Ill give a 3 star because I got decent treatment, even tho it takes a week to get anything done and my new clinic can get stuff done while on a video call with your therapist. BUT, they will break your HIPPA and talk to whoever calls even after you sign to not talk to anyone. Then they wonder why LARA was calledd

While some staff are kind, compassionate and polite, I have no choice but to switch clinics after repetitive conflicts with counselors, office employees and nurses. My counselor exploited me in front of everyone after announcing that she called CPS based on how I sounded during a phone session. While ironically, I was feeding and comforting my baby the entire time I was on the phone. It wasnt enough for me to get up early to keep my work and go thru with the session despite having a child that was several weeks old. And when I was confronted by Zoe Lazar-Hale, she used no digression despite our year long relationship, by telling me this in front of nurses, patients dosing, and other employees. I was not only blindsided, but humiliated and terrified. I barely slept for the next week, anticipating Cps to knock on my door and make a decision that I could do nothing about. Because of her poor decision skills and execution, I no longer feel comfortable walking in dosing with the reality that I will see her at random occasions. On top of this, the staff gave me a horrible time requesting a new therapist. And I can tell that my issue has been shared with many of the staff. Amazing how I can feel embarrassed by a mistake she made.

My therapist at sacred heart is as amazing as it could possibly get. Her name is Zoe and her heart is completely in what she does. The recovery coach is equally amazing. I know its cliche but I wouldnt be where I am today without sacred heart. Detox. Impatient. Outpatient and the clinic. I highly recommend. A few of the nurses are a little

Ive been going to Sacred Heart for almost a year now. The whole entire staff is very kind and personable. It seems they are there just for you. I cant say enough about how well the doctors treat their patients. You know they care. I feel like my Therapist is fighting for my life, Shatina is the best!

Staff is welcoming and genuinely cares about their clients. Dr. Young is great as well, he really listens and does everything he can to help us get better. Zoe on the therapy staff is the best.

Would not recommend the inpatient rehab in Flint. They have hardly anytime for you. They are short staffed. The ITC Teresa is very rude. I am sober. I didnt learn very much there. It felt like high school. Go somewhere else.

If I didnt need the help theres no way id still be going here. The doctors are very pleasant and friendly the staff however are heartless no bodies who love to put your sobriety on thin ice. The day after being discharged from the hospital for a c section that i gave prior notice of they needed my discharge papers which would have been no problem had I known this ahead of time. So as im running around stressed taking care of a 3 year old and going to see my newborn at the NICU I had to go over a week feeling sick because my dose was cut in half that first day out and i brought in my discharge paper the next day. They do NOT care about their patients cuz if they did they would not lock the door in front of you at exactly 1030 on a saturday when they have patients still in the building. The staff is heartless and obviously could care less about a patients life.

I have been coming to Sacred Heart for about 3-4 months for their Intensive Outpatient (IOP). I come here 3 days a week MON,WED,and FRI. It may seem like its a lot, but it isnt really. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and comfortable to talk with. I only had one bad incidence where I went to the front desk and the woman was not acknowledging that I was there, and she didnt seem like she wanted to be there or happy there. She wasnt really acknowledging for some of us to be buzzed to go to the back to finish our group. Myself and another friend mentioned it to that right person and we talk to the next right person and it was handled in a very professional manner. I want to thank you all for being here for us all that are wanting and needing the love, help, and support as well as the right tools to help ourselves with our addictions!!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!

Just recently started outpatient here again, and most of the staff are absolutely horrendous. The front desk staff are completely rude, and always act like they are miserable and do not want to be bothered with you. A nurse there is also very rude, and not helpful at all! It’s to the point that i dread having to speak to any of these people or ask them anything! Can’t do that without them making you feel like complete garbage. If this wasn’t the only thing saving me right now I would walk out and never look back. There needs to be something done with these people. Either don’t work there since they seem to hate their jobs so much, or start treating people with respect and dignity like we deserve!

As a person in Recovery, and former employee I would NOT recommend the Flint facility for a MAT/IOP program to attend. Between the front office (worst Ive ever seen in the field) certain counselors, a nurse or two, I highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. No team work, no communication at all. Not worth it. You would be setting yourself up for failure.

Sacred Heart offers Intensive outpatient therapy, one on ones with a certified therapist, groups ranging from Women and PTSD, Co-occurring (addiction and mental health issues), to acupuncture and Reiki, aromatherapy and so on. They have a residential center for in-house detox and therapies (Memphis Mi). They also offer methadone treatment, suboxone treatment which requires you to see their own Dr. every few months to make sure you are ok. This place cares about you but they also make you care about yourself by holding you accountable. Theres more to recovery than just not taking drugs and its different for every body. You are worth it!

Im in the middle of a situation with SHRC/ Flint. I feel that my right as a client have been violated. I did not commit any crimes, but Im being accused of such things, and without notification they started detoxing me, and decided without talking to me first that I am the one who is wrong and the other person is right. So for this, it just may be the time I do end up dying. I need an advocate to stand up for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can possibly not lose the one thing that does help me to stay off drugs.

Your life will revolve around it, if you decide to get on methadone. If they are late so are you for work and it dont matter they are late alot for the dosing side
