My little girl had sore throat. They took as on Labor day with no problem and was able to get antibiotics prescribed. Very quick visit! Nice receptionist and doctor. Always have open appointments available. Thank you for helping! Stay save.

Excellent care, friendly, answered all my questions. Medical Staff was excellent. Prescriptions were called into my pharmacy and ready when I arrived. Referred me to a walk-in ultrasound facility that took me in right away. Excellent service there too. Can not say enough about the excellent service I received.Thank you so much.

This place is great. The woman at the front door was extremely polite and got me registered and ready to see the doctor very quickly. The Nurse was also very nice and made sure all of my information was correct. Matt Felix is a nice guy and got me checked out and out the door very fast with the prescriptions I needed. Conveniently located around the corner from a Walgreens so this plaza is like a one stop shop for your health. Wouldn’t get this type of timely treatment from Kaiser and their pharmacy is in the same building!

Took my mom to urgent care after a scale burn, the entire process is so smooth, staffs and doctor were welcoming and proficient. Doctor helped applied burn stream and removed infectious dead skin, no pain. I would highly recommend this one. A note is that: Do call them to verify insurance cause I heard today they do not accept traveler insurance Any longer.

Cant thank you enough how Renata,NP treated my Mom so well. They are really doing a great job there including Jamara, MA. I would highly recommend this Instant Urgent Care clinic. It has saved us a lot of time in going to the ER instead. The service was fast and the quality of care was great.

Deep finger cut ! Went to urgent care filled out paperwork 10 min. Later I was see by the lady doctor . Very nice and caring fixed my finger right up . Gentle. I go to a follow up visit Mon. .Oh yeah. Receptionist was very nice as well. .maybe I bring donuts for them Mon.Coleen Blagg

I found the office welcoming and the staff very professional and helpful. The Physicians Assistant was thorough, well informed, helpful and she was just delightful. She was responsive to my needs and even called me back when I had questions later. Definitely would go back again.

Dr. Kaur is amazing! She took the time to listen and shows compassion. She’s been my primary care physician since we moved to California in 2018. And I will follow her wherever she goes! Her staff is also the best in the medical field!I made the appointment online for less than an hour away, and I was able to see her within the hour. It was so easy and streamlined for dummies like me.I had a complaint about my sinuses and have had a productive cough and fever. She sent the medication straight to my pharmacy (which delivers all of my medications), and I had them to take last night. So easy peasy!!

The staff and provider was extremely helpful and kind. They listened to me and did not rush the process. The provider was knowledgeable and offered great solutions. Would definitely recommend this location to many others for instant care.

I was able to schedule a video consultation within an hour of my call. The Doctor was able to diagnose what was going on with me and prescribed medications needed. Best urgent care Ive ever been to! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I received the care I needed right away. Dr Renata was very knowledgeable and truly seemed to genuinely care about my concerns.

Id been feeling bad for two days. I was able to get a tele-appointment within half an hour of contacting the clinic. Found out it was vertigo and started feeling better that day. It was great to get treatment so quickly. I got lots of information about how to deal with my problem.

I had a hard time trying to get an apt to see my primary care provider and searched online for an urgent care clinic near me, it was a bit late and I didn’t feel like driving and luckily they to telemedicine apts. I didn’t have to wait long to speak to the provider who was very nice and made sure I understood her plan of care. Highly recommend them. The staff is very accommodating as well, I had a problem filling my prescription that the provider had ordered for me and the receptionist called the pharmacy herself and called in the prescription in and made sure I got it on time that day.

This Urgent Care was very easy to schedule an appt on line. Staff were all courteous and pleasant. I will definitely use them again.

We’ve come here a few times now to receive a Covid test.Everyone that’s helped my daughter has been so kind. They’ve chatted w her prior to the test to make sure she understands what they’re going to do. I appreciate this because they do this regardless of how busy they’ve been.All the staff people I’ve come in contact w have been very kind and knowledgeable.I do feel that they’ve been short staffed most times. That’s not the employees’ fault tho.I would recommend. And we will go to this location again - Dublin, CA.

Quick easy sign in using my insurance at the San Jose location. Dr was competent and through. Received a prescription quickly and was on my way! Great job!

After being unable to reach my doctors office for a couple days for an urgent medical issue, I went to the clinic with an appointment that was quick and easy to make and was treated immediately! My doctor was thorough, kind, interested in everything I had to say, and treated me with dignity and respect.I urge you to call or email them and get an immediate appointment and be seen and treated the same way!

