The help I received in person was fine for the most part. However, they rarely answer the phone when you call (like 75% of the time no answer) and trying to pay my bill has been a nightmare. No one knows how much I owe so Im unable to pay, when I can actually get someone on the phone. Was told i would get a call back and never received one. Its never been so difficult to give an establishment my money. I would just say screw it but i dont want to be surprised with a collection agency and mess up my credit.

I dont think Ive ever been so disappointed with a clinic site before. I dont know whats happened, but theyve dropped the ball. Now theyre turning people away if they dont carry certain insurance. What used to be the most convenient place to go has become the absolute worst. LADIES- DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

They love to spend so much tv ad time on Pluto tv for Std testing everyday from 745pm until 8am you will hear no be crazy about how many times a day they run that commercial over 24 times in 5 -6 hrs of tv.watching of all places to put the std commercial on the Gunsmoke tv channel talk about wasted money and beating a dead horse.

I went to this place to receive my 2nd covid vaccine today. Not crowded at all. In & out in 15. The nurse was very friendly. Thank you!

Went today for covid test as a family member tested positive and I am having cold type symptoms, waited in line for over an hour and was turned away because I didnt have an appointment.

Reliable, skilled service for low/no cost. Will have teens vaccinated here.
