Nurse Kathy is the nicest person I have came into contact with at any doctors office. She is so kind and personable(yet professional). From the first time I called women’s health specialists, she walked me through infertility information so in depth. She advocated for me with my insurance company to cover as much as they should for infertility. Going forward if I ever have any random questions about women’s health, she is always an easy person to talk to. Kudos to Kathy for making me feel so comfortable!

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I can understand having to be put on hold and wait to talk to a person on the phone but this clinic does not have that. They just automatically send you to the voicemail no matter what youre calling for. My experience with this clinic the two times I went in was identical. I arrived for my appointment on time and early, I sat in the waiting room for 45 to 50 minutes before being called back watching over 5 other patients go back and be seen before me. The physician was not informed of the purpose of the visit and I was rudely told by the assistants both times to strip naked and no attempt was made to talk to me about the purpose of my visit. They do not open their phone lines until 9:00 a.m., and then their phone lines turn off midday for a what seems like a 2-hour lunch break. And they close the phones at 4:00 p.m. The vibe I got from this clinic is that no one really works here or has any desire to actually provide patient care. Hope to save someone else time. Stay away! I regret giving them a chance.

Ive been a patient for 30 years. These wonderful doctors helped me with infertility issues, gynecological health issues, breast biopsies, and currently, dealing with breast cancer. I am very appreciative for the care I have received at the Park Ridge and Third Lake offices and continue to recommend Womens Health Specialists!

Dr. Carla Loly is the very best doctor I have ever had and I have had some very excellent health care providers over the years. She is so compassionate, personable and her knowledge of women’s healthcare is completely current with all of the latest research. Her staff is also fabulous which is why I continue to visit this practice in Illinois even though I now live in California!

Been using this office for years and the staff is always super nice and very welcoming! Burses are super nice and make it a comfortable experience. They also always are very good at working with my schedule as I usually schedule my appts same week as I call and I love their flexibility.

I have been going to Womens Health Specialist since before I had kids and now my kids go there! I cant say enough about their compassion, empathy, patience and helping me to advocate for myself when I had breast cancer. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I went in for a package deal that included 2 micro needling and 2 chemical peels. Im VERY happy with the results. They started on time and checked how I was feeling all the way through the process. Womens Healthcare Specialists is where Ill go from now on for my skincare needs!

Just left the office today. I work as a nurse and work bedside so I know how it feels to be on the other side. Poor bedside manner from providers. I know they’re smart and they’ve been doing this for a while but what does that mean to me as a patient if I feel I am being dismissed. I feel that they don’t like their jobs and it shows. Other than the one I saw today, Brita and Tadrose I saw and were amazing with me

I have been going here since I moved into the area almost 20 years ago. I have always had good experiences weather it was having my children delivered or using the other services they provide. Very nice and friendly. Love it!

Ive been going to Womens Health Specialists since i was 16 and almost 10 years later still recommend. Ive had two kids with the practice and loved each doctor that i saw.

Wonderful practice! Ive been a patient here for over 23 years. Doctors, nurses and staff are always so kind and attentive.

I love this facility as well as the Doctors and the staff. I never have a problem getting in for an appointment. I never have to wait long once checked in. This is a great facility.

I don’t understand the comments from people saying they’ve been coming here for over 10-20yrs … this location used to be a family clinic called Provida … so weird

My wife and I have had four pregnancies resulting in five kids (last one was twins) all with this practice. We have nothing but rave reviews of staff, nurses and doctors. Two of the pregnancies were high risk and needed extra appointments for monitoring, etc. they greeted us by name each time, docs and nurses took time to listen to questions and give a thoughtful answer. Highly recommend!

Ive been seeing this group for about 34 years. There were mostly male doctors and everyone was incredible. Many have retired and I honestly wasnt happy with the new doctors until I saw Dr Deutsch. Patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Capezio is amazing as well. He helped me emotionally and physically during my pregnancy 25 years ago.

When I moved to Grayslake last year, I was nervous about finding a new OB/GYN. I decided to try Womens Health Specialists despite a few unfavorable reviews. Ive been to this office twice now and both times went very well. The office staff was kind both times and the only thing non-work related that was going on was that they ordered food (like most offices do). My doctor, Nicole, took care of me in a timely manner and was patient, kind, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and I will definitely continue going to this office.

All the drs are friendly, the nurses are friendly and can actually take blood. One of the ultrasound techs is super patient and accommodating to get a good 4D. Went to another office previously and have had a way better experience here. Only thing that sucks is if your blood type is negative and you need rhogam they don’t have the shot in office and you have to go to cancer center (not fun). Never had issues with the front office.

Been going here for 25 years. I feel like family when I go for an appointment. The whole staff is knowledgeable and caring.

I’ve been going to this practice for years and adore everyone there. I am greeted by name at every appointment and Dr. Deutsch delivered both of my babies. I was high risk in both pregnancies, and I felt listened to and cared for both times. I was induced with both babies for medical reasons, which can be a long and grueling process. Dr. Deutsch visited me frequently while being induced and walked my husband and me through every decision, letting me be conservative when I wanted and more aggressive when I wanted to as well.

