Met with a new nurse practitioner today for perimenopause problems. I was nothing but a number. Her name was Juan. I’m 5’4 and 111lbs. She immediately started trying to give me weight loss supplements. Um, I was complaining about weight loss, I weighed 131 in March when they saw me for a full well womens. Complained of breast tenderness tried to upsell with an immediate mammogram, when that’s a sign of perimenopause. Rest of the staff has always been great but after that I don’t know if I’ll go back. I felt unheard and like another number. The only reason it’s not a one is because I’ve had other great nurse practitioners in the past. Been going here over 10 years. Staff has definitely gone down hill. Rescheduled 3 different appointments. This is hard when working full time and for the experience I recieved I wish they would’ve cancelled. If I go back and have a positive experience will update review. I’ve left seperate reviews in the past because they are amazing !

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because nurse Marlene and the ultrasound tech (she was down to earth). I always saw her for my all my appointments, Shes compassionate, treats you like a human and hears you out. Not sure what happened to that office after the remodel but service in the front and back end has gone downhill. Ive dealt with Dr. Heinaman who had horrible bedside manners. I had an IUI done with her only because Dr Hold was delivering a baby. That experience was the worst ever and left me traumatized! She did not introduce her self, she was rough and in a hurry. Long story short she started the procedure and mid way into the ordeal she states she may not be able to do the IUI and we should reschedule Dr Hold another day. That was out of the question as we had the specimen then and is only viable for an hour. I requested if she could continue and she agreed if that is what I wanted. I left emotionally upset and disappointed. With Marlene I never felt that way.

TL;DR: Unfriendly, rushed, and poor paperwork management. Gave me the run-around for my birth control implant for 6 weeks.I went into this office for a new patient appointment and yearly check-up, and it seemed like nobody was very pleasant. I felt like I was being rushed the whole time and nobody cared about me as a person; I was only a patient they just wanted to be done with. Oanh Reeves was the NP who saw me for my check-up, and while she was professional/clinical, she was not very personable and she invalidated my anxiety (I have officially been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.) On top of that, I wanted my Nexplanon implant replaced, so I signed the consent/order form, and they said theyd give me a call when they got the implant. I thought that was weird because every other office Ive gone to has had the implants already available in the office. Three weeks go by and I havent heard anything, so I call and the nurse who answers says it hasnt been delivered and that I should call the Nexplanon place and nag them so theyll send the implant faster. I dont think calling the supplier is my job as a patient to be honest. I did call the supplier but it was confusing and didnt seem to help. Another week goes by and I still havent heard anything, so I called and asked for the administrative assistant. Only then do I finally get told that they filled out my order form incorrectly. Then when the paperwork is filled out and filed correctly, a few days later I get a message that the implant is delivered to my CVS and I have to call them to deliver it to the office. Once I get a message that its delivered to the office, I call to make an appointment to get it put in; they tell me they dont have it and I cant make an appointment until they have the implant. I contact the administrative assistant and she gets things worked out quickly, and I can finally make an appointment. In the end, the administrative assistant, Deadra Jones, and the NP who replaced my implant, Griffin Bennett, were the only pleasant and helpful people I spoke to at this office, but it was a full six weeks from the appointment where I asked for a new implant till I actually got it replaced. I dont plan on returning to this office again.

I visited the nurse practitioner on Friday and took a urine test. I received the results, and Monday the nurse practitioner, was supposed to review them and prescribe any necessary medication, but she didn’t. I had to call later in the afternoon (the office was about to closed) to inquire about my test results and ask if the NP was supposed to prescribe medication for my UTI. I never received the medication. I got a message saying the Nurse Practitioner sent the prescription to my pharmacy, but when I called the pharmacy a few hours later, they couldn’t find any record of it in their system. Worse customer experience ever !!

It was my first time coming here and I filled out all the forms and did my appointment. I had to get blood work done yet I didn’t hear back from them for little over a week and I had to contact them and they told me it was in a portal on the app and they never told me about the app at all. Plus they aren’t good at giving information to help you log in I feel like I have to call multiple times when this could easily be done in office or something completely different I’m super disappointed wish it went a lot smoother then playing a call game back and forth.

