Missed my first appointment due to a misunderstanding and they banned me for good . I’m sure this is a great practice I just wish they had a small amount of forgiveness, even offered to pay the copay or any fee for missing an it’s still a no. People make mistakes an i understand it was my fault . Just really wanted to be apart of this practice anyway make SURE if you make an appointment be on it , because they DO NOT give 2nd chances , lol !

Dr. Kathy Richardson is one of the best doctors (if not the best) in Greensboro, NC. She helped my wife to deliver our second baby and everything went very smoothly. My wife was very happy and impressed with Dr. Richardsons professionalism. She is truly professional obstetrician-gynecologist. She is a very caring doctor with a great sense of humor, which really helps to go smoothly through all the complicated procedures and surgeries.My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Kathy Richardson and the entire team of Greensboro OBGYN Associates!

I have been seeing Dr. Meissinger for over 18 years. He is the best! Kind, patient with any questions you have and was amazing in the delivery room for my C-section. I highly recommend him!

GSO OBGYN doesnt listen to their patients and wont make an appointment even for a women early along in NEED of care. Receptionist is not nice either and wont listen to anything I said. I just tested positive less than a week ago and they wont make an appointment. What a joke.

Greensboro OBGYN feels like family. The entire staff is friendly and kind. They make you feel comfortable and dont make you feel like they are rushing to the next patient. Dr. Richardson and NP Key have been phenomenal. They truly care about all of their patients and work alongside you to come up with action plans that you are comfortable with. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Shivaji and Dr Richardson are beyond wonderful!! I always felt like I was in the best care possible with them. I can’t say enough good things about them both. I had not been to a gynecology office for a long time, so I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk person, Lauren in Ultra sound and Dr. Shivaji. They were all very kind and helpful. Dr. Shivaji was very down to earth, funny, and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the time she spent with me answering my questions and taking my history. I was very impressed with all of it. Thank you!

I called the request a new patient appointment. I am moving from a different state pregnant and need care. They said they can’t accept me unless I am in the first 6 weeks. So basically patients who move between states who are pregnant should deliver at home or die if all offices follow this policy. They also hung up on me.

I Would never in 1 million years Recommend this place first I asked for a black doctor considering this was my first pregnancy and I want everything to go right before my appointment They said they can honor that. They never did, 2nd They kept trying to get me to pee in a jug and carry it around with me for 24 hours, but I couldn’t because of the place that I work was a clean room next thing you know they discharge me and tell me that they can no longer be my OB/GYN in the mail and then I found that my baby was no longer breathing and I feel like they knew ahead of time which is why they said that they could no longer be my OB/GYN and just dropped me this was in 2020 but I couldn’t remember if I did a review so, and if I did I just did it again so woman are aware, I’m now currently pregnant with my rainbow 🌈 baby and CONE woman’s center is the best

Greensboro OBGYN is amazing and I highly recommend this practice. I am a new patient and appreciate the warm welcome. From the nice ladies on the phone, to check in, to Dr. Banga and her sweet nurse/assistant, Jessica. Dr. Banga is phenomenal. I love how she took the time to get to know me first as a person before starting my exam. We got to talk about my life, her life, and bond over both working in the medical field. She is a very personable and a genuine physician and would 1000% recommend her, alongside with the entire practice to everyone!

The service here is superb. I love Dr. shaivaji, she is very kind and thorough and makes you laugh. The waiting area is clean and the receptionists are all very friendly and polite. I am glad that I chose this place.

I had Dr. Bovard. She is amazing and did a very good job doing a hysterectomy on me. I will definitely keep coming back to her if I need her again for anything lady issues.

