Cypress OBGYN

First I want to start out and say that the Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, mid wives, and Dr. Argreat. Super friendly and will listen and answer any questions you have with care. Second and the reason why I give a 3 star is the reception. They never pick up the phone...like ever. You have to call at least 5 time through out their open business hours to maybe get a hold of them. My work hour lunch is 12-1 which is their lunch period as well. Even driving to the actual business on my lunch to set up an appointment because they dont answer the phones, the doors are locked. I really enjoy going here but wish they managed their phones better.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Listen do the bad reviews and don’t waste your time coming to this place. First, they do not answer the phone when you call and the voicemail box is full so don’t expect a call back. You will spend more time trying to get in contact with the doctors office than you would actually speaking with a live person or a doctor.Secondly, they are rude and judgement every time you have a question or concern. You can hear the receptions talking about people and their insurance/ billing issues. No one wants to deal with passive aggressive people while seeking medical care.Lastly, if you have a concern it is not address and they avoid the subject you mentioned. The staff and doctor is unprofessional and my questions were better answered on google because no one here wanted to take the time to address my concerns. Also, They had biohazards in the bathrooms they allow patients to use.Notice how bad reviews have no replies from the owner or google business. Most people would reply and try to resolve the concerns of their patients. The lack of response shows they have no care or accountability for bad experiences.Any recent good reviews are written by the staff and owners friends.

I have been seeing them for years. I used to love them, now they have changed drastically and secretly drug test you without consent. (I’m not pregnant or on drugs) i wasn’t asked if I take drugs. It wasn’t a routine checkup either, I went in for a suspected yeast infection and they drug tested me. Weeks later and still waiting on an explanation. The doctor spent a total of like 5 minutes in the room to tell me everything looked “fine” and did not want to prescribe anything for the itching. I complained and wasn’t prescribed anything until they confirmed days later I had b.v. They don’t answer the phone no matter how often I call or leave messages. Be sure to attain a lawyer if you visit this establishment unless your ok with them violating your rights, gaslighting you into believing your not sick then not prescribing any meds. I had to go see my pcp in order to get yeast infection medicine right after my visit with the ob in hopes I wouldn’t itch enough to get a full nights rest.Update!!!! they did everything in their power in order to rectify the situation. Seems the testing service in the office gave the wrong code to test my urine. I received an apology and asked to please consider my review. I still love this office and have gone back since once because I had the same symptoms return and they tested me in house no issue directly from the doctors office not the separate company inside the office. Today we are going to try and have a baby so if they can do that and help us on our journey I will take this back and give them 5 stars! They definitely seem to be trying. My husband could not beat the price in order to try and get fertility medication. I will keep you guys updated.They have a chance to change this review 😍 #bekind

I have been going here for 3 years. Dr.Bui has always been amazing along with the nurses. By far though, Ms.Chancey who takes blood has been the best part of my visits! Always so welcoming and just puts me at ease!

Had given this a 5 star, but they no longer have Ms. Chancey, she was the nicest and funniest person there. She cared about her patients. She was the main reason why I kept coming back to this doctor since Dr M no longer works there either.

Dont accept new patients until months later, I was told they wont accept me until October, I will be about 7 months pregnant by then. Highly ridiculous and such a shame this was close to my home and I have to keep searching for an obgyn near by

The most horrible obgyn office.Please listen to all these reviews these doctors 99% of the time do not know what they are saying so glad i found another ob and went for a second and third opinion on my end

Patient since 2018. I have gone multiple times. Just be sure to be ready to wait at least an hour and to advocate for your own health.

If I can give a 0 stars I would. This dr. Office is horrible. Made and appt and was a. Complete waste of time. Waited 2 hours and still never got seen. I just ended up walking out . Communication very poor ! Highly recommend NOT to come here. Find some where else, TRUST ME. !!!!

This office is a joke honestly lol . SoMuch misinformation it’s ridiculous . PLEASE don’t let these people play with your lives . It’s not worth it. Just find another office.

Delivered 2 babies with Dr Bui 10 years ago and am excited to be delivering my 3rd with her now. Getting your blood drawn here was quick and painless and the phlebotomist, Chancey was SO nice. The new dr they have helping is very nice as well. I’ve always been against male OB’s but he quickly made me feel at ease and everyone here is a joy to talk to.