Very slow service. My appointment was at 3 and I left at 530 for a basic foot treatment. 2 of those hours was just waiting for the one doctor in the whole place. Seemed like it was full of interns who didn’t know what they were doing at all.

Great care; I was able to get a video conference with a doctor same day, because my closest location was only doing covid testing. It was quick and easy. The doctor addressed all my concerns and provided a satisfactory resolution.

The person who helped us was like an angel if I’m being honest! She was kind, gentle, and patient. A real human to human experience… did not feel like just another number. Wish I had asked her name. Best experience I’ve ever had at an Ergent care facility or any medical facility for that matter! Wish all health care providers could be more like her!

Quick and painless except I waited for like half an hour before calling in because no one had showed up to the video visit . But once I called it was quickly resolved . If it isn’t for Dr. Matt Felix, I ll never go back again because of the Staff - extremely unprofessional and careless. Had a very unpleasant experience over the last couple of months.Advice to the Staff - Respect your patient’s time because they do the same to adjust as per the Doctor’s availability.This is another experience I had today where I called in to schedule an appointment only with Dr. Matt Felix and it was scheduled with him according to the staff ( had reconfirmed as well) but when my appointment started someone else showed up. I wasn’t even informed or asked if this is fine neither before the appointment or during it.Careless and unprofessional as usual.

There was a little uncertainty as to when my primary care doctor would get around to calling me because the internet was down. However, staff communicated with me twice, keeping me up to date with developments. Dr. Kaur called a little late, but it wasnt really a problem. Great teamwork, you guys!

They saw me right on my appointment time but when they swabbed me they did it so hard and must’ve went around in circles 20 times each nostril it made me tear up and caused my nose to bleed. This is not necessary. I’m a nurse and was trained otherwise, and I do the tests all the time on patients. Plus, I tested positive the night before and told them that so you think they would’ve escalated the test results but it’s been over 12 hours and I still haven’t gotten the results back! I just needed a verification of my at home test positive result from the night before.

We have been here 3 times over the past few months without an appointment. I have been so impressed with the care my kids have received! The wait times have been short, and the staff is so helpful.

The staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions I asked. Nobody wants CoVid right? Well, I tested positive (I took a home test as well = positive) and due to my job as a Caregiver I have to go to an Urgent Care Clinic (Santa Clara, CA location) to have the 2-3 day results. I’m currently still feeling sick, so I’ll most definitely go back to this Urgent Care location to get another test done. I do however wish that they would’ve sent me an email with my test results. I had to call the clinic to get my results. Other than that… 👍👍

I was told my appointment was at 11:30. No one was there. Luckily the nice lady in the Tracy office helped me out but they supposedly kept calling the girl and she kept saying she was in the back and about to walk out and get me about 45 minutes finally goes by she walks in she was never there. Then she tells me sorry there was traffic when online it shows they are open at 9:30 am. So if you go here just really make sure someone is going to be there. Horrible experience.

The doctor I had a video/call visit with was very nice, informative, and great knowledge of the condition I have. She prescribed my medication as needed and recommended a new medication for my anxiety. I cant wait to try. Thank you all.

Bad experience at this location. Went in for a delicate issue. Small facility with limited resources. The didnt have basic necessities like gowns. They gave me a pillowcase and told me to disrobe. The on duty Nurse practitioner gave me an Rx for over the counter medication and didnt give any follow up care information. The staff was rude and condescending. Their definition of care is alarming.

The process was smooth from start to finish. Website to book an appointment was easy. We got reminder text and email close to our appointment. We arrived 15 mins early and we’re checked in. The nurse came out to administer the Covid Test swab and we got our results within 30 mins. Definitely recommend Instant Urgent Care.

My boyfriend who is from Germany needed to be seen. They were so polite and nice to him. no waiting. If he needs to be seen by anyone again, he will definitely be taking him there.

The provider that helped me today was very professional and respectful. I had very few good experiences with urgent cares in the past, and I am very happy with the information the providers presented to continue with my state of health.

Left an earlier review regarding ankhitas team. Unfortunately now I have realized no one answers my calls after MULTIPLE days..theres been huge amount of confusion when setting up appointments on their end..scheduled visits cancelled, unable to communicate to team for scheduling, scheduling me to see certain doctor on her off day, etc! I need my mri scheduled and thought Instant urgent care wouldve had sent this order MONTHS AGO however the imaging center says they never received this..maybe through this review I may be able to get some justice in prompt treatment for exams and scheduling! IUC was unable to help me with a broken finger on the day after Thanksgiving.. They could NOT locate a UC center in the SF Bay Area near me (within 20 miles) which had a x-ray. Furthermore, they did not call back at the tele-medicine appointment time or at all. After responding to a second call by me they tried to connect and then dropped the call, and did not try to call back. They appear to be inept, have non-existent follow-through, not part of a network that can actually provide common diagnosis and treatments in a major metropolitan area, and ultimately was a waste of several hours. Im just icing and caring for it until Monday when I can look up a legitimate doctor and make an appointment.