I came in for my appointment on 7/12/22. No one mentioned kids were not allowed in the office. Since it’s summer break I brought my 7yr old and my 6week old baby to my appointment. As soon as I checked in the front desk lady stated my kids could not be in the waiting area or the back room where I would have my appointment. She said I would have to leave them outside to wait in the hallway!!! I demanded to speak with the manager! This was the craziest thing I’ve ever heard in my life!!! I was NOT going to leave my kids outside while I went in for an entire appointment. I expressed my concern to the manager who insisted it was their office policy to leave the kids outside in the hallway while I came in for my appointment. She said the front desk girl would “keep an eye out.” I was super upset, I work in the medical field and I would NEVER ask my patients to leave their kids in the hallway with partial supervision. I demand to speak with the doctor. The manager then proceeded to speak with the doctor herself and she said they would “make an exception for me” like if they were doing me a favor??? She then looked at my 7 year old son and told him not to touch anything and to not run around?? That made me even more upset! My son is very well behaved and that was unnecessary. Overall this was a very upsetting experience!!! I will make sure we NEVER refer to this office again. With my personal friends and patients. I will cancel all future appointments!!

I have been going to Womens Health Care Center of Houston on and off since 1991. I usually go to the Katy office and see Marlene. I love Marlene! She is so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Both of my daughters are also patients there, but see Patti, whom they both love.I personally have never had an issue getting through to anyone there or receiving call backs or prescriptions called in. I have had to wait for a bit to be seen, but that’s typical for any doctor office I’ve ever been to.I would definitely recommend.

Please future mothers, stay away from this place. Its not worth the stress. We tried to stick it out because we love Dr. Hold, but its far and beyond not even close to worth it. Read below for reasons why.1) Terrible service. Their scheduling department changes appt times the day of without confirmation from the patient. The actual medical service is subpar as well. Across 4 OB visits for my wife, not a single one was with an actual doctor. Only an MA or nurse who couldnt answer difficult questions regarding .2) Terrible billing practices. They force you to sign a payment contract. Any time a medical provider requires you to sign a payment contract, go away. It is a massive red flag. It is so for this clinic because they dont bill for services provided, only for what they assume was done once the pregnancy is complete. Once you give birth, then they push all the cookie cutter charges they can to receive the highest reimbursement they can get from your insurance. Your office visits are charged 125 each, regardless of services provided until you hit 500 dollars. To add to the absurdity, they pressure to pay the full global payment of $500 at the initial visit. What if you want that money back? Like if the pregnancy doesnt go through? Well they cant actually refund you the money directly. Like with most businesses, if you pay with a credit card you should be able to be refunded directly. Not this place. Another major red flag about financial mismanagement. Since they dont actually bill as they go along, its fairly easy to push incorrect billing codes. In my wifes case, they submitted billing codes that arent covered for patients under 30 yrs old. The provider, WHCCH, was impossible to reconcile with so I disputed directly with insurance and LabCorp and was able to get everything resolved.3) Terrible values. We obviously decided to transfer care to another location. Out of spite, WHCCH dragged their feet in the mud with transferring medical records. It took weeks for them to fax over my wifes medical records which delayed her care since the new OB/GYN, being a responsible provider, wanted to review all previous visits before accepting my wife. I called daily to haggle them to send the documents and if and when I actually got through to someone, they couldnt care less. Finally got the 500 dollars back from this place. It only took 11 months of calling Cynthia Flanagan (bless her heart) to get my money back.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Holt for 5 years, he delivered my son and is delivering my second baby. I have never experienced any issues with them as far as lab results or appointments. Its also noted on all papers that you fill out, that if they do not call you with lab results, there are no issues. When I do call regarding ANY concerns I might have a nurse always calls me back! I love the staff, as well as the doctors. I received FULL explanation as to what my out of pocket cost will be for my visits as well as delivery . The financial coordinator went over in detail insurance portion and mine. I highly recommend Dr. Holt, Dr. Hold & nurse practitioner Marlene.

