I cant begin to describe how wonderful the team is at Dr. Levines office. From the front desk staff greeting you with a smile, the nurses who are incredibly personable. From the moment you meet with Dr. Levine you just feel welcome and at ease. I personally would highly recommned him to anyone and everyone looking for a fertility clinic.

Dr. Levine and his staff helped guide my husband and I through the process of IVF over the course of a year and a half. I am so grateful to Dr. Levine and the nurses at Hudson Valley Fertility for all of their compassion, understanding, and knowledge. I had no idea what we were walking into when we first started our journey, but everyone in the office gave me the confidence and capability to move forward knowing what was coming next. I successfully became pregnant after our first transfer and I could not thank Dr. Levine and the nurses at HVF enough - they helped make our dreams become a reality.

The staff are AMAZING! We started our journey Spring of 2023 and we are so excited to be expecting our baby girl Fall 2024. They were supportive when going through a very emotional process. We couldn’t be more grateful to them in helping us become parents. Any one waiting to start their fertility journey I would recommend Hudson Valley Fertility.

Hudson Valley Fertility is such a compassionate and dedicated office of staff and medical professionals. They helped my family through a very rough time and got us answers that we desperately needed. We were walked through every step and given honest results and responses. It was not how we envisioned it happening, but the most important response was a successful pregnancy!

After years of trying to conceive naturally with no success we decided to talk to a fertility specialist. We scheduled an appointment with Hudson Valley Fertility and are thrilled we did as we are now expecting our first! We went through a roller coaster of emotions and I had all the questions but Dr. Levine, Casey and staff were always very helpful. Trust the process and have hope! It’s not an easy journey, but it will be worth it. Thank you Hudson Valley Fertility and we will see you all when it’s time for baby #2.

Amazing experience! Staff were always kind and helpful. Casey and Dr. Levine were also there to answer any questions any time we needed them to. There was a time when I didn’t know if I was going to be able to have children and Hudson Valley Fertility made it happen. I have had one successful pregnancy that resulted in my now 15 month old and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. We are so grateful for them! Recommend them to anyone having fertility issues ! 12 weeks pregnant thanks to these lovely folks! The staff here is pleasant and warm, the wait time usually really short so was able to plan with work easily, Dr. Levine and Casey were informative and supportive of our goals. The nursing staff is particularly great, I always felt comforted and taken care of, even on the hard days.

100 percent... correction, 1000% recommend this facility and Dr. Levine for your fertility needs. My husband and I were trying for 3+ years and even went to New York Presbyterian in Manhattan to see a fertility specialist. She was no where as good as Dr. Levine. Everyone in the office is compassionate and kind the moment you step foot into their office and Dr. Levine is fun, compassionate, thorough and really listens!! Because of Dr. Levine and how thorough him and his team is, my husband and I now have a beautiful, HEALTHY, baby boy. We cannot thank everyone in that office enough for helping us bring our miracle into this world!!! When we are ready for our precious number 2, I know exactly where we will be going again!! We love them!

We had a great experience at Husdon Valley Fertility! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helped keep us cool, calm, and collected during every single appointment. In addition, I really appreciated how Dr. Levine openly provided as much information as possible to us, and often statinged that as a patient, knowledge is power. I am so appreciative for this clinic. Dr. Levine and Casey (and the amazing and very friendly nurses) made me feel important and heard at every single appointment. It truly felt like they were on my team and rooting for me and my family. Infertility can be so stressful, but thankfully, my experiences with this clinic were anything but. I was able to conceive my child on the first try and he was born late this year! I highly recommend this clinic. We will definitely be returning when were ready for our family to grow.

How long can this review be! I have so many wonderful things to say about my experience at HVF. Each part of the staff from front desk and back office to clinical moves through their role with kindness and compassion, I never felt like I was a bother, no matter how much support I needed. Dr. Levins approach is the perfect mix of highly educated, patient, kind and just enough dad jokes to keep the mood light and encouraging. Each visit no matter the circumstance I left feeling hopeful. My journey was an intense one and I could not have done it without the never skip a beat support of the entire clinical staff. To move through such a venerable situation with women who became like my friends was literally a life saver, there are no words to express how outstanding they are professionally and as people who took such excellent care of me. If you are looking for a smaller clinic with more intentional care your search is over. 500 stars for the entire HVF team!