Really unprofesional, doctors dont really care about you as a patient. You cant ask questions because youre only seen for 5 min after waiting for 40 min to be seen.They dont follow up with you after any blood work or tests. My doctor was Dr Bui ,I heard alot of great reviews about her but my experience was totally the opposite. I had a great delivery experience only because the nurses at Memorial hermann were really nice and caring.

VERY unprofessional staff who only loves to gossip about there patients and have no value of customer service or maintaining professionalism. They will charge you beforehand then in case if Dr has an emergency and you have already waited 1+ hour for your appointment they will just want you to wait or prefer you to reschedule. Long waiting time and if you speak about it they will gossip about you and make you wait even longer. Overall if I could give a 0 that’s what they deserve. Kindly, train your staff to be professional because they don’t know what’s going on with the patients health and they have no right to gossip in what is supposed to be a professional environment. If you are looking for someone who cares this is not the place to go. I would keep searching for someone who will care and provide you with a treatment plan and not just keep scheduling appointments and waste your time. This place is just awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Sonia is great. She has great bedside manner and very professional. Polite and just sweet as possible.

Most times I’ve received decent service. The phlebotomist, Chancey Salter is AMAZING! I hate getting blood work but she’s always so quick easy and painless. Unfortunately my last appointment the girls at the front desk violated my HIPPA rights but speaking on what ny appointment was about in front of everyone. Very unprofessional.

Dr.Bui has been providing care for me since 2008. Shes delivered both of my kids, and through the years has always been a dr I can count on. Shes always open for questions, and was very attentive to my needs when I needed cancer- preventative care.

Dr. A was phenomenal! From start to finish. She delivered my baby girl and it couldn’t have been any easier. I will say majority of the office staff do not speak English and have you wait along time just to be rushed once you get to the back. And the sonogram machines need to be updated. I have about 20 pictures of a dark cloud because the quality of the machines they have.

I had my little girl here and wow what an experience. I was in and out, no wait time at all. Dr. Brown was great she was very thorough and answered all prenatal questions. The staff was awesome down to the office manager she helped me with my Medicaid and all lab results. I absolutely loved it. They even stayed late a few times just to fit my busy mom schedule. I Would most definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. A is truly amazing. She performed my C-section, and she did an excellent job. Its hard to find a doctor that cares for you and your health, and Im blessed to have found her as a doctor. She always listened to my concerns, and I never had to ask her for anything because she was always thinking ahead of me. Its funny because I originally wanted a VBAC, but now Im happy I went with the C section because everything went so well. The front desk does need improvement, but I learned to look over that because thats how good of a doctor Dr. A is. Also, the hospital she delivers at was amazing as well.The front desk should learn to be friendly. Speak to patients once they come in. Most of their nurses, receptionists and medical assistants are cold and rude.The phlebotomist is fantastic, and shes good at what she does.The ultrasound techs could be more friendly and make the ultrasounds more enjoyable.I met Dr. Bui once, and she was sweet as well, and you can see being a doctor is her passion. I cant comment on her work, though.

Please be ware...For a long time Ive been reluctant to speak up what happened to our baby boy...In short, these Drs while delivering our son, stretched too much his left brachial nerve, causing his left arm to be paralyzed. Many years of therapy and surgery we were able to get his arm movement to 70% motion range. We were the lucky ones, usually this type of injury has a high degree of 100% loss of movement with an atrophy arm. What insulted us more, is that I vividly recall the pediatrician on call physically checking him hours after birth in front of me, and seeing his left arm lim... I asked her if there was something wrong and she replied all glittery all is perfect and rushed us out to be discharged. That meant there was no record on the discharge papers of his injury and malpractice, so knowingly they covered it up for us to have no case against them. Even though there is video evidence moments after birth that my sons left arm was not moving. Lawyers could take the case because of the intential cover up and that they can argue in court the injury was caused after the baby was outside the hospital. I believe if you made a mistake own up to it and make it right.Dr Bui and team, shame on you!

