I had such a great experience at this office during my whole pregnancy. The doctors were all very quick to respond to any concerns I had and gave me a lot of reassurance and information when I asked for it. Dr. Cheng delivered my baby girl and my birth went so great and she had prepared thoroughly for any complications I could have (that were experienced in my previous births). I felt so well taken care of!

I cannot recommend this office or Dr. Weinstein at all. I experienced a miscarriage which resulted in needing a D&C. The anesthesiologist who they force you to use for the in office procedure is one of the most unprofessional humans I’ve ever encountered. She was extremely late to my procedure and acted so bizarrely toward me minutes before she would be putting me to sleep on one of the worst days of my life. Her name is Lisa Holley and if you Google her you will see she has been sued for insurance fraud and is not board certified. When I raised these concerns with the office manager I was told they’ve never had a complaint about her which I find extremely hard to believe.Additionally, I asked to have tissue tested to see if there were additional chromosomes/try to identify the root of my miscarriage (as a side note, I specifically wanted this because I had other health issues that I was apprehensive would cause pregnancy complications that were completely dismissed at my initial appointment). Due to an error on behalf of the staff at Frisco Women’s Health, none of the tissue was able to be tested and I was left with no information. I was also told this via a very short message sent through the patient portal from Dr. Weinstein 2 days after my D&C.This is only scratching the surface of the complaints I have about my experience with this clinic. All in all, there are other doctors out there who will listen to you, who are empathetic, and who understand bedside manner especially at such a difficult time. In my experience, they don’t exist at this practice so please go seek them elsewhere.

The sonogram tech (Trang) has such cold and low vibration. Her spirit is toxic. I sure hate to let her do my sonogram. She goes very fast and is very sarcastic when answering questions. I had to tell her she was not very friendly, and she said, Well, I try to be. The fact that you said you try means you know you are not. This is a happy time in my life; she kills the vibe whenever I have to be around her. I have told her this before, and nothing has changed. I asked why are the ultrasound pictures so blurry, and she said “I dont know”. Ask the doctor to get a new machine. Like, thats your reply. I had to warn other moms because she was a letdown.

Excellent staff. They get you in on time. Dr. Phan has been patient and explains throughout everything. Shes easy to speak to and knows her job well. The entire staff has been easy to work with this far.

I absolutely loved my initial visit - and the scheduling process for my first appointment was seamless. The staff from beginning to end was phenomenal. The front desk staff, nurses, check -out process and of course Dr. Cline were all awesome! Dr. Cline was fabulous, and I can’t wait to meet the rest of the doctors on rotation. Excited to be going to such a great facility.

Great experience at Frisco Women’s Health! They fit me in as a new patient quickly, and everyone in the office was accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Looks like my original review was removed.Went for a pap and saw Tara who refused to listen to me when I told her that a steroid injection had caused me to menstruate for a month. She denied that could happen, and told me its just because Im fat. I answered the survey about this and got no follow-up contact.I also was not told to leave urine for my pap, so I sat there forever, waiting. Turns out no one checked me in. The office staff seems to struggle with communication. After my appointment nobody guided me to get my bloodwork. I left, never having gotten it done.In spite of Tara telling me I wouldnt get pregnant while overweight, I got pregnant naturally a few months after that visit and asked for blood work. My progesterone was low and I was prescribed a supplement. There was no encouragement, no phone call, no hey dont freak out, this is common... it was a patient portal message Its low. take this. This is my first pregnancy and I received no comfort at all. I tried to communicate with the doctors via the patient portal and it would take all day to hear back. The system also glitched a lot and would say I had a message when I didnt, and my prescription was not at the pharmacy as theyd said. I asked for more bloodwork to monitor my levels and was told they would not check it again the remainder of my pregnancy.I found another provider who checked it, who was willing to see me in office before 8 weeks, who calls me when I submit a question to answer me, and who cares. I also found a specialist to monitor my progesterone and provide supplementation. Good care is out there, but I didnt experience it at Frisco.I was so disappointed with Frisco Womens Health.

I would not recommend this practice. First of all, the third party anesthesiologist they use for in office procedure is a crook. You can search Dr Lisa Holley, she has had several lawsuits for bad billing practices. During a very emotional and vulnerable procedure she had no empathy and was more concerned with collecting payment rather than caring for a patient. When I explained to her how nervous and how I was having the worst day of my life, she responded with you’ll have worse. I plan on filing a complaint with the medical board against her.This entire experience was emotional and I wasn’t going to return to this practice, however I decided to continue care here due to the empathy of my primary dr, who unfortunately wasn’t available during this situation. They have a very stupid and FIRM rule of forcing you to rotate doctors. I felt trust with my primary and didn’t want to rotate and they don’t care. I felt uncomfortable seeing new doctors especially the one who cared for me during my procedure, it brought me back trauma, I tried explaining this to Bailey and she responded with “if you don’t like our rules you can find a new provider.”The new doctors they are hiring are new doctors fresh out of residency, and I felt uncomfortable seeing some of their other doctors as well, luckily I found a good solution and terminated my care here.Other than the medical assistants and Kris, most were extremely rude. Please take this into account when searching for a doctor to care for you during the most important stage of your life.

Not impressed. If you value your time, professionalism, and a personal experience with ONE doctor, go else where. Oh also, heaven forbid you need to reschedule an appointment on the same day and you call at 6am to allow plenty of time before your appointment to do so and they can easily get rebook, get your credit card out, because you will be billed. It’s also lovely when your OB doesn’t show up in time at the end of labor and you get told not to push because you have to wait for the doctor.