I started my fertility journey at Hudson Valley Fertility at the beginning of 2021. During that time, I was treated with consistent care and concern. The HVF team helps to add a light at the end of a stressful and emotional process. I started my journey with my husband just praying to be a mom and with the amazing help of the HVF family we ended 2022 with a beautiful little girl. The fertility journey can be hard, but having the right help and a supportive medical team can do wonders. If you are thinking about starting your fertility journey and need extra help I would definitely recommend going to Hudson Valley Fertility.

Hudson valley fertility is such an amazing place to get care. Everyone of their staff members are wonderful and very personable. I would walk in with my husband and get greeted by name. Infertility is very scary and an emotional rollercoaster to go thru, they made me and my husband feel safe. They all listened to me and my fears and my many questions. I walked in my first appointment so nervous and depressed. I walked out my last appointment pregnant and ready for my new life. I am constantly recommending this place to anyone who needs it. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me and my husband. I’m hoping in a year or two I’ll go back and see if we can have a sibling for our baby boy Jackson.

THE BEST place around for fertility treatment. It made you comfortable, loved, cared for and understood. The whole team were excellent and great at communicating on each step process me and my wife were going through IVF even with my crazy amount of questions. It was truly an experience me and my wife will not forget as we are expecting our first child!

Dr Levine and Dr Mastronardi are the best of the best. Even if the news isn’t exactly what you would want to hear they make sure there’s always a step forward. After four years of trying I was finally able to get pregnant with their guidance and help. I can’t thank them or their amazing staff enough for making one of my biggest dreams come true.

Dr. Levine and his staff were truly caring and committed to helping my husband and me on our journey to have a second child. He talked us through the different parts and testing required, and explained the results in an encouraging manner. When I needed a surgical procedure done and later when there were complications when I conceived my second child, Dr. Levine was there. He was even reachable within minutes in the middle of the night! It was the encouragement and support from Dr. Levine and his staff that helped keep me going when we received less than optimal news along the way. When I did conceive, their happiness for me was so sincere and touching. Thanks to him and his staff, we were able to have our second child last year, a baby boy. I definitely reccomend giving him a call if you are having any trouble and letting them help you.

Hudson valley Fertility opened doors of opportunities that my husband and I assumed were closed. From the first day, the entire staff made us feel comfortable, safe and optimistic. After thorough testing and constant care, we were blessed to go through a successful round of IVF and are now expecting a baby girl! I without a doubt would recommend using HVF for your family planning journey.

They take the time to get to know their patients and their history and what causes they infertility. They are kind, get you by name at every visit, call you with updates timely, test results timely. Go above and beyond. I traveled 3 hours 1 way and if I had to do it all over again I would, they made the impossible, possible and I will forever be grateful for that.

I absolutely love HVF. The staff and doctor are fantastic. After 3 consecutive miscarriages I didn’t know where to look. I was drained, tired of feeling like each pregnancy was a game of roulette. I found HVF and was quickly assisted in making my first appointment. Since then I’ve undergone extensive testing to rule out potential causes. I finally felt heard! Fast forward to now, my first IUI was a success and have made it farther than I ever have being pregnant! I’m extremely grateful for HVF and their amazing bedside manner. 100% recommend this place :)

Hudson valley fertility is wonderful! The staff are all pleasant, informative and understanding. I had multiple procedures with them and they helped us build a family with two healthy children. I have recommended HVF to many friends who also had wonderful experiences.

I cannot thank Casey and all the staff at HV Fertility enough for being so unbelievably supportive and friendly during such a difficult time. I found myself here after a miscarriage in the fall of 2022, and had my world turned upside down when I had a bunch of difficulties and complications afterwards. Having such a responsive, caring team to help guide me through this time has been such a blessing. I am now about 10 weeks pregnant thanks to Casey and am officially “graduated” from HV Fertility (I wish I could stay with them through the whole pregnancy!) However, it is so nice to know I have an amazing place to come back to should I need it again in the future. Thank you everyone ❤️

I absolutely LOVED working with Hudson Valley Fertility. Dr. Levine was straight forward with me as I requested and he found an issue that hadn’t been found before and fixed it right away. Everyone else in the practice was wonderful too; I didn’t run across any personality clashes, hehe. This is a very supportive independent practice. I much prefer them over any of the larger practices in NY or CT (and I went to most of them). Without HVF’s help, I wouldn’t have our perfect son. Many many thanks HVF!