I love this office and staff, especially Dr. A she’s awesome and makes me feel super comfortable and welcome. Delivered my first with her last march and currently pregnant again and just had my first appt today with Mrs. A she’s a great doctor that really cares about her patients. Will recommend to anyone. I dont appreciate the fact that their front desk staff is very unprofessional when calling patients to give them results over the phone. It has happened twice to me now, after coming here for more than 7 years, and both times have been critical news. They really need to work in training their staff on knowing what to say and when to say it to patients. They need to be taught and trained on patient etiquette and proper customer service. If its gender reveals, that should left as a discrepancy between the doctor and the patients personal wishes, and if its life threatening results for the patient and their pregnancy, that should also be discussed and revealed during the next doctor visit To The Patient From The Doctor, and not from an incompetent receptionist who has the slightest clue on what shes revealing to the patient over the phone. Also, they should acknowledge that theyre mostly dealing with pregnant patients, and most of these patients are already built-in with very emotional hormones that can burst out at any given minute specially with news like so. Delicate news should be released to patients personally, NOT over the phone. Also, their nurses need to be trained with compassion as well as their receptionists, and pay really close attention to whom theyre about to give injections to and do procedures to before initiating them. I had a nurse pull me aside before leaving the room saying that she was going to put a vaccine on me for the Wrong Blood Type And The Wrong Patient. I had no clue of this and questioned it before she applied it and luckily the doctor stopped her prior to putting it on me, they doubled checked and it was supposed to be for someone else!!! This could have been catastrophic and a HUGE negligence on their part, and I am thankfull that I questioned it before that nurse put it on me. And lastly, they really need to work on letting patients know an average/estimate on how much visits and procedures will end up being before doing them on patients. In just one month, I had to pay over $600 in just doctor bills and lab tests. Thats outrageous!!! And not common courtesy for patients, as it is a disservice to make them get all kinds of tests done and not let them know how much it will all end up being in the end. I like the doctors but not so much how everything has been running specially lately. Hopefully others dont have to go through all of this as well.

They repeatedly keep sending out the wrong birth control billing my insurance. Now im currently left without birth control, & theyre not able to tell me when my next CORRECT birth control will be available. not to mention they’re unprofessional & dont pick up the phone

I really didnt want to leave a bad review because I simply adore Dr. A but that administrative staff is horrible. The front desk staff is ok but the nurses and the scheduling staff is just not cutting it. They dont related messages concerning the doctors and the patients correctly between each other. I have worked in a medical office in admin before and know that in order for the office to run smoothly everyone needs to be on the same page. The administration staff need to be retrained or replaced!

I decided to go to this doctors office as I had a bad experience at a previous doctors office. However, my experience with this office is even worse!The doctors seem ok (I only saw Dr A anytime I went in) but the front desk staff, especially the nurses that schedule are terrible!The office DOES NOT respect your time, they will bombard you with reminders for your upcoming appointment but never honor their end of the bargain-.I have had to wait for an hour to go in for an appointment I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, Ive had appointments for a pretty serious and delicate procedure misbooked (even when I was very clear over the phone what the appointment was for) and my medication sent to the wrong pharmacy in the space of 3 minutes.The nurses DO NOT listen to patients and always insist they are right even when IT IS CRYSTAL clear that they have made a mistake and they NEVER apologize! Instead they repeatedly told me Its NOT MY FAULT and generally act as if you are not paying (at a premium) for service.Dr Bui, Dr A & Dr Muolokwu (who I never had the pleasure of meeting), if anyone of you sees this review, you need to overhaul/ retrain your staff on how to treat patients and act with care and empathy (as nurses are supposed to!).I will definitely be on the lookout for another doctors office in the future!

My wife waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes to get seen. I talked to the office and billing, and nobody seemed to want to do anything about it. If you like going to the office and waiting for over an hour to talk to a doctor, then this is the business for you. It is completely disrespectful and inconsiderate of both my wifes time and mine to do that. We are expected to show up on time to work, to school, to appointments with friends and family. Why is this not the case with with businesses and doctors? Horrible business.

This place is very rude an unprofessional. Basically banned me For asking questions about certain procedures and they refused to answer. I lost my baby because she didn’t listen to me when I told her something wasn’t right. My baby was measuring too small and she didn’t care. Told since he had a heart beat he must be fine……I do not Recommend this place to anyone. Also when I had bleeding and had to go to the ER and called their hotline cause they were closed absolutely no one called me back. You’d figure that’d be important right? Wrong they don’t care my baby is measuring small and I had concerns and the dr basically didn’t even care. Medicaid DRs are the worst don’t come here.

I honestly hate this place. They make you wear a mask & don’t let you record the ultrasound. The tech came in and started to do the measurements with the screen turned, didn’t even let me see anything then after @10 min she turned it to me and showed me the baby for 2-3 min. The doctor only talks to you in the office and the whole experience is just sad. They didn’t let me take my husband with me. I will be finding a better place because this is my first pregnancy and I feel robbed of the whole experience.

