Medically it’s a great service, billing site is a scam. I am disabled, diabetic with cancer on Medicaid and Medicare. On weekends I developed a wound on my leg called urgent care explained provided with both insurance they pre approved and assured that both of my insurance will take care of the charge. After couple months I am getting a bill for $600.00 . I request explanation with proof off my signed agreement and received back an email stating it’s my responsibility and I signed, but the disclosure they sent is blank and no my signature anywhere, and something I did not tell them about my managed care by Humana. Which is my primary and I could not not tell them.When medical services try to scam elderly disabled with cancer on low income You be the judge. Thank you for your time.

Never have I ever been able to get the care that I needed in such a fast and very convenient way. I really hope this company goes nationwide especially since I travel a lot. I just want to tell everyone I know about this service. It’s so great and I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and I feel so much better. The nurse came to my apartment with all of her tools and her laptop and I was able to talk to the doctor via Skype and she was able to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I’m just so pleased with this service. I travel to Dallas quite often and I will use this service again and again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Firstly, this service was incredible. It surpassed my expectations. The regular neighborhood doctor I went to switched hours to close earlier than I expected. I was having serious asthma problems and needed attention ASAP. I was frantically looking for a service that wasnt an ER. Oh how happy I was to come across a service that not only comes to you, breaks down the extra cost of care and is super friendly. Alexis, my MA, was AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend her if you plan on using this service. This really helped me out of jam AND saved me money (who doesnt want that?). Loved the modern experience, no waiting with other patients catching other germs and you can track their location in real time. Fantastic!

Great experience. I rarely go to urgent care because of the wait and being out of the house when you feel so crummy. This was fantastic. I felt like I got excellent care and quick treatment. My MA Darrian was sweet, professional and right on time! Dr. Pallai was also just as professional and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. Thank you so much!

Great company and such a great service. Most people dont want to go sit and wait in a doctors office when you dont feel well. My wife and I have used Urgent Care 2 Go a few times now and we have had a great experience every time. They were a life saver when the flu hit our house last year. And kudos to Dimitra, she is a great MA!

This service is wonderful! I couldnt get my online request to go through so I called the office and they were lovely. Andrea showed up right on time and was the nicest and calmest person Ive met in a while- which was great because I am really uncomfortable. Honestly, dont hesitate to use UrgentCare2Go- convenient, easy and reasonable!!

My MA was Andrea. She showed up on time, and was very pleasant and personable. When it was time to reach a doctor, my appointed one wasnt available immediately. But another doctor was. So there was still no wait. I would use this service 10 times over. Im away from home, and really didnt want to go to an urgent care. Nor did I feel like driving to one. So grateful that this service was available.

Our PA, Andrea, was genuinely concerned about the health issue we were dealing with. She was not only highly professional, but empathetic and personal in her understanding of the condition and urgency to connect us with the Dr, get the diagnosis and get us better. Andrea (MA) was phenomenal!! Dr Pilalli was very thorough. This visit saved my husband and I from having to wake up our kids to go to an urgent care. This service was very convenient and there is nothing like being treated in the comfort of your own home.

He explained everything from the exam, lab specimen collection, medications he was going to give, and the follow-up instructions. The physician was prompt, and knowledgeable as well. Very impressed with this service. Beats Doctor On Demand hands down. Much better service compared to Minute Clinic as well. My medical assistant Demi was super friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and your treatment plan is broken down item by item for you and you choose how much (or how little) of the treatment you’re willing to pay for outside your $79 visit fee. Highly recommended!

Loved my experience with UrgentCare2go. I was miserable and they were able to take care of me within a couple hours of contacting them. My MA Keyona was amazing. Very professional and personable. She had such a positive attitude that I started to feel better as soon as she walked in.

I wish I had known about this service sooner! 24/7 service, visit is less than half the price than the other clinics that I called plus all of the treatment prices are online so you know what to expect. I needed a checkup after an accident and they met me at my job. Candace was awesome and my doctor was quick to offer her expertise and recommendations for further treatment. If the prices of the treatment seem high, think about the fact that you are paying for the convenience that they come TO YOU. I will definitely keep them in mind and I’ll be referring friends to them for their services !

MA, Andrea was so nice and had excellent bed side manner. She made me feel comfortable and I believe she is happy to be helping others get well. Great service! Very convenient. Just keep in mind that the additional tests and offers to give initial doses of medicine come with a pretty high markup. Our tech Darrian had all the tools she needed to get the job done. She took good care of our son.

I was very pleased with the medical service that was provide for our 10 year old who wasn’t feeling well . The medical assistant Chase was really nice to our son. The doctor was great. We’ve never used a mobile urgent care before and wow!!! What a convenient way to go when it’s 4am and the rest of your kids can sleep! Consuela was absolutely amazing and so friendly! Glad we went this route and will def do it again if we’re in the area. The price was a little high but totally worth it when you get to see firsthand that it’s an ear infection. She will get better by the end of today thanks to them!