Dr Richardson is one of the best Doctors I have had the privilege of seeing! Going to see her is not just like seeing a doctor…it’s like seeing a friend. She is so warm, compassionate, caring, intelligent, and down to earth. I always leave knowing she really cares about me. She is definitely a 100/10!!! Dr. Richardson is a top-tier physician. Shes been my doctor for over a decade. I moved to the West coast for 8 years and came right back to her upon my return to NC. Each time I visit her office, she greets me with hugs and a warm smile. I never feel rushed and is fully attentive to any concerns I may have. Dr Kathy Richardson is amazing!! That’s why she has delivered my last two babies and I want her to deliver my third! And her nurse assistant Becky is wonderful too. They both are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and it feels like you are going to see a friend.

What a welcoming atmosphere! In the past, I have had some negative experiences with gynecological care, but everyone at GSO OBGYN is fantastic! They made me feel comfortable and understood during my visit. Very good patient care!

Typically, I never leave review but in this case, I want to share how wonderful this practice actually is.What makes it special is the staff. Dr. Richardson and Becky make a dynamic team. You feel comfortable and know you are in great hands.Their PAs (past and present) and the nurses who work closely together are all great.

I have been seeing Eve Key for years. She is very thorough in her exam and very attentive. Addressing all questions and concerns. Reviews your chart with you to make sure all info is correct. Her assistants are good at returning calls in a timely manner and making sure she gets the info. Front office staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Dr. Richardson is a great doctor. She always listens to me and is always very helpful. I just love her and Becky her nurse. They are also my friends.

I am with Green Valley, but Dr Banga delivered my child due to their shared on call for delivery at Cone. She was very rude and disrespectful to my wishes. She caused unnecessary distress in my most vulnerable moments and I believe it led to my cervix tear to be worsen. I am leaving my OB just because of the slight chance I have to ever deal with her again in delivery. She not only caused stress to me and my child, I also have an exponential hospital bill due to her demand to take me to the OR even though I had a natural delivery.

I saw Evelyn Key and she was amazing. Very thorough and took the time to get to know me. I also appreciated her going over my chart/notes at the end of my appointment to make sure everything was correct and I did not have any questions. If you are in need of a new OBGYN I definitely recommend.

Dr. Bovard is the best at listening to my concerns, explaining things well, and has a wonderful personality. During my recovery period from surgery last year she was very easy to reach with any concerns or questions during or after hours. I am really appreciative of that.

Dr. Richardson has been my OB-GYN for as long as she has been in GSO. In my opinion, She has always been at the top among her peers. She delivered my son over 20 years ago. I have always had nothing but top-notch service from her. In fact, I feel like she’s a friend who happens to be my doctor. I love how she talks with you prior to service. She remembers many details and makes you feel like family. She and her nurse offer service beyond compare! In one word...Amazing!

I have been a patient with Dr. Richardson and this practice for going on five years. Everyone there from the moment you walk in, get checked in and see the provider is the absolute best and friendly. Becky is kind and I enjoy seeing her as well. All the providers are great and if I had to go on any of the other ones schedules I’d be fine as well. Excellent doctors whom are both respectful and knowledgeable. MY medical family team of choice for my lady parts lol.

Mrs Key seemed knowledgeable about my condition and was very good at explaining what she thought was going on with my body. I felt comfortable during the entire visit. She is very professional and easy to talk to. She offered a couple of possible solutions for me to try. Praying that one of them will work.

I love how the staff is very friendly. Also, the wait time is fast and provide excellent feedback on any questions you may have for them to answer. The office is a nice temperature and is very clean. I personally loved how you get to see different drs sometimes because you never know who will be on call when it’s time to deliver. They make sure your baby is growing properly and if something is wrong they inform you about it and don’t try and hide it.

Dr.Shivaji is amazing! Ive been to her twice now and both her and her nurses have been incredibly kind and understanding and patient. I had a bad experience with my last doctor and it made me very scared to ever go back but they all made me feel so comfortable right away. I highly recommend her!!!