I had a pleasant experience. It was my first time and they were patient as I had to call my insurance to confirm visit. Dr. Phan was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Dr . Weinstein is phenomenal. I was 3 years overdue for a well exam ! I was greeted by office staff. They were friendly and with in 5 minutes of being there I was put in a room . The nurse that helped me to my room was so sweet. When Dr. Weinstein came in to the room he made me super comfortable. He addressed all my concerns and made sure to let me know he was here for any concerns I may have in the future. He really took the time to go through my medical history and the whole vist made me feel very assured I was in good hands. Even the lab technician was the sweetest. I will continue to come here for my visits 🩷

All the doctors here are wonderful and they all have their own style of interacting with the patients. Dr Kline is very outspoken and fun and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Weinstein is very traditional and no-nonsense and clearly knows what he is talking about. Dr Ortiz is compassionate and has great bedside manner and is an excellent doctor as well and does not make you feel bad for asking questions.Dr Weinstein delivered my baby (at Med City Frisco) and Dr. Ortiz ended up doing my robotic hysterectomy not even a year later for abnormal bleeding.This practice is amazing, they are connected to a very nice/upscale hospital, and their office is also top-notch.Also shoutout to the medical assistants, nurses, and the lady who does blood drawing in the lab, they are all amazing and friendly.Dottie (the manager of the office) is also incredible. She managed to get me on the surgery schedule at the hospital right before the end of the year and was fantastic at pulling strings to make everything happen on short notice.Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for routine GYN care, is pregnant, or looking for other complex care. Everyone here is outstanding.

Never seen a doctor so kind, patient, attentive, fun and friendly as Dr Cline. Had an office visit with her today and I felt like I was having a conversation with my mum. Her type is rare. She gave me a great experience and I highly recommend her.

I’ve seen every doctor here having had my baby in 2020 with them, nothing but good things to say about all of them! Went this week just for a checkup and saw Tara Kraf, she is so wonderful! Their phlebotomist is so kind and patient as well, love this office!

All the doctors, nurses and staff at Frisco Women’s Health are wonderful. I loved that you get to experience the care of a team. I knew I was always taken care of no matter who I was seeing. Dr. Weinstein and Dr. Cline and Dr. Ortiz are all talented doctors.I would like to highlight Dr. Ortiz as he is the doctor who delivered my baby. He provides exceptional care for his patients. Being a first time mom, I had a lot of questions, concerns and excitement. He was so patient, kind and informative throughout my entire pregnancy always taking great time and care of my baby and I. I feel so lucky to have been a patient of his! I had the best experience with pregnancy through birth and I feel a great part of that was due to knowing I was in great hands. I am forever grateful to have had this experience and to have had Dr. Ortiz as my doctor. He goes above and beyond. I will recommend him and the whole team at Frisco Women’s Health to everyone I know.Sincerely, one happy baby and one happy mama!

Seriously the BEST experience. Just had my last OB appointment at 41 weeks and already counting down till I have my 6 week follow up 😂 These doctors are so special and really the best people!!! We recommend this office to every single person we know. I may or may not have said I want to get pregnant again just to see the doctors ahhahaha. 1000/10 ⭐️ I am excited to continue to use this office for GYN. Thank you Dr Ortiz, Dr Cline & Dr Weinstein for the most wonderful prenatal experience!!!! We are so thankful for y’all!

Top notch care and bed side manner. From the front office staff, to the nurses and each DR you will leave feeling heard, understood and confident that each person you encounter cares about you as a person. I could not recommend more!Kindness and mindfulness is key for me especially when you are being seen throughout your pregnancy. I ask a lot of questions and I always leave more confident.Such a kind practice and SO good at what they do! How cool to have both! Couldn’t recommend more!

I highly recommend Dr. Yanshu (Amelia) Cheng. She is empathetic and cares deeply for her patients. The best part is, she is always available to answer any questions on the portal.The front desk staff on the other hand, are completely rude and unprofessional. If you call them to pass on a message to the doctor or the doctors assistant, they will talk to you like you are asking for a free service.

Dr. Cline literally the best! She’s always with a positive and encouraging attitude which is needed during pregnancy and postpartum phase. Labor experience could not have been better with her presence!As well all other doctors were great during my visits always helpful!

I had the best experience with all the doctors here. The nurses, office staff, and doctors knew my name and always asked how I was doing at all my visits during my pregnancy even if I wasnt seeing them. Because I saw all the doctors, when it came to having my baby, I was very relaxed even having an emergency c-section. Dr. Ortiz did an amazing job with my surgery and kept me calm. You can barely see my scar. Overall, my experience was amazing.

Dr. Cline and the staff at Frisco Womens Health were all amazing, from getting me into the office as soon as possible, to completing my labs right there in the office, I could not have asked for a better visit. Dr. Cline is patient and makes you feel at ease. The lab tech that drew my blood was amazing and I didnt even feel the pinch. I was pleasantly surprised as the entire staff from front office to check out were friendly, attentive, and helpful.

After a terrible experience during my first pregnancy with a different provider, I switched to Frisco Womens Health when I became pregnant with my second. Frisco Womens Health did a great job; from the very first appointment, through prenatal care, and through the delivery, all were positive experiences. I felt well-cared for, attended to and heard. I like the fact that you are able to meet with all physicians and get to know them all. Each of them are wonderful. The office staff is all very likeable and professional as well. Thankful I found a new practice that I respect and feel safe with.

I always have a great experience at this office! Both my babies were delivered by Dr Ortiz and I just wanted to post about how awesome he is. He makes you feel so comfortable, thoroughly answers all your questions and concerns and even came in to deliver my baby because he knew I really wanted him to be the one to. I always appreciate how professional and personable he is. Would recommend this office to anyone!

This is the best office you could choose to go to. Dr.Cline is AMAZING she is very friendly, outgoing, sweet and never hesitates to answer any questions that may seem silly. She is truly the best doctor. I am very glad I chose her to be my doctor

Our experience with the ob-gyn was highly disappointing. The doctor demonstrated a lack of empathy and professionalism. He appeared disinterested, rushed, and did not provide satisfactory answers to our questions. Moreover, when we received the devastating news about our babys condition, the doctors callous remark about it being a cheap pregnancy with no money spent on IUI and disregarding the emotional impact was completely inappropriate and insensitive. We strongly advise against seeking their services due to their uncompassionate and dismissive approach.

