Columbia Clinic Urgent Care - Clackamas (Happy Valley), OR

We moved to OR from MN and our daughter showed signs of a urinary tract infection. We walked into the Clackamas Urgent Care Clinic. We were greeted with such kindness, promptness and professionalism. From that moment on, the care we received was outstanding. Despite the incredibly busy waiting room, we were treated quickly and thoroughly. The follow up from the clinic was also persistent and appropriate. Highly recommend this clinic for your urgent care needs! Thank you, Ruth!

Went here for the first time today as a walk-in patient. Front desk staff were very nice and professional. Im in between insurance right now and they were upfront about all the costs (and potential extra costs) for in-office visits.I only waited about 5 minutes to get taken back into a room and another 5 minutes for the physician to see me after the assistant took weight, vitals, etc. That was awesome compared to any other urgent cares Ive visited!The physician (Crystal) was awesome! It felt like she actually listened and truly cared. To make my experience even better, I was using GoodRX for medication discounts and she even worked with me so that I could take the prescriptions to any pharmacy to get the cheapest pricing.Thank you Columbia Clinic!!

Top of the line care. The staff was wonderful. The doctor was amazing. She was extremely competent, compassionate, and in no rush to move on to the next patient. She sat there with me and made sure all my questions were answered. Also received a follow up call two days later to check in on me. Highly recommended!!

Very nice people but to not ask the right questions to set up and appointment. They said that would you in person at a time but after arriving changed it to a over the phone even that they already knew about my symptom. If they knew about it before hand and had me change the whole schedule at work around to see them for a phone call is very poor professional service. Good news is they did it all with a smile on there face.

Love this urgent care. Excellent service with no wait.I have been to this office a few times. They always took good care of me.Their wait time is the short. They check you in and get you to see their doctor very quickly. Needed a refill one time and they also called it in for me without having to be seen. Their pricing is great. They are contracted as primary care providers so I only had to pay a primary care copay instead of an urgent care copay which would be much higher. Would highly recommend.

I have primary care here and have for a couple years now. I am always treated with respect and kindness. I specifically want to give Sarah a shout-out for making me feel truly cared for this morning after getting my covid results back. She was so kind and helpful and really made my whole day. She also helped me immediately for my asthma since my methods werent working. I was given a new type of inhaler which she said made all the difference for her when she was sick. She also made me feel like she truly cared when she told me to message the portal to let her know I was okay later. Its people like her who deserve a raise, or at the very least some recognition. Thank you Sarah! And thank you to everyone at this facility doing what they can to help fight the COVID-19 virus. I appreciate you all.

Went in a month ago because I wasnt getting better from a horrible draining, dry cough, and other issues. First doctor I saw actually cared and provided me the treatment I needed to feel better within a few days. Week and half goes by and I go in for a follow up visit. This doctor dismissed my symptoms to nearly allergies and he sent me home. Guess what? I found mold had built up in my car which was causing all the sinus and respiratory issues because i was breathing this stuff in for months traveling to work and school, etc. I didnt know till the smell got so bad I hunted for it. Standing water in the spare tire compartment of my car and white mold spots all over..... I followed that doctors advice just take allergy pills... So here I am weeks later with a swollen tongue every day, throat is in serious pain, and I have chills. Dont go here. You will be treated like a child and your pain dismissed by someone who knows better than you.

Came here a while back untreated severe eczema. The woman doctor saw the rashes and said it was scabies (despite no contact with anyone with scabies.) This was after explaining my history of asthma and allergies(which come hand in hand).I accepted the diagnosis because she Is the doctor, and covered my body in a prescribed pesticide. After getting worse, I went to the urgent care on 82nd right off of Powell. The doctor there immediately recognized it was eczema and prescribed the correct medicine. The rashes since cleared up. Really amateur mistake that thankfully worked out in the end, and thankfully this wasnt a more serious Illness the doctor messed up on.

This place is amazing, Dr. Kate M Is quite simply the most amazing person I’ve ever encountered in any medical field. She gives you honest and straightforward answers to even the most difficult of questions. They also got me in and out for my Covid shot in about 15 minutes. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else if they can go here.

I have visited this clinic several times in the last few months for one thing or another. The reception staff has been extremely kind, friendly and helpful in dealing with health or insurance questions and getting me checked in quickly. Both doctors Ive seen have been fantastic.