If I ever have another baby I’m coming here to dr A!! I had my beautiful baby boy 2 days ago and she was so amazing throughout my whole pregnancy and never did anything I was uncomfortable with and always made sure to ask me before making any decisions. This was my first pregnancy so I was always nervous for everything but she always made me feel so much better about everything she is absolutely amazing and the other staff is super sweet as well. Loved my experience

This is the most unorganized doctors office I have been to! When I first expressed an interest to come to this doctor for my prenatal care I had to wait over a month, and call them SEVERAL times, before they approved me coming to their office. They never let me know things up front. When I need information I have to call them and ask! They lost my glucose test results, and simply asked me to take the 3 hour test over instead of contacting their lab and figuring out why they never received the results. I ALWAYS have a long wait time and the receptionist are very standoffish. On top of all that, I AM GOING IN TOMORROW TO HAVE MY C-SECTION AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO MY DOCTOR! I have called 3 times in the past week. I should not be trying to contact them THEY SHOULD BE REACHING OUT TO ME. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. The only reason stuck it out was because I was already so far along in my pregnancy and was unable to find any other doctor that would accept me. I gave them 2 stars because although this is a terrible facility, they did accept me as a patient when I was 26 weeks pregnant when quite a few other doctors turned me away.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Last year was my first time at this Doctors office and Dr. Brown was my physician. Very good experience with her then she told me that she was leaving and that I would have to find a new doctor. Fast forward to today, I go in for my visit and unbeknownst to me, I didn’t get a chance to see a doctor I was seen by a NP. My experience was terrible! Jacquelyn the NP walks in and doesn’t even ask my name, how I’m doing, how am I feeling etc. nor does she introduce herself (I had never met this lady before today). She never asked if anything was wrong or if I had any questions, she just asked If I was still on the same prescription from last time. Then proceeds with my exam; again, without asking have I been having any type pain, issues...you know typical dr to patient questions. While I explained to her why I took myself off of the medication and stating multiple times that I did want to take anymore medications, she continues to offer me more pills! By this time I can see that she’s very incompetent and does not listen. My exam experience was horrible and in some way I felt violated. I will never return to this doctors office again! The bedside manner here is terrible!

My experience has been a good one most of the time, but not this time, My doctor doctor Bui had an emergency and she had to leave ... and the staff had me more than 3 hours in a room waiting to be seen ! I was the last person to leave the office ! Not a happy camper about this experience! And the receptionist was rude to my mom ... its ridiculous when you try to be on time to your appointment and you have to wait 3 hours to be seen 😡

I love this place! Im now in my 3rd trimester and Im glad I came here! .... All the nurses are very sweet, Dr.Brown has been amazing... Really comforting, really cares, and answers all my questions... She wasnt there my last visit but another doctor attended me and she was the sweetest! I love coming here! Everyone treats you well :)

First impressions are everything and as a new patient I was not even greeted by the receptionist when I walked in. I waited and hour with no mention of delay. I finally went to the counter to ask about the wait and was told 2 people were ahead of me AND the doctor was not even there but was out delivering a baby! I told the receptionist that this is something that should be told to patients upon arrival. This place is very disrespectful of your time. The office seats also smell so I would suggest they be cleaned.Its unfortunate because the doctor had some really good reviews.

Slightly better than the Fairfield location but not by much. Very upset with the counter/admin staff (not so much the doctors). They hardly ever answer the phone and even when you leave a message, they take a while to get back to you. Expect to be the one phoning them for all of your needs and hopefully it’s not urgent because it’ll take awhile.I have been trying to switch medications for months on end now after being told that I didn’t sign paper work (which I did, they lost it) and once it was “found,” there was a miscommunication amongst them and an unknown party. I had to call and leave messages, they never answered or got back to my voicemails I have left. I still haven’t gotten what I needed since February.Unhappy and officially switching to a totally different doctor at another location.

I have been seen by this clinic since 2013 and the doctors are superb!! Dr. Muolokwu helped me diminish my cysts and also get on a supplement regimen to be able to make better eggs to be able to conceive. She helped me deliver a beautiful baby boy and now I am seeing Dr. Bui and she is outstanding with her bedside manner and care. She is very attentive with her care, I love it! I love my doctors here and this clinic will continue to be my #1 for the years to come.