I suffer from mental illness and having to have a Pap smear done is extremely nerve wrecking for me. Dr. Ortiz was extremely kind and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and also answered all my questions. He truly is one of a kind and is so compassionate. I told him the reason why I get so nervous to have the Pap smear performed. Along with his back office staff. The medical assistant I had was wonderful and was very easy to talk to. She even calmed my nerves when her and I were making a small joke. So laughing with her helped my blood pressure go down. The staff at the clinic is so superb! I wish I could remember the names of the ladies there in the front too. They were all professional and courteous along with lady that checked me out . I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the clinic and Dr. Ortiz. I would like to be a patient of his as long as I can.

It was my first visit at the clinic and Dr. Cline was my gynec. I am totally impressed with how she made me comfortable and answered all my queries. She is kind and brave and is extremely good at her job. She made the whole experience worthwhile and I totally recommend her care.

Absolutely loved the staff here they were so welcoming. It was my first appointment to this clinic it was clean, Dr. Clines bedside manner was by far the best I’ve ever received as a patient from any doctor, it felt like I was visiting a friend I’d known for years and it was my first time meeting her. Loved my experience and will definitely be back for all my future babies and ob appointments!!

I cannot say enough good things about Frisco Womens Health. All of the staff and doctors are incredible at what they do. Dr. Ortiz delivered my first baby and provided excellent care from beginning to end. He always took the time to listen to my concerns. He answered any questions I had. I left every appointment feeling confident that we were in the best hands. He also was so personable and me and my husband were so comfortable with him.We also love that we rotated visiting each doctor at the appointments. I liked that Dr. Weinstein and Dr. Jarnigan all knew my history in case they needed to deliver the baby while on call. I would have been happy if any of them delivered our baby.I had a bad experience at a different practice a few years ago and had researched the best OB/GYN in the Frisco area - THIS IS IT FOR SURE!Thanks Frisco Womens Health!

Where do I begin? Just walking in the office made me feel at ease. It was pretty and smelled amazing. The front desk staff greeted me instantly and my wait for the physician was not long at all. Once in the back, I saw a N.P. and she was amazing. She was kind, funny, and I feel.she really listened to my concerns and was great at explaining her answers. Once the visit was over, I received my lab results within a reasonable amount of time through the portal and I had some questions. I was surprised at how fast she responded to those. This will be where I continue to be seen. Ive spent many years working in the medical field and I judge EVERYTHING. I just have to say they passed all my tests. Thank you for you care!!

Coming from another Ob/gyn office at 30 weeks pregnant to this office. The staff made it as smooth as possible. So smooth that I left thinking I wanted to experience my whole pregnancy at this office ! Very organized, competent staff from the front to the back to billing !All the doctors in this practice are so knowledgeable & personable. Never rushed but efficient ! Being a doctor myself, this is important ! Big shoutout to Dr Cline, who delivered our sweet baby boy. I love her energy !! Dr Ortiz for next day hospital care for myself and baby boy!

This use to be my favorite obgyn office. Issues started last year when the office wasnt truthful about their nexplanon administration procedure. This appointment there was a lot of dismissive language in my appointment. PLEASE stop using the word pressure for pain. Its over 12 hours later and Im still hurting and you wouldnt even remove my nexplanon.Also, please tell the male Drs to not call women swetie. Its 2023. Dr cline was nice but the rest of the office was such a bad experience Ill find somewhere else.

I had a miscarriage and my cramping was so bad that I was convinced it was an ectopic pregnancy that was rupturing (thanks google). I called on a Friday before Labor Day weekend praying someone could see me. The front office lady told me she was going to find a way to get me in—and she did God bless her! She asked if I could be there in 30 minutes and I said YES. I waited for about 10 minutes in the office and the nurse that took me back to the room was SO NICE. I was crouched over with cramps and sweating and in my pajamas and she was so calming. I wish I had gotten her name! I only waited in the room for about 5 minutes before Dr. Cline came in and relieved all my fears with such a sweet, gentle sympathetic tone. She was somehow very sensitive and very enthusiastic and reassuring and I LOVED HER. Her energy was so positive and bright. I told her she was like an angel. She even had the nurse give me a Rhogam shot to prevent further issues since I’m RH Negative—which I had completely forgotten about! I’m so glad she asked if I knew my blood type. She went above and beyond and I left feeling so much better. Thank you to the nursing staff and Dr. Cline!

The first thing I noticed was how good the office smelt. Not like your typical doctors office - or was welcoming and I felt comfortable! The entire staff was so kind and the doctor was amazing! My appointment never felt rushed - she took time to answer all my questions and that I was comfortable. She requested the files from a recent hospital visit and within 24 hours was calling with updates on tests and to go over my files. GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH!

Wow! We moved from Houston to Frisco at 19 weeks and what a blessing Frisco Women’s Health was to our little family. My wife’s labor was 25 hours and very tense the last 4 hours as our daughter just didn’t want to drop low enough to be delivered. Dr. Tessier, Dr Weinstein, and the entire staff of nurses did an amazing job at explaining our options, getting our daughter out safely, and avoiding a c-section. After delivery, the nicu team did have to work on our daughter for a bit but the communication and bedside manner of the aforementioned doctors and nurses kept us from mentally going down a bad road and within 15 minutes we had our baby girl in our arms. I don’t think anyone really knows what to expect with their first child, but after dealing with a lot of unexpected variables I cannot recommend and thank the entire team at Frisco Women’s Health enough for taking care of my girls!

Every person who works at Frisco Womens Health is beyond kind and makes you feel so comfortable with any questions you have. They seem to care about you as a person, not just another patient they are trying to rush. The communication is great too. I always know whats going on. I have been to them for womens wellness visits and now prenatal care. I highly recommend them!

If you are hesitant about finding a new OBGYN, do NOT be hesitant about choosing Dr. Cline at Frisco Womens Health. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most caring humans Ive ever met, especially as a doctor. Dr. Cline takes her time hearing your issues, your needs, and even wants to know about your life. She is extremely knowledgable and keeps her advice very factually based, so I always know I am getting the best information from her. She is quick to respond to patient messages through the portal which makes me feel better when I think something is wrong. I hate going to the OBGYN, and while it will always be a strange experience hopping up on that table, Dr. Cline always makes me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I couldnt recommend her enough!