This office has taken excellent care of me before, during and after my pregnancy. Everyone I come in contact with is warm, friendly and helpful. Dr. Todd Holt was the doctor I primarily saw throughout my pregnancy, and there aren’t enough words for how much I appreciated him. He was caring and just blunt enough that I knew exactly what to expect. Lisa Elliott is a nurse practitioner who I generally see for well-woman exams, and she is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this team!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hold and Dr. Patel. Dr. Hold delivered my baby boy, and all went well. I loved having him as my OB as he is compassionate and understanding. Neither him or Dr. Patel rushed through the appointments or made me feel like I was just another number. However, when I went back postpartum to have my IUD inserted I ended up seeing Dr. McKnight because everyone else was on vacation. Her demeanor was unprofessional and uncaring. I should have rescheduled to see someone else when I went back for my IUD follow up. She rushed me through the appointment without explaining the repercussions of trimming the IUD, and only bothered to mention them to me halfway through the procedure, Her remarks were remember You asked us to trim the strings this short and now you will have a difficult time removing it when you are ready to take it out Well if I knew this information before hand, I wouldnt have asked you to do anything. She didnt offer me any advice on what to do and I honestly left the office in tears. I hate to not come back to this office, but I do not like the way I was treated by Dr. McKnight!

Extremely disappointed at the level of professionalism shown by the check-in staff and billing clerk. They always want to over charge me for everything even for preventive services that are covered at 100%. The office manager claimed that it was a problem visit before even seeing my daughter. I asked her what ICD10 code she was going to bill and she said that would be determined after the visit. The billing clerk never came to the phone or tried to inform me how they verify my insurance and know dx codes before even seen the patient. I love Dr. Holt, but I cant stand one more of this issues from his front staff at the Memorial office. This is not the first time, today we just left and will probably not go there again. I understand they must collect, but they just dont know how to verify coverage. I advise all to call your insurance before you go because they dont know how to and will just charge upfront all they can.

I wish things could’ve worked out here and I felt more comfortable with the staff but there was a lot of uncertainty and mixup once we became pregnant. 😔 Outside of that I’ve loved coming here. The front office staff, more so the young girl that checks you in is the rudest young lady they’ve had at the front!I thank those kind individuals who I came into contact with over the last couple years but sometimes change is needed.

1 Star ⭐️ After calling several times to get my blood work, 10 days after my initial test, first I was told my blood test was done but the doctor had not looked at it, then I was told nothing was wrong with me and that I should not have expected a call for normal results. I told her she needs to understand until I know I have normal results I’m going to be anxious because I still don’t feel well. I’ve had three periods in a month, a resting heart rate of 120, low blood pressure and problems breathing.I’m not even allowed to see the lab results I paid for until the doctor signs it off, whenever that is. I was given no tips on how to feel better or what to do, and I will most definitely not be coming back here for the pricey ultrasound they suggested.I don’t feel like I was cared for at all and feel very much dismissed. The staff that called me back was very disdainful. Incredibly frustrating when I have gone from completely healthy to very weak in one month and I just need some help. I will be most definitely be going to another doctor. You can also literally never reach a human being, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back and just carry your phone around with you for a week hoping you get contact. Ridiculous system. This is not healthcare, this is health extortion.

So I’ve been going here since a teenager and use to see Lisa Elliot . She left the practice and I started seeing Marlene and she is wonderful! However the practice as a whole has gone down significantly! I recently became pregnant and require more visits but the customer service has gone down. Often I’ll wait an hour before I see a provider and a routine visit will last 2 hours in duration and only about 10 minutes is actually seen with the provider most of it is waiting .Because I’m a registered nurse and work in woman services I’m more knowledgeable about my health care and I raise an eyebrow when the service is subpar .For one, Im in my third trimester and I’ll schedule an appointment with my provider and at the time of my appointment I’ll see I’ve been switched a different provider or NP and it’s as if I’m starting over with discussing my health history. Although the NPs are wonderful , at this point in my pregnancy I should be seeing the physician. I was told it was the schedulers doing this and not the providers . Sometimes it’s weird because I’ll see my doctor is in the office and they just moved me to a different provider without notifying me . I’m also wondering what algorithm/ patient tool they use to decide which patients they want to move. It’s happen to me 3 times already.Secondly, every time the MAs take my vitals they don’t wait until I’m fully rested . I’ll walk from the bathroom, lobby, lab etc. and they’lltake my vital signs immediately and I’m just thinking “this is not an accurate reading “ and you know you were taught to allow the patient to rest. Considering I’m a patient they’re monitoring for Pre eclampsia, you’d think they’d be more vigilant about vital sign accuracy.Lastly, whenever you call or send a message for patient concerns the response time is way too long .I feel as though the practice has increased their patient volume , which is a good thing. Yet, the patient care has declined .Considering this is my first baby, it makes me a little uneasy.I’m hoping the care improves because I’ve been a patient here for years, yet my confidence in the practice has significantly declined.