Exceptional televisit experience with outstanding patient service! My GP was out of town and advised I have a consult with an urgent care. Im glad I found Instant Urgent Care & highly recommend for any future medical needs!

I went to the urgent care facility for my Mom who was visiting from India. We called the insurance and they gave us the address of this facility as it was in network. She has UnitedHealthcare visitors insurance. When we showed them the insurance card they said they accept that visitors insurance. Although the insurance had a copay of $15 they made me pay the full amount upfront before my Mom could see the doctor.Not just that, they made us take the $175 covid test when i went to Palo Alto facility, which they mentioned would not be covered by insurance which I had to pay upfront. There was another person at the counter who had the same issue but was exempted.After a couple of weeks I called them as I needed to file the claim for insurance. They said they have no billing department. I asked for an itemized bill as the insurance had asked me. The customer rep said they will look into it. She was super unfriendly.WORST place ever!

Used the virtual appointment. This was so much easier than having to travel to office. This was on a weekend when there were very few acute cares open. We were able to reserve an appointment within 30 minutes

I was able to make an appointment today and was seen almost immediately. Doc was great, explained the issues and gave me solid advice.

We are visiting from out of town and the kiddo has an ear ache. We were able to get in and out of the clinic so quickly. The staff and physician were professional and courteous.

I needed an urgent care and wanted to avoid going to an ER. After speaking with an advice nurse from United healthcare she referred me to this medical care clinic and they were able to set up a telehealth visit for my concerns within 15 minutes of my speaking with them. I was connected with Derek Freeman PA and within no more than 10 minutes he was able to determine my problem and to write a prescription for anabiotic‘s. Very impressive compassionate and as the name says instant healthcare

Stopped in for a quick Covid test. Found out I had actually booked my appointment for the wrong location. Staff was happy to take care of me and get me on my way quickly! 5 stars for Dublin office!

Instant Urgent Care is fantastic! Staff is prompt, professional and really kind. I appreciate the job they are doing. I have used them for several covid test recently, as it is super fast and convenient.

That was a good and fast service at reception. Even though they pre-check me to make sure they can provide the proper service for me. I went there to remove the remaining part of disovelable suture and doctor took care of it carefully.

They told me the eleventh st office in Tracy was open. When I got there it was not. I was given the wrong information about them being able to see me for my issue. Once I spoke to the nurse practitioner she told me there was nothing they could do for me. I wasted my time and resources not to be told in the beginning when I first contacted instant urgent care. I will not be going back for any type of medical reasons.

Medical staff at Instant Urgent Car, Dublin, CA, were very prompt and helpful. We got our C-tests done on time, as scheduled, and results were e-mailed and posted in our Patient Portal within TWO HOURS.Medical staff also called to check whether we received the results & helped to upload it in United Airlines new checkin process online. They were friendly, fast and efficient. I needed a PCR test for international flight within 72 hrs. Kaiser couldnt promise test results within 72 hrs so I had to outsource and use Instant Urgent Care, I had my PCR test results in an hour! Thats Efficiency!

I tested positive for COVID so when your medical professional got on the online, I informed her that I tested positive. I was very shocked to hear her say something like (ok, what do you want me to do.) It was odd. I had to say that I am reaching out to you for medical advice. Whoever is reading this, must have a clue what I am going through, the last thing that I want is someone who does not take charge and tell the patient what they should do. After that weird moment, she functioned better when I gave the phone to my wife. The doctor gave me a feeling of bias. The demeanor went dim after seeing my face. I am African American.

I had a Telehealth appointment for a follow up. They had the wrong symptoms listed on my file, had no idea what the follow up was for, and didn’t have my test results which was the whole reason of the appointment. They said they’d call back in a half hour, once everything was figured out, but I received no phone call or follow up. They charged me before I even talked to anybody.