LOVED my first experience with Urgent Care 2go!!! I had my 8 year old flu and strep tested on the comfort of my own home. Maggie, the medical assistant was very professional and friendly, and so was our doc! We will definitely use them again!!!

Madison was on time. She showed up ready with questions and answers. Since I was feeling better before she showed up the doctor went ahead and recommended a few options for me and I took the one I thought was okay for me with the prescription since my throat was less sore by the time she got here. Great service! I scheduled my appointment 1 hr before. Maggie arrived at my door a little before my scheduled time. She was great and very informative. The visit took only about 30-45 min. It was so great that I didnt have to wait at doctors office and even better that I got to do this in the comfort of my own home.

Didn’t even know this existed! So great to have someone come to you, within the hour of need, during off hours. Treatment recommended was not necessary (pain shot) and medical supplies, xrays were exorbitantly expensive above the $79 visit cost, so we passed on those and opted to purchase our own from a local pharmacy. Doctor and MA, Candice were both pleasant and appointment was quick and easy.

Had my first experience with urgent care 2 go today and it was awesome! So much better than waiting in a waiting room. My MA Keyona was so great! She was very professional and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend! So nice being able to stay in my pjs and in bed

This is a really great new idea! Im happy I came across it online. It was very fast and they tell you exactly how much things will cost before they do anything. No surprise bills. Demi was the ma who assisted me and she was really great! Very personable. She explained everything to me so i knew exactly what was going on. Ive only done this once but if the other staff members are as good as her Ill continue to use this service! Once again demi you rock!

I love this service! I kind of figured I had the flu, so I thought my sitting in the waiting room would just be contaminating others. Chase was very thorough and kind. The doctor online was a pretty great idea. I also believe they are cheaper as well as much faster. I would highly recommend.

Urgent Care 2 Go is so amazing! Maggie and Dr. Valle were both fantastic! Maggie was very kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Valle took his time and explained everything as well via Skype. Usually you are in a doctors office and they are just trying to process and get you through as quick as they can because there are a flood of patients behind you. With Urgent Care 2 Go, Maggie and Dr. Valle made it seem like they had all of time in the world for whatever I needed. It was such a pleasant change.

Very convenient service, my wife and I were both sick and neither one of is felt like driving to the doctor. So we got online and within 2 hours Andrea was at our door to help us on our way to recovery. Andrea did a great job and was very professional and courteous. I was as sick as I’ve ever been in my life. Running between 103-104 degree temp with flu and strep symptoms for 3 days. I was in the fetal position unable to move for 72 hrs. To have a service come to my house and provide timely personal care was amazing. Maggie was my MA and the Dr. On call was wonderful as well. I strongly encourage anyone to utilize this service. It is the family medical care of the future.

I would highly recommend Urgent Care 2 Go. The service was exceptional. My MA Consuela was an angel, she came out on Christmas Eve at 10:30p to help and her test and diagnostic was exactly what I needed. I feel much better and I’m very glad I made the appointment.

This is an awesome service. I have a newborn at home and couldn’t get to the urgent care. They came to my house and assisted with my symptoms. My MA, Alexis was super helpful and personable. I recommend this service and it’s so nice you don’t have to leave your home to get the care you need.

I just had to call them today because I am over the top sick with allergies. I suffer from polyps in the nasal cavity and that makes it even worse in regards to allergies. Everything about this service was fantastic except the price. The on-line quote was $79. They charge separately for each thing they do like a visit to emergency room. My total was $400. Great if I was wealthy. Not so great for uninsured middle class. Completely recommend if you have money. Get up and go to a regular urgent care if you go not. My cost would’ve been $150 if I had gone in. Technician who came to home was super friendly. Uses computer to speak with doctor. The doctor does not come to your home with this service.

Alexis was absolutely amazing. The technology was so cool and my sick kiddo was totally enthralled in the entire experience. The doctor was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure he fully explained everything and that we had no more questions. I HIGHLY recommend UrgentCare2Go. Had we gone to an urgent care clinic the same visit would have cost us nearly $100 more with tests. And the convenience of it being in my home and they also provide the first dose of the antibiotic so you don’t have to get out and get it filled immediately. Medicine is ready for pickup in the morning. My daughter got to stay warm in her pjs and saw a doctor I the comfort of our home and not worry about traffic, getting out in the cold, or sitting in a waiting room. This place is AWESOME!!!

Although it was a little pricey it was well worth the cost. Adriana was my MA, she was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had this service, house call, but it was great. Feeling as bad as I did I did not want to go anywhere and so they came to me and on Thanksgiving! I will use this service again if I need to. Its great knowing its out there.