I was due for a second visit but because I got new insurance they wouldn’t see me. This is very bizarre to deny someone a regular OB visit even if they haven’t decided is this the office they want to stick to. This was going to be my only second visit. They could have waited for my third visit or asked me to come a week later for the financials. Very frightening that they put finances before giving me the reassurance that I haven’t miscarried or not. Who sends you home like that? This office. I forgot I’ve been here before and had an awkward doctor. Will be cancelling my second appointment as soon as I get home.

I was so worried to come to this women’s health center because of the poor reviews. My experience was extremely pleasant. The office staff were very kind and super honest, which I appreciated. A doctor’s office is not a hotel. It’s a place of trained people helping others with kindness, and not hotel-type two-faced politeness. I want to be told the truth about my health and it’s needs to be business. This center has a little kindness mixed with complete honesty. Dr. Heineman (might have spelling wrong) was thorough and honest. At checkout time, the nurse helped schedule me for a sonogram for the following week with swiftness and an honest reminder, “This visit was covered by your insurance, but the next one is another story.” I appreciated her honesty. In a privatized healthcare system, you want your trained professionals to be up front about what’s insurance-covered and what is not entirely covered by your insurance. Some centers are not truthful in this way. I recommend this center.

I usually don’t write lengthy reviews, but if my review can help someone avoid some of the frustration I’ve experienced with this practice, it’s worth my time. I got pregnant back in March of 2017 and found Women’s Health Care Center of Houston via my insurance website. It was close to my house and looked nice enough, so I thought I would give it a try.You are not able to see an actual doctor until you are about 16 weeks pregnant, but they want you to enroll in a payment plan way before that. So basically you are paying for the birth of your child without even knowing if you are comfortable with any of the doctors there. That should have been a red flag for me, but I was a new mom and way too optimistic. When we finally were able to pick a doctor, we chose Dr. Patel. I really do not have anything negative to say about her. She is informative and takes the time to explain things to her patients. Unfortunately, she left for a couple of months during my pregnancy (totally understandable, not her fault) and I was left with the other doctors.I failed my first diabetes test. I was told that if I did not hear anything from them within a few days, that meant there wasn’t an issue. OVER TWO WEEKS went by and I didn’t hear anything. Then, on a Thursday night at about 5:30 they give me a call telling me I had failed the diabetes test and needed to come in IMMEDIATELY the next morning. I am a teacher and it’s very difficult to get a sub on such short notice, so I told them the earliest I could come in would be that Monday. They acted like I was putting my baby in harm’s way and then set up the appointment. Spoiler alert: I didn’t have diabetes.Right after the diabetes scare, I went in to an appointment during my off period/lunch break (about 2 hours time total). As per usual, I spent a ton of time in the waiting room and it looked like I was going to be late going back to work, which naturally had me on edge. My blood pressure was at about 135/80 and Dr. Hienaman was quick to inform me that I needed to be hospitalized for my high blood pressure, and she also let me know that if we couldn’t get this “out of control number” down then I would have to have a c-section in the very near future. I was 29 weeks pregnant at the time. Another spoiler alert: after MULTIPLE tests and thousands of dollars wasted over the course of the next few months, it appears nothing was ever wrong with me or my baby.I was induced at 37 weeks (no surprise there). 4 hours after the induction started, Hienaman was already talking about giving me a c-section. In the end, my son was born without surgery less than 24 hours after we were admitted to the hospital. I have only the amazing nurses at Methodist West to thank for that, because otherwise I would definitely have been given an unnecessary c-section. Dr. Patel did end up showing up in time to deliver my son thankfully. To conclude, I went back for my yearly well woman and to get a new form of birth control. I figured it couldn’t possibly be that bad since I wasn’t dealing with prenatal care. Wrong. First off, I received three different timelines from three different people regarding how long it would take for my birth control to come in to their office so they could implant it. The last person was extremely rude and acted very put out that I called to check on the situation, even though I had been told I should have received a call from them a week prior. Secondly, they owed me almost a thousand dollars from the birth of my son that they were not going to tell me about. I had to confront them about it and even speak to the office manager before they magically realized how much money the owned me. I just received the check from that, and it was $100 less than what they said they owed me. It’s cool though, I would gladly pay $100 to never speak to any of them again. I wish Dr. Patel worked for another practice, because she really is a great doctor, but it’s really not worth the strife.