Dr. Brown is amazing! Very fast and gentle. The reason why I gave them two stars is because I had a problem and I made 4 appointments with them and they just said your fine dont worry. Something in my gut kept telling me something was not right. So I decided to get a second opinion. The other place I went to within a week they told me what was going on I was so stunned since I trusted cypress obgyn they also did ultrasounds and they apparently saw nothing. I cant help but be mad that they didnt see anything and clearly there was something there. I will not be returning to this place even though it took me a while to find a nice Dr but I rather be in good hands. My new doctor is amazing and so thankful I found them now my problem can be fixed. Also the young Asian ultrasound tech girl is horrible and rude ugh worst experience ever with her!

Dr. M is absolutely amazing. My labor and delivery went off without a hitch. She was so supportive and knowledgeable. Shes always so calm and professional. She definitely great at what she does. I also appreciated the other staff members.

I was definitely skeptical after reading the reviews for this place, but I am happy to say that I love this office! So far I havent had to wait longer that 15 minutes to get sent to my room and the wait to see the obgyn is less than 5 minutes. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Muolokwu is very kind and considerate. When I had problems with blood work being sent to a lab out of my network, she really listened to what I had to say and helped the problem get resolved. I definitely recommend this office!

Dr Brown is awesome! The receptionist on the other hand are not my favorite people. I call in advanced about details for my prenatal visit and I’m told one thing. When I get to the office I’m told otherwise. Communication SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Only reason why I endure half the BS is cause I love my Dr. (DR BROWN) After this last week trying to get things in order with my prenatal visits , I may be forced to search for another Dr.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !! I’ve been here at this obgyn for 2 years… recently I’ve had an issue with my pregnancy… my baby was still alive, was just developing slower than normal but my doctor suggested I’d kill it, instead of encouraging me to do anything else like a good doctor… never prescribed me any prenatals or nausea meds… and I’ve been trying to switch my obgyn for 3 weeks now to get a second opinion but I can’t until they send my medical records and for some reason they won’t I’ve been calling then for 3 weeks now ! And they still haven’t took the time to send out my records ! Now it is starting to interfere with my work because they put me on bed rest until July 13 but I can’t go back to work until my new doctor writes a note stating I can go back… but I can’t make an appointment yet UNTIL THOSE RECORDS ARE SENT !!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Do not come here !!!!

Edit: So I recently had my second Mirena IUD. This office put in the birth control twice, once a few years ago, and more recently a couple of months ago. Both times the device fell out. The first time, i had no pain or heavy bleeding, it was fine, however, i had no idea it fell out. The more recent one was a horrible and very painful experience. After the device was put in, i bled for a whole month and a half and i was in severe pain. I didnt know it was the device. Fast forward...while going to the restroom at work, the device fell out! I couldnt believe it! A few days later, the pain and the bleeding stopped. Now, Im researching a possible solution to get compensation for this terrible experience. It certainly was awful after just having a baby. Ive never had any issues with Dr. M nor Dr. Bui, they are the reasons i keep going back. Id never seen the doctor that inserted the second device, and i dont ever want to see her again. The main receptionist is not friendly and they need more training in the billing department. I didnt wait 7-10 business days to pay when i had visits, and i shouldnt have to wait a month or two to get my refund. Mostly great doctors and a wonderful sonogram nurse, incredibly mediocre support staff.

When I was pregnant with my son,my experience here went smoothly and I had no problems. That was two years ago. This time around pregnant with my daughter has been a nightmare for me,EVERY time I come early for an appt I dont get called back for hours and it seems like everyone else who made it after me gets called back before I do. I love the Drs here but they have to come up with how to make it a little smoother for the expecting mothers.

Very unresponsive and disorganized. I have been waiting for my prescription (BC) for over a month. The pharmacy have contacted me SEVERAL times because they cant even get a hold of them. The doctors office proceeded to schedule my appointment. Next day, the Pharmacy called me again to inform me the request will be closed since they did not hear back from the doctors office. I called MULTIPLE times through out the week and spoke to the front desk lady just for her reply to be that the nurse will call you back and explain the situation. Nurse Tran still has not call me back and apparently she is the only one who can help me.

Def satisfied with them!Love my doctor, shes awesome! (Dr. Brown)I will say mornings are better than afternoons ( its packed the afternoons) & I wouldnt suggest Wednesday or Thursday appointments, theyre the busiest!Thats when people do have to wait a while. Besides that theyre great & im about to pop anytime now so, I would recommend, at least Dr. Brown since shes my doctor.