Dr Ortiz was so nice! I honestly think this was one of the easiest doctor visits I’ve ever had. He was very patient and answered any and all questions I had, and he took his time explaining his answers to me. I felt very informed, and did not feel pushed around at all! The visit was efficient, and they were able to address all of my requests at one appointment, so I didn’t have to schedule a follow up! So easy, so nice, very efficient!

The best Gynecologist experience i’ve ever had. i came to Frisco Women’s Health because my last gynecologist was very aggressive with me. I told Morgan as well Dr. Ortiz and they made sure i was comfortable. I had to get my Nexplanon removed after 5 years because i was too scared due to my past gynecologist hurting me extremely bad when it was implanted. Dr. Ortiz made sure to be gentle and Morgan even held my hand which was very kind considering it was the first time i hadn’t had my mother in the room with me for something like this. I went into the appointment very anxious and came out feeling validated and understood. I can no recommend them enough. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

It is such a pleasure to be a patient at this practice. The staff here are hugely knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. I was once 30 min early bc I mistyped my appt time on my calendar and no one mentioned the fact at all. It wasn’t until I left the appointment that I realized in my own what had happened. Their online patient portal is also very easy to use and a great tool for patients to see their full and complete test results and have a direct communication line with their health provider. I so far have only seen Tara, nurse practitioner, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find good, high quality health provider in women’s health.

I transferred to Dr. Weinstein at 30 weeks pregnant, and that was the best decision I made for myself and our brand new baby girl. He is very thorough and patient oriented. I appreciate that his goal is to educate patients on options and help them achieve their goals. He really cares about his patients and is an advocate for their long term health. I had peace of mind knowing he was going to deliver my baby, and felt confident that if complications occurred, his recommendations would be in my best interest. Fortunately, I was able to have the natural birth I wanted and now have a healthy baby girl. I am so happy I finally found an OB I can really trust. His team are kind, supportive and knowledgeable.

The BEST physician experience that Ive ever had! Dr. Ortiz could teach a seminar on patient satisfaction, because he was simply picture perfect! He asked all the right questions, took time to listen to my concerns and work with me to formulate a plan to address my health issues. WOW 😲, just WOW!!!

Dr.Cline is the best she always makes me feel at home and even when things are not the best she makes it feel like it’s all going to be okay.She is so funny and energetic she is amazing and always takes care of me when I have things going on. The ladies at the front office were warm and welcoming. Very polite and easy to talk to, made me feel right at home even though I was a new patient. The nurse that escorted me to the back was nice and friendly, went over all the medical history, prescriptions that I was taking and made sure she had an overall good picture of what Dr. Weinstein needed to know before he walked in the room. Once Dr. Weinstein came in the room we went over why I was there, why I wanted a second opinion, and what options were available for me. All before I the physical exam with my close on! Once the exam took place we when over what his findings were and what my options were. We also discussed genetic screening for cancer since it runs in my family.Over all I was more than happy with my visit to Frisco Womens Health

I have been a patient at this practice for the last 5 years. I started with Dr. Weinstein. He is AMAZING. He listens, is a wonderful patient advocate, and gets to the root of the problem. I met Dr. Jarnigan when I was being seen as an OB patient of the practice and have primarily seen Dr. Jarnigan for the last 3 years. She delivered my daughter and my family is so thankful for her after a not so great experience at another practice. Dr. Jarnigan is so personable, really takes the time to listen to me and my concerns and always makes me feel so welcomed. She treats me with kindness and respect and I am so thankful for the care I have received at Frisco Women’s Health.

After 4 weeks of having to change Obgyn and waiting for the process for my medical records to be reviewed I was excited to finally come in for my first appointment here.I get my blood drawn and I sat in the waiting room to see the doctor. Secretary calls me to the window to tell me I owed a balance of $1400ish after insurance costs THAT I HAD TO PAY TODAY. No payment plan allowed. If i didn’t have that money then i wasn’t going to be allowed to see the doctor.That is incredibly disappointing. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have always been allowed to do a payment plan until delivery. I am due in the next 3 months so this doesn’t make sense.I am very crushed and hurt to know That I wasn’t going to be able to finally be seen by an Obgyn to check how my baby is doing since it’s been a very long time since i had a check up. I’m not able to pay that last minute amount in such short amount of time. I have no choice now but to look for a new doctor again; yet who knows how much longer that will take since they require to review records first before being seen and can take days. :( I was really looking forward to be seen here. Now I’m in my car crying feeling hopeless having to do this again. How stressful especially when one is pregnant :/

I am so happy we chose Dr. Weinstein as my doctor when we moved to the area. He was my doctor for my first pregnancy and he delivered my beautiful healthy baby girl. Throughout my pregnancy, he was amazing and always very responsive when I had questions and concerns. During the delivery, I trusted him completely! I would highly recommend him!

Dr Cheng is very thorough and explains everything along the way! She’s a great Dr and answers all your questions. Highly recommend !

I’ve debated on whether or not to write a review based on my experience at this office, because it honestly hurts too much given that I lost my baby girl at nearly 35weeks while in their care. I strongly do not recommend going to this practice, particularly if you are a first time mom. They have a doctor rotation program that they require you to go through here, where you see 3 doctors and they also had me see the Nurse practitioner (4 different people). It totally impersonalizes the experience. The doctors do not seem to be on the same page and honestly I doubt they even knew my name without looking at their chart even after I went there for 8months. I felt like I was just a number at their office, and none of the complaints I made to any of the doctors were taken seriously through my pregnancy. On more than one occasion they prescribed medication to me without conducting the necessary exams they needed to to determine whether it was necessary, then followed up later on their patient portal telling me not to take the medication and come back for additional tests (after I already had started taking it). I do not believe that they truly care about their patients. When I followed up postpartum, doctor Weinstein kept referring to my daughter as “it” when going over test results with me. Never bothered to ask what her name was or refer to her as “her”. So many other things happen during my pregnancy and postpartum to make me believe that they truly don’t care. Looking back on my experience with their office I should have seen the red flags with how they operate their business and gone elsewhere for my care. If you want your claims to be taken seriously, if you want an office that personalizes the experience for you, where you are not just a number..somewhere you feel heard and are not lead to believe everything is going fine with your pregnancy until your baby’s heart stops beating, this is not the place you should go.

