They got me in 2 days after calling about an appointment, it was cheaper than planned parenthood and so much better! the doctors were funny and made me very comfortable I highly recommend!

Worst clinic I have ever been too. Our appt was at 3:30 and were not seen until 5:30. They make you pay up front when you check in without even being seen first. Your not allowed to have anybody support you and go back with you at all. And the place was dirty. Dont go trust me

I came in for an appointment on Friday afternoon the girls in the front were unhelpful they clearly didnt understand their jobs or how to be compassionate.

I was able to get into here faster than every clinic around. They took care of me fast and efficiently without judgement.

The doctor displayed exceptional patience and provided excellent care throughout my experience. They thoroughly explained every aspect of my situation, dedicating ample time to address all of my questions. Their efforts made me feel incredibly at ease. During the follow-up appointments, the doctor continued to be generous with their time, guiding me through the changes occurring in my body, including the significant hormonal shifts. I am immensely grateful to both the doctor and the nurses for their patience and understanding, as they supported me despite my fears and numerous inquiries. I was very scared thank you for understanding me.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. They will do nothing but waste your time and try to take your money Dr. Rao, is very unprofessional, and seemed very out of it. When he came into the clinic I kept getting yelled at for asking questions, and I sat there for eight hours, and nothing was done. They just kept finding excuses. He kept trying to say he was helping while making no sense even to his own staff! Please don’t ever visit here. Unless you just want a quick water to drink from the staff…. I visited another clinic with no issues!

They were very welcoming without being intrusive.I felt bad enough about myself going and I could tell they know that no one is happy to have to make the choice to make that appointment and go in. Its upsetting, shameful, scary ect.... luckily the nurse was super sweet, very informative and the doctor was also kind and has allot of patience both of them made me feel better about my choice and kept me comfortable and calm. Im so grateful for this place.

Nurses and doctors are very compassionate and easy to talk to. Doctor did say to call ANY time and he would help. That wasn’t the case. The front desk hassled me about wanting to speak to the doctor and even answered my question themselves… but they aren’t the medical professionals. I called every 2 days after per instructions that were given and was told a nurse would call back but never did. Just felt very alone outside of the clinic

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had to drive two hours for this appointment and it was fast and easy which I appreciated so much. The nurse helping me was super kind and friendly. I got a way better experience here than I had gotten at the place where I am from. Will definitely recommend to people!

Something about this place is very odd, but gets the job done. You pay immediately when checking in. The team was nice and explained everything about the procedure and also gives you paperwork to guide you through the experience. But I had a problem with the follow up appointments. The first follow up, I was seen quickly but was told not everything passed so they wanted me to pay for another pill to basically bleed again. When I asked if it would just pass on its own, she said yes (she was hesitant to tell me so which I found odd) so I said I just wanted another follow-up appointment a week later to see if it passed on it’s own since I did not wanna experience another horrible cramp and passing blood again (btw this was not warned to me that this is a possibility of happening so it threw me off). The second follow up, it took 2-3 hours to be seen… which was such a long wait tbh. I was scheduled for 1pm appointment and was not seen until almost 3pm. She checked me and said everything cleared and instead of sending me on my way, she took me to another room to wait for the doctor. It took another 30-45 mins to be seen by the doctor just for him to say I’m okay and dismissed me? Like what was the point. They got the job done and it went well but the follow-up experience was just unpleasant.

The doctor and nurse made my wife feel so comfortable and the front desk are so sweet and so helpful. So far so good. I’m glad they were so caring throughout it all.

Dr Roa was honest and tells them, my sister in law and her husband, as it is. Gave the best care with Patient safety. Caring compassion is paramount for himHe saved my sister in law life

Have virtual appointments online to to schedule but when you call to confirm appointment tells you no we only have in person appointments then why haven’t your online website been updated I’m pretty sure y’all make enough to update a simple error online

If they say they’re going to “pass your information” and they’ll “call you back” you’re better off going to another clinic. You will never get that call back from this place or the other clinic. Call a different place.