I am sad that dr. Brown is not with them anymore. She really was patient with me and listened to every word as I was going through trying to make a decision due to my baby having a small chance at making it into the world. But now I have dr. M and she is also very understanding. Really clean place. Sometimes they rush appointments due to it being a lot of patients. But if you go early everything is quick. I highly recommend this obgyn

Dr. Bui is the worst doctor ever. I’m so glad she was on vacation when I had my son. The way Dr. Bui keep telling me that I was going to have a hysterectomy and i prayed to God to let another doctor do my surgery, and God answered my prayers.if you thinking about going to these doctor you would be waiting for hours sometimes. I tried to tell the doctors that i thought i had pre-eclampsia but i was dismissed, and three days after i had my son i had to go back for high blood and had pre-eclampsia. I was in and out of the hospital because my blood pressure was still high. the last time i went to the hospital the doctors called doctor Bui and she tried to tell them i was crazy. please do not go to this doctor for the safety of you and your baby.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I was recommended to them by an ER physician. I liked Dr. Bui the first time, even though she tried to explain my pain away as the shingles. She had me do blood work and scheduled a follow up visit one week later. Yesterday was my follow up visit. I arrived early for my appt and was in the exam room at my scheduled time. I waited for over an hour, without any comment from the staff about a delay. When the doctor finally came in, it was a completely different doctor. She even asked why I was there! Then she acted offended when I got upset. To top it all off, she told me to contact her today if the pain meds werent enough for my pain level. I called this morning and now all I get is the office answering service.Seriously.....this place is one big joke. I actually need surgery, but I wouldnt trust these people to operate on my dog.

I found out that I was pregnant in a hospital and the only way they would release me, was if I went into the office the next day for an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me that even though insurance gave us the go ahead, the office still wouldnt see us. We came back the next day after it was paid, but still couldnt be seen. Nearly 2 weeks after finding out, I still dont know whats going on. Luckily I ended up going to memorial Hermann cypress and they were able to rule it out and do both ultrasounds, not so luckily, we were referred back here. This is just a review of the office. In the hospital, Dr. M was very sweet and understanding.

Today was my first visit for this pregnancy however Dr pierson did deliver my daughter three years ago.... I was skeptical coming into this office after reading all the negative reviews lately.. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised everyone I encountered today from the receptionist to the MA to the ultrasound tech to the awesome Dr. M was wonderful!!! Im very confident I picked the best Obgyn for the care of my baby and I. Im looking forward to embarking on this wonderful journey with some of the best people in ob gyn care!

Beautiful office but thats where it ends.Went in for my first check up at 8 wks pregnant. Felt like I was at the nail salon. I was pushed in and out of offices till I finally met the Dr. In her office the felt like I was visiting a college professor to discuss my grade. No urine test were done just a bunch of unnecessary expensive blood tests. Now at 14 we pregnant turns out I had a UTI the whole time. Really hope this isnt dangerous to my baby. Anyways dont risk you health get real help. The staff is trash and rude. They act nice but dont really attend to you needs or send you on a run around with wrong information. The wait is forever and the Dr. Is really hard to reach. Save your time, money and health. Go else where. If I could give a zero stars I would.

I was involved in helping a family member receive treatment from this facility. Overall this place suffers from lack of organization and communication. They never called to inform their patient on the status of their procedure in a timely manner, nor inform us that the procedure had been done inconclusively. Then, when requested the clinic had the patient sign for forms to be sent out and the staff is claiming that she never signed them. Whether this stems from incompetence or miscommunication it lead to a very terrible experience that does not reflect well on the staff or doctors working here.

Love Dr. Bui! The office staff are very accommodating and helpful in getting my appointments set.

I had my little girl here and wow what an experience. I was in and out, no wait time at all. Dr. Brown was great she was very thorough and answered all prenatal questions. The staff was awesome absolutely loved it.definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is a great place to go if you enjoy sitting in a cold room under a paper robe for an hour waiting for your NP to finally show up to do your exam.And when she finally does, she won’t even bother to acknowledge the ridiculous waiting time.Come to find out no one even bothered to update my chart on my last visit, so they didn’t even have records of the medication that was prescribed to me.The icing on the cake was getting yelled at by someone for leaving my urine sample in the wrong bathroom, even though there are no instructions anywhere on where the damn thing is supposed to go.

I have been coming here for years and the staff is so sweet and helpful! Especially Ms. Chancey, very sweet and gentle when taking your blood. I always recommend them.