Man I don’t have the words to say how convenient, fast an wonderful urgent care was to me. MA Dimitra was a bundle of joy An very professional...I was feeling a little better after talking to a doctor, getting a shot an having my Prescription ready all in about 2 hours. Best idea ever!!! Maggie was amazing and super friendly! Dr. Nangrani was also great. We are all about convenience and this was spot on! They text you updates on their arrival, I was able to get a steroid shot in the comfort of my own home, and was tested for flu/strep right there!!

Candice was the medical assistant who came to my house. She was very laid back and patient with me, ready to answer any questions I had. I love the fact that it was so convenient, considering I didnt have to wait till regular doctors office hours to be seen. I got a diagnosis via a Zoom call with a doctor right then and there and even got my first treatment. Considering I work in retail/sales, my presence at work is very demanded considering the high holiday traffic. Being that I got a diagnosis sooner I was able to let my boss know in advance how much time to expect me to be out, you get a doctors note emailed, and Ive been able to get treated sooner!

My MA, Andrea was most professional and tolerant of my being nervous. I had never used a medical home service before. She took all my medical info and vitals , after listening to and looking over my issue. Then she connected us to DR Nangrani, who reviewed my info and looked at my awful rash on both legs. He, then provided his diagnosis and Andrea, MA, gave me 2 shots in one and Dr prescribed a cream for tomorrow. I am pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this entire process was handled!! I had an excellent experience. My medical assistant, Demi, was fantastic. She explained everything as she went along and she explained the costs. The doctor, Dr. Nangrani, that I spoke with online was great. The actual cost with the tests performed was slightly below what CareNow charges. I highly recommend this service, especially when you aren’t well and should not be driving.

The stomach virus struck our household and I was the final victim. I felt horrible! The thought of going to a doctors office made me want to cry besides most of them close early. Then I ran across your website. It was nice to sit in the comfort of my home waiting. Andrea the MA was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me an injection for the nausea and I felt better within minutes. The ER physician was very calming. It is the day before Christmas Eve and my son is complaining of a sore throat and is feeling kind of puny. Amazingly easy and efficient! I love the concept of urgent care housecalls since the last thing you want to do when you’re ill is to sit in a waiting room with other sick people. The MA and physician were professional and friendly, and pricing was competitive. I got the diagnosis (strep) and treatment I needed quickly, and my prescription was sent immediately at the conclusion of the visit. If I had known about this company I’d have been using them much sooner! I (and my family) will be repeat customers. : )

Great experience! Beats the walk-in med clinic hands-down! My MA Becki was very attentive, personable, professional and answered all of my questions. I was a little skeptical of a the tele-doc idea but with an MA (medical assistant) there, the doctor was able to guide diagnostic steps simply and effectively to arrive at a diagnosis with the in-field MA. Thank goodness for this company. I have a terrible C Difficile (intestinal infection) and was not capable of leaving my house and waiting forever in a waiting room. Found them purely by chance. I was so sick, and I was very glad that I could lay in my own bed and wait for them to come to me. The MA, Tereshea was so professional. She took all of my vitals, then linked me for a televisit with a doctor. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it worked very well. There was a small snafu with getting the prescription, but that turned out to be the pharmacys issue. The doctor actually gave me her personal cell phone number in case my husband needed to call her when he picked it up. I will definitely use this company again.

It really is a Godsend to have a doctors visit at your home, especially if you cannot drive because youre sick! My tech Maggie was very professional, clearly knows her job well, was on time, and made the entire process very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend.

Oh my gosh i wish i had called these blessed people earlier! The at home service i received tonight from Keyona and Dr. Nagrani was so much easier than waiting for hours in an ER! I only wish i had found them sooner. 😉 These two were so professional and prepared, I was pleasantly surprised by what they could accomplish virtually. They really are a great team! I will certainly refer their services to my friends and family if ever needed in the future. I can not express how thankful I am for my visit tonight, and that there was no delay sending in the prescriptions over to be filled, so i can continue treatment and get back to feeling better. Maggie was incredible and the doctors are wonderful. Overall urgentcare2go was an amazing experience. When I was extremely sick they came to us, they made us feel comfortable, safe, and great bedside manner and couldnt be in better hands.

Fantastic experience! While visiting Dallas, from Virginia I simply went online, scheduled the appointment and Becky showed up in my hotel room. She was so prompt, professional and friendly. Then the doctor talked to me on Video. She gave me a shot, prescription was called in and was finished. It was fantastic!!!