Deal with infertility is a roller coaster. Dr. Levine and his office were amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. After many appointments and procedures my husband and I were able to get pregnant naturally and now have a beautiful 8 month old daughter.

Dr. Levine, Casey and ALL of the staff were amazing our entire experience. I started seeing dr. Levine in July of 2021, transfer november 2021, and our little girl was born august 2022. We can’t thank the staff for all they have done for us and the support throughout the whole process. They checked in with me throughout my pregnancy and after her birth. Highly recommend Hudson valley fertility!

We love HVF! We went to a different clinic at first and did not feel welcomed or comfortable, but when we arrived at HVF it was immediate comfort with Dr. Levine, the nurses, and staff. My partner was part of the entire process, which was really important to us as members of the LGBTQIA community. HVF made us feel like family by truly caring about us and our process. Each step was explained and our questions were always answered. Our journey (IUI and IVF) was long, but with their guidance, knowledge, and assistance, we welcomed our little boy in June 2022. Forever grateful for HVF and we will be returning soon to continue our family planning.

The doctors abs staff at HV Fertility were second to none! They no only helped us understand the process and our options. They also were extremely helpful and kind during the loss of our first fetus. We were on our journey from beginning to end for about a year and they were there holding our hand the whole time. We now have a 3 month old beautiful baby and HV fertility played a huge part in that and we cannot thank them enough!

Dr. Levine and his staff are unmatched. They so obviously care about the patient and do everything to help them achieve their goals. I’m so grateful to them.

Wonderful staff and team! Going through one of my most emotional times in my life and during Covid to add this team helped guide me in the direction that was best for me and my husband! Very supportive and understanding. The team was always there to answer any questions I had (I had a lot) and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. After coming up with a great game plan that was well laid out and talked about I am happy to say we are beyond blest with a beautiful daughter who is now 17 months old! I will never be able to thank the team enough for everything they all did for us! Because of them we got the chance and blessing to be parents to a beautiful baby girl! So yes I highly recommend!

I am currently in the process of IVF with Dr. Levine and his team. My experience so far has been stellar. Everyone there is kind and patient, and knows your name even after the first visit. Dr. Levine is super friendly and good at his job. Any checks up have been quick and painless.There are a few negatives that anyone looking into this clinic should be aware of though. For some reason other businesses have a hard time getting in touch with the Dr or clinical. Both my insurance and my pharmacy had issues leaving messages for important things(needing clarification on a script and denying/approving a procedure in this case). I had to email/call the clinical team myself to make sure they conthad gotten in touch with the pharmacy so my medications would come in on time.Another thing to be aware of is that they do not make accomodations for any reason when it comes to payment. One of the things I was really happy about was that the Dr stated in our first appointment that any out of pocket expenses would be apparent and we would know about it with plenty of time, no surprises. For someone with anxiety especially about money, this was fantastic. Received my financial obligation breakdown and my husband and I had plenty of time to make sure we had our expenses budgeted. However, my advice to anyone in the future is CHECK IT OVER YOURSELF for any obvious discrepancies and if you think its wrong say something immediately. My egg retrieval date is in about a week and we only just found out that there was a mistake in the breakdown papers that meant we have to pay an extra 300 dollars for a part of the procedure that our insurance doesnt cover. The lady who does the financials is very nice and I dont blame her as we are human and all make mistakes, but I also expect a business to accommodate for its mistakes. I asked if it was possible to be billed for that 300 dollars instead of paying upfront the day of and even after consulting with the Dr they still said no. I understand this is a business but it would be hard for anyone to come up with that sum of money in a week unexpectedly. And it broke my heart a bit because I had really high opinions of our experience so far and it just sent me a very obvious reminder that even though these people are here to help on our pregnancy journey, they are doing it for money and that will always be the priority.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this clinic because everyone is so nice and helpful, you can call and ask questions a million times and they wont even blink, but you do need to stay vigilant and double check everything as a precaution especially if you are a first timer when it comes to fertility treatment and dont know much about the process or paperwork.

