I have visited this place a few times for some basic blood work up. Extremely clean interior. Ladies at the front desk are helpful & kind. Their prices are reasonable & they often give discounts on tests. Results are usually quick.

The lobby was very clean. The employees were very nice. I was in the office for only a few minutes to get my procedure done. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs or wants the testing that this place can provide if you do not have a doctor or dont feel like going to your doctor.

Walked in as soon as I could. I needed a test done for employment and decided to come here. The attendant was very nice and able to answer all of my questions, and I was able to get my test done within 10 minutes. Easiest process ever, I would recommend it and I will be back.

I’ve never handed a cup of my pee to a nicer person!I didn’t even need to take a drug test, i just needed to find a bathroom. Their rates were a little more expensive than just stopping at a gas station, but hey, two birds one stone. With all the wisdom of the ages and much like a mystic reading tea leaves, i was declared drug free. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

They were friendly and quite helpful. I wanted to do the 3 test for $89. I had 2 tests the chiropractor wanted and she helped me choose a third one that would help with more information with the first 2. I was in and out without any wait time. It’s absurd you are supposedly open until 5pm but after 4:30pm you can not get any more blood draws. If that is the case you should correct your business hours. I got there at 4:42pm and an old female employee refused to get the blood test I requested, claiming she could not do it per your policy. Whether she was just being lazy or it was your policy (or both) it does not make sense.

I was having a pregnancy moment, and the team treated me with so much care and respect. I truly am so appreciative of their support-I will absolutely be back for any other lab testing I need, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Truly a great experience.

Stop in whenever Im in that area for a B12 shot. In and out in less than 10 minutes most of the time. Quick and painless and very affordable.

They got me in early and the lady that did the blood draw was very nice. My only criticism is that they only seemed to have one person working. I’m not sure if that’s because I got there first thing in the morning, or if that’s just how it always is. Like I said, I didn’t have to wait, but I could see that being a problem during the middle of the day.

I came in today it was really clean and smelled nice the wait time was maybe 5 minutes the lady who checked me in also drew my blood was nice and personable the price of the test I got wasn’t overly expressive I’m overall really happy with the experience

I wish I remembered the young lady’s name who did my labs this morning! She was absolutely amazing, so personable, friendly, I felt so comfortable and she hit my vein perfect first go, both times! (I left and ended up coming back to get the panel that was advertised in the waiting room)

I was impressed with this lab and the service. They were knowledgeable and helped me to decide what health panels were needed to check general health and explained every detail. The ladies were kind and patient in answering all the questions I had. Added bonus was very quick service …in and out.

This was my second time coming to ANY LAB. This time I also brought my husband. We made an appointment, and the check-in process went quickly. The technician was friendly and very efficient. The price was affordable. I appreciate getting the results along with the doctor. We live 40-45 miles away, and it is WELL worth the drive. We’ll be back.

Recently I had done couples of blood test here, and I didn’t know that the final test results will be on same page. In the past, I have only done one or two blood test at the same time and the result has been always on the different pages, so as for test results being in the same page was mine least concern. As mine results came today and all the test results were on same page. I called the lab and ask if they could separate them as I needed it for separate occasions but, she declined my request and suggest me that I should blur the test result. What kind of suggestion was that, how can I blur the lab test result and what made her think that it would be okay!!! All she could say was I should have mention it before but, the thing is neither she did.Note:- when someone does couples of blood test have some courtesy to ask if the costumer want the results separately.

I was in the parking lot after an appointment that recommended some labs be done, I dont have a PCP right now, so I did not have an order for the labs I needed. I selected my labs then drove 10 minutes to the lab site (with NO appointment), as Im walking in, the receptionist was processing my receipt....had me sign a few papers. I didnt even have a chance to sit down before she was ready for my lab draw. She was so quick and caused me no pain with her technique and I was on my way. Easiest thing Ive done all year...and WAY cheaper than using a traditional lab and my insurance. Great job! Highly recommend this group. I went to the Dupont location and will return for all of my future needs.

I was getting the run around from my insurance, lab, and doctors office about no one knowing how much I would need to pay out of pocket for a food Allergy test. ANY LAB TEST NOW was my savior. As someone who is not to keen on getting blood draw, the staff there were kind and did the best blood draw in my life. Best experience.

Awesome experience! I had blood work that I needed to get done, and I had been dragging my feet because I knew I would need a Dr. appointment to get the test ordered and then another appointment to get the bloodwork done.While driving in Ft. Wayne I happened to see this place. I stopped in to see what it was all about. I told them the test I wanted, they did it, and I was in an out within 15 minutes!! The price was great, and they said I could have results emailed to me in about 48 hours! I was very impressed and very thankful for their services!!

My first visit here was wonderful. I wasn’t able to reach by phone directly, so I stopped in hoping I could find out if they could do the tests my doctor ordered. They were able to do them all, and I was even able to have it done that day. I had a wonderful experience! Super quick and easy, and affordable.

We love it here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My son has needed blood draws since he was 2 years old, and they are the only people that would do it when he was that young. They not only did it for us, but Tori was so calm and gentle with him and explained it all and really put my mom heart to rest! She answered all my questions and made us both feel so comfortable. On top of that we are always in and out in about 10 minutes tops! I just can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you, Tori and any lab text now!

Absolutely the best walk-in clinic in Fort Wayne. After disastrous trips to two other clinics at which we actually had appointments, they were able to get us in within 30 minutes. Even better, we were in and out in 20 minutes. They literally save the day for us. Anyone looking for a walk-in clinic for any service they provide I would highly recommend. They were very sympathetic to my situation, helped me with a financial burden and even got my results earlier than expected. Normally during a blood draw they complain about my small veins and resort to child size needles and usually get poked multiple times and in both arms. This gal was amazing and had no issues. Friendly and talking to me the whole time! And how cool that you can take your health into you own hands by requesting your own tests without a trip to your Dr! Ive told several people about this place already!

