Total Mens Primary Care - Frisco

Today was my first visit and there are no negatives to speak of! The doctor and staff made me feel right at home, listened to all my concerns without feeling rushed. Generally nervous going to the doctor, but they made me feel super comfortable. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and everything can be done online, as well as viewing my information on their portal. The snack and coffee bar is a great touch. Can’t wait to go back soon 😊

My partner had three appointments cancelled without notification, finally got in and had labs drawn, they are still refusing to refill his medications. I dont know if there is no one supervising the PAs or if it is a front staff issue, but this behavior is totally inappropriate.

My first visit was today, the office staff was very nice and helpful from the start. I saw Anna and she was a great listener and took her time going over all of my concerns. Not once did I feel rushed or as if I was being a bother with all my questions. She was very thorough and helpful. I love the fact they can do the labs right there in office verse having to go to a lab!! Thanks you for everything!

Best doctors office experience ever! They got me in right away, everyone was super nice, courteous, and professional. The nurse and doctor really took the time to listen to me and understand my health concerns. The waiting area is beautiful, with comfy chairs, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. That being said, they saw me right on time, so I didnt spend much time there. Highly recommended!

Well you will not find any male doctors even if you ask while booking the appointment. There will be a female doctr for male patients . Not a good experience. Cross check while booking your appointment.

Started going to this location strictly for Joe Ray who was at the location in The Colony. Super awesome guy, beyond knowledgeable on the injections and always willing to help with any issues I’ve had. Front desk staff, Sarah, is always super helpful as well and scheduling or just doing a walking in is easy as can be.

Staff is really nice and informative. It’s so easy to make an appointment online, there are plenty of locations and time slots available. There is no wait to get in and get out. The Covid testing is very convenient at all locations. Available all day. No wait time in the lobby! And the best part is they have a nice coffee machine and free snacks, cold drinks in the waiting area! I’ve come here a few times for myself and kids to get tested! I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a rapid covid test before work and I literally cant imagine a better experience. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. I left for my job immediately after my appointment and received a text message with my results before I got to work. Ill definitely be using them again.

It was quick and easy! I got in and got out and they really helped me with my problems. The staff are super nice too! Even gave me some fresh bottled water to drink

Not the warmest welcome when I walked in from the front desk, of course it was 8am. But the nurse practitioner was super attentive and informative. Based off her professionalism and friendliness, I would recommend a friend for sure.

Went in for a visit Monday, never sent my prescriptions to my local pharmacist. Called the next day but they were closed. Called Wednesday and told me they sent it over but named the incorrect medication. Suppose to call me later for an update … but very fast to take my money as soon as I walk in the doors

The location was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming! I was able to complete my visit in less than 30 minutes, which is not typical of a doctors office where you usually have to wait around. The service was very efficient.

It was a very good experience- I am new in town and wanted to pick a place to get annual checkups and it be close to where I live- while also being very flexible and easy to schedule appointments.Luckily I found this place on google and the appt. Scheduling was quick and easy!The people are extremely nice and helpful with any questions you have. I plan on telling everyone in our new office to go there for any needs from Covid test to IV treatment if they have a rough night out.This place was AWESOME! And anything short of the hospital I will be going there for any and all of my needs!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. This office is efficient and staff is well trained. Paperwork process quick and easy. They took the time to answer all my questions. The little short lady with the nice tennis shoes (wish I remembered her name)was even willing to stay late to accommodate me. She was extremely helpful. Today I had a great experience at total men’s primary care. The service was excellent, as soon as I walked in the door even while she was helping a customer she greeted me.( very professional)The nurse was actually very good also professional . I recommend anyone is going to get any type of care especially Covid test to go there they were very knowledgeable of the process. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment time and was taken back promptly. I was greeted by every staff member that I had contact with! I received exceptional treatment! My nurse/tech was very personable, which helps you relax and become more comfortable! The service is definitely 5 star!

This location is really awesome. My wife and I came in for covid testing needed for international travel. The entire staff helped us review the requirements to enter the destination country and made sure our test results included all of the necessary information. They really made us feel valued and all of them really stepped up and went beyond our expectations. I will be using them as my primary care going forward.