I was visiting from out of town and needed to find a walk in clinic my Google search found UrgentCare2go on the top of the list. Being in a hotel car pooling with coworkers I thought this was a great idea and so I signed up. To my surprise they had time slots as early as 5 am, so I choose 6am, the nurse showed up early. This was the first time in my 62 years that I got in early for a doctors apointment. The Nurse was very professional and the Doctor Via Video exam was very good. Ear infection was quickly under control and this morning exactly 24 hours later feel much better. I was so pleased when I got to the Office 2 hours later I bragged about the great service. I gave the 5 starts because 10 stars was not a option. Thanks

My 7 year old son woke up with a really bad headache in the middle of the night, this has been going on for 3 days with fever. I was looking for a urgent care close to our house but didn’t see any, except ER rooms available. After googling I came across urgentcare2go and was a little nervous to try it but I did. The service was amazing, I booked on line, and was assigned an MA named Darrian who was prompt on time and very professional. The doctor was contacted when she arrived and we went through all symptoms and how to treat my son. Oh yes they also tested for strep throat and the flu. Glad they did he has the influenza B so now will stay home from school for 2 days. They also provide a doctors note for the school. Darrin also gave my son a dose of medicine before leaving. Well worth the $228.00. No waiting and no exposure to other illnesses. All done in the comfort of your home. The only thing now is that I have to submit to my insurance company, I hope it is an easy process. I would definitely use them again. What a great service.

With all of the flu going around, I didn’t want to go into a medical center and catch the flu. It was a great decision because my issue was simply an upper respiratory infection (so I wasn’t exposed the whatever might be lurking in a crowded waiting room). My MA, Maggie, was very professional and had everything my appointment required (flu test, steroid shot). The cost was quite reasonable, as well. No doubt, my family will be using them again.

I’ve been sick with the flu for 1.5 - and was worried it was turning into pneumonia. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my appointment with UrgentCare2Go this AM. The medical assistant, Keyona was professional and thorough and made me comfortable. The Dr who did the examination over video conference was excellent too. No waiting rooms, no fear of spreading my germs or picking up others. I texted positive for the flu and was diagnosed with bronchitis. She gave me a couple of shots and sent my Rx to my pharmacy. No hassle, low cost and best news - peace of mind, no pneumonia. I’m so glad I made the appointment to prevent my condition from getting worse. Highly recommend this service!

Andrea was our MA and our doctor was Pillai. Excellent service real quick and on time to our appointment. Got to the point and got my girlfriends strep taken care of. Would use over a hospital for non serious emergencies any day. Affordable rates too. Finally a healthcare system that works well.

With a 5 hour wait at the urgent care I didn’t want to do so I used the app to schedule an appointment for myself & my son. Darrian was great, efficient & got us a consult with the doctor & the meds we needed in about an hour. All without having to leave our home! Well worth it!! Would definitely use again if needed.

I used urgentcare2go for the first time last night and was blown away! Talk about convenient! My son had been feeling crappy for about a week and I was on the verge of taking him into the ER and then I saw the ad for uc2go. In a matter of minutes I had booked my appointment and was sent all the info the video said I would be sent. Our MA, Miguel, was great and so was Dr. Nangrani who we spoke to via video chat! All said and done including prescription cost without insurance was a little under $200 which is a fraction of the cost it would have been had I taken him to an urgent care clinic and my son didnt even have to get out of his bed so he definitely gives them five stars!! I will be spreading the word about this awesome company and highly recommend trying out the incredible service this company offers!!! Youll never have to wait in doctor office waiting room again 😊👏👏👍👍

A great alternative to waiting in the doctors office but still getting great quality of care! This was my third or fourth experience with UrgentCare2go and I highly recommend them. I no longer consider going to my regular doctor when I’m dealing with basic illness because it takes too long to get in to see someone and when I do I spend more time waiting than being seen or heard! UrgentCare2go has given me a new appreciation for ‘you get what you pay for’. When you aren’t feeling well you just want to feel better fast and feel as though someone thoroughly listened to your concerns with compassion and empathy.

Demi was great. Kind and calm. Got here quickly. The only suggestion I have is they should post a price list of the possible tests. For me, it was going to be $200 for both flu and strep. If I wanted a steroid shot, it would be another $150. They don’t accept insurance. Good to know these things so you can make an informed decision before contacting them.

This is my third time using this service, even though I am covered 100% through the VA. I get to wait in my own home, and the staff is always so professional and kind. Today, Keyona, the MA, show patience with me and my ‘normal’ surroundings of 5 kids and 2 dogs. Dr. Pillar listened and performed a full examination before offering a solution to my ailment. She even took the time to call back to offer a different variant of the resolution after the visit was ‘complete.’I know I will continue to use their services. They have exceeded my expectations all three times I’ve used them!

First timer, surprisingly quick and easy to setup account and get appointment within 2 hours. Candice, MA and Dr Saji performed the same as any urgent care for extended URI symptoms. Received injections for faster relief immediately and a prescription was sent to pharmacy. Very happy about treatment. Only drawback is they do not take or file insurance, important to know.