After reading others experiences I am shocked and disappointed to see that I was not the only one who went through the same thing with Dr. Brown. I never had an issue with her when she was my gynecologist and all throughout my pregnancy, all this changed on the day of the delivery. She walked in with a jogging suit on, her hair wasnt pulled back and her attitude was horrible! She snapped at my mom and was very short with all the nurses. When I began to push I started having a bowl movement at which point Dr.Brown made a disgusted facial expression, threw her hands up, and asked one the nurses to pull back her loose hanging hair that should have been tied back in the first place! After a few more pushes she stood up, crossed her arms, and told me I wasnt trying to push hard enough. The nurses then made a suggestion of using the tug of war method because I was getting exhausted. She backed away from the bed and told them to go for it but she doubts it would work. I was upset and frustrated at how negative she had been from the time shed got there. She left the room and came back about an hour later for another round of pushing. This time she could see the babys head. I pushed a few more times and then I heard her turn to the nurse next to her and tell her that this is why she tells patients to take lamaze classes. That is so unprofessional! With little to no progression they began prepping me for a c-section because my blood pressure was too high and babys heart rate was dropping. On my way to the OR one of the nurses told me she believed the cord was wrapped around him which might have been the reason he wasnt budging. Once they took him out my mom stood up to cut the cord as we discussed she would at the beginning of the birth. Dr. Brown immediately yelled, sit down grandma! And proceeded to cut the cord herself. I laid there while she stitched me back up and listened to her brag about how it was still early enough for her to go back home and get in the bed since her kids were away at school. I never saw or heard from her again after she left. I believe Dr.Malukwo came to check on me and Dr. Pierson did my post partum check up. I know my mom made several complaints about the way she treated us and the nurses on duty that morning. I later found out Dr. Brown was pregnant and could have possibly been going through some hormonal changes but it doesntmatter..oYoure a professional so you should act accordingly or have someone stand in for you if theres a reason you cant!

All my visits i had with the doctor was useless, she never stayed on top of my weight, swollen legs. I was first time mom never told me to keep track of my baby kicks on my last trimester. When i delivered my baby my doctor was out of town so the doctor that took over never went to room even when i kept asking for the doctor to be in the room since I was first time mom. Luckily my daughter was born healthy but I regret going to this office.

I love Dr. bui and saw her at her other location until I had to transfer to the Jones Road location. I loved everything about Dr. Bui and the other location, but the Jones Rd location is slower, they seem disorganized and Ive had to remind them of things several times. 1. They tried to get me to take the glucose test twice because they didnt check and see I did it last time. 2. The receptionist handed me a cup to pee in but didnt tell me where to go or anything... Come to find out you basically serve yourself and then go back out into the waiting room. I just assumed I held onto it until my name was called. 3. After my glucose test they told me to keep an eye on the clock because I had to wait an hour. An hour later I had to tell the receptionist 3 times before the lab tech took my blood, and she told me they never gave her my paperwork so she had no idea I was waiting on a times blood test.I miss her other location!!!!!! They were so much better and organized and quick!

Just want to thank all the cypress OBGYN for taking good care of me and my pregnancy.. Thank you to Dr. Bui and the rest of the doctors who took the time to see me when my Dr. Had to run out for a delivery. My experience in my pregnancy was wonderful thanks to all cypress OBGYN. Yes there always busy but it is worth the wait. Oh and shout out to my girl Vanessa the nurse in the back she has not been there for a long time but she is a lovely addition to the clinic(: I recommend this clinic to anyone

Very impersonal. I waited for 30-45 minutes before I was examined. Did not make me feel special. Doctor popped in and out. No questioning. I had to call them after waiting almost 2 weeks to hear back from them my results. Asian lady that answered the phone did not understand English very well and she was hard to comprehend. After giving address/phone info for CVS pharmacy, the medication recommended by them was not sent after 4 days. Had to call back a second time. I mean, really?....WHAT IF I WAS DYING? This is not how you do business. Horrible customer service!!! WILL NOT return. P.S. I do not usually write reviews, so this had to be a bad experience. Just Saying.

I honestly don’t know where to start but my whole experience was just sad. I wish they cared more about you as much as they care about their money(even charge you a dollar for mask if you don’t bring yours). I already gave birth but my experience here was horrible. They don’t seem to understand that all you need is a small act of kindness.

The waiting time was about 45 minutes seems if you have medicaid you slip right on through once your in the nurses who do not seem to speak very good English, they try to herd you from here to there to here to there. I went in for an ultra sound for some pelvic pain I had been having due to a cyst, they said it was not large enough to remove so they sent me home with some different birth control, they never took the time to explain anything or what options I had or anything. Two weeks go by and the pains I had came back even worse than before I make another trip to a different obyn its the cyst again, I got all my records from this obgyn and had them forwarded over the cyst is still the same size and continues to grow so now.. I finally get to have it removed. I will not be going back and I certainly will not be sending friends or family to that horrible place.