My mother first started to go here when she was pregnant with me; he couldnt deliver me because he was on vacation. But he did deliver my younger brother. When I got old enough for my appointments I started to come here. 8 years later and Im still with them. Some of the nurses and other staff can be very judge mental, and rude (like 80% of other offices). But my doctor is the reason I stay, he has helped me through a lot of my medical issues. One young male staff member who calls patients, needs to learn how to speak over the phone, he left me a voicemail saying your pap came back really bad so we have to do a biopsy because it might be cancer or something THANK GOD IT WASNT! But my doctor truly cares about me and my wellbeing. No matter what you will always have a bad few out of the bunch. Dont judge a whole office based on a few bad apples.

I had a good experience with the staff and OBs at the third lake location. Everyone is friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Don’t waste your time. I came here to try to get IUD insertion and an exam. I was able to get the exam but not the IUD. I called to make an appt, they scheduled me the same day and when I came in, they said they couldn’t do it due to not running my insurance, even though they knew I was coming. I also put in the cervix softener because they MADE AN APPT FOR ME, then scolded me for taking it without knowing if I was going to get the IUD. Also my doctor gave me the cervix softener without making any record of giving me said pill :) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED and some were the women were just plain rude.

From Charlotte at reception, to Kathy the nurse of all nurses, to the team of doctors I cant praise enough. Was high risk and they referred me to best doctor they work with. I went every week for shots to keep baby in. It worked pretty well and Dr. Scaunus delivered a beautiful little girl. Cant thank them enough.

Horrible practice and rude office staff. I went here for my second pregnancy and they were less than accommodating. I was having horrible pains and Dr Tumuru told me I was having normal round ligament pains which landed me in the ER two days later to find out I had a kidney infection. They are not compassionate and dont listen to your concerns. Especially dr Tumuru she is an idiot with a degree . The minute I switched practices it was evident the type of care I was missing. Id stay away from this place !!!!!!

Sexist environment. Not friendly for disabled men. I went with my wife for moral support and needed to use the bathroom because I am diabetic. They told me they had no bathroom for a man and made me drive to a gas station. Moral support is not appreciated at this office nor is it friendly to men with disabilities.

I went to WHS because weve had troubles in the past and I had a raelly good experience. I saw Dr. Snow and I liked her personality. I liked how she was straight forward and had a game plan and calmed my fears and addressed my concerns. Typically at a high-risk OB/GYN your appointments are HOURS long. This was not the case. It was an hour, I got all of my testing done and I felt cared about. Thats huge when youre going through something like my husband and I. I will go back and use this as my treating physican. Im very happy hear and heck youre at the hospital, so if something isnt going so well you just pop on over and they can take care of it. If you live in the area this is the place to come.

This office will dump you as soon as you reschedule your visit a couple of times.My wife got a recommendation to see doctor Dorina Scaunas from a friend. She made an appointment with their other office in Park Ridge but then had to reschedule 2 times, because of different reasons. After that they refused the service and asked her to not call anymore.She still wanted to see this doctor, so she made an appointment with this office in Grayslake. They made appointment but then after 4 days called her and cancelled, referring to her previous rescheduling.I called office manager. She was rude and incompetent and told me that my wife rescheduled 4 or 5 times (which is a lie) and not welcome here anymore. I said she had her reasons to reschedule 2 times and needs urgent help now and that she was referred to this doctor by her friend. Manager then told me they will not ever take her and asked me to call them anymore. Unbelievable.THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS EVER.STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE.

Women’s health specialist is always on time and prompt. They help with all questions and are always a kind face.

The only good thing about this office is doctor DEUTSCH and nurse practitioner DEBBIE JOHSON other than that the blonde receptionist has always been so rude since the first time I spoke to her on the phone to make my first apt there from there it only got worse almost every apt I had made would add things in with out telling me and would change my apt times and some times when she would add thing on to my apt the times would change and I would never be notified and to top this off today never have I ever been spoken to the way I was spoken to today by Doctor TUMMURU She was so disrespectful, Accusatory, and demeaning Never have I ever had a person or doctor non the less act the way she had this morning she made me brake down crying and l had to leave the office because of how awful she had behaved. No one should have treat a pregnant woman the way she had done and the way some of the staff there dose. I highly recommend not going to this office save your selfs the head ach and money and sanity and go some where will they will treat you like a person and not belittle you

The office staff is more interested in facebook and non-clinical distractions than they are in providing excellent patient care. Office manager is a terrible combination of arrogant and rude. Please seek medical care elsewhere. Clearly, the 5 star reviews are from current employees who posted them after taking a break from the difficult task of facebooking while simultaneously ignoring your wife/patient. You deserve better than this group.

I started going to WHS because of some very high recommendations from friends and family members. Best choice I ever made. Finally, I feel like I have doctors who listen to my wants and needs, especially when it comes to trying to conceive. It really is a piece of mind that I have never had before. Highly recommended!!