Very good experience overall. When we originally contacted the lab, everything was well explained and the follow up email for intake was sent immediately. The online intake was easy. The online payment process was convenient. When we came to the lab for testing the personnel was professional and kind. The results were sent in the timeframe indicated. Just a very easy and good experience.

Great value & great service! I spent 2 hours on the phone with Parkview and with Anthem insurance to find out what it would cost me for about 15 tests (thyroid panel and the basic nutritional panel tests). To put it into perspective, Parkview charges $3018 for the same tests that AnyLabTest charges $458. After insurance pays Parkview a ridiculous amount of money, it would still cost me about $10 less out of pocket (around $445) to go through insurance. Any time I can go around traditional medical providers and insurance I am quite happy to support the independent providers.In addition, my daughter has always had an issue with bloodwork. Her veins are hard to find and she is often stuck repeatedly and injured. The owner at this location did an amazing job and she was really pain free! As a mom that was a huge relief. Highly recommend.

Im not often impressed by customer service these days, but the folks at this place are fast, friendly, efficient, competent, pay close attention to detail, and seem to take personal ownership of any issue that might come up (based on my observation of how they were helping another client).I havent received the results of my tests that were only just done today, but Ill update here if my opinion changes.One last thing Ill mention is that I really appreciated the fact that they even made a note to contact me with the results of tests as they come in instead of all at once, since one of them will take significantly longer, and I have a doctors appointment next week where the results will be interpreted. So it gives me peace of mind knowing that even if this one test isnt ready yet, Ill still have the results from all the others. And its a good example of how simply caring about your customers can take a very minimal amount of effort and yet make all the difference.In other words, Im very impressed 👍UPDATE: Im taking a star off because its really annoying to have to fill out their form every time, even though its exactly the same as before and nothing has changed.Also, even though the first blood draw seemed to be minimally painful (and I even comment on the needle size), Ive either grown more picky or theyre using larger needles. I believe they said they use a 23ga. needle, which I have to imagine is only that big for the sake of a FAST blood draw, but I for one would much rather have a smaller, less painful needle and wait a minute or two longer.

This was my first visit. The location was easy to find and EXTREMELY CLEAN. I was greeted right away by a really friendly female. Everyone answered all of my questions and there was zero wait time. The phlebotomists was highly experienced and kind when drawing blood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic.

Ive been to the facilty twice. Both times was little to no wait. Kellyan at the front desk was very nice and completely professional. The facility was very clean and in new condition. Once in the back the phlebotomist Janet was also very nice and professional and more importantly got my blood in one near painless stick (NO DIGGING) or bruising! I was in and out of the facility quickly. I recommend this place to anyone needing labs.

This clinic has friendly and knowledgeable phlebotomists. I made an appointment online, and everything went quickly when I got there. I recommend getting the B12 shots if you feel chronically fatigued. They have helped me quite a bit. I had bloodwork done also and the lab they sent it to made a mistake, but I called Any Lab Test and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I will only use this place for any labs I need from now on!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND CARE!!We have two young children with allergies. After speaking with their physician we decided instead of having them go through skin testing on their back again having their blood drawn would be a better option. From the first time I contacted Any Lab Test Now until the moment we walked out the door I was impressed. The receptionist was so kind and helpful! April, one of the phlebotomists was AMAZING!! She did an exceptional job of explaining what she was doing and calmed the nerves of my son who, until today, was petrified of needles. Even one of the owners came in and made sure my kiddos were doing well! I’m thrilled with the service and care we received and would HIGHLY recommend Any Lab Test Now!

The any lab test here in Kissimmee Florida called this office to figure out what is going on with payment and the woman who answered was rude and even cursed at the lady here. The woman hear had it on speaker phone and everyone in the office heard. That is very unprofessional! Also they said they called five times, there was no phone calls.

I called asked questions.. They answered all right over the phone.. Came in same day.. Got done with what I needed and that was that!! Even had to come in and get results a second time.. No problem.. Came in same day again and got the results I needed again!! Great staff they gave my son and my daughter a nice gift 🎁

THE BEST YET!I had a wonderful experience at ALTN. Janet and Kellyann were very kind and courteous. The one dilemma I found was that they only take cash, debit cards and credit cards for now. No insurance plans at this time. Maybe in the future they will start taking some insurances. My dad needed some labs done and someone had mentioned that this lab was a cheaper option. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in. The front desk staff who I suspect is also the phlebotomist eventually came to the desk with a customer. She didn’t acknowledge our presence but continued talking to this customer who was her friend about some personal issues while typing at the same time. After about 5 to 7 minutes of them talking she gets up and starts to walk with her friend/customer to the back office. I then ask what to do with the customer information form I had already filled...she just casually said “hold on to that till I call you” . How do you know who to call when you don’t even have the information? I took my dad out of that office and went directly to Labcorp! Got in and out of labcorp in less than 10 minutes!!! I will never know if it’s a cheaper option but with that customer service, I will rather pay more to be seen elsewhere

They are friendly, caring, helpful and very professional even when they are very busy. Any Lab Test is the best lab I have been to. Very clean and organized with educational material too.

Went there for a preemployment drug screening. They are really nice there and do so many different kinds of testing. While waiting I saw that they do B-12 shots which I have always been interested in. They do paternity testing among other things. Give them a call!
