This was my first time ever getting acupuncture and this is such a necessary experience everyone should have. I cant tell you how much this has helped me with the build of stress in my back and neck. I feel so good and relaxed after a session. It is truly amazing. Dr Marcia is the best. Her knowledge and compassion and her gentle way of providing this service is truly life changing. Thank you Dr Marcia for everything.

I feel so wonderful after seeing Dr.Steingraber. I came all the way from Minnesota to see her for treatments . Was treated for an injured shoulder and neuropathy in my feet and hands after chemotherapy I feel so much better after my treatments. She is so worth seeing if you have any sports injury effects from chemo I can’t say enough.

I am an 85 year young woman who was scheduled for shoulder surgery and my family and my long time caregiver were worried about anesthesia and after care. My caregiver looked into acupuncture to see if that would be an option instead of surgery. We happened to find the best of the best in seeing dr Marcia. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and I had pain relief from the very first visit. I have been going regularly for my shoulder and knees for almost 8 months now and wouldnt live without dr Marcias care. Have been to several acupuncturists over the years and Dr. Steingraber is definitely the best. She works quickly & efficiently to address all your concerns. If the 7 diplomas on the her office wall dont impress you then her knowledge of the human body will. The office is immacu;ate & quiet. The water flowing sounds in all the treatment rooms are especially relaxing.

Okay, I must say that Dr. Marcia is truly exceptional. I discovered her online when I was struggling with excruciating finger pain. I presented my issues to her, and she responded promptly with the utmost professionalism. Words can hardly do justice to her expertise. As it turned out, my pain originated from my shoulder and above, and she accurately identified and addressed the problem. After just one treatment, I already feel a significant improvement. Dr. Marcia is a GURU! She is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and functions. She can pinpoint mechanical problems that are the root causes of your pain and then work to correct them and get you feeling amazing! She truly CARES and works tirelessly to improve your wellbeing. I cannot say enough AMAZING words about her. I was battling lower back pain for over a year...did PT, had MRIs, saw a Neuro, got shots...nothing helped, until she worked her magic. Its not an overnight fix, but within 5 sessions I could tell a noticeable difference. 100% recommend her practice!

Dr. Marcia is so kind and knowledgeable, she has helped me tremendously both mentally and physically! My anxiety has SIGNIFICANTLY come down, my neck & shoulder pain has diminished and I’m sleeping better than ever. She’s also helped clear up my skin, decrease inflammation, and re-aligned my hips (which I didn’t even know I needed but wow what a difference now!!). I always leave feeling heavenly and hopeful. Dr. Marcia is amazing! She is knowledgable, empathetic, and treated me on an emergency basis (yes! An acupuncture emergency!), managing my hobbling pain in one treatment. Ive been to many acupuncturists and have never had such quick relief from an orthopedic treatment. I am looking forward to subsequent treatments to get to the root of the problem and a bunch of other stuff, now that I found an effective and awesome acupuncturist. I highly recommend!

Dr Marcia is an absolute miracle worker! She has helped me tremendously and I always leave her office feeling amazing! Her treatments are so relaxing and she always hits the right points. My only complaint is that I didn’t start seeing her sooner! I would give her a 10 if I could. She’s truly the BEST!

My mom found Dr.Steingraber for me through google. It was a desperate stab in the dark to find a good acupuncturist to try, as I’m pregnant and have a long history or horrible headaches and have been in the ER constantly for them lately. We just wanted anything to give me a quality of life back. Not only is she so welcoming and you feel like home at this practice, but she is also AMAZING at what she does! After only a few sessions I started to feel some relief. One of the days I went in I was sure I’d end up in the hospital and after the session I ended up feeling so much better. Like anything it’ll take time to totally correct the issue, but I already feel like I’m on the right road! She is worth the money and i’d suggest anyone to go here!

I am so grateful to have found the Acupunture and wellness center. Dr. Marcia is wonderful, kind professional and caring. I am a very athletic person who has suffered two broken feet, a stretched Achilles tendon and I have damage to my back and neck from an injury in my 20s. All of the trauma was affecting my yoga practice which is a huge part of my life. I was wrapping both my feet and my postures we’re suffering and I was in pain. After going to Maria for over a week I am already feeling relief. Maria has helped me learn how to walk properly again and I am looking forward to being able to do a standing bow in yoga with grace and ease.