Wasnt happy with this place. A lot of their staff are really rude. I had a few appointments with them but never saw the actual OB. They require you to see nurse practitioners for your first 3 visits before you can see an actual doctor. So you wont see a doctor until your 2nd trimester and if youre not happy with the doctor it will be more difficult finding a new doctor because youll already be in your second trimester.I was not pleased with the first nurse practitioner I saw and requested a different one for my future appointments. She started my appointment off saying how I was WAY overweight and telling me about how women and their babies die because of being overweight. Guess what, skinny women have miscarriages and can die too. And guess what else, I have a lot of women in my family and none have had miscarriages. She acted very accusatory as if Im just pigging out day and night, but didnt take into consideration that I have thyroid problems so weight loss is rare and not easy for me. I didnt think her saying something like that was even appropriate and I shouldnt have gone back to the office at all from that point, but instead I requested a different nurse. She then spent the rest of my appointment telling me how I needed to eat a NO carb diet during my pregnancy (she specified no fruits, vegetables or grains no nothing but meat and dairy I guess) which seems extreme and didnt even tell me my due date because she was so focused on my weight. I had to remind her at the end of the appointment. Interestingly, when I had my son, my weight was never brought up at all in my doctors appointments and actually the next nurse I saw here didnt mention my weight at all either. While I do have some weight to lose, there are many women much bigger than me having babies! The nurse I changed to was okay but ultimately I decided this just wasnt the place for me because their doctors are very pro c-section. To top it off the last time I went their coordinator was going over paperwork with me and had me fill out a form for a blood transfusion. I said I did not want a blood transfusion and she shouted loudly SO YOUD RATHER DIE?! Not only was that rude, also inappropriate and her door was wide open so she was also telling my personal medical business to the entire office (possibly illegal). And no it wasnt because I prefer to die. It was because there are other options, they just dont want you to know because blood transfusion is the easy option for THEM. Plus why is she even saying all that as if Im currently in need of a blood transfusion?? Im not and that was a what if. That was the second time someone in their office made unnecessary reference to me dying and its just plain ridiculous.

I dread contact with the prescription refill people because they are so hostile and accusatory. They do not have a patient portal and communication is mostly snail mail, which is ridiculous and wastes time. They have had my address wrong in their system for over 6 months and I often do not receive my mail from them because they leave off my apartment number. At my last appointment some person Id never met sat in on my appointment and quizzed me while I was trying to talk to my regular practitioner. I called back today and was informed they dont have an appointment until 11.12.15. I told her I was going to shop around and call back. When I called back a couple of hours later, I was informed that I would not be able to have a Saturday appointment for OB services! Wth!!! The woman was very rude and inconsiderate. She told me that she does not schedule OB appointments for Saturday..... so I asked if someone else does. She placed me on hold and came back and said no. I was misinformed THREE times. Personally, I am glad that God revealed their terrible service and lack of knowledge before I became a patient. As a new mother I could not imagine dealing with a staff such as this, let alone TRUSTING them to deliver a healthy baby. My advice..... GET BETTER STAFF THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS AND STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE WELFARE RECIPIENTS! I have awesome insurance.

I rarely ever feel a need to post a review however due to my experiences with medical concerns i feel it necessary to. Maybe this will actually reach someone in management and they can begin working on these repeated problems. Twice now i have gone in for very important tests and not received my results accordingly. The first time around i had the test ran and never heard back, i went in for a recheck a month later and then was told of the results, which i most definitely should have been told within the first week. My doctor began talking to me about my treatment as though i already knew. Second time, i went in for a mammogram, i spoke to the facility that i had it performed and was told they sent over the results on Thursday. Well today is Tuesday and i had to call and leave them a vm asking for the results. I adore Dr Heineman and even the pa Regina however after i recieve these results i will be switching to a new office and dr. I am having to make the decision to leave my dr solely because staff there lets the ball drop way to often. As women, im sure you can understand what a relief it is to find a doctor you really like and truly feel comfortable with. This review in no way is to insult the capability of the doctor or pa.

