Dr. Hickey and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Hickey has a great bed side manner which I personally loved. They listen to all your needs, wants and concerns and are always available to answer any questions you have during your time with them. They look at every option and cover all bases to figure out what YOU need. Every test I ever needed was done at his office, I never felt “alone” when working with them to have a baby. I always suggest them when referring a RO.

My boyfriend and I have been working with Dr. Hickey and his staff since August of 2018. They have all been warm and welcoming. I never felt like just another patient under their care. They always take time to answer questions and make sure that you understand what is going on. Happy to say that as of October 2019 we are officially pregnant thanks to this wonderful doctor and staff.

Highly recommend! The entire staff is wonderful to work with. They make you feel at ease when you are feeling uneasy about the process. Dr. Hickey is nothing short of a miracle worker. He explains every detail, is straightforward and honest, and is a calming presence. The only regret we have is not going to HCR when we first started trying to conceive. We started at another fertility center where we were just a number, HCR made us feel like family and we are forever grateful for helping us make our dream come true, our son.

I can’t recommend this practice enough!! Who would think you could say honestly you will miss your IVF Dr and staff, our last appointment here was bitter sweet for sure!! Thanks to Dr. Hickey and staff we are currently pregnant with twin girls and couldn’t be happier but are very sad to not be in and out all the time!!! Thank you to each and every one of you, you made our whole experience amazing!! I also want to include that we are a lesbian couple and this office 100% made us feel totally comfortable and was very supportive at every turn!!

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at HCR. We worked with them for over a year and the staff and Dr. Hickey never gave up on us. They walked us through each step and answered all questions with patience. Even answering the same question more than once...as I need quite a bit of reassurance. Victoria is one of the first people, if not the very first person, you will speak with. She is fabulous. The kind of person youll want to be friends with. The nursing staff is great. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. And Dr. Hickey is wonderful. He has a very calming demeanor about him. He is very straightforward, which I really like. The kind of doctor you can trust with anything. We were lucky enough to freeze one embryo after our successful IVF cycle. And we will absolutely be using Dr. Hickeys office when we decide to go for it again!

After having an awful experience with another place, we were recommended to HCR. This was the greatest move we have ever made!! The staff felt like family from the moment we walked in. Dr. Hickey was so patient and had the most calming assuring demeanor, which was SO needed!!! My miracle baby was a product of the love they have for their patients and their profession/expertise. There are not enough thank yous in the world to express my gratitude!

Dr. Hickey and his staff are hands down the most amazing people personally and professionally. We couldnt be more thankful for their expertise and patience throughout our journey. Dr. Hickey and the entire HCR team are wonderful! They provide individualized and top notch care to all of their patients. Th entire HCR team takes the time to get to know you. Without them and Dr. Hickeys impressive surgery skills for my endometriosis, our IVF cycle would not have been successful. Thank you to the entire team!

This was not the first office we visited in our struggle with infertility. From the first phone call I knew that this was the right place for us. We were treated with the upmost kindness dignity and respect. Through every up-and-down the staff was right there beside us holding our hands. I never felt alone. Dr. Hickey is nothing less than a saint, and the nurses and support staff are second to none. I cannot recommend them enough! I also could never thank them enough for the beautiful family I get to call my own.

The staff, the nurses, Dr. Hickey...amazing!! We tried for years to start a family with no success. Our paths crossed with Hinsdale Center for Reproduction and our lives were changed forever. We always dreamed that our son would have a sibling to grow up with and just had that feeling that our family wasn’t complete. After many years of trying we were diagnosed with unexplained secondary infertility. Not knowing how to treat our condition added to our devastation. We decided we would keep trying as long as we had a doctor who told us we could. Through seven years we faced countless IUIs, 2 unsuccessful IVFs, 2 heartbreaking miscarriages and a few doctors that treated us as a number.Through a favorable twist in our insurance situation our infertility quest led us into the doors of the Hinsdale Center for Reproduction, where Dr Hickey assured us that we could get pregnant. We patiently made it through tests, blood draws,ultrasounds and surgeries. Dr Hickey and his team worked with me and listened to my body. Finally our dream came true and we had our second son! And not long thereafter we were blessed with the best surprise - our daughter! Both are a credit to HCRs diagnosis, treatment and “explaining the unexplained.”Our family is forever grateful to Dr Hickey and his staff for not giving up on our dream!

The staff at this office, Dr. Hickey, the nurses and nurse practitioners and the office manager Victoria go above and beyond to make one of the most difficult journeys bearable. They are kind, attentive, and value each individual on a case by case basis. They help make dreams into reality for couples facing infertility. We were blessed to have five children utilizing their medical expertise and care!

I absolutely love the staff here! We started our journey in the beginning of 2014. I loved that we were told everything upfront and throughout the whole process we were never surprised with anything! We did a round of IUI and got pregnant the first time and had our daughter may of 2015. The staff was always there to answer any questions I had. fast forward end of 2016 we went in to try for another child. started with IUI and it failed I responded to well to the medications which they told me could happen. So we switched to IVF that was a journey in itself the first round failed and we immediately revisited the plan and tweaked it 2nd round was a success and we are now expecting twins! I never felt like another number or a dollar sign the staff really cares about all there patients and not just during the treatment time they always love to hear back or sometimes reach out to former patients and see how everything is going! I recommend HCR to anyone who is thinking of doing fertility treatments!

My husband and I have the best experience with HCR. Dont know how to express all the gratitude that I have for all the staff and Dr.Hickey. They are all professional and definitely know what they are doing !!!Place where dreams could come true .~ Z & N ~

I am extremely crushed by how things worked out. I loved this doctor. I was so so hopeful but unfortunately some people’s ego get in the way of a bigger picture and I don’t think they realize that they are messing with people’s hopes and dreams. It’s terrible when staff members ruin it for the patient.They absolutely know what I’m talking about. I was also told that I wouldn’t even be able to come for an app if my insurance wasn’t accepted there. A year later I find out they weren’t in my “program” and they send me a bill for 3,000 and refuse to send any more info to the insurance company with reasons why tests were done.The doctor is awesome but the staff. No go!!

Be very wary of this place! As an infertility veteran with 7 IUIs, 2 IVFs, and 1 child under my belt, I sought out the HCR because I thought their smaller clinic would be more personal than a larger clinic. I was wrong. They were more unorganized and unprofessional than my previous clinic. Verbal and written communication between staff and patients was severely lacking. They took notes from my ultrasound on a paper napkin. The only opportunity I was given to ask questions was when I was in a compromising position during my ultrasound. I was misled during my IUI cycle with them and was downright LIED too. And they did not respond to my complaint. Fortunately, I am not new to these types of clinics and I will not tolerate this treatment. I stopped going mid-cycle to this clinic and will not be returning.

I am so blessed to have found HCR. Everyone in that office is an angel sent from God. Dr. Hickey makes sure he explains and you understand everything. Within the first six months of visiting them I became pregnant.

Dr. Hickey and the entire staff were so pleasant to work with during such a stressful time in our lives! We are so thankful to them for helping us have another little daughter to love.

THE WORST. I was never brought through a full cycle as they claimed the Clomid wasnt working. They belittled me by saying all I needed to do was lose weight and did nothing for me while I worked hard to do so. I left, frustrated, and was pregnant in one try and one cycle somewhere else. They never responded to my frustrations or made me feel any more secure in their care.

No compassion and engagement for patient who are trying to get pregnant. They want to just use and exploit your insurance . Stay away . The staff will never return your calls .So unfortunate . This health care place is so broken . My wife was so disturbed .
