Have been going here since 2021. Can’t say enough great things about the support/front desk staff. Courteous, helpful and friendly. I’ve only seen Shia since I started there. He is hands down the most knowledgeable and patient provider I’ve ever been to in my 39 years of life. Every visit he spends at least 5-10 minutes with me discussing any concerns/questions I have. He’s even called my primary care on multiple occasions (while I’m sitting there) to discuss any concerns/questions he has. I’m sure every provider here is great, but if you have the chance, ask to see Shiya.

The staff and experience at Restoration Mens Health Hauppauge is second to none. I literally cannot say enough about the staff. The girls at the front know everyone by name and are very nice. They take the time to truly get to know the patients and are always friendly, happy, and inviting. Very different from other doctors offices Ive been to. Also time it the waiting room is faster than nearly any doctors office on long island. If you are in the waiting room for 10 minutes, thats long. Ive been going to this office for 3 or 4 years now and have never felt so comfortable at a doctors office.If youre looking for a new doctor to see, look no further. This is the place to be!

As a medical practitioner myself I had a heart to heart and inspiring visit with the team. 100% of their dedication is to you as the patient and it is immediately obvious. They talk frankly about the consequences of bad habits to provide a “wake up” call much needed these days. The office is beautiful and clean. Everyone in every role is friendly and wonderful. If you are serious about your health, longevity, and making a change this is the place to go. I am so glad I stepped into this office.

I am always pleased with the service I am provided at the Hauppauge location. The staff is warm. Blood work is seamless and painless. The doctor is informative and patient with me and the many questions I ask him. I’m a young man in my mid-late 20’s, I am an avid weight lifter and focused on my body’s performance and physique. The doctor is knowledgeable and always willing to offer a healthy dose of reality to my misguided bro-science. Thats beneficial to me because if the office was an echo chamber of my gym philosophy andclinical ethics, I’d probably end up looking like a specimen of over injected livestock.

The fine people at Restoration Men’s Health change lives! I’m a young male in my 20’s I wanted to simply get my levels checked and to find out they were low was a gut punch. No injections no ferility risk a simple pill every few days and my T doubled in a month! Can’t recommend them enough for men of all ages they have treatment that simply works

It’s been 8 weeks since my first appointment at RMH. On that first day the staff was very warm. They took the time to explain everything in detail about the treatment they were offering. I have been doing testosterone treatment and also weight treatment. I have lost 40 pounds and my energy level has been fantastic. Training in the gym has been so much better and consistent. I feel terrific and I am very excited to see the progress in the coming months. I highly recommend RMH if you’re aging and maybe not feeling like yourself. I feel like I have found my youth.

This office has been so helpful from start to finish. Very patient, informative and thorough making sure they get you set on the appropriate program. The staff has all been helpful, pleasant and flexible. I have zero issues getting appointments that work and am able to be seen in other locations if need be. My 3 year old looks forward to going with me to see everyone and they’ve all been so sweet with her and have gone out of their way to talk to her. Great place. Theyve finally taken my traumatic brain injury seriously hormone wise. 3 other endocrinologist would not. I have been feeling more of a difference from having my hormones and testosterone balanced out than I ever have during 3 years of full time physical therapy.I have 3 other friends getting treated now also.

Dr Ribowsky and his team are absolutely incredible. He was one of the only physicians I’ve met that truly care about doing what’s best for the patient. I’ve had numerous issues with other clinics and as soon as I came to him, I felt safe knowing that I would be taken care of

I came to Restoration Mens Health from another practice because the practice was horrible. What a difference! The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous at all times! All members are professional and the practice moves like a well oiled machine, usually in and out in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Restoration Mens Health !!

I was constantly feeling fatigued, losing appetite, feeling weak. Then I decided to get my T levels checked and that’s when they found out I had lymes disease. They put me on medication to get rid of it since it was caught early. I know other places would have just put me on testosterone or other anabolics but this place would rather find the solution and take care of their patients.