I made an appointment for them to come to my home in McKinney Tx and they were here within the hour. I had fever and felt horrible. For the house call, Nasal Rapid flu test, and an antibiotic injection I paid $257. I thought that seemed hi so I price checked this with 6 or 7 other Urgent care facilities in the area. And actually it was the cheapest of them all! Very kind and very patient medical assistant did the exam while I communicated with the physician via video chat.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. I have two young children and doctors offices make me so nervous! My med assistant was Demi, and she was so sweet and nice, and so was Dr. Pillai. I felt more cared for than at any office Ive ever been in.

I had an allergic reaction to something (I think it is the new detergent I started using) and my appointment was for 8:30 am. I was itching like crazy, the young lady on the phone was very nice and personable she helped me schedule everything. I was very pleased with my overall experience. I’ve used teledocs before without the same confidence. This was better than going to the dr in person. Didn’t have to drive 30 minutes to get there, wait another hour in the waiting room exposed to all kinds of things, then be seen.This was done in the convenience of my own home. The dr and medical assistant were efficient and professional using high tech devices that allowed the dr to appropriately diagnose my condition.I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing, they saved the night, coming home from work after 12 hour shift I didn’t want to drive again in the cold nasty weather. Safoua was so nice , helpful and friendly . It was super convenient, I know I’m paying a little more but I never ever thought I can get an X-RAY done for my son’s injured wrist at home . The doctor that created this service is a genius! My medical assistant was right on time, friendly, and explained everything to me. After she finished my strep and flu tests, she video chatted the doctor and then hooked up a light and a stethoscope so the doctor could see my throat & pupils and heart my lungs/heart. That’s pretty amazing that technology has come that far! AND I didn’t even have to leave my living room!

Maggie was amazing she took care of me very well. I was feeling awful and I was able to get the antibiotics I needed instantly with prescription called in in under an hour from requesting services . I am never going to wait at an urgent care for hours again!

I made an appointment for a virtual doctor visit two days ago at 6:45 am bc I woke up very ill. My appointment was never completed and I still have yet to be seen. I’ve tried contacting the office managers and leaving voice mails that my appointment was never completed nor did I receive any instructions on logging into the virtual appointment. I have paid for my appointment in advanced as requested for the visit and haven’t been able to speak to anyone about getting any kind of medicine for my symptoms. I highly recommend seeking help elsewhere

This was my saving grace!! May daughter was super sick all night. They came to my house at 5:30am to see her and treat her. Chase was amazingly sweet and kind!! He has been the best person to give strep and flu tests to my kids ever. Will be using them again for sure.

I am sold 100% on UrgentCare2go. My amazing MA Maggie arrived and did all the standard thing that the MA at an office would do. We facetimed with Dr Valle and he went over my medical history and prescribed medications. He gave me options of test that I could have if I chose and there was no pressure to have anything I didnt want if it wasnt completely necessary. Maggie gave me a steroid injection, which usually hurts a bit but she was skilled and I had no pain at all. She even found a pharmacy that delivered and called in my Rx that will arrive tomorrow but she gave me my initial dose to get me started until my Rx arrives. I had ER visits in the past 6 weeks for respiratory infections and for the exact same treatment that I got at UC2go for $200 total, cost me almost $2000 at the ER and that was part of my insurance network. This much better especially if you feel terrible and dont want to go sit in a filthy, uncomfortable ER for hours on end and pay a fortune. I recommend it completely. I wish I could give them a sixth star just for Maggie!

I made appointment due to feeling so weak from being sick past 5 days. Dont know why I waited being that Ive used UrgentCare2go numerous times for my family and have always felt so much better by the next day. This time my Medical Assistant was Andrea who was fantastic and Dr. Pillai was as well. Came on time, on the spot vitals with the doctor viewing via satellite and medications given as well as a prescription already sent over to my pharmacy. Great service and very professional. Did not have high expectations. Since most in home care is never that great. I am a busy person and am always last on the family totem pole to get medical care. I cant afford to sit at an urgent care or doctors office for 2 to 3 hours of the day. This was a great fit for me. Did not force any tests or medications. Gave me options and explained them clearly. They do there tests for flue, strep and other things right there in front of you. Most places have to send it out and then guess on what meds to give you until the results come back. Wasting more money. They had everything they needed with them to get me back up and running instantly. I was amazed with the technology and amount of liquid medications they had with them. I woke up with bad ear pain last night and could not sleep at all so when I got up this morning I tried to find an urgent care office that I could go to for it. I was having a hard time finding an urgent care that took my insurance so I gave UrgentCare2go a try. I got an appointment scheduled for 5:15pm but my MA called me up to tell me she could see me at 4:30 instead if I wanted and I said yes. Darrian was really nice, professional and thorough. She came in, got set up, and got me taken care of right away! Her and Dr. Pillai were able to determine my ear pain was an actual infection and get me the medicine I need. I wish I would have used UrgentCare2go sooner. I loved that I was able to be seen in my own bed and feel comfortable while being examined. Thank you Darrian and Dr. Pillai! This was my first time using the service. My daughter had flu like symptoms and we couldn’t get in to the doctor or rapid med. It was a Friday night and I know if we didn’t get the tamaflu soon it would be to late. Made the appt online and our tech Keyona was there in 2 1/2 hours. She was great! Very friendly and helpful. Got a steroid shot and a dose of tamaflu that night and her fever broke. They sent in her prescription to Walgreens so we could pick them up in the morning. They don’t take insurance but I hadn’t met my deductible so was going to have and pay out of pocket anyway. I would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic service from Saul! At 4:20am I requested a 5am time slot Saul showed up just before 5am took care of my daughter administered a steroid to get her to feeling better spoke to doctor and out the door by 6am!! 120% happy with the service!

