Dr. Hines, Dr. Marty, and the entire staff at MRM are near and dear to mine and my husbands hearts. They spent countless hours talking with us, investing time in us, answering questions and just simply being there as an emotional support system. We never felt like another number or just another client. We felt special and that they would do everything in their power to help us get pregnant. We honestly can not recommend MRM enough. I would highly encourage anyone struggling to get pregnant to go visit with them. Our baby is due in February! Thank you MRM for being the BEST!!!

This clinic is truly so special to my husband and I. Every appointment we were greeted with smiles and positive affirmations. It made a hard situation easier. I am so thankful for MRM and the care that I received as a patient. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with MS Reproductive Medicine. Below Ill break down my experience and the costs, etc.I went in for an initial consultation in late 2022 and met with Dr. Marty Gebhart, and a nurse and they broke down the procedures and how the process would go for me. Im single and was doing it all myself. We decided that IUI would be the way to go. They gave me brochures for sperm banks, etc. I did a genetics test to see what I was a carrier for so that I could make sure not to chose a donor who was also a carrier. (If both parents are carriers, it gives the baby a 25% chance of having that disease.)In Feb of 2023, I purchased a vial from Xytex and it was delivered to the clinic. Thats when we started the process of watching my cycles. For three months I would go in for vaginal ultrasounds at certain time periods after my cycle to track how my eggs were progressing. We found out I had an ovulation disorder. I had eggs but they werent maturing as they should. They put me on Letrozole. It helped. It took two months before we got the dosage right though and my eggs fully matured. Actually, two eggs matured at the same time, so I had a chance of twins.In June of 2023, I finally had the IUI procedure. It wasnt bad per se but not exactly comfortable either; though that was simply the nature of the procedure and not anything on their part. They implanted the sperm directly into my uterus. It was over relatively quick and after taking a long lunch break, I went back to work.Just the one procedure took; and in March of 2024, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy.All in all, my experience was pleasant. Everything was straight forward and in all the times that I went, I pretty much dealt with everyone there, including Dr. Hines. I went to my appointments during m lunch breaks and they never took long. I would recommend their office for anyone undergoing IUIs or IVFs.Cost wise, IUIs are not nearly as expensive as IVFs.Sperm Vial = 1500.00 including shipping. (Xytex was cheaper than the other sperm banks I looked at but they also had a smaller pool to chose from.)Sperm Storage = The clinic stores free for a year.Office Visit = Insurance Paid (Blue Cross Blue Shield of AL)Blood Work = Insurance PaidGenetics Test = 100.00 ishUltrasounds = 470-ish each (I had about 5-6 overall, I think?)IUI Procedure = 1200.00 ish (They had a special. One procedure was seven hundred and something but three procedures were packaged at 1200. My first IUI took so I paid more than needed but really its up to you.)Letrozole = 80 cents-ish. Insurance paid the rest.Those are all the costs that I can remember. There might have been more but I dont think so.

My husband and I had a very bad experience with our local fertility clinic and with IVF being our only option we were desperate to find the best clinic that met our needs. After reading several reviews we chose MRM. The best decision. We had a consultation and was put on the next available cycle for FET. Our journey began in Sept 2022 and we gave birth to our sweet baby Elly October 2023! The 4 hr drive (one way) from AR to MS for appointments were always worth it! Never met a bad staff and everyone was always very welcoming. We are grateful for everyone for their care and kindness!Lora & Anthony Brock

The best fertility clinic I’ve ever been to! Me and my husband are very thankful for every staff member here especially Dr. Hines & Dr. Marty. Everyone is always so nice and polite and very supportive! The best decision we made was coming here. We are now expecting our sweet baby in September because of them. ❤️ So thankful!

I visited here a few weeks ago for a monitoring appointment. I typically do my monitoring at Positive Steps but they were closed for a conference and referred me here. When I called and explained the referral, they made jokes about being shocked Positive Steps would do this, which I thought was unprofessional. I asked for the monitoring price and explained exactly what I needed, which was just a follicular ultrasound. When I arrived, I reiterated this and confirmed the price. During my appointment, the nurse was nice at times but also came off condescending sometimes about me being an outside patient. I shrugged it off and requested IVF paperwork with pricing. When I went to check out, I was told a completely different price than what I was told TWICE before my visit. I asked about the price difference, the lady at the counter was so rude and dismissive. She said I had the more complex ultrasound and I nicely tried describing the ultrasound I had. She rudely said “well that’s not what this says” then asked for my payment. I paid it because I didn’t even know what to do at this point, but I felt very misled and didn’t like how I was treated. That end experience was enough for me to never go back there.

Best decision we made was going to MRM for help with our fertility issues! The best doctors, nurses and staff, everyone there is so helpful and dear to mine and my husbands hearts. Thanks to them we are expecting our sweet baby in October! We couldn’t have asked for better support in our journey.

For those in need of help with fertility issues, this is an excellent clinic! Fantastic staff that is cheerful and readily available to answer questions. Dr. Hines was very thorough in his explanations and plan. My husband and I felt very comfortable in their care. We are extremely thankful for Dr. Hinds and his staff successfully helping us achieve our pregnancy goals!

Dr. Hines and all the staff at MRM were wonderful! Dr. Hines has a gift for instilling hope and confidence, but also sometimes hard realities. Our family is blessed to have had success and a precious baby. Central Mississippi is incredibly lucky to have this team available!