Went in for my first Gyn appointment, the facility was extremely clean, the staff were ready for me when I walked in, I did not have a long wait time (maybe 3 minutes). The Dr was very professional and thorough but also quick. I spent maybe a total for 20 minutes there from start to finish and was very satisfied with all procedures. I highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with this office. Came to them around 5 months of pregnancy and I was super nervous, as this was my first child. But the staff and doctors were very understanding and informative, throughout the whole process. I was able to meet with Dr. Ortiz, Dr. Weinstein, and Dr. Jarnagin and the nurses were so kind, they treated me like family and genuinely cared. Pregnancy was pretty normal and going great, until the end. Labor didnt happen naturally and Dr.Ortiz saved my life, from trouble with eclampsia and high blood pressure. Successfully delivered, vaginally, a healthy baby girl May 25th and Dr. Ortiz was there to insure I would heal properly. Even the checkup was nice and everyone was thrilled. I thank God for Dr. Ortiz and this amazing office. Would highly recommend.

Dr Weinstein and Dr Cline were a blessing to have as physicians for our first baby. I would highly recommend them and their staff for any expecting family. Their entire team was very kind and professional throughout the entire process and my family cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done!

Dr. Jarnagin is awesome! She really cares for her patients. I noticed that she pays extra attention to her word selections and makes sure I feel comfortable when visiting her. She takes time to go over the details and never makes me feel like I have to be rushed out. She always has a beautiful smile on her face.Her front desk staff, nurses, and MA are super friendly and very helpful.

The doctors and staff are amazing. I received very thorough prenatal, L/D, and postpartum support. They were one of the only practices I could find to support my VBAC and prenatal choices. Dr. Weinstein has a great sense of humor; I appreciate his straight talk, ease, and confidence. Dr. Jarnagin has a wonderful bedside manner; she was INCREDIBLY patient and supportive as I went two weeks overdue and had a long birth in the dead of night. I also got hit with postpartum depression, and I couldnt have asked for better care from the NP, Tara Kraf, through that phase. She has so much experience, wisdom, a great listening ear, and even managed to make me laugh every time I saw her no matter how blue I felt.This practice is a total gem; I highly recommend them.

I moved to Frisco eight weeks pregnant and needed to find an OB fast. I saw great reviews about Frisco Womens Health and decided to schedule with Dr. Weinstein. On our first visit, he explained to me every aspect of working with him throughout the pregnancy and answered all of my questions (as a first time mom, I had a lot of questions). When I left the office that day, I felt comfortable with my decision. The office staff is very friendly and Tara, the nurse practitioner, also provides incredible health care. Dr. Weinstein delivered our baby about a month ago and I could not have been happier with my labor. He listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, and communicated the entire process to me thoroughly. He is definitely an advocate for his patients in the hospital and genuinely cares that we are taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Weinstein, Nurse Tara, and the rest of the staff to anyone in the area.

I absolutely love and trust Dr. Weinstein. I first saw him in 2010, I was 3 months pregnant and had just arrived in the US. He was such a blessing! He is super knowledgeable and caring, has great bedside manners and I wouldnt want another OBGYN. I have many friends who became his patients after me. Highly recommend him!

Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. They helped me feel at ease and answered my questions with kindness and no judgement. Dr. Ortiz gave me a lot of information, but he explained anything I had concerns with. I definitely left the office feeling well informed. The billing system is also laid out for you, so there are no surprises. Everyone was very matter of fact, but so courteous. I definitely made the right choice in this clinic.

My mom referred me to dr Weinstein he did her hysterectomy and she said he was awesome! So when I found out I was pregnant there was no doubt I’d go there! I’m so glad I did! They were so patient with me answered all of my questions especially during this pandemic Ortiz really took the time to explain things to me and not make me feel so scared! So when it came down time to baby coming into the world they did amazing. My birth plan was to stay home as long as possible and no pain meds! I got exactly that so much so we were worried Ortiz wasn’t going to make it to hospital😂 They really are an amazing group of doctors! The dr office staff was amazing every time I came in they knew my name and made me feel comfortable! The nurses at the hospital were AMAZING! Truly amazing experience! Thank you!!

Frisco Women’s Health took care of me when I had a polyp that needed to be removed. They were thorough and professional. For some reason, I liked the office atmosphere (but not the long walk into the office so much). Dr. Weinstein took over my case after my original doctor moved away, and once everything was situated, all went quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Jernigan is the best GYN. She knows just how to make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She’s very easy to talk to and can tell she genuinely cares about your well being. Not to mention, her memory is fantastic! Love her.

Dr. Weinstein is awesome! I had the best experience. He really cares for hIs patients. I had the best C-Section experience. He is very knowledgeable and pays extra attention to his patients. He has the best team making surgical experiences and postop healing effortlessly. His front desk staff, nurses, and MA are super friendly and very helpful.

Loved my first visit! I based my decision to go here because of health grades and it was not disappointing. Front office is organized, they do labs in house, and Dr.Jarnagin was patient, kind, and compassionate on my first visit which was be lengthy due my long list of issues. She was thourough and asked me a lot of questions. It is hard to find doctors you can feel you have a relationship with especially a doctor in an area that is so important for women’s health. I hope to stay at the practice. My experiences with other doctors in this field have not been great so I was on the search for a good one that I could feel comfortable instead of rushed and quick to suggest extreme fixes.

We had our last child here and absolutely loved the staff. However, it appears that CoviD has ruined the professionalism of the front desk staff. I want to know who has the right to turn people away when they are having a miscarriage? I know that the doctors take their oath, but if they are denying service due to lack of Mask, which are not required, then they need to look into the staff that they have hired. When the paperwork you post says please wear a mask if you have any symptoms, then a mask is not required. The other thing is My Wife is having a miscarriage which honestly means forget the mask, we need to see if this lady is ok. But I guess a virus with a 99% survival rate is more dangerous then a miscarriage. To the lady at the front desk who decided to create her own rules, I hope that you are reprimanded especially since being rude and telling my wife to get out was so much more important. I hope that your actions are reviewed and the punishment be handed down. Absolutely despicable that this day in age, people act like their rules should be final say. Change your desk staff that act this way, because no one should be denied service when they have an appointment because someone thinks that wearing a mask required when it is not.

