My daughter had an appointment at 8:20 and we showed up at 8:25 and they wouldnt let her go to her appointment because we were late but there used to be a 15-minute before no show apparently they changed it to 5-minutes and no show and didnt let us know. They wouldnt see my daughter and told me we had to reschedule but I told the lady I drove 15 minutes and I just had surgery so I cant be rescheduling again right now and he refused to see my daughter even though we were in the 5 minutes that she said. Ridiculous. We left cause it was stupid.

I made an appointment for a regular check up one day, and it got cancelled because the doctor got sick on the day of the appointment. Not another doctor would have been able to see me. I schedule another appointment just a five days later, and again, it got cancelled the same day. Still, no other doctor would be able to give me an appointment. Thats twice Ive lost hours at work because they couldnt find someone to do a simple checkup. When they tried to reschedule for a third time, the best they could give me was a month out.Dont get me wrong, I understand people get sick. Its normal. But the fact they couldnt find a single other doctor to see me that day is completely ridiculous.

I need to see a specialist, a high risk doctor. To see one you have to be referred. I’ve been here years I don’t really know anywhere else. They told me I can’t be seen here to call my Insurance. I call my insurance and they are just as confused as me to why I couldn’t get a refferal for the dr I wanted to see…This clinic don’t give no craps about their patients. I’m scared for my health and they just didn’t seem to care. Don’t waste your time here.

Poor customer service, super judgmental and rude doctor!Dr. Schleicher was very rude to me. Even though I told her I was in pain and had issues in the past, her response was, Lots of people are in pain. and didnt do anything to help. Im still in pain and frustrated that in order to change to a different doc or get referred out, I need to see her again.I do NOT want to go back to her. Everything she said was judgmental from me to things about my family. What was her problem??Edited to add: I just remembered that my pharmacy tried 3 times to contact her to authorize my refill and she never put the auth through. I contacted her office myself and never got a return call on my message.Please, whatever you do, find a doctor that actually cares about you!

Do not go here unless you don’t mind having your time wasted. They’re very unprofessional. They act like it’s impossible to do their job. I’ve constantly had to follow up with them to make sure they did their job but of course they did not. Now my referral has expired and somehow it’s my fault.

Waited 5 months or so for my appointment to be told i cant be helped. Only been coming here because its close by but will be looking for a new place.

I dont recommend gynecologists in this place, they dont care about your health, they dont take the time to find out why you feel the pain as a waste of time. The worst gynecologists I have ever been

4 hours waiting. Nonsense of course walk-ins welcome if you don’t mind the long wait.

Terrible experience, I was on hold for an hour and a half just to schedule an appointment and I just ended up going to the place to schedule an appointment for three months from now...excellent.

Staff was very professional and kind they. Coming from a different city transfer here and very greatful.

Every time i called it says we are busy and more than 30 minutes on hold...this place is just irritating

Excellent attention and service! They are very kind and thorough in the pediatric medical examination.They have interpreters if you need.