Dr. Ribowsky and his staff are as friendly and professional as they come. I saw Dr. Ribowsky in August of 2023, he sampled my blood twice as he noticed a fluctuation in my T and prolactin levels. At this point he pushed for an MRI which revealed an adenoma on my pituitary gland which was causing this fluctuation. At this point there is no need for medical intervention as he recommends monitoring the situation through blood work every 3 months. Dr Ribowsky treated me with the utmost professionalism and gave me the time of day to explain everything and assure me not to be alarmed and we will just monitor the situation. He is not your typical Doctor looking to rush off to the the next patient.

I came here to google reviews last September after doing some research on the net. I went for a consultation where everything was explained just perfectly. At no time did I feel any pressure or a sales job encouraging me to proceed. Just straight up information by competent nice people. I then got busy with life stuff but took a few weeks to consider what I wanted to do and then I went forward with them.From the first visit to my most current one earlier today they have been top notch thru and thru.The entire staff is warm, friendly and even more….very good at what they do,If you are looking for the type of services they provide, I cannot recommend them enough. I feel great - more motivated and energetic each day - something I was telling my primary care doc for two years but he said I was fine. Wrong. I was not. I chalked it up to getting older until I learned of this place and the services they provide. As I said, I also then went and did some homework on my own. No regrets!

I started here in 2016. Till 2019. I moved to Florida. Great place! RMH had great staff and at the ti e took my insurance. Now in Florida I pay full cost.

I was referred to RMH by my primary care doctor. He diagnosed my low testosterone but was uncomfortable treating it because he felt that this hormone problem should be treated by a specialist. He tried to send me to an endocrinologist, but there was a 3 month + wait to get in. He did some research and ended up sending me to RMH.I am glad he did! This place is excellent. Professional staff, accommodating, and a warm greeting each and every time Ive walked in.I was skeptical of going to a mens health practice because of sketchy on-line testosterone places. Gentlemen, RMH is a by the book real medical practice. If you are looking for quality medical care focused on mens health, this is the place!If there is any downside Id say it is that they are out of network with my insurance, but they are pretty reasonably priced.

The staff is incredible, very nice sweet girls at the front desk. My primary doctor told me I had nothing to worry about for my health…once I came here they ran some tests and found out I had mono and low Testosterone. Let me tell ya folks, this restoration mens health place, its tremendous, okay? Ive seen a lot of hormone replacement therapy places, but restoration, theyve got all the best answers, believe me. Nobody does Hormones like they do, nobody. Its a beautiful place, really fantastic staff. Five stars, no question about it!

Started going here on 02/09/23 for a full blood workup and exam for a testosterone restoration consultation being 58 a year old male I felt like I was due for a tuneup. Doctor was extremely detailed and spent a lot of time with me going over blood work and explaining everything to me. He was very friendly and personable and so was the staff. Turns out blood work and testosterone levels were all good and even though the doctor could have upsold me and sold me testosterone shots anyway he was straightforward and told I didnt need it, which I appreciated.. I will be going back in 3 months for follow up and annually after that. I highly recommend! The blood work is comprehensive and checks a lot of things like thyroid and vitamin levels and hormone levels and is very thorough.

The practice is unbelievable balancing current medical techniques at balancing men’s health. Simple put nothing will hurt you by seeing if you need vitamins or medication to get the most out of your life. They Have changed my life down 40lbs and in great shape with eversise and the right meds. .