Extremely knowledgeable doctors and staff. No wait times (only waited more than 10 min to see a doctor ONE time in my entire pregnancy and post partum).Doctors do not rush you at all, but attentively listen to and answer all your questions.I had a Csection and the surgeon (Dr Ortiz) did a spectacular job!! This was my third C section but this was by FAR the easiest recovery thanks to the additional measures he took to ensure surgery went well.I would recommend this place to anyone. You will not see the exact same doctor each time but it allows you to get tot know all the physicians AND never have to wait if your doctor is at the hospital delivering a baby.Also medical City Frisco is an AMAZING place to do labor and delivery. BEST nursing staff and lactation consultants I’ve ever encountered.

Dr. Cline found to be a very personable and made me quite comfortable to talk to. I would highly recommend if your searching for a physician for those qualities. Her staff and office, would give high ratings as well.

Dr. Weinstein was highly recommended to me by a close friend when I found myself looking for a new OBGYN halfway through my pregnancy. I was concerned that I wouldnt find a doctor who was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also patient oriented. I was immediately pleased on our first visit when Dr. Weinstein took the time to sit down with my husband and I to get to know us and to address any questions or concerns. Through the rest of my pregnancy, he was always willing to take time to discuss anything that came up or any questions we had. I never once felt rushed and I certainly never felt like I was just a number; I felt that he actually cared about my familys well-being. Not only was he wonderful, but the staff is very courteous and kind. I always felt welcomed and even looked forward to seeing them at each visit.

Front office checkin not so great, rude and unprofessional. Not everyone has a hard copy of their childs insurance card. I offered to email her a copy of it, as she was simply trying to over talk me. but they saw her anyways, not sure why I was being harassed about it, I offered to email it. Is your world really that black and white? But everyone else was great. The Dr. took her time and explained everything to me. My daughters first time and they made it very comfortable for her. The assistants and checkout ladies were awesome.

Dr. Cline is so friendly, energetic and makes us feel comfortable. The lab tech and the nurse drew my blood and I didnt even feel the pinch. They all are very friendly. So happy I found them.

Major Edit - it has been almost a year now that I had to go to the emergency room for severe bleeding. They advised me to see my primary OBGYN as soon as possible. I went to see Dr. Kraf. I waited about an hour for her to walk in say she couldn’t see the ultrasound that the ER took but that everything was fine. It was not fine. My IUD had fallen out, I had almost 20 large fibroids, and was pregnant in SEVERE pain and distress. This resulted in a loss, a loss that could have been prevented if she took even five more minutes with me or ordered another ultrasound instead of making me feel like I was fine. Please go somewhere else to doctors that make you feel worthy of their time.I would give them more stars if I could. They were so wonderful! Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful! I had a well woman exam with Dr. Kraf. She really listens and does not make you feel rushed. Super great!

I have been incredibly impressed with all three doctors in this practice. Each have a unique knowledge set, kindness, and empathy to offer the pregnant woman. Today, at 36+ weeks pregnant, I called with a few concerns and was able to get in easily with Dr. Ortiz. I was blown away (and then of course emotional) by the way he sat in the room with me for half an hour discussing my concerns, unhurriedly. He didnt just wait for me to ask my questions - he also asked his own to help probe into my anxieties. I felt cared for and so grateful. Then, as I was leaving the office, Dr. Weinstein passed by, saw me, and greeted me by name, asking if everything was okay. Ive not felt this cared for by a medical team and am so thankful to be a part of their practice.

My husband and I saw Dr. Weinstein. He was direct, intelligent while also very comforting during a vulnerable time for us. We did a lot of research to find the right OB doctor for us and feel so thankful to have chosen this office. Also, there was a very minor concern from a previous ER visit that Dr. Weinstein let us know was likely documented wrong. After our appointment, we received a message through the patient portal that Dr. Weinstein had followed up with the doctor from our ER visit to get clarification regarding documentation. We were reassured knowing that he took the extra step to take care of us.

My first visit was a great experience. The front desk were very polite and made sure I was well taken care of checking in. Dr. Cline was amazing. She listened to what I had to say and made sure we took the correct approach without any pressure. Absolutely enjoyed my visit!

Just delivered our baby with Dr. Weinstein on Wednesday, and it was such an empowering delivery! The whole staff and team have been awesome since transferring to their care mid-pregnancy and I knew we were in good hands.

I started coming here about 2 years ago after being new to the Frisco area and finding out i was expecting!I have visited with each provider at FWH they are all amazing! I had the best experience for my first appt. with Dr. Jarnigan. All of the staff and Dr. Jarnigan herself were so pleasant and attentive. Dr. Jarnagin is fantastic! I have had some prior bad experiences with gynecologists so I was very apprehensive about coming to yet another office to try my luck. Far too often womens symptoms are dismissed or played down with flippant remarks or condensation. As a nurse, Ive seen a lot of that. With Dr. Jarnagin I felt heard, I felt respected and I felt that I had someone on my side in helping figure out the best solutions that would work for me...and not just a cookie cutter protocol sized to fit all. She was patient, kind and most of all, you could tell she really listened. The office staff was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable being there. I would recommend Dr. Jarnagin to everyone! She is so awesome.

I had a great experience, like many women I dont look forward to these types of doctors visits. But from the start to finish I felt comfortable and at ease with the staff and my doctor. This was my first time here as I am new in town but Im so glad Ive found my provider.

At first I wasn’t comfortable with the rotating doctors rule but after meeting all of the doctors and staff I became comfortable with it because they’re all overall good doctors. Dr. Cline is always so energetic and sweet, made my induction/delivery more pleasant than it can be realistically.

I found Dr.Weinstein through google reviews and I am such a lucky lady because I had a very good experience with him. I delivered twins and my main concern was to have a vaginal delivery and Dr. Weinstein was confident that I would. He answered all of my questions throughly and educated me on everything during my pregnancy. His staff was great as well. He is definitely a patience doctor I highly recommend him. I had a safe delivery and it was vaginally I was not pressured to have a c section ever.