Eve has been my OBGY longer than I can actually remember, approximately 25 yrs. We are the same age and she can relate and understands what the female body needs, operates, physically & mentally. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I realize she wii retire eventually but hopefully not for several years. I consider her not only my doctor but also a friend.The entire staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken well cared for.Take it from me, it’s hard to find a good doctor and staff these days. Especially as you get older and go on Medicare. Dr Richardson made me feel comfortable during everything and was great at explaining what was going on. She is motivating when it comes time to pushing and quick to respond in emergent situations. Dr Eve is so sweet and caring. Really down to earth person. She reminds me so much of Dr Cathy Harris. Very well detailed on explaining everything. Definitely the best care Ive ever had! I enjoy all my interactions at this office. Ive been seeing Dr. Richardson for over 6 years. She delivered my first NC baby. All the staff is consistent in the way they care about the patients and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor is a pleasure to deal with.

I have been with this practice for 40 years. My middle and youngest daughters were delivered by two of the doctors here. One retired and the other still seeing patients. I’ve experienced great service through pregnancy, surgical procedures and regular examinations. What I enjoy most is the personal care that’s received. Dr Bovard and Tiffanie have been incredibly helpful. I was able to get an ultrasound on the spot. We are working on moving forward now and I look forward to it, for the first time in a long time I am completely comfortable and happy with my doctor.

The doctors they see as well (Banga and Key) are caring and compassionate, as well as the other staff members. There is never a long wait time.

My visit went phenomenally well. I only waited 5 minutes before I was called back. Nurse Becky was quick and nice. Dr. Richardson was thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. She was honest and insightful. Nurse Lori, the phlebotomist, was awesome. She was able to draw blood on the first try and she knows Jesus! Thats a huge PLUS in my book! Overall great team of people. I am overjoyed with my decision to have Dr. Richardson as my gynecologist.

Service was excellent from the front desk to seeing Eve Key. Eve is a excellent doctor with excellent bed side manners. She is the best! My review seemed to be shadowed to others, so I will be sharing my experience again in hopes of helping women who are looking for a practice that accepts them!The other day I called to schedule an appointment and was told “we’re not accepting medicaid patients at this time” … From that alone, this is not a practice I would recommend for my fellow medicaid sisters. We’re not accepted here, very simple. I later received a response from the owner of this establishment invalidating my honest experience and choice of rating. I am not quite surprised by the response because it’s very obvious they receive a spam of five star ratings. Ratings that have no descriptive experiences nearly everyday, with profiles of no history of reviews . So I would be very aware of that and do further research !

Dr. Richardson is an excellent physician. She is very thorough with her exams and always makes me feel comfortable. She is personable and takes time to answer any questions I might have. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She is always very positive as is Becky, her Nurse.

This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed the visit to the OB/GYN lol! Dr. Bovard was kind, understanding, very helpful, and had a sense of humor! All of the above mean a lot to me. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have PCOS and finally tested positive for my first pregnancy. My periods are irregular and I can go 3 months without having one. I conceived 28 days ago (tmi, however; this is not a guess or questionable, this was the only time in months that anything happened that could cause this). Although I am only 28 days out, the facility is refusing to see me due to the date of my last period. I have contacted 6 other facilities in the area and have been refused for the same reason. I am being refused medical during pregnancy due to a medical condition that can cause getting pregnant to be harder and causes irregular periods. This makes absolutely no sense and is completely negligent. Due to this, I have zero prenatal care and no where to go. Every facility suggests trying another facility and Im just denied by the next facility at 28 weeks. I would never recommend anyone here.

Dr. Evelyn is The Best!! So caring and thorough and makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure any issues you are having with your body that you are comfortable talking about and she goes over everything with you...NOT a wham beam see you next year! Love her!

I have been seeing Dr. Henley over 4 years now. He gets to know his patients, ask questions, and cover any and every concern we address. Not too many doctors have great bed side manners but Dr. Henley is great!! I would recommend any of my family and friends to Dr. Henley!

Dr Shavaji always treats me rights at all my appointments. She listens and makes sure she does the best thing for me as her patient. I truly believe upon me finding my own OBGYN instead of my then doctor, Dr Shavaji saved my life. She helped me for almost a year, referred me to my Endocrinologist and preformed a surgery that I needed for so long. I am so happy now since the surgery and my weight keeps dropping. I feel so much better and I look forward to keeping Dr Shavaji as my OBGYN!! I’m so grateful to her!!