From the time I was sent home from work until the home visit was over was UNDER 1.5 hours. I received medication, pills and two shots, on my couch. Candice was very friendly and professional. Best urgent care experience to date!

Well it might have been okay but after waiting 2 hours for them to show, the prescription was not sent to a 24 hour pharmacy like specifically requested more than 2 times. I chased them down in the hotel after calling the pharmacy. They were going to change it to a different one but I was kept standing sick in a hot hallway waiting forever while they couldnt work it out. They could have suggested I go back to room till they figured out the problem. I finally told them I would suffer till the morning and to go on and leave. Also when I called I told them I was prone to sinus infection and only a specific antibiotic worked for me so they knew that exactly what was needed when they came. They had told me they give 1 dose till you can get to the pharmacy but what they fail to tell you on the phone is they only carry ones they want to prescribe you in advance of seeing a patient. They also want to charge you about $70 dollars for a shot steroid when they can prescribe pills that will not cost you so very much if you have insurance. Just things to be aware of. Good idea of a drive to you service but if I had just gone to a walk in it would have been faster, cheaper and I would not still be suffering till the morning to get my meds.

What a life saver this service is...Keyona just my house at 2:30 am, and I was so glad she was here. Flu B confirmed, Tamiflu called into 24hr Pharmacy and a steroid shot administered, all from the comfort of my own bed. The girl that came out was pleasant. The Dr was the opposite and quite unfriendly. I have used this service once before and the nurse was exceptional and so was the Dr. I will not be using again as I was thoroughly turned off and still waiting on a prescription to be called in several hrs later.

First and foremost, Dimitra was right on time. I was so happy to not have to leave the house with my little ones. My son that was sick was able to continue to relax on the couch . I had a baby napping, and two other little boys with sensory processing disorder that have a hard time with the lights and sounds of the urgent care office.Dimitra got right to work. Efficient without compromising bedside manner. The equipment was so cool. Being able to FaceTime with the doctor was excellent. Besides the fact my son having strep throat this was a great experience. Thank you

I signed in on the website it was a easy procedure and the tracking of where my caregiver would be and the time that they arrival was accurate and timely. My care giver Demi was extremely professional and patient. She explained every thing to me.. becauseI had a temp of 102 I had to ask her the same things more than once but Demi was extremely patient and ensured I had a clear understanding.The only negative thing I have to say about urgentcare2go is that with every test or with every injection theres an upcharge of about $100 each.. I am a teacher and on a strict budget. So if you call them make sure you have extra cash besides the $75 they charge on the website.... other than that the experience was great!

This was an awesome experience! The other children’s urgent care in our area doesn’t open until 11am and my child was seen and treated before 9am!! My husband has a poison ivy allergy that started to spread so we jumped on the internet to make an appointment with the nearest walk in clinic when we came upon this Urgent Care 2Go company (house visit) so we tried it! They were at our door within an hour, fully equipped. He received a steroid shot and a Benadryl shot! Dr Pillai evaluated with Darrian through live video and administered a shot to minimize the swelling from wasp stings. Darrian was very professional, nice, clean & organized! I heard about Urgent Care To Go from a friend. I started feeling sick and knew I had been around a ton of people with the flu. I didn’t feel like waiting at an emergency care unit. This was so easy and I could relax at home. Keyona was the MA that came to my house. She was so sweet and you could really tell she loves her job. I was so impressed with the technology they use. They were able to give me my first round of tamaflu so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy that night. My friend was there and Keyona hear her cough and could tell she was sick. They were able to quickly add her into the system so she could see the doctor and get a breathing treatment. Will definitely use them again.

