I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:45pm. Was told to arrive at 12:30pm. I got another text message the same day of my appointment saying my appointment was at 2:00pm. I called to find out what was going on, and was told the second appointment time was for my lab work. The 12:45pm appointment was still valid. I asked would I have to wait that much time to be seen for lab work and was told no. I arrived for my 12:45 appointment. No one was at the desk. I finally went back and ended up waiting until 1:26pm. Before that, I had to go out of the room to ask how much longer it would be. My visit took 2 minutes. I was told again that the lab should be able to take me before 2:00pm. I went up stairs and had to ring a bell. I stood by the door and a lady came out, she did not ask me what I needed. She rudely said, “The lab is closed”. When I tried to ask her a question she rudely replied, “You can come back at 2:00.” It’s sad to see such unprofessionalism at this location. I have not experienced this at other locations. The restrooms were also filthy! I didn’t even want to use them.

If I could give this place 0 I would. I was told I couldn’t take a certain medication until my second trimester bc there is a risk of miscarriage. When needing provider to fill out paper work for LOA I get told i can take it

Today, instead of my usual visit to the Steele Creek office, I had to go to the Fort Mill office due to availability. I went there for my first pregnancy ultrasound and unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Tonya Sloan, RDMS. She was rude and unhelpful, providing minimal communication during the ultrasound visit. Needless to say, I was not pleased with her service. However, on a positive note, Jenna B, the midwife, made our experience much better. She was extremely helpful and informative, answering all of our questions with a positive attitude. Her exceptional service deserves a 5-star rating.

I have had an outstanding experience with the midwife, Lori Williamson, here. After struggling with recurrent miscarriage she has gone above and beyond to help us through this time as we try for a baby. She has always taken her time, listened, taken my concerns and questions seriously and I’ve never felt rushed. I can’t recommend this practice and Lori enough!!

Dr Silverton takes GREAT care of my wife!! Very good at what she does which makes her the best DR ever ! I told her if she isn’t available my wife wouldn’t be delivering with anyone else *laughs

I haven’t gotten pass the rude unprofessional ignorant receptionist. This review is based on her, I think she said her name was Roland’s, she sounded more like a man on the phone.I kindly told her NEVERmind and hung up the phone.I will not be coming here if I got to talk to her about an appointment.

Extremely friendly, professional. Dr. Silverton was very personable and took time to go over any details of my health issues and answer any questions I had.

After taking the appointment you are suppose to wait 20 min with in the doctors room and the doctors hardly have 5 min for you..we had 3 appointment here every time we faced same scenario.