Dr Bovard is amazing! She actually listens to her patients and gives advice, suggestions, or takes other actions needed accordingly. It can be a bit uncomfortable during OBGYN visits but she makes me feel comfortable and able to relax. Highly recommend!

Most people dont like their annual visit to their GYN. Because of Dr. Richardson and her nurse, Becky, I love my annual appointment and look forward to it every year. This practice rocks! I missed my yearly appointment but was able to see Dr. Henley within 4 weeks. Very thorough, great bedside manners, prompt service, awesome staff, and timely callbacks.

She was great as well , very helpful information about what’s going on. She coached and talked me through each push. Oh yeah, along with the new Dr to the OBGYN ASSOCIATES. Dr. Shivaji is hands down the best OBGYN ever!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Shivaji since March of this year and I couldn’t be happier with her as my OBGYN. I had a really bad past experience with an OBGYN office in Burlington where they never took any of my concerns or medical problems seriously, they made me feel like I was just another number. Dr. Shivaji is so compassionate, funny and makes you feel comfortable. She is truly amazing at what she does! I will forward to the many many years of being Dr. Shivaji’s patient.

Kathy is excellent; shes extremely knowledgeable about womens health and is also invested in her patients. She remembers the details of your life and asks for updates. She never rushes you through an appointment and performs all examinations/procedures in the most gentle and respectful way. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

The space was very clean and had signs on seats for social distancing. My wait time including checking in was less than 5 minutes. I had a new appointment with Dr. Banga, and she is so amazing! I felt so comfortable with her, and luckily, my main concern was right up her alley. She is a very knowledgeable and kind woman. The nurse who took my vitals before the appointment was also very welcoming.

I have been a patient for many many years I wanna say over 20 and I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Henly and Dr. Meisinger. they have always been very open and upfront and never hesitated to answer my questions to the best of their ability. I know because she repeated what I said. She explained not only what was going on with my situation but also explained the medication she may suggest after seeing the results from labs and why she would prescribe the particular medication. Her explanation on how to use the medication was very helpful. She was also helpful in helping me save on my prescriptions with suggestions. My lab results were in by the afternoon and I was able to pick up my prescriptions by the end of my work day. I appreciate the quick visit and her know of my situation and how to treat it. I would recommend Eve Key and already shared with friends about my pleasant visit. NGH

I love this office and ALL who work there, which is pretty unheard of. It’s very well organized and no one ever rushes you. Everyone is knowledgeable. Excellent service, the staff is always very friendly. Sometimes there’s a little wait to be seen but they do their best to get you in and out as soon as possible and make sure to go over everything with you. I like how they send you an email after about the notes from your visit & nurses always call you back if not the same day the next. Very happy I choose Greensboro OBGYN for this pregnancy!Update: My daughter is 3 months old now, Dr Banga delivered my daughter and she made it such a great experience. I’ve moved away from Greensboro but if I became pregnant again I’d be willing to drive an hour just to get the great service they offer.

Women deserve better care than this place! I made an appt here with specific details by about what I needed to be seen for. They said they could see me for the issues I was looking to get addressed. They were booked 3 weeks out and when I finally got there I arrived 10 mins before my appt and had already filled out all of the new patient paperwork prior to arriving. Because I didnt arrive 15 mins early they told me I would have to re-schedule. I asked if they could fit me in with anyone because my issue is now urgent and they did get me into a nurse who ended up telling me they couldn’t help me with the issues I needed addressed. Also they asked me to pee in a literal styrofoam coffee cup it was unsanitary and gross. Women deserve better.

Wonderful office, everyone I encountered was friendly, willing to listen and helpful. I have seen all the Drs while rotating during pregnancies years ago and they are all great. I now see Kathy Harris for yearly checkups. She is easy to talk to, takes her time to listen to concerns and makes this visit pleasant.