I started using Dr Weinstein in 2010 after doing some research and wanting to find someone who would take a practical approach to my diagnosis with PCOS. Since then I have moved all over the metroplex and had 3 children and I will always make the drive to keep him as my dr.After I got pregnant I was so glad I had chosen him because of his patient and natural approach to childbirth. He listened to me and honored my wishes during my pregnancy and labor. All of my labors have been long (the longest was 43 hours at 10 days past my due date) and not once did he mention c-section He allowed my body to deliver the baby as it was supposed to do.He is a great dr that takes his job personal and it is comforting to know that he is 100% putting my health and babys health before his convenience. I love his office staff and how quick they are to help.

OMG Ive held my tongue after being here for a little over two years and Ive only been with them that long because I hate going through paperwork with new offices. I normally dont do reviews but today I was treated so rudely by the staff. I was about 15 minutes late, I called and told them that I was running late (because thats what kind people do). I work in Dallas so the traffic to get into Frisco on DNT is riduculus around 3:30 -4. Before this ive only ever been late 2 times prior in the last two years. I dont want to make this post too long so Ill just cut to the details. When I got there front staff rudely said youre always late! and they said the doctor will not see me. I already dont like the fact that for my pregnancy Im forced to see a different doctor everytime I come so I dont have a way to really build a relationship with a doctor I can trust (which is something I personally like). Dr. Hillary Jarnagin was the doctor I was supposed to see today and I asked to speak to her and she refused to speak to me. That right there showed how rude and unprofessional this place is. Im all about honesty. Ive never been disrespected by Dr. Weinstein or Ortiz. However, my last emergency ultrasound I had to wait for Dr. Weinstein in the back room for almost an hour. Did I complain??!! NO! But I show up 15 minutes late and all hell breaks lose. So I guess it only works one way. The doctor only matters not the patients. All I could say it its sad when you come in contact with unethical professionals who act like they could care less about the patient and more about the money. I understand I was late but every time I come in Im always always waiting in the front for at least 20 minutes, so the fact that they act like time is that important to them its a joke. Everything happens for a reason, I was skeptical about staying here anyway because its hard to build that patient doctor relationship. Plus When I first came here before I was pregnant, Ive only seen an actual doctor once, which was my first appointment ever after that it was hard to get a schedule in with them. Again, everything happens for a reason and Ill take it as a lesson learned!

Dr. Ortiz is hands down the best Gyno I have ever gone to in all of my 35 yrs of living. Excellent bedside manner, very professional & always so caring. Never in a rush. Just an all around excellent doctor.

I did not have a good experience for my annual I was misdiagnosed and told death and gloom about the stage of life Dr. Cline thought I was in. Then when I was having a miscarriage they told me they had no room for me and I should see an urgent care near me. Very disappointed.

I started going to Frisco Womens Health when I found out I was pregnant with my first child in 2017. Man am I so glad I found this group! I absolutely love EVERYONE in the office from the front desk ladies to Dr Weinstein / Jarnagin and Tara. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and there to answer all your questions/concerns. They made my pregnancy/birth a great experience - brought me my pride and joy (photo below!). Highly recommend Frisco Womens Health to anyone in need of a great OB/GYN office in the Frisco area.

I had my well-woman exam with Tara Kraf, WHNP, and I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Kraf or the practice! Mrs. Kraf is intelligent, friendly, compassionate, and patient. My Pap went smoothly and I barely felt a thing. I never felt rushed and she addressed all my concerns thoroughly. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomist was exceptionally talented and was able to get my bloodwork in one stick (I’m a difficult stick).

Dr. Weinstein is a fantastic doctor and his staff is great. I changed to his practice when I found out I was pregnant mainly because of his extremely low c-section rate. Dr. Weinstein is no-nonsense, very practical, has a good sense of humor, and was extremely supportive of my decision to go without medication for labor and delivery. I would highly recommend Dr. Weinstein!

I had been avoiding finding a new doctor ever since I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I finally took a leap of faith and visited Frisco Womens Health. Hillary Jarnagin made me feel beyond safe and comfortable. She was kind, professional, relatable and educated me on questions I’d been wanting to ask someone for years but never have because I was nervous.

I’ve never had a chance to meet the staff or doctor, but I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life from a medical facility. I had an appointment for a general checkup and was looking forward to meeting a new OBGyn as I am new to the Frisco area. The day of my appointment, my daughter passed out at school and so naturally I went straight to Children’s where she was transferred. I completely forgot about the appointment and the front office actually called me when I was on my way home after a very traumatizing day. I let them know I would call back to reschedule, and they seemed to understand-That is until I received a $50 no show fee statement from Frisco Women’s Health in the mail. Mind you- I am not a patient of record, and no one mentioned the noShow fee policy over the phone. I’ve never seen a group of people with such lack of empathy and understanding in my life. I’m devastated, tired exhausted and worn very thin from taking care of my daughter- and appalled I would be charged for something completely out of my control.

Dr Weinstein is a doctor that you can trust. I have great experience with him and NP Tara and his staffs. Before seeing him, I did not want to go to a man OB/GYN doctor. However, I feel very comfortable with him as my Ob/gyn doctor.During my pregnancy, at the very end, I thought that I would be overdue date. I asked Dr Weinstein to schedule a C-section on the day of my due date if my baby did not want to come on time. Dr Weinstein refused to do that even with a C-section, he could earn more. He is a doctor who think about his clients first. He was right. My baby came two days before my due date.

I just delivered with Dr. Weinstein 4 days ago i.e. on Christmas eve. We are really impressed by him. I love how he believes in laboring at home even after the water has broken for up to 18 hrs. I went in after 18 hrs and although I had a long labor (35 hrs) as a result of an OP baby, he came in and turned the baby within 5 minutes instead of performing a C-section which most docs would turn to right away especially after the water has been broken for so long. I delivered at Baylor Frisco and was later told that he is one of the 2 docs that performs such a technique/turning the baby manually versus taking the C-section route.I am so glad I had him as my doc and will be going to him for all of my babies and have him as my OB for life! Thanks Dr. Weinstein. I also love his bedside manner, the attentiveness and the fact that he doesnt rush his patients. Love his staff and Tara. I highly recommend his practice. Thanks again Dr. Weinstein.

