This was by far one of the worst experiences visiting a doctors office and honestly, I am so angry that it has left me shaking. Those who know me would say that I am a pleasant, upbeat individual and I can put up with a lot. My first impression at a doctors office is very important to me - do I feel safe, comfortable and respected? The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was more like a hair salon instead of a doctors office (music was blaring). The front desk receptionist is so incredibly rude and despite having submitted my information online, I had to provide it on the phone the day before I arrived and also had to complete all the paperwork with information that I had already completed online. Despite this, I kept an open mind. As I went into the exam room, the blinds of the room could not close properly leaving a gap on each side, and I could see a man walking around outside. When the doctor came in, I was so uncomfortable and explained all of this to him. They tried to close the blinds, but were unsuccessful. It horrifies me to know that they are doing exams without securing the privacy of their patients. I decided against the appointment, got dressed and walked out.

I recently visited Womens Health and Cosmetic Services of Maryland, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is clean, modern, and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that put me at ease.The medical professionals at this clinic are exceptional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about the procedures I was interested in. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, and I felt confident in their care.What truly stood out was the personalized approach to my treatment plan. The team tailored their services to meet my specific needs, ensuring that I received the best possible care. AVOID. The office is horrifying. Walking in, unlike the polished website, its a sole practitioner practice pushing hard for cosmology procedures, and in tiny little print on the door, also gynecology. The waiting area is tiny and run-down, music blasting. I mentioned several times Im hard of hearing and the music was really loud, and the staff ignored me. The staff arent unfriendly per se, but in addition to ignoring my query about turning down the music please, they didnt have any of the forms I filled out online a week before, nor the documents I uploaded. After I asked about where that information went (because if they didnt have it, where did that highly confidential information go?!), they needed help figuring out where to find it, and after that, still wanted me to fill out all the forms again. Then they couldnt figure out how to access Express Scripts (asked me for a zip code, then a phone number; I had to look it up on my phone and show them); They want to have your pharmacy choice confirmed before seeing the doctor. Another woman was sitting in the waiting area, and she told me she had the same off-putting experience, including mentioning the loud music. She was called back and walked right back out, saying the ground-floor window was exposed to the outdoors with people walking past it, and the staff person told her they cant do anything about it. I get called back, and sure enough, shes right. The staff person said other people have commented about it, but she didnt think its possible to see inside. Meanwhile, the exam tables stirrups are angled so your hoo-hah is pointed right at the window. I smiled at the staff person and said I cant do this, Im going to leave, and I walked out. I walked around the building, and sure enough, I could see straight into that room. I hope no woman EVER caves to the pressure and exposes herself like that.

I highly recommend woman’s Health Services of MD. The staff and doctor are amazing. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. The wait time was minimal. I really like Dr.Dinc very intelligent and has been the only doctor that was able to figure out how to help me with my issues.❤️💯

He is one of the best doctors I encountered. he took care of my wife he is compassionate and competent. he was patient and focused on her problems. I cannot thank him enough

Dr. Mert Dinc was so professional and a great listener. He really takes time with his patients. His office staff is so nice! His office is extremely convenient because he has a lab to do your bloodwork and also ultrasound in his office, very convenient. This saves the patient so much time!His office speaks Spanish and Dr. Dinc speaks multiple other languages for his patients.I’ve never been to a better office. Thank you Dr.Dinc for taking such great care of your patients.

Dr Dinc is a great doctor with great staff as well! They have great hours for a working adult. He explains and asks things in a way that make you feel like you have a choice in your health and not in a way that belittles you or makes you feel uneducated. He definitely cares a lot about not only the patients needs but their wants as well. I have been with this clinic for over a year and I will continue to make the 25 minute drive to come here & refer others as well!

I used to go here a couple years ago and, honestly, he is the worst gynecologist I have ever had the displeasure of going to. His bedside manner is rude, he rushes you by starting to stand up if he thinks your questions should be done with, you have to make appointments to even just discuss simple questions about health (not results or anything, but general questions) and then even though I am paying a $35 copay to talk to him, he acts like he cant be bothered. I literally heard him complaining through the door to his front end staff that someone made an appointment for me after an IUD insertion because I was worried about slippage since that is what happened to my previous one. Honestly, unless you want to be patronized, talked down to, and made to feel generally uncomfortable at your gynecologist, dont go here.

I was interested in the intimate skin bleaching. I called to get more information. The lady on the phone was so reassuring and after speaking with her I decided to go ahead and make my appointment. I had to drive about 2 hours.. and it was totally worth it. The girls at the front desk were nice and pleasant. The doctor was amazing and answered all my questions. The results after one session were OUTSTANDING. Can’t wait to go back next month. 10/10.. highly recommend.

