I think they should get rid of the hours that they are open to more of a to be determined. It says that both the Fort Collins and Greeley offices are open from 9am until 4pm Monday through Friday but thats not right. Sometimes one or both offices are closed and they do not disclose that information on Google or their website. I wonder how many people have wasted their time going to an office thinking they should be open only to find that they are closed.
