My daughter was so afraid of doctors, but Dr. Krug made her feel comfortable, she “loves” going to the doctor now :) great doctors and staff!!

The entire staff is top notch and care for each patient with professionalism and precision. Ive never left without a smile on my face and highly recommend this office!

EVERYONE is always Positive Proficient, Professional and Polite in every area and all they do. I was really nervous about going to a new provider. I expected to have to begin from square one on my health journey. I was wrong. Dr Krug really listened to me and provided the next steps towards better health. I am surprised to find someone that was engaging and not condescending. It really was one of the best visits with a medical professional that I can remember. Thank you and I look forward to improving my health with their guidance.

Dr Krug is the best Dr you could as for! He takes his time to be thorough and be sure you know about all your diagnosis he’s very personable and cares about your well being.Chelsea and the other staff members are very caring and also get to know you on a personal level I really truly appreciate the care I receive every time I go to Twin River Sports medicine. I know that I could not get the same care at my local clinic.🖤kudos to Twin River Urgent care for having the best care providers they could possibly have.

Top drawer facility. From Dr. Krug, to the nurses, to the ladies at the front desk. Always personable, caring, and professional. One of my favorite medical facilities of all time!

Jessica Hines is always nice and personable. She cares about her patients and makes them feel comfortable with receiving care when they need it most. I have never had care this good as an adult. Thank you for caring so much Jessica.

Jessica Hines is the best!!! She has always taken the time to listen and has always helped me figure out how to solve health issues that I have. I highly recommend this office and her to everyone. Everyone in the office is very kind and caring.

It was very nice going to a clinic and having the whole staff treat you well, as well as having good bedside manner. Not only that, but that staff is very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone of all ages.

Dr Krug was that helped me with a right knee replacement and I liked it very him very much so when my other knee started bothering me I went to see him for sure and I also have some back problems that hes going to help me with and I just think that Dr krugs the hes aces straights and flushes I mean hes very very well a very good doctor he very personable wants to know how youre doing in every aspect and that that means a great deal to me and is a straightforward in his his whats wrong with you and stuff like that which is also very important to me I want I just want to know it what it ever it is good battery in between and hes very good with that so yes Im very very happy with it.

I was pleased with the help I received. The paperwork was easy and I did it all from my phone. The doctor listened to me and treated me with respect. I definitely recommend it.

Im only leaving one star The doctors are awesome But his staff has little to no concern for their patients I had to wait over 48 hours for a preauthorization on a prescription When I asked what was taking so long The nurse replied I havent even started that yet No consideration for the amount of pain I was in Or consideration For me as a person She acted like it was more of an inconvenience To do her job And because of this I am no longer able to be seen by Twin Rivers medical center

I always receive good genuine care from Jessica. the rest of the staff is always lovely as well
