I had an issue with processing and delivery for a new medication-it took almost 2 weeks for it to be processed and then there was an unforeseen factor that delayed delivery. I called multiple times and every single person I spoke with in this process was very pleasant and able to recognize my frustration. I spoke to Chance, a manager in the company, and he was so kind and understanding to the situation. He was able to get my medication sent out ASAP and fully rectify the issue. I really appreciated someone higher up calling and speaking to me after everything.

SandsRX pharmacy runs like a well oiled machine. Their customer service is always on point and I’m always left feeling impressed. Getting a prescription filled from here takes longer than any other pharmacy I’ve used. My first Rx took almost two hours while I waited. I ordered a refill and requested it be shipped on Tuesday; it’s Saturday and I still don’t have it

As a new patient to Sands with a complex medication that requires communication from multiple providers each month, I kept encountering problems with new trial & error each timeI needed a refill. Leaving me in worse health.I was about to give up before Hannah and Natasha stepped in to help.Hannah understood my rare condition and did what she could to accomodate logistically.But Natasha saw a bigger problem that I kept missing. She advocated for me as the patient and coordinated a much faster/smoother process going forward that would keep me out of harms way.If not for Natasha, I would have given up on this medication.In a time where everybody is spread thin and stressed out, Natasha took the time to troubleshoot a complicated situation and my life is all the better for it.This woman deserves a raise! Thank you so much!

As stated in previous reviews, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I have yet to have anything but a rude conversation with the ‘customer service’ staff. They should NOT be directly involved with the customer. Also, their refill process is ridiculous, cumbersome and NOT user friendly. And refills take WAY TOO LONG! If this wasn’t the pharmacy my doctor recommended I would have left months ago!!!

The customer service team are A plus. They respond quickly, if there is an issue like i did with my Zoryve bottle running out, they stayed on top of it. Its very clear that they care for their clients.

This has to be the worst independent pharmacy I’ve come across you can’t seem to get hold of no one they pharmacy technicians are straight up rude and no one seems to have the initiative to call you back no reason to be on hold for over 40 mins and a Maria picked up and hung up it’s ridiculous. Zero star

This pharmacy stayed open an extra 30 min for me on a holiday Saturday 12/26, when I needed a medication for my fertility treatments. The pharmacist himself stayed because they knew how important the timing was. My IVF was successful and I have a beautiful baby girl now. I sure appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile.

I can’t thank Nabil and the Sands Pharmacy enough!! I needed a refill of a time sensitive fertility medication and called at 6 pm on Friday (the day before Christmas Eve). By 8 pm I received a call back from Beau informing that the owner would be able to meet me on Saturday to pick up the prescription. Mind you, this is Christmas Eve and they are closed for business. Nabil the owner arrived to the pharmacy at the time we agreed on and had my prescription filled and ready within 30 minutes. He was so kind and understanding. Nabil and his team truly went above and beyond to provide amazing service.

The staff at the Frisco location are AMAZING! Far superior to any pharmacy that I have ever used. They are friendly, quick to fill prescriptions and go above and beyond for their customers.The biggest issue I have with this pharmacy is that when I call to refill a prescription or my doctor calls one in, it is ALWAYS filled in Wylie. Every single time a prescriber calls one in, I have to follow up with a call to the pharmacy to make sure it’s filled at the correct location. I shouldn’t have to do this. I’ve asked for a note to be placed on my file, it still happens. I miss when I used to be able to call the Frisco location directly. Ever since it was changed that all calls are directed to Wylie it’s been a disaster.I would highly recommend that the owners change this set up. Otherwise everything about this pharmacy is great!

This pharmacy is the best! They specially opened for me just for 2 hours so that I could get my meds on time. They are very polite, patient and explain things very clearly. I am very grateful to them. I have seen them go way beyond for their customers!!