Absolutely amazing practice. Dr. Shiya has helped me deal with a multitude of complications and has explained every treatment and treatment plan in great detail to ensure that I understand everything about my own care. Great reception staff and highly informative and pleasant experience with Amanda! However, upon meeting Physician Shiya Ribowsky to review my results, I was told it had been a long day, which I understand, but was not given the courtesy (which I paid for) of reviewing my labs with a qualified physician. I was instead brushed off with broad statements and rude comments at every question I tried to ask, as Shiya Ribowsky was doing everything short of literally shoving me out of the door, granting the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever received. Been a patient for almost a year now and I must say the Hauppauge office is one big happy family, extremely clean and have a very friendly staff. I never write reviews good or bad, but after witnessing what went on in the office recently and now hearing that there is a negative review about the incident online, I had to come and check it out. Ive been going to Restoration Mens Health and seeing Dr. Shiya for over 5 years. Never had a bad experience. Cant say enough about the friendly service from the girls upfront to the medical services RMH provided me over the years. The review Im referencing is the one claiming Dr. Shiya was doing everything short of literally shoving me out of the door whats funny is he left out the scene he made about wearing a mask in the office, insisting its against his rights and when he was handed a mask and said Im sorry but you have to wear one in the office or cant be seen, he took the mask threw it in Dr. Shiya face and threatening him with a bad review! Most of us dont want to wear a mask and deal with whats going on anymore but to be rude to people doing their job isnt the way to handle it.

This is the most well run doctors office that Ive ever been to. No waiting 30-60 minutes after your appointment time. Ive never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room...its a well oiled machine! Plus the staff are so all so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I highly reccomend!

I started coming here almost a year ago and met Shiya and his staff, at the time I weighed over 450 pounds, I just turned 40 years old, and had very little energy. I struggled with weight loss my entire life, I would lose 20 pounds and gain it back quickly. Since working with Shiya I have lost over 130 pounds so far and I fell GREAT. I work out 5 days a week and I have changed my life for the better. He taught me how to change my lifestyle and lose the weight correctly and keep it off. The staff and physicians make not only me feel important, I see the same level of professionalism with all patients. You can ask any medical questions to the physicians and they will answer them or refer you to another physician who specializes in your medical concern.

This place has been good for me. They care about their patients, and the medical staff really takes the time to give you specific and individualized feedback. They, in a way, saved my life. My body was slowing down before I started going to Restoration Men’s Health, and now I feel a lot better. I even switched to a more demanding job, and I’m doing well.

Went in for a consult yesterday. As soon as I walked in at 4:05pm for a 4:15pm appointment, I saw the waiting room packed. I thought to myself, OMG Ill be here all day.....Nope, they are so precise with their appt time that i was in at 415.Shiya was great. He was very friendly and we had a good conversation. Im a young guy who unfortunately has had Low T for years, not something most guys my age have to worry about. I let it effect me for years before I finally looked into doing something about it, and thats when I discovered this place online. This place properly assessed me, got all the right blood work done, and talked over my options. I started TRT with them and it has definitely changed my life for the better in ways I used to feel werent possible for my body. Im breaking through previous plateaus in the gym, my body is finally filling out with muscle (Ive been an athlete my whole life but always had trouble building muscle), my libido feels more normal than it has in years, my high liver enzymes have gone down to normal range. The doctors and staff here are all great and knowledgeable, easy to talk to etc. And Id recommend it for any guy who is worried about their testosterone or fertility.

This is the single most important review that I could possibly ever post. Restoration men’s Health has brought my health up to a level that I have never experienced. There are many specialists out there (ob-gyn’s, orthopedists, surgeon’s... etc)... this facility is a a Man’s Specialist. Men deserve the same type of specialty care as anybody else and that’s exactly what you will get here. Aside from the health expertise, there is a family-like atmosphere where everybody is inviting and kind. I’m not somebody that typically posts reviews on-line but I find it important to let others know about Restoration Men’s Health.

Ive been going to Restoration Mens Health for over a year now and Ive noticed a huge improvement in energy, mood and strength since starting TRT. The girls in the office are very friendly and always have a positive attitude which is rare to find at a doctors office. Ive been treated by Restoration Mens Health for many years. Ive been to most of their treatment locations and they are all great. The Happague location is the one I most frequent and the PAs and nurses there are all excellent. They really take their time to listen and adjust treatments based on weekly feedback and scheduled blood work.

The staff at RMH are awsome the reasons you come to this kind of place is obvious and they make you feel so comfortable .the girls that work here are so nice you look forward to comming back Been comming for 7 weeks now and the improvement in my sex life has changed drastically for the better.