I went here for a rapid Covid test. I had an appointment, which was easy to make online.I had a great experience from start to finish! They were on-time, efficient, and fast. I checked in, and was seen by the nurse within 5 minutes while waiting I n a very nice room. After the swab test, they asked me to wait in my car for 15 minutes and then my results would be waiting for me at the front desk.. And, they were. From start to finish was 20 min. I highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Woke up feeling a bad sore throat, wasnt sure if it was even covid related but felt like getting it checked out ( you can never be too sure these days ). I had heard good things about Total Mens, so I figured Id use them for my covid test. Within 10 minutes I had a reservation for my spot and went in and was taken care of swiftly. As a new patient there was a $20 new patient fee (as expected anytime you are new), and they had me fill in information and asked me to take a quick seat. When they said quick, they meant quick, literally sat down and stood right back up to get tested. Got my results within 20 minutes. Overall great experienceP.S. thankfully turned up negative!

I was feeling worried that I might have Covid when I woke up this morning. By 2:00 I had an appointment and was in and out ridiculously fast. This was my first time trying this office. The layout of the office itself is very simplistic, yet has tons of things showing they care about patients (chips, water, soda, coffee all free for patients). I was able to get tested and within 5 minutes was back in my car waiting for my 20 min results. The staff there was also incredibly friendly. They may the entire process of going to the doctors office much more enjoyable. Definitely plan on making this my primary care office.

I had a Covid-19 rapid test done at this clinic and was very satisfied with how everything was handled. They were very accommodating and fast. It only took a few minutes to register and I was seen by a nurse in no time. She was sweet and very efficient. I got my results by text, thus I did not have to stay in the clinic and wait. If I ever need another test done, I know whom to call!

The lady at the front was super friendly and the doctor made me feel super comfortable! They were very busy but they worked fast and everyone had a great attitude! They apologized for being understaffed but it was honestly hard to tell they were struggling! I get covid tested regularly and I will continue to come back here !!

From the minute I walked in the staff was extremely welcoming. The online check in is very helpful and easy. The lounge area was very clean and comfortable. There were complimentary snacks and beverages for you while you wait to be called back. Once in the examination room the attendant was very professional and calming. Overall experience was amazing and I will definitely return for future needs.

Started going to TMPC-Frisco back in December 2021. Started out absolutely AMAZING! The doctor was great, the front office was on top of things, etc. Couldnt have really asked for anything better.Fast forward a couple months. New doctor (she is good, but I had a better rapport with the previous doctor), apparently a new system, and not as impressed with the front office. Long story short, they kept missing my refill requests due to a new system. Seems like that sort of thing should be bulletproof considering it has to do with patient care. I ended up having to go in personally to request refills. Secondly, I just now got billed for a visit in January (it took 5 months!) Compare that to a visit I had last December...it only took 8 days for me to receive my bill.Things have changed and not for the better.Update 8/25/2022: I tried the location at Frisco Star and thought they did a wonderful job. Dr. Anna was absolutely AMAZING! Depending on where you live, you may want to give that location a chance. Jury is still out on whether or not the kinks in the system have been worked out...we will see. I hope I get my bill from the Frisco Star location soon.

Was able to have a very quick and convenient experience as a patient which you tend not to find anymore. Everything was done in about 10-15 minutes and I received my results within the next 30.On top of the quickness of delivery and the convenience displayed by the location, Donna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions or concerns I have.10/10 experience for a clinic visit and test. Would recommend to anyone else in the area looking for a new clinic or Covid testing spot.

I travel a lot for work and have to frequently get tested. Today I went to Total Men’s in Frisco and it was the best experience I have had in testing. The facility was super clean and easy to get through the entire process. I had my antigen results in 20 minutes. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. I plan to go here every-time in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

I came here for a rapid COVID-19 test. Scheduling my appointment and filling out all the required documents was super easy -- all online and ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen. The staff was friendly and the appointment was quick and informative. Id definitely go back there again!

The Total Men’s Primary Care care received me the morning of my big international flight to South America. The appointment involved little to no waiting. The gal who did the test was gentle and efficient. They had a huge array of beverages and snacks free for the taking. They told me my results would be within a half hour to 45 minutes. They offered to print a paper copy for me. My co-pay was $20 As my insurance is not one of the main Companies. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and with 100% confidence, even though I was a female!