I had a good experience except for my interaction with PA Derrick Freeman.When I would ask more about my symptoms and possible diagnosis, he would talk to me in a very condescending way. He referred to my age, 22, and used it almost as an insult to my intelligence or maturity. He also ranted about how the Covid-19 pandemic made patients more paranoid about their minor symptoms, and that I should pretend as if it were 2019. This had no relevance to my case because I tested negative for Covid-19 twice. Overall, it felt like he was belittling me for inquiring about my own health.I do have to say that the desk help people were nice and helpful, and that I had a very good experience with PA Alan Mcclintick prior to this. Overall good, but just avoid Derrick

Dr. Renata Hollimans office took great care of me. She was friendly and listened to my concern. She answered my questions and prescribed the appropriate meds to help me heal.

I was in the process of moving to another state and was in between primary care providers. I was able to book a telemedicine appointment and get referrals for two different imaging tests i really needed within an hour.

Ms Padmaja, PA C was very patient in explaining the injury treatment to 8 yr old child and us very clearly. She was a good listener and attentive to details. There was no wait time. Staff was very friendly. And rooms etc were clean.

Victory was the nicest, most patient assistant. I came in blubbering & she literally helped me within minutes. Dr Kim, very knowledgeable & patient AND willing to help with something to help me immediately

My wife and I tested positive for Covid with a home test kit and our doctors were away. With Instant Urgent Care on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley we were able to have our positive test confirmed, have videoconference with a doctor, and be prescribed medication promptly and efficiently, including a follow-up videoconference five days later.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They took really good care of me. I definitely would come here again.

I been going to Insta Urgent Care for several years, Now I am pleased Dr Kaur is my primary Doctor, and still able to go in make appointments when needed if she is not available .

Super bad , I had a virtual appointment , she finished in a minute saying she is sending blood work electronically which she never did . I fasted and wasted 2 hours on following week to find out nothing was sent . Very unprofessional. Wish there was a zero star rating . Very disappointing and frustrating.

My wife and I arrived at 8:45 for a 9AM appt. I texted that we had arrived early. No response. I called the 408 #, no answer. By about 9:10, my wife was able to get thru on the 408#, was told the schedule had been changed, we would be tested at ~9:30. At ~9:25, technicians came out, very nice and polite. My wife received her negative test result this eve. I have heard nothing regarding my Covid test.

Went for rapid test (antigen), online sign up, insurance took care of the cost, and with an appointment I got in and out (stayed in the car) in 10 mins or so, and got my result online in under an hour. Great service.

Friday 11am. Tried to go here today for urgent care. No answer several attempts calling. At 11am the lights were off door locked. No note. Upper sign flipped. This place might have gone out of business. If not youd think there would at least be a note on the door for ppl seeking care

Quick and attentive service from Sofia and her colleagues on a COVID test for international travel. Apart from the 40 minute turnaround, the team printed and gave me a physical copy of my report and walked me through how to get a digital copy, too. Highly recommended if you need to travel internationally and obtain a PCR test.

Terrible services with their telemedicine services. They used to be very good and punctual during covid time, but this is the second time I’m using video visits in 2022 and I waited for 30 mins in the meeting room without any response from their team. This is insanely ridiculous

I have been to the Fairfield Instant Urgent Care office as well as had an online appointment and in both cases received high quality care. I highly recommend Instant Urgent Care!

The hours need to be changed. THEY DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 11. We arrived at 9:30, because Google said that’s when they opened. Waited until 10, and nothing. Checked hours of other locations, because you can’t access the Granite Bay location from the website on your phone. Saw that Rocklin opened at 11, so I’m assuming this one does too

Terrible experience here. The doctor looked like she was about to fall asleep, and was not helpful at all. Didn’t care that I was sick, and showed little interest in prescribing me medicine. Told me that she couldn’t help me.

They were all very friendly and respectful. If I need urgent care in the future, I will return here. Thank you all very much.

I contacted this urgent care and the lady who contacted me was supposed to send my medication to my pharmacy but it was never sent. I was in so much pain and by the time I called them they were closed. Such an irresponsible staff.

Doctor prescribed 2.5% hydrocortisone to be used on skin around an EYE. Unbelievable. Literally you cannot use it if it’s over 1% and even better if it’s 0.5% (second being a challenge to find in the US for some reason).

Telephone appointment today with Dr. We agree no more medication is needed. Wound has scabbed over and will continue healing on its own.

I ended up with the wrong prescription and there is no way for me to contact someone to get this fixed. All the text interface is bots, and the number for the local location is a menu that does not allow for me to talk to someone.

It was probably the worst experience at an urgent care for me the doctor doesnt even care , what do you think about the patients.?

The visit was ok but the point was to have a prescription called in. The script was never called in. Ill ask my insurance company to deny your payment.