I can honestly say I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dinc. He has been my GYN for the past 7 years and has been very understanding and informative when I have questions. I appreciate his honestly and the fact that he understands my needs. I will say as being an Office Manger myself that some of his staff could work on being more present when patients arrive. I have seen if your women of melanin dont come here. I will say he has staff of every ethnicity and me being a women of color I have never felt out of place or treated differently by him or his staff. I enjoy how innovative he is when it comes to all the treatments he offers as as well. Overall I think he s a good doctor who cares.

Receptionist staff could use a little tweaking. They are definitely rude and insensitive as all the other reviews state. I drove 40 mins for my appointment only to be told it was canceled due not confirming. I’ve never ever had to do this at any doctors office to keep an appointment and I’m very busy during the work week, so my phone time is very limited. I did confirm same day. They probably should have called me to let me know they canceled after receiving the confirmation. They are responsive to inquires and are helpful in that sense. It just always seems like someone sh*t in their cornflakes. Other than the front desk, the other staff has been great and have always been helpful. You get what you pay for. The services are pretty low cost, but the front staff isn’t the greatest. I’ll take it.

This doctors office is very inviting and calming! Its very modern, clean and smells very nice as you walk in the door. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Dinc is one of the best gynecologist I have ever been a patient of. His caring, straightforward, friendly, will answer any questions you may have, suggests things that may be helpful for you, funny. He makes it a really nice experience to visit. The other female doctor I saw was very pleasant, soft spoken, friendly, answered my questions, communication was very easy. She made my experience just as nice! Thank you both for my pleasant experiences at your office.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the doctor was very nice to me, but his staff, not so much. I was excited about my consultation. When I arrived, the receptionist barely greeted me and the second thing that came out of her mouth was that the consultation would be $50. I’ve been to several doctors offices and they are never abrupt about a copay and usually handle at the end of visit especially for a first time patient. The nice Latina woman with glasses politely reminded the receptionist that I was a first time patient, but she didn’t seem to care. I’ve never been to a doctors office where they talk to a first time patient that way. They gave me paperwork to fill out and told me I could wait till the end of the visit to pay the copay. But, I was filling out my paperwork when a White receptionist yelled my name to have me come up to the counter & pay the $50. I paid without hesitation and sat back in my seat. Shortly after I saw the doctor. I wasn’t given a quote for the treatments I was receiving so the White receptionist (I really wish I looked at her name tag) came in the room with a printed quote. Her rhetoric made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. She said things like “make a decision quick so either we can walk you out or get everything started.” When I made the decision to just pay for the first session, she aggressively urged I buy the package instead of just giving me what I wanted. She also said the doctor changes the prices for the service I wanted every month so I ought to buy the package.I was getting frustrated because the customer service was terrible and I felt so uncomfortable about the situation. I told her I just wouldn’t do it at all & she almost seemed relieved I made that decision. When she had first introduced the package to me she said “I know it’s expensive and times are hard” but I wasn’t even thinking like that because I’ve been actually very fortunate with my 9-5 and as an entrepreneur. It seems as if she was trying to get me to buy the package like it was a necessity. I wasn’t committed to buying a package, just the first session to see how I liked it. I felt stereotyped as soon as I walked in and encountered this staff. It was a really weird, unpleasant experience for me. & for that I will be spending my money elsewhere.

After reading through the reviews, I have decided not to come here. Yes. I always expect someone to not be happy or have a bad experience but theres just too many negative topics and problems reported. I believe the 1st person you come into contact with, likely sets the tone of the entire visit. If a Drs office has nasty, rude receptionists, I leave. I worked customer service in all aspects from greeting to end of service and it doesnt take much to be polite and helpful. And if you cant or dont know an answer, you find one for that patient. And Id really like to know if the dr is just a Medical Doctor or is he a trained, board certified, qualified Gynecologist? Seems its what fits the scenario hes involved in. I am certainly going to let the dr that suggested this place know about these reviews so they stop referring patients here.

He delivered my daughter back in 2014 and he was great and caring(which he doesn’t do anymore just gyn)but since he’s gone into cosmetically enhancing women he’s just uninterested in the gyn side anymore. I made an appointment to get my bladder checked one than once and he kept rescheduling which they had their reasons. I try to understand. But when I make a phone appointment with doctor dinc he basically tells me I have to come in for an appointment. So I’m like why did you even make this appointment with me to discuss things? My mother also goes to him and agrees he’s just disinterested in his gyn patients anymore. Maybe he should just stick with cosmetics side of things. 😉

I have been going to Dr Dinc for years now. Everyone are very nice and greets me when I arrive and depart from the office. They send you reminders of your appointments. They advised me weeks in advance of my appointment that Dr Dinc would not be available and would I like to reschedule or have another doctor see me. I accepted the other doctor which was a female and she was very pleasant, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The office calls you at home as soon as they receives results of any of any of your lab tests weather the results are positive or negative. I will continue to go to this office for my OBYN care.