Ive seen Dr. Byron Holt for about 10 years. After years of infertility he finally diagnosed my lightly low thyroid, in spite of every doctor telling me that I was fine. Thanks to Dr. Holt I now have my 7 year old daughter. I love him and his staff, Ive never had a bad experience.

Love this place! I had a problem finding the location but that’s because I had never been there but the office staff gave me exact directions when I got there and I was fine. The ladies up front were so kind and the nurses that I met were also super sweet. I met with Dr.Hold and he was really nice and answered all my questions he didn’t rush me and he made me feel comfortable. I’m glad I did research because he really is a good doctor.

Unfortunately the service at Womens Health Care Center is terrible. I have never experienced this kind of poor and unprofessional service from a medical practice in my life. They forget about your prescriptions, they keep you on hold for 30+ minutes when calling for your lab results and get annoyed when you try calling back, they never return calls. I will never return to this center again.

The doctor and nurses are very professional ,but lot of issues with the financial advisers and insurance department. First of all they dont keep you properly informed of the charges, (we are in deductible phase), they always overcharge us and difference in amount they dont refund immediately, they say they will keep credit it in a global account. And they dont provide us with a document to track the credits we have. Out last visits charges were not posted with the insurance for over a month and when I called to check on that I was told it was all posted , we have all records and I shouldnt be tracking my claims every month!! Crazy, we are in deductibles phase and paying extra amount every month too, and shouldnt be tracking our claims !! But the insurance provider said they havent received the bill/claim at all!! I called many times this financial advisor and the insurance provider, back and forth, and everytime we were painted a different picture saying its all billed on time. After almost a week of daily frustration, I was able to talk to a supervisor, who is informing this will not be billed as its part of a global credit!! I dont know how they can be giving a false information that the bill has been posted and suddenly after a month letting us know, this was never billed to insurance provider!! And they will never even apologise for mistakes from their side, they will simply say I dont know who gave you this information, I dont know who billed you etc!! I feel they can definitely be more responsible and have more patience to talk to pregnant women, as otherwise we have no issues with this healthcare center!!

Really like the Doctors here. They are really helpful and understanding. GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS. I only waited about 5minutes in the waiting room. So my wait wasnt long. When I was pregnant and would come to visit i would wait at least an hour ,but its worth it. Unfortunately when you see a good doctor you have to wait. GREAT DOCTORS !!!

Called the Doctors office for appointment and a lady on other side says they will not give me an appointment unless I give them my SSN . Do doctors office ask for SSN before giving an appointment? This is new to me. I told her that, I will give her my insurance details and she said No, we want your SSN 🤷🏻‍♀️. I do not want to give my SSN to a stranger on phone. Never going back to this office.

My mum has been a patient of Dr Elizabeth Heinaman for 8 yrs. I pay out of pocket for mums yearly exams because mum does not have insurance. Even though pricing has consistently increased over the years but we kept going because of the service and never owed them a penny until our last appointment. In May 2016, we arrived for the appt. and was told we would be seeing a PA since it was a Pap smear. The PA came in, she had no clue why my 74yrs old mother, who is not sexually active and post menopausal was having a Pap smear. Obviously she hadnt read any of the notes or history. I proceeded to educate her on my mums history while she took notes. She then performed the Pap smear. No value added besides the Pap. When it was time to Pay, I was told we owe $291 after applying a 10 percent discount. $291 for a Pap smear? I was told it was $150 for the pap, and $141 for the PA. I was furious. They want me to pay for what they called review and eval by the PA. Review and Eval of what? When she didnt know why we were there? This people are a reap off! Thieves! They take advantage of people without insurance. If my mum had insurance, would they get $291 from the insurance company for a pap? The annoying part is why would I pay for a service that was never performed. I had to educate the PA on why we were there. There was no value added by her beside the pap. I paid the $150 for the pap, and refused to pay the $141 because there was no review and eval. They are threatening collections. Please stay clear of this people especially if you dont have insurance. They take advantage of the less privileged, people without insurance. I dont know if dr Heinaman is aware of this, but this appears to be a scam. Get paid for work you didnt do by the PA.

The staff is rude and difficult to work with. The billing department bills me for things my insurance company already paid for.