I went in today for my annual checkup. It’s been way too long since I had one but the ladies made me feel comfortable about this instead of making me feel guilty. The staff was friendly and competent. They got me in and out relatively quickly

Scheduled my appointment to get a rapid covid test same day.. got there went back in about 10 mins took my test got my results less than a hour. Super easy! If I need another one for work or another occasion I would for sure go back!

Such a pleasant experience! They see women, too. Scheduling online was easy and my appointment was on time. Front desk was so welcoming and my practitioner was friendly and very proficient with my COVID test. Waited in my car for 15 minutes for my negative result👍🏻

Fast and friendly at first. Was even sent a text message to leave a good review if I was satisfied with my appointment. I was at first. After that seems like it all goes away. Went in for my yearly physical. When my results came back, I was told I needed to do a physical again and had to pay out of pocket. When my second results came in, I was told to make an appointment and the doctor would go over them with me. I did and I also had to pay to get my results. It made me feel like they wanted more money out of me. I ended up going to a different physician instead. Better service, informative, and friendly. I had my yearly physical done, only took one physical, and did not have to pay for my results.

Check in process was simple, smooth and quick. After that, I maybe waited in the waiting room for all of 7 or 8 minutes and then the actual examination and test took 5 minutes. In total, it took less than 30 minutes for my appointment.Additionally, the facility was clean and modern. The staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Total Men’s Primary Care for anyone seeking a medical diagnosis and care.

Check ins were fast, Ive had 2 appointments and I was brought into a room within minutes of my appointment. The nurses as well as the doctor were very friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I did not feel rushed as is typical with most doctor offices. Would highly recommend!

With the holidays here and family visiting starting tomorrow. I wanted to get tested to have a peace of mind that I would be safe to be around my family. I was greeted at the front door by the staff. Very smooth process - I was in and out in 15 min , with reservation , all paperwork including results all handled conveniently on my phone. I went in for a rapid Covid-19 test due to symptoms I was experiencing. Thankfully, it was negative. But I was able to book the appointment online before they opened and walked in 5 minutes after they opened to check in. The patient coordinator at the front was this very sweet woman! She was very attentive and thorough AND she administered my covid test. She was so kind and apologized during the test because she knew it was uncomfortable. I didn’t have to deal with anyone but her, but with just that experience alone I would recommend this place to anyone!

Total mens care was a great experience. I made an appointment a week ago for a covid test. They sent me a link to fill out the forms a head of time. I was in and out within 10 mins.The lady who gave the test was extremely helpful. Very nice and made me comfortable for my 1st covid test. I will definitely come here for my testing. My daughter and I arrived at the clinic, without an appointment, for a rapid covid test. The staff was quick and professional. We received our results within an hour after filling out insurance information. Now we both can go about our day knowing we are covid free. I recommend this clinic for fast results!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff were all properly wearing masks which was nice to see . The lady at the front desk walked me through the different services offered, including rapid covid testing. The covid testing was super fast and had me on my way in minutes. Went to get a rapid and antibody test. Both were super fast and easy. The lady who took care of my dad and I was really nice. Plus they have an amazing waiting room with snacks and drinks of all kinds. Highly recommend

They saved the day for me. I came in 20 minutes before they closed without an appointment needing a rapid Covid test before flying out in the morning. I was nervous coming in to the office to take a test and the staff was very pleasant and calmed my nerves. The assistant told what to expect with the test and assure me it would be fine. Had a really straightforward, yet pleasant medical check-up. They checked all my vital and thoroughly provided my results with strategies to boosting my health and potentially overcoming my concern. Very friendly and professional staff. Didn’t have to wait endlessly unlike many clinics/offices. They were able to help me with my concerns and provided solutions (prescriptions), just like any medical facility and it was extremely affordable to pay out of pocket - without having to go through insurance. Highly advise this place.

I made an appointment for a rapid covid test and I am beyond thankful for the ease of the process at the Total Mens Health in Frisco. The new patient set up was online and short There was no wait time when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Very friendly staff. I feel like I found a hidden testing center that nobody knows about considering the recent increase in testing. I had my online results before I made it back home. A+ Recommendation. I’m a regular patient at the Campbell location, but needed a same day Covid test. This was the only location, within my area, that had an available time slot. When it was time for my test: I came in, took the test with little to no wait, and basically walked out the door with everything handled up front. Super easy experience, and professional, timely staff.