I am a regular client here for the past few years. I used to come frequently as I was comfortable. However, in the past year 2020/21 the staff has changed from diverse to specifically Latina and a male doctor. In which the male doctor had no active listening skills, forced me to accept a birth control, and rushed me out. In no way did I feel comfortable. This happened 2x (the rushing and passive listening) as an African American 21 year old. I’m not sure where to go next in the pandemic, but I would never go to anyone with these red flags again.

I was a little hesitant to attend this clinic because of the reviews, but gave it the benefit of the doubt despite that. As soon as I arrived, starting with the receptionist, they were very nice to me even though I was late. I wanted to have a facelift in certain areas of my face and I didnt know what was the best option for me, but Anne Casamento was wonderful. She explained all my doubts to me in detail and she recommended me a better option than the one I had in mind. . Also, before any procedure, she showed me the products she would be using, which I had read about before and all the ones they used on me were brand new and very good quality. I was very pleased and will definitely be back for more treatments.

I really, really like Dr Dinc. Very intelligent and was the only doctor who helped with an issue I was having for years that most doctors said “ oh it’s nothing to be worried about”. Dr. Dinc fixed me in two minutes. I recommended him to several of my friends. So I will always appreciate him. However after my experiences this week trying to seek help for a semi emergent issue has made me move on from this practice. His staff is not caring or helpful. Karina was one tone and did not try to help me get in to see the doctor. Stated very matter-of-factly “we do not have a cancellation list, you’ll have to just call us.” I’ve been a medical administrative professional for years and I can tell you they severely need help with their front office staff. My advice to those girls would be to consider yourself in the patients’ shoes every once in a while. To try and understand how it feels to be brushed off for issues that you’re having. You can have a really great doctor but if your staff is horrible then it makes people leave.

I went in for cosmetic services, and am happy with the results. The provider really seems to care about the customers well being, their concerns, and their overall happiness with the treatment, which is rare to find now a days. I would definitely recommend for cosmetic services! The Dr. and his staff find the best treatment option for you/your skin, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I will be a returning customer, and would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience and Dr. Albert bedside manner. The staff is very patient and kind, we did Tele medicine for my surgery and I was treated by my Dr prior to going under. All of my questions were answered by a friendly staff. My recovery was so fast and Dr.Albert himself called me to make sure that Im recovering well and thats after the staff contacted me as well. I am very Very pleased and being a woman over 30 I had my experiences with OBGYN Doctors but never met a Doctor so Humble and Caring.I would recommend this practice to All my Hairloss Guest ..

Dr. Dinc is amazing. He really knows how to make you comfortable. He delivered my son a few years ago and super sad he retired from OB. But I will continue to go to him for GYN care regardless.I am always in and out when I go, no wait time. And the phlebotomists is the BEST!!!I will say that I am not super impressed with his receptionist. She needs to work on her communication skills.

Dr. Dinc was highly unprofessional. I was belittled during my appointment and was treated like a child. I came in for a consultation just to be told no, which would have been helpful to know over the phone before I took time out of my day to come to the office. I was lectured to during my appointment, and wasnt allowed to speak about my reasons for the consultation. I was judged based off of other patient experiences and was not taken seriously about my concern. Every patient is different. Im shocked at the treatment I received. I will never return here.

My wife had the best experience with Dr Dinc and his staff! He delivered our last son , he answered every question we had, he took his time and never rushed us out of his office. The girls at the front desk are awesome, helpful and friendly. They can always get you in for an appointment as soon as you need it. I love this office and I would recommend him to everyone!

His bedside manner is terrible and quite frankly as a African American women I did not feel welcome by him! He was condescending and rude! He kept stating that he was a medical doctor as if he was God. After explaining to him CALMLY how I felt he gave me a blank stare for several minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable in his medical care at all! I felt scared! He showed no empathy, no regard for my concern of care or feelings. I’m not sure how he’s even board certified. In order to actually be a GOOD doctor it takes much more than just being knowledgeable about medicine. Dr. DINC possesses zero qualities of a GOOD doctor. I will be formally filing a complaint with the American Board of Gynecology. You do NOT treat patients this way.One again his bedside manner is absolutely horrendous! He made me feel unwanted and unwelcome in his practice!