While my children and I feel aweful with the flu, UrgentCare2go was the silver lining, and blessing. I was unable to leave my kids but knew I was getting the flu. Not only was I able to get treatment in the comfort of my home, I didnt subject myself to even more illness in a clinic. Also Dr. Nangrani and the nurse Keyona are the most caring and helpful people. I had been trying to fight through a cold for about 7 days. Sleeping, dosing with over the counter cold meds. This morning, I was overly miserable and started looking for a near primacare and saw an ad for urgentcare2go. I tried it out and it was a wonderful experience. I received text alerts to let me know how far away my med tech was. She (Darrien) was extremely professional and informed me of each step along the way. We even had a FaceTime consultation with the physician to review results and ask any questions. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The last thing any one wants when theyre sick is yo leave their house and sit in a waiting room with tens of other socks people. Now, we dont have to! We can wait in the comfort of our own homesAnd be treated there, too.

CHase was wonderful with my 9 year old. He put us at ease immediately! Much better than visiting emergency room - for something not really an emergency....my little one could sleep right up until the time of visit. Less expensive than my emergency room co- pay too. Everything was great!

My experience was excellent. I actually had to use urgentcare2go today and Demi was so great and came to the office I workat and Dr. Saji Pillai was very nice to listen to my issue with my sinuses. I used the service on October 4th but the infection spread and had to go on another round of antibiotics. Thankfully this service comes to offices homes and apartments. The best service. I tell everyone about it.I had to catch a flight today on October 4th out of DFW and could not spend time to go to urgent care. I had symptoms of a very bad sore throat possibly strep but turned out negative.Miguel showed up promptly and took some tests and then connected me to the doctor online. Turns out I do have to take antibiotics but I am very happy I could get such quick arrive at home right away without having to go sit in an urgent care.Never knew this service existed and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has minor problems like sure throats etc.Thanks to Miguel

While on vacation, I developed a sore throat. I was able to see the medical assistant and the doctor from my hotel room while the kiddos slept. No waiting room with two rambunctious kids? HUGE WIN! Keyona was so sweet and friendly and the visit was smooth and painless.

I thought its only gonna cost 80$. But the visit not even include small test like flu test. I end up paying 79+199 and dr trying to give me more medicine at home each 99$I refused.Even i have insurance which covered total free i call you guys it’s convenient for me. But the medical assistant done a great job. She just followed the doctor.I end up going to the hospital today and took free medicine um totally fine.Service good but make sure you gonna have 300$ atleast in your hand

Chase arrived on time and did a great job of getting set up and beginning my flu test. He swabbed my nostrils, and then set up communication between me and their physician on a laptop video hookup. I found the entire in home procedure to be well worth the money and will be using them again if needed.

Its a great concept to treat people who have less time or who feel anxious going to hospital, I had MA Saul who came at 2am morning because I was sick to see me and he is professional, he did recommended me very possible thing and I never felt that anxious feeling which I get to see a doctor. I am glad for his work and his honesty with passion towards work.

The MA showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Keyona was vrry quick to collect all the info, tests etc. and help the doctor diagnose me. She also provided me with medical care on the spot. And she is a master with the needle! I hate needles buy she was so quick I didnt even felt the injection happening.

Demi and her assistant were great. My first time trying this out and I was sceptical but was a great experience. Loved not having to go to a doctors office. They had everything they needed and were very professional and friendly.

Wonderful experience w this service and with MA Latoya Carolyn and Dr PillaiStaff arrived on time at my house having only made the appt 1 hr in advance....and I live in an outer suburbThis was critical as I was very nauseous and was not in a state to drive safely.Latoya was very kind, courteous and professional. Dr Pillai was great - very informative and investigative. This was no rubber stamp experience.Other than some WiFi issues which were minor. This was a flawless experience. I will not hestitate to use again or recommend.

As a physican who recently moved to the area I did not know who to call when I felt sick and found UrgentCare2go online. I finally called at 10pm after suffering with flu-like sympyall day. The medical assistant, Safoua arrived about 30 min later and was very kind and highly competent. I saw Dr. Pillai through Telehealth and she was a great doc who explained everything. I was able to get testing and treatment in the comfort of my home at a cost that was very reasonable.

I called ungentcare2go and mad an appointment for my son. Dlmltra was here on time and did a wonderful job of checking my son out. She got with the Doctor and got medicine for my son. I was very pleased with Dimitra quality of service.Mt son had prolem with legs swelling called uungentcare2go ma safoua came. She was very friendly and did a wonderful nJob. Safoua contacontacted the Doctor and were able to take care of the problem.

Ashley was great! On time, patient with me (I dont like needles), all around geat in-home experience. This is the second time Ive used this service and Ive been increasingly impressed with each interaction.

I would definitely do this again. It was definitely worth it and Demi the Medical Assistant was extremely nice and professional. She is definitely part of the recovery process. When you are feeling bad a little compassion goes a long way.