I cannot speak highly enough of MRM and their entire staff. Dr. Hines and Marty are absolutely amazing as well as Emelia who smiles at me as soon as I enter through the door and Cat and Susan who always know the right thing to say! They all know me by name, know my interests outside of my baby journey, and have shared in every high and low that I’ve been through on my fertility journey. Dr. Hines and Marty go above and beyond, even messaging and calling me after hours and on the weekends! I have never had such a wonderful doctor/patient relationship anywhere else. They are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and professionally straightforward and honest, exactly what I was looking for. It takes a special heart and calling to do what they do and they do it so well. My MRM family means so much to me and they have become my biggest cheerleaders and one of the biggest parts of my support group! They go out of their way to make me feel special despite their long hours and numerous other patients. I message them with many questions and never have they made me feel bothersome. I am still on my fertility journey, but no matter what the results may end up being, I will forever sing MRM praises! What a remarkable group they are! They are my dream team!

Awesome practice. Very clean, courteous, and professional. Staff listens and genuinely cares. Doctor gives practical help and advice, and clearly states outcomes. As someone who has unfortunately required a lot of experience with doctors, I highly recommend this practice for your fertility concerns. I honestly believe they were as excited as my husband and I when we showed up pregnant!

Great experience meeting with Dr. Hines, nurse practitioner Susan, front desk, and billing Kristie. Each person was knowledgeable and kind. The thoroughness and professionalism gave me a positive lasting impression of each. I pray that this journey continues to be covered with the grace that we have been shown today!!

We went to them after 2 losses and two year of trying and not being able to have a successful pregnancy. Dr Hines ran test to figure out what was causing the losses and why we weren’t able to get pregnant. And we are now 17 weeks pregnant with our baby boy. I couldn’t say better things about the staff.

This is a very special place with very special people. Dr. Hines and his staff have gone above and beyond for me and my family. We have been blessed to have the chance to start a family because everything they do at MRM. They are professional, yet welcoming. Dr. Hines and his caring staff are amazing. Dr. Hines immediately identified the quality of my reproductive health (which was not so good) and provided me with a diagnosis back in 2017. In January 2019, my partner and I welcomed a beautiful baby boy. Dr Hines and his staff has become family to us.

If you are wondering where to go for a Fertility doctor, MRM is the place! My family loves Dr. Randall Hines, Dr. Marty Gebhart, their nurses (Susan, Felicia, Emily), and the Embryologists in the lab (Britney and Aldo). They are absolutely amazing. You will see right away that you are a priority to them. I could list several examples to confirm this but it would take up too much space. Just know that the team as a whole is calm and informative - two things you need when starting your fertility journey- and will do everything possible to see you succeed in becoming pregnant.I was new to MS a few years ago so I googled reviews, and found MRM. Every review I saw was good! I can confirm after being a MRM patient for a few years now that everything I read is true! I am so thankful for this team. They helped us as we walked through infertility and played a part in giving us our little boy :) I was honestly sad to “graduate” once we became pregnant because that meant I wouldn’t see them anymore! They truly provide exceptional care.

MRM has given us the most amazing blessing anyone could ask for, a beautiful baby girl! And now we are pregnant with our second baby also with the help of the MRM family! Every staff member cares about you, and is just as excited as you are when they find out you’re pregnant! The staff is absolutely amazing the receptionist, phlebotomist, ultrasound tech, and everyone else I met. They accept all races, ages, and fertility problems with open arms! Their positive energy really helps you get through negative pregnancy tests. Everything was just great. I’m pregnant now and it was within the timeframe they gave in the beginning.

I just want to say that me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for over 5 years and I was sent to Mississippi reproductive medicine by my OBGYN it was the BEST thing that has ever happened to us. We started this journey with dr. Marty and dr. Hines September 20th and by January 6th we found out that we are having our first baby!! They are WONDERFUL!! Everyone that works with them are amazing. If you need help and want a family dont give up please let them help you. We thought it would never happen for us and it did!

I cannot share enough good things about the staff at MRM. Dr. Hines and Marty walked every step of my infertility journey with me, beginning with initial testing and ending with two rounds of IVF. They have laughed, cried, and celebrated with my husband and me as we endured the highs and lows of infertility. They performed two surgeries and countless other procedures throughout my initial time as a patient. I fully trust their judgment when it comes to my medical care. Their clinic stays busy, but they both take the time to answer questions no matter what, even on weekends. They are up to date on the most recent medical literature regarding all aspects of infertility, which was particularly beneficial to me between my first and second rounds of IVF. In addition, their staff understands the financial burden of infertility, and they were always patient with my husband and me as we navigated that aspect of the process. Even before I graduated from their clinic with a healthy pregnancy, I told people I would trust Dr. Hines and Marty with my life. Infertility is a sensitive subject about which many people stay private, but I confidently recommend their services to anyone looking to take the next step in their fertility journey.

My visit was super efficient and all inclusive. The physicians were able to take care of all of my needs, set up procedures and follow-up appointments all within the first visit. Definitely top-tier service.

This dr seen me for 4 years and took my money and didnt have a answer why and so I went to Houston tx and got pregnant on first try and on top of that they lost my embryos . Do not recommend them the serves was great in the when we started and knoe nightmares scared the gave my eggs to someone else

Could not ask for a better staff. They are so compassionate about what they do. They worked so hard to help my husband and I achieve our goal of starting our family. So thankful for them!!