I was referred for a specific issue found on an mri by my pcp and showed him a different problem he couldn’t be bothered to diagnose even though I told him it was painful. The Dr said no action was necessary on the issue my pcp referred me for to begin with. He then tried to refer me to someone else as if I would have any confidence in any referrals from him! A joke and complete waste of time and money. Some people in the medical profession are severely lacking. I will be contacting my insurance company to make a formal complaint about this Dr that finds it professional to call me ignorant. (This is a response to the Drs deleted response. I would never in my life see Dr. Dinc ever again! I came in for an IUD removal and I wanted to get the pill instead which I confirmed was a preventative care service from my insurance PRIOR to coming in. I also had my insurance call the office to confirm this information as well and make sure I wouldn’t be billed for anything outside of preventative care. Upon arriving at my appointment the front office ladies told me that this WAS NOT a preventative service but in fact a surgical procedure! I had a serious issues with the front staff earlier today involving my appointment, I asked to speak with the office manager Maria and she was AMAZING. She heard my concern and frustration and immediately fixed the issue. My Dr. who performs my skin lightening procedure is also amazing. After the 1st appointment I noticed a difference. If it wasnt for Maria they would have lost a customer. Shes awesome.

I had nothing but a great experience. The front office ladies were very nice and professional. Dr. Dinc is very thorough and honest, which for me, is the most important aspect of being a medical professional. 5/5 overall for their professionalism and procedure results. I am very happy.

Definitely looking for a new provider after this last visit. I have been here four times now, each experience worse than the last. 2 out of the 4 visits were due to mistakes the male doctor made or just bc the doctor didnt care to listen to my symptoms and I had to do retake this specific test a total of 3 times. I could understand maybe twice. I knew the first test would come back inconclusive after telling the doctor I had of my symptoms and found it weird when the doctor told me he saw nothing...so i expected a second test, but the second one hurt really bad (telling me he wanted to get a good sample, which clearly he did not get) they gave me antibiotics finally the second time of going there, after ignoring my symptoms, to be told I have to come in a 3rd time. Not like this type of test is super comfortable either... This last visit was over my birth control...Sure he gave me a new one to try out...that is what the 1 star is for although I wish I could leave no stars. It was the mannerism of how this doctor interacted with me when telling him how the pill was giving me very bad reactions. Rashes, acne, fatigue. He did not appear concerned that I have been bleeding for over two weeks and a half weeks or that I have been having mass amounts of back pain and been light headed for almost going on a month now...Didnt even bat his eyes at the reactions I was having, nor recommended anything for the pain. Just didnt address it at all. I was instead offered the IUD today, which sure is another maybe solution, but isnt really addressing my concerns and I am not looking to shell money out for a maybe solution. I am not a lab rat and you as a doctor are not a salesman. He was not engaged in the conversation at all, showed absolutely no empathy, even walked out of the room before I was finished asking questions about the new pill he prescribed. It was just a very unprofessional experience. Looking for a provider who actually can hold a conversation about solutions to my issues vs. just throwing me a new medication, just to get me to leave. I went on this medication to get rid of the symptoms of everything I described about and it made it 10 xs worse. Why pay a copay to have a two minute (if that) conversation, where it appeared the doctor would have rather been elsewhere or that I was wasting his time ...just to switch medications and have no actual medical advice given. If someone is paying you for your time, they expect you to do your job which is to show concern, medical advice and be knowlegeable of the medications you are prescribing based on symptoms I am having. The overall experience was very dismissive. You couldnt even pay me for my time to consider coming back here.

Dont go here! Dr. Dinc is the most disrespectful doctor that Ive ever dealt with. His bedside manners are horrible. He lacks empathy and his staff is so unorganized and unprofessional.

My experience at this office has been nothing short of excellent. The front desk is extremely friendly and accomodating; I was checked in immediately upon arrival and didn’t wait at all to be seen by Dr. Dinc who is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. He explained the facial cosmetic procedure in detail, advised on what would work best and listened to me and my requests. Dr. Dinc offers many different cosmetic procedures which are very reasonable priced. My face feels so smooth and looks tighter !!! I can’t wait to try more treatments !!!

Dr. Dinc is the mannnn ! gave me an awesome laser experiance and he will deff be my go to for all my skin needs. his bedside manner is real n straightforward which is my type of person... very easy to talk to n lays things out in a simple manner. Will deff be back, Thanks Doc!

I love my doctor, but the front desk staff are so rude and dismissive, I’m considering making arrangements to switch doctors all together!When leaving my last appointment, the lady at the front desk simply told me when my next appointment was. I asked if she could write it down on a card. She looked at me very rudely as if aggrevated and said “ I could.” I ended up writing it on the card myself. In addition, They fail to respond to inquiries via phone. I was rushed off the phone while trying to update insurance info because the office was busy. I was then told to text my insurance info! Lacking customer service truly diminishes the overall experience here!