Absolute best care from a primary care physician I have ever had. I see Dr. Molyneux, and not only is she kind, compassionate, and rational, but she is easy to talk to as well. When I first came to see her, I was struggling.Kate truly listened to what I had to say and came up with a plan of action. As a direct result of her plan of action, I would say that my life has changed for the better.

Do not expect urgency or care from this clinic. I booked a PCR Covid test on a Saturday for 174$, specifically asking if the test can be analyzed within 72 hours, which is required to cross the border into Canada. When I called them Monday morning, they said theyll get back to me after calling the lab. After almost 3 hours they finally called me back, assuring me that the result will come in by end of day. I drive up to the border and wait for the promised results in a parking lot until sunset, before deciding to book a last-minute hotel for the night. The next day (Tuesday), I drive back to the border, hoping for a last minute miracle. After calling several times and passing the 72 hour deadline I was told they will now treat the issue as a priority. Fast forward, one week later. I now finally crossed the border after testing with Care Medical Group in Bellingham and receiving their results within 48 hours. Meanwhile my priority test results from Columbia Clinic are still missing.

Been a patient of this clinic since they opened in 2014. Always able to get in on the same day with no wait time. Medical assistant would take us back right away. Very affordable if you are uninsured. Drs. Denker, Skye, and Kate are all great. Would highly recommend.

I came to this Urgent care a few times and the staff was very nice and professional. They got me in and out and fixed what I had in a timely manner. The building is new, very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical care.

I only gave 1 start because I had to!! Worst experience of my life the girl at the front dest was snappy and rude right off the bat! My son has had extremely bad nose bleeds the last 2 days and needed to be seen asap. The lady ran r insurance and found out it expired witch I had no knowledge of! She then told me she would not see my 4 year old son who has had a gushing bloody nose!! To the lady at the front desk I want u to know my son had to have his nose coturised an the NICE DR HE WOUND UP SEEING WAS PRETTY disgusted with the fact u turned down a bleeding child.

I have had nothing but exceptional service at this clinic. I highly recommend to anyone seeking great service and quality care. The staff is very attentive and caring. You hardly have to wait. Now that I have been here, I will never go to any other clinic.

I was in and out in under 15 minutes. It was awesome to go to the doctors office and not have a wait. The nurse practitioner I saw was thorough, saw right away I had an ear infection, and even listened to my request for yeast medication after learning I have a history of them when prescribed antibiotics. Highly recommend for an Urgent Care nead.

Love the service and care. Everyone (MA or DR/PHP) has been AWESOME who has cared for me and my children. Something isnt right this clinic goes out of their way to help. They messed up on my results and didn’t call me for FOUR days…. Sent me home with a medication without knowing fully what was wrong. Called to get advice since medication given wasn’t working. Then eventually after 4 days they call stating it’s my fault the swab was invalid due to it tipping over? Then I got a recording of the front office lady stating “Have her come back when I’m gone. I’m not dealing with her”

Our family has been seeing Kate and Skye for almost two years now. We love them and appreciate all they have done for us. They treat you like a human being instead of a chart number and that makes all the difference to us!

If you are sick you should come here! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.The Dr. is cheerful, engaging and listens to me!I always have a comforting experience here in spite of the fact Im sick, or I wouldnt be here at all!!A very pleasurable experience.Thank you!

The staff is super friendly and professional. The Doctors are great and really care about the patients well being. Dr.Denker and Kate are great doctors. I highly recommend this place to seek UC and primary care. Ruth and Ruby are really nice nurses.

Horrible location they ask your information out loud infront of other patients. They lady Binet bivet whatever it is (ugly ass name) so is she was extremely rude incompetent and slow. Idk what her problem was you are a medical assistant not a RN, OBGYN, or PEDIATRICIAN. Her attitude was nasty so was the young girl who check people in their customer service was horrible and I’ll never go back to Any Columbia medical clinic rather have my care at a hospital. I would not recommend this location the happy valley (which is now closed) was a great location the girls where very sweet. I am actually planning to file a complaint. Read the reviews on all the other locations they are horrible don’t go here find somewhere else .

Great clinic with great staff! Mia Foy is great and her assistant Ruth is great! My children have had Mia as their dr. For 5 years and shes very thorough and listens to her patients. I highly recommend this clinic location.