He made the process as easy as it could be and made us feel very comfortable and confident after 3 iui fail I gave it another try and what happen 4 iui work for me so glad I found out this amazing Doctor and his team my baby girl is 16 month happy momma over here

My husband and I struggled to conceive naturally for a year before we found HVF. After going through the extensive tests and minor procedures, we were able to find the root of our issues and became pregnant with their help. I highly recommend both Dr. Levine and Courtney Stellwag, and the rest of their supportive staff to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation.

I can not say enough about HVF. Everyone in the office is so nice, caring, positive and understanding. The entire process is very overwhelming & stressful, but the staff make you feel so comfortable. If you have ANY questions, they get back to you in a timely fashion. I would definately recommend HVF to anyone!

Courtney is amazing!! Super nice understanding, friendly and overall awesome. Same with the nurses! So friendly!!BUT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE.We are doing monthly payments and the amount of times they said the card didnt work and never told us so they just kept taps on how much we owed. They waited until we owed over 1000$ in embryos storage before saying anything. And this wasnt the first time! They have done this twice to us. So we asked for them to send us a receipt every month and Im so glad I did because they just billed us for 2 months that I have receipts saying we paid.If it wasnt so risky to move our embryos, I would get them out of there ASAP!!!!

If you want to be put on birth control so you can fit into their schedule. Then this is the place for you. My husband and I wasted a year here trying for our baby. If you have low ovarian reserve. Please run from this place. Being put on BC is worst thing for you and doctor Levine doesnt seem to care and acts surprised when you dont create any follicles. There are so many other places that treat their patients around their schedule and dont make you fit the doctors. After going for a second and third opinion both places were shocked when I mentioned it. Please go elsewhere.

I know someone who is desperately trying to start her family and was very hopeful in attending this clinic. She met the nurse practitioner Casey who was absolutely delightful and was the reason she chose this location. After that encounter things went south. The doctor was not prepared for any follow up communication from test results. It was as if the doctor was opening the file for the first time that very moment. Due to not being prepared, a paid appointment was wasted since the doctor could not make a concrete plan based from the test results and was told she would hear back from the doctor soon. There is a huge lack of professionalism when it comes to communication on appointments and billing. My friend would take PTO days from work to attend these scheduled appointment, to then find out the appointment was not needed. On another occasion she tried to rectify the billing discrepancy and the billing department was hostile towards and even said Are you calling redacted a liar? With less than 5 days away from the procedure, there has been yet no clear communication as to what the exact procedure will be or the recovery process. My friend has been ignored and dismissed when asking for this information. Since the clinic wouldnt provide it, she reached out to the hospital that performed a previous procedure for them to advise that the doctor has yet to request the test results from the hospital. Also the hospital did not have all the proper paperwork to process the prep for the upcoming procedure until 9:55 am 2 business days prior to the procedure. This has cause a lot of emotional and physical distress towards my friend. I would not recommend any woman who is new to the fertility world to use this clinic as is it clearly not their priority to help you understand what is going on or prepare for a procedure.

This is a fantastic facility. Every team member was highly professional and caring from the very first appointment. All questions were answered promptly and appointments were convenient. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend!!

Great staff, everyone knows your name and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. Dr levine is a huge goof ball and makes all your visits great. He is professional and takes everything one step at a time. Nurses are wonderful and will answer all your questions no matter how many times you call.

DONT WALK...RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Two years ago I was a patient and my dr left the practice for another practice mid cycle. They did not send my egg donor’s information to the new facility in time for my FET after multiple attempts to get the information. I was devastated. Two months ago, I started getting bills for the donor’s medical services. On the invoice is the name of my ANONYMOUS DONOR. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional practice.

Without HVF we would never have had our beautiful baby girl. Everyone is very kind and compassionate.