Dr. Dinc has been my OBGYN for 3 years and I’m completely satisfied with his work!!!When I gave birth to my son 3 years ago, I requested to have sutures after my c-section and Dr. Dinc did an awesome job. To this day, I have a very small and faint scar in my bikini line.Also, during my recovery Dr. Dinc was very empathetic in the emotional effects of childbearing; his office sent me flowers and he stopped by 3 days out of the 5 I was in the hospital.Now, even when I go in to see Dr. Dinc for my annual checkup he always makes sure that I understand everything we discussed and that I’m completely satisfied with the service I received that visit.So with that being said; I’m happy with Dr. Dinc’s and his staff. I don’t think I could ask for a better doctor and yes, I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable OBGYN. 😁😁

My fiancé called to schedule an emergency appointment to test for a possible pelvic infection due to a ruptured ovarian cyst. It was recommended by the doctor at the ER to schedule an appointment with her regular OBGYN as soon as possible; within a day or two were his exact words.The soonest this office said they could see my fiancé was on the 20th. Even after explaining the urgent nature of the appointment the receptionist got an extremely dismissive and rude attitude and said “sorry.. nothing I can do.” That was the end of the conversation.She didn’t even try and help or put in any effort to find a solution. I don’t know what kind of doctor office just dismisses their patients’ needs so casually without even trying. Now we have to find a new doctor that can see her as soon as possible.The office workers here need to work on their customer service because that kind of response was unacceptable.

Office staff Customer service was great. Doctor is knowledgeable, nice and precise. I love the fact that there is no long wait time. You in and out within 45 mins. I don’t feel rushed at all the doctor always asks if I have any questions or concerns. Exam room wait time is less then 5 mins, I hate to sit around half naked in a cold exam room.

They contacted my emergency contact while I was working this morning to tell me some “very urgent news”. I spent the entire day desperately trying to contact the nurse practitioner, because, since they contacted my mother, I assumed the worst about the results from my tests. After calling 5 times I was told that all she wanted to know was something minor that could have waited when I spent the entire day half sobbing and unable to focus on doing my job, thinking that I could have had cervical cancer. I have never had a more frustrating or more unprofessional healthcare experience in my life.

I had a great experience. The technician and doctor were very informative.They asked me what my skin goals were and even though I signed up for IPL they quickly told me that i would really benefit from another type of Laser. They were ready to accommodate my skin needs. They were so nice and seemed like they really care.

My visit to the office was for intimalse, I was interested in the procedure because I read it would help with leakage after child birth mainly when I would sneeze. After the first procedure I noticed improvement and by the second it was gone. There where other reasons for the services but this was my many one. I would highly recommend the office to anyone that is looking for something like this.The staff and doctor are friendly and the patient wait time is minimal.

I love Dr Dinc!! (My boyfriend calls him Dr Good Hair)Dr Dinc is one of the most caring doctors that I’ve ever been to. From being my regular GYN, to delivering my baby, and now cosmetic procedures (isn’t it amazing I can go in for a check up and also get laser hair removal and tattoos removed in the same visit!!?)All of the front office staff are very friendly and highly originzed. Everyone in the practice, including assistants, the ultrasound tech, Phlebotomist, and Dr Dinc himself are so caring. I can call in with an issue or concern I’m having and they will make sure I am seen same day or next day! I will walk in with 1000 questions and all of them will be answered and I always walk out with a smile on my face. I’ve moved this past year and I happily drive 45 minutes to his practice when I need to see him because I know my health is in great hands with him.

I am a nurse so when I go to a doctor I look for things like everyone else- how clean the room is, how professional the staff is etc.. but I also look for things like sterile instruments, is the doctor able to explain things easily, for procedures-are they trying to sell me on something or giving me realistic expectations. Dr. Dinc and his office get gold stars on all these. He’s very easy to talk to about sensitive female issues. They also have Saturday hours.

A few weeks ago I went to get a SilkPeel Dermalinfusion treatment at Womens Health Services of Maryland. I had heard so many good things about it so I was excited to see the results for myself! I have to say - I am super impressed with how it made my skin look and feel! Not only am I impressed with the treatment, the office itself is gorgeous and has the most relaxing atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly, super knowledgable and highly qualified. What more could you ask for?

To be quite honest, the staff has been extremely rude on the phone and in person with me multiple times. There always seems to be an attitude for no reason. It’s very unprofessional and unwelcoming on their part. He is a very nice guy and understanding, and isn’t judgmental. The staff on the other hand I can’t say the same for.Now seeing other reviews about the receptionists, seems to be an ongoing problem. There’s obvious snarkiness and disrespect with them, especially regarding their replies to the negative comments. You’d think they would take them into account instead of reacting like a victim for some reason. This isn’t high school nor facebook…

I was referred after my OBGYN of many years stopped accepting my insurance. I was so scared coming to a new doctor, but Dr. Dinc made the transition so easy. He is a great doctor and Im more than happy with the care he has given to me. Id definitely recommend him.