I came here today to get rapid Covid testing. This morning I easily made an appointment online from the many times to choose from. I arrived and checked in without having to touch anything. I just scanned a QR code and was able to complete my entire checkin on my phone. I was called back immediately after completing my forms. The nasal swab was quick and painless and the lady was friendly. I was texted my results within 20 minutes of leaving. I have had several covid tests in the last, and this experience was by far the best.

Went for COVID test and was in and out quickly, with results in 15-30 minutes. First time you go is $20 or $25, but after that it is free. It has been very worth it for me, as they have lots of locations and always have appointments available even day of. Friendly staff, nice waiting room, etc.

Everyone I met in here was so pleasant, especially the blonde nurse lady(wish I knew her name) who gave me the test. Got results within 15 minutes, it was a very simple process and the whole thing was covered! Everything was so clean as well! Other places wouldn’t give me one because I was asymptomatic even though my job was requiring one. Anyone who wants/needs to get a COVID test should go here.

These guys seem to be the only ones around with quick rapid testing, and theyre actually quick (and professional, I was actually stabbed by someone rather than self swabbed) about it too. I have insurance so I only had to pay $20 but in the end, there was a system error with my account and the receptionist waived that fee for me. I would have paid anyways because they absolutely deserve it but instead, I will recommend them to any and everyone who needs a rapid test. Very grateful that I found them when I was worried about having COVID.Yall are doing great work; I hope the community appreciates you as much as I do!

I was thankfully able to book a Covid test at this location for next day. The stag was friendly, helpful, and fast. The office itself is clean and they offer nice refreshments. I would recommend.

So, because of their investment in technology everything goes really fast. I completed all my prelim paperwork stuff on my phone before I went to my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and never sat down in a lobby or waiting room. I was taken straight to the exam room. Very well thought out and efficient med clinic.

My daughter and I were both tested for Covid this week. She tested positive and I tested negative. We were seen on different days, but had the same great experience. Wait time was minimal, insurance was accepted, we were in and out in no time.

My first time here was yesterday. I got there during the last half hour of their lunch break not knowing the door would be locked. I didn’t knock, but when a gal inside saw me standing in the cold, rainy weather, she kindly let me in ahead of time. Stephanie was so kind and helped me in many ways. Jessica was also quite helpful at the front. The place is very clean and organized. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting miss Mandy - Marvelous as well!! What a gem 💎!!Just when you you thought the pleasantries wereover; in walks Doretta 🤗 I had no idea that this facility did amazing cosmetic work!! For women and men! Doretta ( gorgeous as well!!) spent a lot of time with me explaining all the goodies ( Botox, fillers, hormone pellets, etc.) that she provides as an expert in her field. But the thing that really impressed me, was the passion she exhibited when describing her customers, and the amazing relationship she obviously had with each and every one of them...I will definitely be back.... you leave there not only with new information.... but with new friends 😊

The people are friendly and professional. I got displaced when their Lewisville location closed down, and was referred to this location. After today, Im nothing but pleased and would recommend this location if its in your area.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I filled the pre-registration form before I went the lab, but the person at the front desk was checking with incorrect name and claimed that we did not fill the form. She was rude when explaining how to do it again. She was not interested if we can submit the form successfully or not. I did not understand when she spelled my sons name, then I told her the selling, but she insisted me to answer whether her spelling was correct or not, I tried to tell her that I could not hear her well. Even though I submitted my medical insurance details and called the lab earlier in the day about the insurance coverage, she said that they have to verify and intentionally made us wait.I do not recommend this place, seems to be treating different people differently. I wasted over 45 minutes beyond my appointment scheduled time.

Total Men’s Primary Care was a pleasure to work with - I went in for a same day COVID-19 Antigen test. The staff was kind, the office clean, the process straight forward… My overall experience was delightful and I’d return in the future.

Good: Not much wait time. Quick appointments.Negative:You will be seen by a Nurse practitioner. You wont be informed as well earlier while taking the appointment.Worst:If there are any further scans or anything after the checkup. It will be a hassle. It will be prescribed by nurse practitioner which the lab wont accept it, and even if we call Total Mens primary care, they wont provide all the needed things to the lab in a timely manner.