Sands RX is a phenomenal small business and has great customer service! They are always willing to help as answer questions! No need to use any other pharmacy than them!4/15 It is so refreshing to have a pharmacy like Sands RX! Stephanie is always extremely helpful and Sabrina at the call center was extremely helpful today taking the time to explain the cost on a new prescription! If you are used to the Big Box Pharmacy’s and the issues they have I cannot tell you how absolutely AMAZING Sands RX is! I would post everyday to tell the Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen area that not only they exist they are ABSOLUTELY top notch and CARE about you as a customer! I just wish they had more and bigger Forum to tell people!

I just had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! My doctor specifically sends my RX to them because they are substantially cheaper than my regular pharmacy. The medicine treats my restless leg so it’s pretty important that I take it or I will have a sleepless night. Anyway I called to check on it and the customer service rep, VALERIE, completely put my mind at ease, double checked my info, put me on automatic refill, thanked me, and even called me back because our phones got disconnected at the very end of our conversation. It wasn’t necessary but she did. I WILL recommend SandsRX to everyone!! You may taking my medicine SEAMLESS! The manager Brian was very helpful as well! Thank you Valerie!

SO thankful for this place and their team! During a round of IVF, a delivery of a medication from another pharmacy didnt arrive in time and my doctor arranged to have a dose sent to Sands for me to pick up to use that night (consistency and timing of these drugs are very important so I was on a time crunch). The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to stay on track for success and my stressed, hormonal self at the time could not have been more grateful. The compassion and care shown by their team cannot be overstated. Needless to say, Ive switched pharmacies to Sands for these specialty drugs. THANK YOU, SANDS!

Leave it to Sands Rx to turn a horrible situation into an amazing experience. Nabil came to the rescue when (by mistake) their pharmacist forgot to give me the syringe for my medicine when I collected the medicine at 12p (note to self, always double check! Humans make mistakes and that’s OK)… it was late at night and it was time to administer my medicine, I was flustered & frustrated since I didn’t know what to do without the syringe and I wish k double checked initially. I called Sands Rx after hours, left a voicemail, got a call back and several texts… they brought me what I needed within an hour. I’m impressed and would highly recommend this company. Humans make mistakes, but it’s the good humans who take ownership and can turn a sour situation sweet. Thank you Nabil & team.

I switched to SandRx because I was looking for local compounding pharmacy with a shorter turnaround and competitive prices. Great customer service. I am very particular about my health. I have been able to work very closely with this pharmacy, and they make sure that nothing ends up in my prescription that I don’t want. I have several prescriptions that I fill here for my entire family, and I always receive what I am asking for when I come here. When in a pinch they have always delivered.

This place makes me happy to come to the pharmacy. Bold statement, I know. :)The lady at the front greets you with a smile. They offer you water if you are waiting. They will even let you sit in your car if you are waiting and come wave at you to come get your prescription. (I waited because I had a last minute prescription called in.)I asked if they took Good Rx and with a smile said, we can always try.They will also ship to your house (not sure if they only deliver within a certain mileage or not.)Another plus I enjoy very much is that will they shoot you a text with a link to chat with them if they have any question and to let you know your RX is ready. love that they dont call over and over.

Awesome service. So we need an emergency prescription on Sunday. Me and my wife were worried since who works on Sunday. However, SandsRX have us covered. They come to the store and open and give us the prescription when we only call them 30 minutes prior to arrival. Will definitely recommend going to SandsRX if needed specific medication.

They really are very helpful and understanding and willingness solve any problems or questions. They dealt with my sisters insurance company and helped get her prescriptions shipped to her quickly.

Valerie at Sands RX Frisco was extremely helpful offering information to a coupon code to get my new EXPENSIVE Rx Free! She sat on the phone with me and walked through the process so we got it done right then and there. No waiting, no calling back. It was a breeze!

There is absolutely NOTHING negative I can say about this pharmacy. They have the BEST customer service of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Stephany and Nabil strive for excellence and treat me like family. They always call me as soon as my script is ready, and has even offered to STAY LATE so that I could make it up there after work.I happily make the 30 minute drive from home to get my meds there.Keep up the fantastic job guys!

