here for 5 years, the first few times I seen Dr. Westcott who was very friendly. Then I couldn’t get in to see her unless I had an appointment from 6 months of not longer. I started seeing a nurse practitioner, very friendly as well. Then things went downhill. My husband and I tried to get pregnant. It didn’t happen, so we voiced our concerns and was told it would happen, that I was just young and to give it more time. That was for a year and a half. We were told they wouldn’t do anything for 5 years. Which is ridiculous, when we are both young and healthy. I switched doctors, to a new place, and within a month of going to the new doctor, I was on fertility meds and am now pregnant. I do not recommend this place. They got very cold towards the end.