I have to say I was very embarrassed as a man to meet about possibly having low testosterone, but the very moment when I walked in I felt very comfortable. The entire staff was very professional and my one on one with my PA (Doretta) was very easy and professional. Surprisingly I felt at ease and was able to speak about everything with no reservations. I was surprised at all the benefits of being to handle multiple things at one place. I am making this my primary care home office and will definitely be recommending Total Men’s to others.

Total Men’s Health is a gem of a place for a rapid Covid test. Clean, organized, on time with appointments, friendly staff and quick with results. I’ve referred friends and family there for a Covid test. My daughter was impressed with the snacks, coffee and water they provide for patients while waiting. Highly recommend Total Men’s Health!

Quick and easy COVID testing. Was able to easily make an appointment online near me, went in and was helped quickly. All paperwork was online. Test was cost effective with insurance. If need be, would definitely go here again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place!!! My son, 9 year old granddaughter & I all needed a covid test. Total Mens had openings, where other places did not have appointments for 1-2-3 days! The ladies were all very pleasant, testing area was clean, they had snacks for patients. And, had our results in about 15 minutes. I would highly reccommend Total Mens Primary care for testing, whether its men, women or kiddos! If we ever need another testing, we wil be happy to return to this location!

Beside having really nice staff, there is one important thing which I need to mention. When you feel covid symptoms you need to get tested same day. Total mens is the only place give you same day appointment. You can do that online too.Some big name had only appointment for next week!!! Really?!?!?!!!

I went to Total Men’s in Frisco to get my Covid 10 test done prior to my flight today. They have totally streamlined the process and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The best part is that you no longer have to sit and wait in your car for the results. I left and drove home and my results were text to me 25 minutes later. Total Men’s Frisco is awesome

I wanted to get another rapid Covid test prior to visiting with a vulnerable family member. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and had my results text it to me within 20 minutes. This was, by far, the fastest, easiest, and most professional experience I have had with any medical provider and during the Covid era.

Literally walked in and asked if they would perform a Covid test, I would recommend you call ahead of time but I kind of had an emergency since I have an infant at home. Any way, I was taken care of and out the building in less than 15 mins; a QR code was provided so I could fill out the app/questionnaire through my mobile phone, this streamlined the entire process. Disgusting pens were not necessary.

I really love how friendly the staff treated me. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Dr. is professional and was extremely magnificent! She made my experience there a great one with the advice she offered on conditions not related to my visit and a all around good person. Wish I would’ve stopped by sooner.

Nikki Brooks the nurse practitioner was not compassionate at all when delivering my diagnosis. It would be helpful to show you actually cared for your patient. It would be nice to get some emotional support. After I didn’t believe the results I went to another doctor who actually cared and my re-test was negative. Total men isn’t a problem, I just didn’t appreciate her energy towards me.

Care is efficient, intentional, and convenient. I love the team here and they are responsive to my needs. They are also very queer friendly and upfront around costs.

They were so welcoming and friendly, and definitely kind to my fiancé who has some pretty bad white coat anxiety. They charge $190 dollars for covid rapid testing. They should advise is charged on their page. They tell you once they made u register and give them copies of ur ID. I hope they dont bill me since I didnt accept their services.

Came in for a physical and flu shot. Appointment was easy enough to make online and they saw me quickly. My issue is that they asked me to pay for my flu shot as I was leaving the office even though it should be covered under my insurance at 100%. The nurse failed to mention there was any kind of out-of-pocket expense for the shot and every other provider around does these at no-cost to patients. They didnt even provide me with any paperwork to file an insurance claim. Id have skipped it and gone to CVS or Kroger if they would have informed me upfront. I doubt Ill go back here again.

This primary care facility has very little wait time, the employees are personable and their waiting room has a bunch of free snacks and drinks: keurig coffee, Red Bull, water, chips, granola bars. Very nice group of ladies. Unfortunately they say they are a primary care, but even if you have low T they won’t prescribe anything. Only option is to purchase just like someone who comes in just wanting higher T even though they fall in the normal range. A bit misleading, but again, a very nice team of ladies.