I moved here from Oklahoma and have never met so many nice people. I plan on switching all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. No waiting, fast friendly service. I Appreciate every one. I now get my scripts mailed straight to my door I love it too.

I cant say enough about how amazing this pharmacy is. I get my specialty medications through them, last minute at 9pm there was a mix-up and I didnt have a medication I needed that very night. I called the after-hours number and Nabil (who is a lifesaver) called me back right away and opened the pharmacy for me at 10pm to get me my medication. I dont know any other pharmacy that would provide such an amazing service. He understood my medications were time sensitive and the urgency of the situation without me having to explain this. Even prior to that, every time I called they were friendly and easy to work with. They offer free delivery in the metroplex and their prices are competitive and on par with all the major specialty pharmacies which several of them are out of state. I have no reason to go anywhere else! Thank you again to SandsRx, Nabil, and the whole team!

This pharmacy compounds special formulas, as needed. Prices are reasonable. The only drawback is that it could take you up to 3-4 weeks to get your special compound. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Nabil was great! Nice, friendly staff. Very clean Pharmacy and people who genuinely care about people. The way a Pharmacy used to be, part of the community and cared about their neighbors-before “Big Box” stored took over. Virtually no wait but the engaging conversation made it a breeze!

I’ve been going through IVF most of the year and have had the pleasure of purchasing from SandsRx for medications. The IVF process as a whole can be horribly unpredictable, financially and emotionally draining. During this process I have found SandsRx to be amazing! The customer service and friendliness of the staff is something you don’t see much of these days. Amber & Nabil went above and beyond each and every time. I kid you not I actually enjoyed calling in and picking up meds as these are some of nicest people you will meet. They double check everything before providing it as the orders can be complicated. The products were great and staff always ensured the essentials accompanied the products. I also love that they took it upon themselves to seek out the best prices and programs so I the consumer could have the best price. I did shop around during the first round and could not find any place that could beat the price. By the second round I didn’t even bother looking around because they made the stressful part of having this or that med whenever I needed it such a breeze. It was so easy to end up with exactly what I needed rather than purchase it all and have left overs. For both rounds all I had left was the extra meds left in the Follistim cartridge or additional progesterone from the 10ml bottle. It was great to be able to purchase efficiently rather than having to buy the whole lump sum of meds and being out the money if the cycle were cancelled. Again, I cannot tell you enough how much easier they made this stressful journey, it felt they were right beside me helping me with whatever I needed along the way!

The staff here is superb. I had to get my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy and I had less time but Lesley helped me so much and got things done in time. Love their service. Thank you Lesley once again.

I just started using SandsRX a few months ago, they dont process refill request very fast, and almost always have to order it in. Lastly, they stopped carrying normal pain medication. This not a normal pharmacy.... My advice STAY AWAY!

I love the delivery service and sad that they now charge $15 for it.I wanted to give a huge shout out to Valerie! She took responsibility for an error made by the pharm tech and not only handled it professionally but also went the extra mile to make it right. If we all were a little more like Valerie, this world would be a better place.Thank you Valerie for treating me like family and not just another script.

This is the best pharmacy Ive ever been to! The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to help make sure I got the medications I needed, when I need them. I will always be grateful for their excellent service.

I called today two minutes before they closed because my wife and I completely forgot to pick up her medication. Unfortunately, we live 40 minutes away and so we were nervous that we wouldn’t catch anyone. The gentleman that answered the phone offered to stay 40 minutes past closing so that we could get my wife’s medication. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

Some people are simply not designed to deal with people. They deserve to stay behind the curtains and never Interact with clients. Especially if there is a language barrier. I deal with enough stupid already

Terrible customer service. They Filled my prescription in the generic form without contacting me to specify first. When I asked to please have it redone in the brand name because that’s what my dr. And I talked about and what she had wrote to have filled on my prescription.. they acted put out. Disappointing.

The staff here always goes the extra mile to help me. They are fast and efficient, which I greatly appreciate. I have only ever had one problem there and they fixed it so fast and easy, I could only wish other places had their customer service skills and ethics!