I live in the Denton Lewisville area and Raquel was the medical asst that visited me. She was wonderful as well as Dr Pillai. I dont know why I havent done this in the past. 1000 times easier the driving someplace and waiting. The med asst takes your info, blood pressure, heart rate and temp. You are immediately connected via computer to the doctor. She listen to your heart and watch while the Assistant checks your breathing, ears, throat and tummy. After a consultation the doctor sent prescriptions to the nearest pharmacy.It all took less than an hour and was extremely responsible. I would highly recommend it and do it again if needed!❤️🚑

Great First experience ! Miguel(MA) was AWESOME! From the welcome text(1:30 am) to a phone call to help me register because the website was down to showing up on time(2 am) thru the dr appt via his laptop and live dr and WOW! the Technology!! I was able to see down to my eardrum and the infection and get medicine on the spot and a rx called into the nearest 24 hour pharmacy . All from the comfort of my own home! Even at 2 am! He was in and out within a hour. Great service! Very friendly! Highly Recommend this service to EVERYONE! Thanks Miguel! And UrgentCare2Go!

So it’s Sunday n the wife is very very sick , up all night in pain , clinics r closed n she really can’t get out of bed n I find this urgent care mobile . It was very ez to log in n get an appt., needed someone at the house soon .....MA Darrien in @ an hour and a half. She came w an assistant and was there about 45 minutes. Very professional n thorough even before the live web chat Dr exam . Great service very surprised by the immediate care and bedside manner was awesome. I started feeling worse (after feeling bad for a few days) this afternoon but my regular doctor was closed by then. My daughter was confirmed with flu last week so I wanted to be sure I wasn’t getting the flu. A friend told me about this service and it was great! All the vitals were checked I had a Skype conversation and exam with the doctor while I stayed in my pjs at home (it was 9 pm) and he prescribed a Zpack. Flu test was negative. Now I don’t have to worry and I can spend my energy getting better and never leave the house!

First off I want to say that what Shelley beach commented a couple of comments before me is completely not true....ive used urgent care 2 go a few times now and the 1st time was a couple months ago when they came to my houde for my daughter who was suck with an ear infection,sinus infection& tested postive for strep throat. They come to your house based on the appt time you choose out of what they have available which is usually within half hour to an hour of you signing up. The steroid shots do not cost an extra 70 or 75 bucks...thats a complete exaggeration...my daughter was given the steroid shot and it was less than 10 bucks. I dont know what kindof problem she wss having but some things she mentioned were not accurate at all...maybe she just didnt feel well and expected far too much therefore she was unhappy...guess some people are difficult or unable to please....Tonight I had to use urgentcare2go again tonight for a medication refill since I missed my neurology appt. And as always the medical staff was fast,thorough,friendly,professional,& down to earth..I asked if they had to come to my house just for a medication fill and the doctor called me personally after I talked to the medical asst First over the phone... I just love this company and never knew anything like this existed before my daughter had gotten sick a couple months back late at night and screamed every time we tried to put he run the car to go to the hospital. When I searched alternatives to taking her in,thats when I found urgent care 2 go. At first I thought it was a scam but booked anyways just in case I was wrong . Less than an hour later a urgent care 2 go logo care pulled up in my drive way... The medical asst. Spent over 2 hrs with us and the doctor got to see everyrhing he did through online connection and cameras on the end of the devices which send video directly back to dictor in real time. We also got to watch and see what eas in her eyes,nose,throat,ears. It was amazing!....in total with the tests performed which came back positive for strep & the steroid shot she was given it cost less than 150 which is far less than care now would uave charged not to mention the time we saved and being able to keep my daughter comfortable..ive told everyone about this company anf pray and hope they go really far and start something w ehave all secretly wished existed before when we felt to crappy to have to go in to the doctors office. Thank you urgent care 2 go once again...I just love you guys and gals!

The convenience is awesome. The medical assistant, Demi was great. I did think 99 dollars for a strep test is too pricey. Still, it’s much better than going to an office.

We used this service today and it was amazing. They come to your house. This fact alone greatly reduces the chance of exposure to further illness that could occur in an office visit. We virtually (over the computer through a face to face chat) see a dr while the tech MA (Ours was the fabulous Maggie) is in your home. When the dr examines the ears and throat, the photos are shown on the computer so I could see them as well. They have special equipment with cameras in the end. There is a special stethoscope that is used so the dr can hear through the computer connection. Our son has special needs and the dr and tech were so patient as we helped him navigate this new experience. We will definitely use this service again.

I was glad to hear they were working on Xmas day. I was in so much pain from an ear infection and they came at the time they said they would. Keyona was fast and very outgoing. She made me feel comfortable about the whole thing.