I REALLY wanted to love this place. Mainly because they have SUCH convenient hours, and are located very close to home. I will list pros and cons in the hopes that this gives a very accurate depiction of my experience here.PROS: They have wonderful hours that work with a busy working womans schedule. I was easily given appointments after hours without having to take days off of work. And their online check-in process is convenient.- I wish I knew the nurses name, but she did all of my blood drawings....she was extremely personable, friendly, and overall welcoming. SHE is the reason why I am giving this 2 stars.CONS:- The front desk is very inattentive. They will talk amongst eachother, and finish personal conversations, all while I am waiting to ask a question. Honestly, they seem to be a bunch of college kids who are mainly there just to socialize. Their phone etiquette is no better. At times, they will randomly guess a response to my question instead of waiting and calling me back, and not once have they ever passed a message along to the doctor for him to call me back (or so the doctor says when I ask if he ever received a request for call back).- This is our first pregnancy, so we have no idea what to expect. Expectations are not laid out. We just come in guessing what needs to be done next. At our 16 week appointment, the Doctor used a Doppler (the same one I own), listened to the heartbeat, told me that it sounded good and sent me on my way. We had to ask if we could see the baby...what does good mean? Are we measuring on schedule? I know 1st time moms can be annoying, but it would be nice to get a LITTLE more information, our appointment would have been a total of 10 minutes if I didnt ask for an ultrasound.- The Doctor, while he seems knowledgeable, does not seem very willing to listen. I have found myself being cut off when asking questions or explaining answers. I have a blood condition that i explained to him, I had the paperwork from my previous doctor to show him. Yet, on our second appointment, he let me know that I have a blood condition that needed to be discussed.....did you not listen to anything that I told you the first time? I understand that there are many patients, but a quick review of my medical records would have told him this.Ultimately, we decided to find another OB. This is my first, and may be my only pregnancy. I want to feel like my doctor and I have a relationship. This may be the place for someone interested in going in, checking things out, and leaving. But, this was just not the place for me.

The staff at Womens Health Services was kind and friendly. The physician, however, was abrupt and caused unecessary panic during theexam when he kept asking questions about my cervix and uterus as if there were a major problem, but didnt explain what he was so worried about!. He was not very sensitive to the fact that I was pretty nervous, and seemed a bit too casual to be professional. I felt very uneasy with his bedside manner.....somewhat creepy.

I visited this place for laser removal of a tattoo on/behind my ear. I noticed a few things I thought were unprofessional - music playing a bit too loud in the reception area (it was hard to hear everything the young lady at the desk said), misspellings/typos on a couple of the forms - but, overall, it was a good experience. The young lady who explained the available services to me was very nice and eager to help. Dr. Dinc(h?) was informative and efficient. The treatment itself was very simple and was done within two minutes. It’s not necessary to utilize a numbing cream or injection, in my opinion, unless you’re receiving treatment on a very sensitive place or you’re particularly intolerant to any kind of pain. The treatment stung a bit, but there was no pain afterward.

About a month ago I visted Dr. Dinc at Womens health Services about my rosacea. This isa personal problem I have been dealing with my entire life so needless to say I was very skeptical about the procedure. Dr. Dinc was very thorough and explained the whole process to me to a point where I felt at ease. He set very realistic expectations on when the rosacea would clear up and the possibility of potentially needing a second treatment. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. He was very personable and had excellent bedside manner. He truly cared about my condition and listened to my concerns.If there are any other procedures I may need in the future I will definitely be visiting Dr. Dinc.

The customer service, or lack thereof, needs desperate improvement! From misinformation to failures in preparing or following up with patients for procedures is at least unprofressional and at most negligent. To schedule a patient for a procedure a month before the procedure and not contact them once to provided vital information about what is required for the procedure is horrible practice and a complete display of incompetence. With all of the time in between the scheduling to the actual procedure day, no one seemed to be aware that I would need prescriptions and blood panels for a procedure that is minimally invasive.3 hours before the procedure was to be performed someone called me to confirm the appointment. 15 minutes later they called again to tell me that they could not perform the procedure because I was supposed to have blood work and prescribed meds days before the procedure. I have no clue why this top secret information was withheld from me in the month leading up to my scheduled appointment. I had taken off from work and arranged my schedule for recovery and paid in full for the procedure up front at the time it was scheduled. The doctor never had an actual consult with me. In fact, the nurse or someone in scrubs took pictures and texted them to the doctor and that was my consult. I should have know better when that was done in that manner. The doctor did not even speak to me face to face after the to tell me that I wont get to have my procedure. He spoke to me at the front desk by phone to tell me that he is not sure why no one called to provide this vital information far in advance of my appointment. I even called them 2 days before because I wanted to be sure that I was not missing anything. The receptionist said someone would call be at 12pm to give me information, it never happened. So I called back at 3pm and asked why hadnt I heard anything. She said shes not sure and she would have someone call me right back. I refused to hang up this time and she finally put someone on the phone who explained that I didnt needed to do anyanything additional for the procedure. This procedure was planned for a specific event that I am attending next month and now my entire plans have been grossly impacted by this sudden unprofessional experience with Womens Health Services of Md debacle.I would not recommend that a pet owner takes their dying dog to this establishment. In fact, their poor reputation precedes them. When I went to a much more professional and upscaled practice and explained my horror story, they knew exactly which practice I spoke of. They had already heard of the unorthodox manner in which they practice. I will spread the bad word.