Dr. Cline is amazing and is so comfortable to talk to about anything going on. She’s on top of things and shows she truly cares about what’s going on with you and not a dr who will just give you meds and send you on your way. Look forward to keeping her as my dr for years to come.

It is a nice and modern practice. The staff and the doctors are very caring and they listen to you if you have a concern. I am very glad I switched to this practice in the middle of my pregnancy and I would recommend it to anyone.

The worst experience. Insurance was ending so I scheduled an appointment to just get it in... Made me so uncomfortable telling me repeatedly that if I talked about any issues at all they would charge me an additional amount. Insulting and rude .. even came in while I was undressed on the table to give me “one more chance” to say if there was anything going on. Doctors are ok but what % of time do you actually spend with them anyway? I’ll be finding a new practice! Ps the window coverings are sheer, fairly certain you can see through them from the street/apartments. Skip this place.

Dr. W is amazing. Very to the point and honest, which I like. I also appreciate the online messaging system and the quick response I get if I have a questions and/or concern. Also, you can get all of your labs done in office which is super convenient! I highly recommend FWH!

I was refused an appointment by this office because I only wanted to see a female OBGYN. I was told the only female was Dr Jarnagin and I would not be allowed to only see her that I MUST see the men also. The office manager gave permission to the secretary to refuse me as a patient and/or make an appointment to see Dr Jarnagin. Very aggressive and rude.

Very inconvenient! difficult to find and inexperienced staff. Had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork (the usual). Apparently it takes them hours to verify my insurance? I have UnitedHealthcare... I carted my twoLittles up the elevator around the winding halls through the various doors and was told I couldnt be seen. I wont be rescheduling.

I have had fantastic care here. Dr. Jarnagan was amazing, and all of the staff was so kind and helpful. Scheduling, communication, everything exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate the care Ive gotten here, and would highly recommend them.

Worst experience of my life. Their new office is hard to find. Their web portal is a joke; Id have rather done the paperwork! Which I still had to do anyway! Then after all that the doctor couldnt even see me. As soon I got home my web portal password had been changed and I bet its because the receptionist didnt log me out.

I was calling to see if they were excepting new patients, the receptionist asked for my insurance and I gave her an insurance but wasn’t too sure and said hold on let me go check really fast and she hung up in my face. When I called back to confirm whether the call dropped or if she hung up she had an attitude so even with still telling her my actual insurance I wouldn’t want to come here for any service due to her nasty attitude. Shanequa was her name I believe

I was very much impressed by seeing the reviews of this place, but they are not understanding genuine issues for rescheduling appointments and asking for cancellation fees! The person who was taking appointments set up incorrectly and instead of accepting the mistake they are asking for $50!!! On top of that they tell that manager can be messaged from portal to talk to manager who never replies to questions! Had a vary bad experience with these guys and not hoping to come back anytime!!!!

I came from Brazil two years ago and was looking for GYN/OBG and someone told me about this office. I`m really happy with them and with my doctor. And I just had my first son and they took good care of me.

Next thing I know I have having to pay 171.00 out of pocket as she answered a question and they said it changed it from routine.However, nothing else was performed and they didnt even do everything in a routine exam. Stated possible cost were sent in an email to her. It was very disappointing.

Dr. Cline was awesome. She was funny supportive and discreet. I would highly recommend her as your OB/GYN.

I couldnt say enough positive things about this practice. Dr. Weinstein is great! Was treated with respect and doesn’t rush your visits. I felt comfortable and as relaxed as possible.

Doctor Jarnigan is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. Waiting time in office was brief. I felt listened to and included on the decisions made about my body! Wonderful doctor!

I made an appointment and they said my insurance wasnt working when it is active. tried charging me $300 and i couldnt cancel my appointment online even if i go to where it says cancel my appointment in my emails. overall messy. fix your system.

The staff is so friendly and nice. The wait time was very minimal...less than 10 minutes total. The doctor was easy to talk to and truly listened to me. I would highly recommend.

I was happy with Dr Cline, but totally displeased with the extra $165 out of pocket I was charged after paying $45 for office visit(they are out of network with my insurance. I think patients need to know UP FRONT if they will be charged anything additional before providing the care. I was so upset about this and complained to the lady in charge of the billings. She pretended as if it was unusual, but reading the reviews ahead of mine, it appears this is a “normal occurrence” in this place. I am definitely not going back there.

Just called because we where approved for pregnancy Medicaid and the person just said we are accepting new patients for that plan... well that is not what Aetna thinks. Just think is unfair to be high risk and in need of a provider but they won’t even listen.

These guys are on top of their game plan I have three kids and this last one by far was the best experience from the start to finish, very nice, doctors are excellent and that portal they have is outstanding you can ask them questions 24/7 in the portal, requesting documents, refills and test Results I am so happy highly recommend them dr Ortiz and doctor Jonathan both excellent thank you all for everything

Very unprofessional staff, I was scheduled to see the doctor and after arriving and filling all paperwork’s she said, doctor cannot see you because it is 5 minutes over the time. They just wasting the pt’s time and put everyone in risk in this critical pandemic situation. Please find a doctor office that you can trust with their services.

My wife sat waiting in the clinic for over 40 minutes and no one ever came to assist. Some one finally came to see if they could help her and they got defensive when she voiced her opinion about the lack of service! Terrible patient experience and no concern for clients. Will never return!!!

Its sad and pathetic that a doctor calls when you write a bad review but not when you decide to replace them for a better doctor!!!I was dumbfounded to receive a call on the basis of the bad review that I wrote.After this incident neither can I recommend this place nor will I ever go back to these doctors!!! As far as my experience goes, it was horrible to say the least!

Staff interaction is paramount when deciding whether or not to continue care with a specific practice....I was absolutely pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of this staff and grateful to have found Dr Jarnigan. 😊