Dr. Marcia is amazing! She is personabl, extremely knowledgeable about her field, and loves helping her patients be free from pain and embrace health. This is my first experience with acupuncture and I am so grateful that I found Dr. Marcia. When I came to her, I had horrible pain in my back and hips and could barely walk. She did a thorough and honest assessment of how she could help me and how many treatments I probably would need. She had me up and walking almost pain free in 3 visits with NO drugs which was important to me. I have continued going to her all through the virus and lockdowns. Her treatments have improved my immune system , lowered my stress levels and she’s working on improving the health of my face and skin ! I also appreciate her honesty as to what she can and can’t do. She never pressures me to keep coming back. She gives me freedom to decide how often I come and what needs to be focused on. When I crashed on my bike and hurt my ribs she was so positive and upbeat but also honest. I recovered and I’m back on my bike... again with no drugs!I highly recommend Dr. Marcia and encourage you to see her too.

2 weeks ago I had such a severe crisis in my back that I went unconscious to the emergency room by ambulance... many people including the dr recommended me to take acuputure... looking for a place close to home I discovered this super woman who is very kind and empathetic... she treats me with great sweetness and with only a few sessions I was able to return to normal and the pain was gone! There is seriously no one like Marcia! She fixed me after 10 years of suffering through injuries from car accidents, helped my anxiety and SO SO much more. My husband calls her the wizard. After two years of us both in new cities, and after a pregnancy and full year as a new mom (on top of trying 3 other acupuncturists in my area), I needed a reset (and knew I needed Marcia for that), so I flew down to Ft Lauderdale to get an acupuncture intensive treatment (5 days in a row). I feel like a new woman now and couldn’t be more appreciative of Marcia and her healing services!

This was my first time ever trying acupuncture. I have been having issues with my knees from years of sports and my hands from over two decades of typing. My wife has been seeing her for years in Chicago to help treat her multiple sclerosis and absolutely loves her and the treatments.We decided to fly South so we could get treatments together.Dr. Marcia gave me a thoughtful exam and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was painless and I feel great! So much so, that we will be flying back to see her!

Absolutely amazing. I had knee surgery in September and have had a hard time recovering. A friend referred me to Marcia and she has sped along the healing process more than I can explain. I came in not being able to run and within 2 sessions I was back to running without pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was having horrible sciatic nerve pain in my left leg for 6 months . I woke up one Saturday in so much pain I could hardly walk and had not slept in 5 nights . A friend suggested acupuncture so I called the closest place to me . Marcia was very fast to respond maybe 20 mins at 7:30/8:00 am on a Saturday & Got me in at 10:45 am that day . It was my last resort. I had been to see Spine specialist ,orthopedic surgeons and a neurosurgeon , they all said surgery for my herniated disc. I really did not want to have surgery . I told myself no surgery till I had exhausted all other options. Marcia did a thorough consultation I filled out my intake forms and she took me back to a nice quiet dark room. The treatment lasted maybe 15 minutes until the needles had to come out. I walked out ,paid ,& drove home . Never having acupuncture before I was a little skeptical , I must say. The next day I went to the pool with my boyfriend and around 1 after sitting up in my lounge chair to eat a sandwich , I looked over at him and said you know what my leg does not hurt ! ( he would have had the help me sit up the day before )It was the frist time in 6 months since my injury occurred. I knew that it may have just been a quick fix from that treatment because she told me it would take a series of treatments. But I was very excited. I have been going back once or twice a week and my pain has been reduced by about 80% which is wonderful we’re still working on that other 20 but I’m confident that it will happen. She is a miracle worker thank you so much!

I have been suffering for yers in pain and have tried every means to get relief with no luck till I found Dr. Marcia. It took her one minute exactly to relieve some of my pain in my neck. I went to Dr M, after being treated for pain in my hands for many years including trigger fingers on several occasions, and including arthritis in both hands. I have been a lifelong musician and a golfer for many years and have overused my hands throughout my lifetime. After Dr. M. encouraged me to try Acupuncture because of the constant pain in my thumbs, now after several treatments the pain is gone. Simple things like buttoning my shirt are pain free.