I saw my provider today, Dr. John Denker for my annual check up. All looked good, and once again, I must conclude my Doc is wacko! Denker is human and fun, a pleasure to trust with my health. More Pros should enjoy a wacko moment daily.With the light hearted comment said, Denker has been my Doc of choice for 12+ years. I trust him to be informative, knowledgeable and a teacher. The support staff is equally human and excellent at what they do and effective in the care the provide.Thanks to all.Jim

Worst experience EVER!!!! My daughter was instructed by the ER to go to an urgent care because the antibiotic that was given to her 2 days before apparently wasnt working. She originally went in for severe tooth pain because before she could make it to her dentist appointment she started vomiting and spiked a fever of 103.4. She called the ER and they instructed her to go to an urgent care if she couldnt get into her dentist. This so called doctor Foy was rude and reduced my daughter to tears. She was rude, condescending and non-compassionate. One of her first remarks was that she wasnt going to prescribe any pain meds for tooth pain. That ISNT what she came in for!!!! She was looking for help with an antibiotic that would work!!! This woman is in the wrong profession!!!! I wish I had read some of these reviews BEFORE we came here because she has MANY complaints!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! When I walked in there are two front desk ladies I stood in front of them for a good min before they acknowledged me and one said hold on and continue to have conversations with the other lady about what they are going to eat. Super unprofessional and very rude staff. I canceled my appointment and never went back.

Showed up at their office on a Friday at 5:30pm. I had called around 3:30pm with no answer and no returned phone call despite leaving a detailed message. The doors were locked despite their posted hours on the door, website, and google being until 6pm. The girl at the desk shook her head at me and indicated they were closed. It is urgent care, if someone shows up before your office hours are over, you SHOULD SEE THEM or post why you cant, or answer the phone to tell people there are no more available times, or update the voicemail, etc.! Completely unprofessional and uncaring.UPDATE: received a call back on Saturday around 12:30pm w/vm. Their posted hours are until 4pm on Saturdays. I have already gone to a different urgent care because... I needed urgent care.

Place is a dump tbh, no compassion, makes you feel little, and that youre a failure. Not sure if shes a doctor or PA but the name is Honey. Shes the worst provider Ive ever come across. She has NO buisness being in this line of work.

Dr. Denker and this clinic are the best. Very kind and thoughtful Healthcare workers. Dr. Denker is one of the easiest doctors to talk to as well. He always finds time for me and hes a great listener too.

Got my daughter there as soon as I could after work, ended up being 20 minutes before closing to test for a possible bladder infection quickly and was turned away as were closing soon well, the business hours clearly say until 6pm so instead it should say until we decide! Real patient care closes the doors at the end of business hours and treats the patients that were there before closing.

The doctor did not look up the chart and had to google the information that I shared with him from my other doctor. The information he used was very outdated and the nurses weren’t able to successfully get labs. They only tried one time and then sent me elsewhere.

Mia Foy is a rude and dis-compassionate human being. Her unjust treatment and her judgement before exam had my Granddaughter leave in anger and tears before her situation could be taken care of. She is highly opinionated and judgmental. Horrible doctor /patient skills. No -excuse behavior.

I have been a patients for over 6 years, built a great rapport with my primary care physician Kate Molineux, and I love the friendly and knowledgeable medical staff. I can almost always get a same day appointment.

Love this place! Happened upon them when I cut my finger and needed stitches. They have become my primary care since then. Kind & knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the docs!

It’s called urgent care but they don’t serve you without an appointment. I was hit bay a big truck and the doctor told me it’s fun. She told me to be in light duty while my work doesn’t offer such a thing. I don’t recommend this places for any service.

I dont understand why they offer time slot reservations on their website, just to call and say they dont e even do that time because theyre closed then? So take it off the website? And then they offer me an appointment tomorrow instead, if my care is URGENT Id like it TODAY

I typically ask for Kate but everyone I have seen here has been great. I always go with a simple rule; Would I send my Grandma here? Absolutely.

And this Urgent care place is perfect for it. Super clean and nice staff. I love it here. This neighborhood is turning around quite a bit.

I went in Urgent Care for a cut on my R thumb . Surprisedly , I have to wait too long to be seen . Doctor carefully examined my wound , and treat accordingly . Will come again .

My textbook example of strep throat was misdiagnosed as a respiratory virus by two medical staff members at this location. I cant recommend going here, as Im not confident they know what they are doing.

We showed up right at opening hour. They claimed they were “very busy”. They don’t accept Kaiser. Good luck...

The lady couldnt dress my wound. After her third try I had to do it myself. The Dr that was on site was good.

They told me they didnt accept my insurance so i called my insurance and they told me there should have been no reason for me to get denied. My insurance should have been accepted there.