The staff AND Dr. Dinc are absolutely phenomenal. I’m an extremely high anxiety patient and I’m catered to like baby. I can walk in the office with no appointment and have my concerns addressed immediately. Rosa is my go to. Not only is she super intelligent but she has a heart of gold. I’ve never been more pleased with an office and the staff.

Today I came to Women’s Health Services of MD for my 5th treatment of Vivace Micro Needling. I am so impressed with my results my face looks better then ever. I have purchased my 6th treatment now at a very discounted price for only $299!!! I have had laser hair removal which is painless and also outstanding results, Lip filler by the one and only nurse I would let inject my face Elena. She is absolutely amazing! The office itself is beautiful very welcoming. Thank you so much I can’t wait to try your new laser Denave with Dr.Dinc

My first time at this clinic and everything was fantastic. I was seen on time. The office was fun, nice music playing, and the bedside manner of the staff, nurse practitioner and lab tech was far superior than any gyn doctor Ive been to.

Although this place is oddly located, the front desk staff and PA there make you feel welcomed. We always book in the morning when there is little to no wait time and we are in/out very quickly. The PA we see takes her time and is very thorough. Great experience as long as you bypass the rude medical assistant. Her bedside attitude is terrible and she makes you feel like cattle!

Made an appointment a week out, they call me the day of to reschedule the appointment and tell me that the doctor I wanted to see is out of town and wont be back for a month. Needless to say I was annoyed and told the receptionist, who got an attitude and blamed me for not answering their calls earlier. There were no messages on my voicemail from them and I told her that. Was is this customer service entitlement where people seem to think that even when theyve messed up, youre not allowed you get frustrated or annoyed ever. They should still be spoken to sweetly and calmly. Wont be going here, if you cant manage a calendar, you definitely cant manage my health.

It’s kind of awkward to publicly review your GYN... but I found Dr. Dinc using google, so I’m willing to share if it will help other patients.Dr. Dinc is funny & compassionate. I had been avoiding going to a GYN for years because I was sexually assaulted over a decade ago. Seeing a GYN, explaining my discomfort, and having felt judged by previous doctors, was a terrible process.Dr. Dinc & his staff (especially Britney) make the awkwardness of taking off your pants, scooting precariously close to the edge of the table & having your parts looked at, tolerable.I highly recommend this office.The front desk appears to be in the process of working out some kinks. Dr. Dinc seems to love technology & to have pretty high standards, so I’m sure the receptionists will improve.

Their website says to text for an appointment, but I recommend calling instead. If you text, they are slow to respond, and you may have to keep texting them to actually get an appointment. And when you show up, your appointment may not actually be scheduled and you’ll have wasted your time driving to their office. That was a lovely surprise.Edit: To clarify, based on the response I received from the business on my review, this was not a walk-in. I came expecting my appointment had been made based on the text messages, which I showed the receptionists.

Overall great experience! It was my first time visiting a gynecologist so I was a little nervous but the staff was very friendly and they explained everything that would be done. Dr. Dinc was very professional and knowledgeable. No complaints 👍🏻

I´ve been going to Women´s Health and Cosmetic Services for around 5 months for laser hair removal. The laser they use is practically painless and is cold to the touch. I´ve done laser hair removal at another facility in Southern VA but their laser was extremely painful so much so that I had advised my friends about the pain when they asked about my laser hair removal. Now I recommend my friends to get laser hair removal here with no reservations because of the painless procedure and the actual results you get! So far I´ve done 4-5 sessions on my legs and underarms and I´m very satisfied with the results. The hair on my legs grows back so slowly now that it feels like I´ve just shaved when its actually been 4 days. Dr. Dinc has been doing my laser hair removal and he is very friendly and professional. Anytime I´ve had a question hes made sure to address my concerns and answer my questions in a satisfactory manner. Overall, if you´ve looking to start laser hair removal or continue doing it, I would highly recommend coming here.

I recently went here to try the microneedling for my skin/acne. Dr. Dinc came in and did my consult and Elena did a great job with my treatment. I love the results. I am going to try the plasma next week. They are so easy to deal with because of my schedule I could only come in on weekends and they are open on Saturday’s! Yay

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Dinc last week I had the worst experience of my life with Dr. Dinc very dismissive and arrogant do not show interest or care at all and had the audacity to tell me by pointing his finger towards his head stating that I have hard time understanding what so called the truth but miss the whole point of our conversation. All I needed was show some respect and care because obviously I can feel it from the bottom of my heart this Dr Dinc is so disrespectful.