Very fast and easy process. The first time, it didnt work. I have no idea why, but it didnt. I came into the clinic for my follow up distraught after hearing that I was still pregnant. I was only a few weeks. Im assuming since Ive had children, it wouldnt work as well as someone who didnt? I never asked. They were really accommodating, understanding, and nice. They worked with me and made me feel so much better going through the process a second time, which worked. I recommend this place. Having to repay was a turn off. Overall, Id recommend, but with caution

Okay, the appointment in office was a good experience. No problems what so ever & extremely quick. I got home and since taking the pills they gave me have called 3 times due to them not working. Every single time they say they will leave a message with the doctor and get back with me but that has yet to happen. I feel like they should have reached out at least and helped with the second set of pills or something. Then avoiding me makes me feel some type of way about the place and what’s going on. Just be careful ladies almost 400$ doesn’t come easy, and wasting it and having to respond that if not more is definitely rough! Keep in mind I have reached out so many times their obviously not getting back to me for a reason!

I looked around the entire state for an early appointment and couldn’t seem to find anything. I was scarred and there was a lot of information I needed. They got me in fast, listened and understood without judgement, and made me feel comfortable. It was 2 hours tops, and then I was home and recovering. This is an amazing place.

They were very friendly and supportive during an uncertain time in my life.Didnt have to wait long to be seen. They were straight forward and to the point, but thorough and thoughtful in explaining everything in the process.

I got treated a lot better by them then the docs in Chicago!!!! The one in Chicago they are rude and treat you like trash. Everyone at Rose Women’s Medical Center are amazing people!!! Kind, considerate, and they want what’s best for you and to know your ok. I have the docs cell number if I need help or have any questions.

My wife had a regular checkup and the doctor was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Now we have our new regular doctor I highly recommend if you’re from the Franklin Park area or surrounding!

The staff were very kind and gave really great advice. A warm welcoming environment and they answered all of my questions and gave clear directions .

Asked for my ultrasound pics to be emailed and they send me the worst most blurry pics I have ever seen. I then went in person and once again all pics completely blurry, none of the words are clear at all. Just horrible experience, I paid for my service here I dont understand why people cant simply send me a picture of MY ULTRASOUND.

My experience was ideal. Excellent compassionate staff. I had to wait a bit to be seen but it was well worth it.

Showed up almost an hour before my appointment(40 mins early) and I’ve been here for a hour since my appointment and still have not been seen or told anything. Almost 3 hours here for nothing yet.

I went with my friend and when we left she told me how uncomfortable her visit was. The doctor told her multiple times she should keep the baby and continuously asked her why she isn’t keeping it. He also asked if she loved her boyfriend and how old they both are. He then proceeded to say how 18-19 is a normal age to start having babies and that most people have their first child around that age. He also said “if you love your boyfriend then why aren’t you keeping it? What does he think about this?”. He told her how beautiful she is and that she’d have such a beautiful baby if she kept it. He was making her feel guilty for having an abortion when this is his job? And before she left he added that she should think about this because abortions can mess up your fertility.There are multiple articles and resources online stating that an abortion cannot have an affect on your future fertility. I find this all very unprofessional and disturbing.

The doctor was very nice with my wife, the office was clean and the staff very cordial

This Clinic was very clean and the staff was professional. I’m so thankful that I found this place. The woman who took my ultrasound was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of the services they provide!

First of all, the doctor doesn’t speak proper english,he just mumbles so you have no idea what he is talking about. Second of all, they did an ultrasound and told me that the fetus is dead so i ended up paying 175$ for an ultrasound that was incorrect. I knew something is wrong so i went to another clinic and of course the pregnacy was perfectly normal. I felt rushed, no privacy when i was changing, everything per total was so sketchy. A waste of my time & money.

I cannot believe how unorganized this place is. Allowing walk-ins is nice but people with appointments should have priority. Waiting 3hrs for a follow-up is ridiculous.

I never met with a doctor, I was just given pills. Whole process seemed rushed. I don’t recommend the medical abortion . I had an incomplete abortion and the whole experience was pretty traumatic.

I give them 5 🌠 stars! because they are patience too.. to talk with you and give you all what to do in times when u need them answers.. they are not so many blah! Blah blah! Just only wait a minutes to wait on your turn 😊

If you would pay for 350,you should more pay for than 350 ..cause it’s not 90 % ..i was 5 weeks but i need to more taking pill and suction thing ..That’s not 100% guarantee ever if you are less 7 weeks