Had a recent Chemical Peel with Julie. We sat down and went over my skincare regimen and also my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and my first chemical peel was amazing. Im actually going back for my second this coming week. Excited to see her . Highly recommend this office.

I enjoy all the ladies there because they are so sweet. I would recommend this facility to any women in the Maryland area. I am always please with my experience because it is fast and easy. They never make you feel uncomfortable which is the best part! I will continue to do my visits with them.

The whole office is modern, and smells terrific. The staff is very kind and understanding. Scheduling is very easy and they have great reminders. Dr. Dinc puts you to ease and very nice. They offer a lot of different services also.

Dr dinc is Professional, respectful and friendly. The front desk staff at times doesnt concentrate while attending to patient. They keep talking to each other, so you have to repeat yourself again and again.

I fell for all their “discounts” and “MONTHLY SPECIALS ” . Yes I went over and over, because their prices were just too good to pass up.Until I decided I was tired of being overcharged and not seeing any promised results.The tiny waiting room is clean and decorated with modern touches and art. You are a captured audience and forced to listen to the latest gossip and juvinile conversations the reception and nurses are laughing at. A radio BLARES out Cardi B or the latest R&B. Their food overwhelms the reception area, probably because a microwave is close by. It’s like being in the break room of Walmart. No relaxing or soothing waiting room here.I’ve had several procedures here, including their Botox/Xenamin Special (you purchase a package at a predetermined price and number of units).There is a catch of course. They try to sell you more, during your procedure. Lots more. Their filler lasts roughly 60 days. During a Botox appointment, the nurse said “oh that’s going to be quite a bruise” after injecting the needle into my forehead. I accept that happens. But when I asked for an ice pack when leaving she said they were all out. A dermatologist office with no ice packs?!I was forced to wait to get home to apply ice and by then my forehead was swollen, painful and dark blue. Makeup couldn’t cover it up the next day for work.I bought five IPL sessions for light brown spots. I took a photo of my face before I started. All my sessions were painless and over in ten minutes. Five IPL sessions later, each one a month apart, not one of my spots were lightened or removed. After the 3rd session I told the nurse, I wasn’t seeing any results. Maybe the laser needed to be put up to the next level I said. She just replied “that’s strange” and suggested I try another session. Five sessions and over $500 and my brown spots are all still here.My mamma was right, you get what you pay for. Thousands of dollars wasted at this place. I’m a slow learner, what can I say?

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dinc for about 5 years and absolutely love his office. Definitely recommend my friends and family to him. I live almost an hour away and my visits are always shorter than my drive! Great service ^_^.

I chose this place because it was close to my home however the service was okay. I had a annual visit/ pap smear with the male doctor, and it was okay. No complaints about him as a doctor but he needs to look into his office admissions. Theyre super rude.

Was a little hesitant to go there after reading the reviews about skin color and am I girl with skin color after reaching there this morning I start to cry and get really nervous about entering in there but it was was nothing like what I read in the comments from the front desk to the ultrasound to the doctor every one was amazing love caring explain everything to me I was so comfortable talking with them I would recommend everyone to go there

I would highly recommend Dr. Dinc for microneedling!He does a wonderful job. I was extremely happy with the results on my first treatment. His treatment are very reasonable price also great customer service.

If you are a woman but especially if you have a drop of melanin in your skin DO NOT TRUST MERT DINC WITH YOUR HEALTH he does not care about us he and his employees will gossip about you in the hall and he will give you life changing test results with the door open as people walk through the halls because WOMEN DON’T HAVE A RIGHT TO PRIVACY he thinks he’s God’s gift because he’s opening Saturdays and raise his voice at you and say “if you don’t like what I said, GO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR” Mert Dinc is a disgusting human being please find care with a doctor that values and truly help their patient’s

This was the best ever OBGYN appointment!! Jamie was so kind, nonjudgmental, and informative. I felt welcomed and heard. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Staff was friendly but very pushy to purchase more services. I kept telling them I didn’t feel like the level was high enough for my IPL. I had no results following the IPL. They claimed it would pepper and flake off but nothing happened. Unfortunately I wasted my money and time. Go somewhere else.

I went here for my last pregnancy and he would check the babies hear beat and not tell me anything didnt give a script for prental made tried to make me take a third gulceose test after the second came back normal then when I want to leave they refused to send my paper work to the new doctor for a while then finally did it and tried to make me pay for 3d ultrasound which my insurance covered seems like medicla malpractice to me

Literally the worst customer service / receptionist ever , she needs to be fired . I’m sure she looses a lot of money for this place , I asked for info over the phone nothing too specific just “what’s the procedure like ? “. She said the name of the procedure to me like I was dumb and that’s it . Definitely just lost my business and I was ready to pay for my services , go elsewhere I wouldn’t even make them my last resort .