I went for my first visit today and I absolutely loved the dr. I saw dr brown she was very nice and helpful. I also ww as called back fairly quickly. Im excited to keep them as my Dr. I was worried due to the other reviews. Im glad I kept my appointment. I hope this is helpful to someone else.

I can only speak on Dr. Mulokwu! Shes very AWESOME, takes her time and answers all your questions with time. Shes very down to earth, Im 7 months pregnant so I hope the delivery goes just as great as shes been. There is long wait times thats normal with all OBGYN!

I have tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt but I can’t anymore. On multiple different occasions they have scheduled my appointment and i have shown up early and I still won’t be seen until almost an hour later, they are unorganized and unprofessional. They didn’t even tell me about a condition I had, I had to find out about it via the patient portal. I’m finding a new doctors office.

The service as far as the doctors are awesome! However when it comes to the billing department it is a DISASTER. They need to get it together. When you try to give your credit card number to the lady after multiple times for a payment and she cannot comprehend. The machine was reading invalid account when she was the one entering it wrong the whole time. She caused an argument between my husband and I and I mentioned that to her. She said nothing . The card finally went through after she FINALLY entered it correctly. She did not even apologize for all the confusion she caused. Someone who cannot simply put in the correct credit card number should not be in the billing department.M.R.

My doctor is perfectly fine BUT Poor customer service for staff. I had an appointment for contraception July 19th. They consulted with me and said they will order my contraception. Long story short, they waited a month (Ordered it on August 17th) to order my stuff and by the time they ordered it my insurance had been cancelled on July 31st. On top of that they didnt call to let me know anything. Its now SEPTEMBER 8th and Im calling them to find out they never heard back from my insurance. Duh!!! Because you placed the order a month LATER!!! Now Im on the phone with them this very minute and they are playing GAMES. I called 20 minutes before closing(11:39 AM). No one would answer so I kept calling back, got an answer and now Im on hold for 10 minutes. I GUARANTEE you they hang up to prevent me from calling back. It is now 12:04 PM. Ive literally been on hold for 15 minutes now!!! Its 12:06PM!

I would definitely recommend this place if you live in Jersey Village area. Number one its very convenient. Number two the lobby has a very calm relaxing atmosphere. Everyone that Ive seen so far has been very sweet. Its a big place so it has plenty of sitting and seats are very comfy.

I was pleased with the front desk very friendly and informative....i also had blood work done the lady did that rocked she was great and it was fast and painless....I was seen by Dr Pearson she was pleasant to me but looked tired and over worked but she is pregnant so maybe she just needed a nap ;) but I am very upset with this doctor because she told me she would call in some prescriptions for me and failed to do so which i needed them to be filled really bad one of them is for my nausea so I am highly disappointed with the doctor ! Filling prescriptions isnt something you just forget to do when your a doctor!! Also i was seen on a friday so my scripts cant be called in till monday when they come back in to the office s o ill be looking for a new doctor

I absolutely love this place dr. Pierson has brought 2 of my beautiful kids In This world via c-section. It was a breeze both times. Had no problems with them or the staff. They are all very nice and genrious people. Dr. Brown is awesome as well she has help me as well. I highly recommend cypress ob/gyn. To anyone who ask.

I loved my doctor! She was thorough and informative and made me comfortable. I did not care for the phlebotomist. She was rude and made me feel like i was an inconvenience to her time.

I was seen and my issues were addressed. The wait was between 15 mins to 2 hours depending on how many my people were there. They staff was professional and quick once I was called. The doctors were also professional and thorough. I recommend this office if you are looking for a good OBGYN

I was seen here for my pregnancy and love all the doctors, is a big clinic so yes you will wait to been seen, but this doctors are amazing! and sometimes people dont realized this doctors are back and forward in between the hospital for deliveries and the clinic to see patients, I have been in clinics where you wait more than 2 hours, so I dont mind to wait here for 30-45 min, I will continue with this doctors.

The comments about the staff being rude are VERY TRUE. On top of that, I spent about a week trying to get a prescription filled and they continued to send it to the wrong pharmacy. I don’t understand how that could be an oversight. It’s sad that it is so hard to find an ObGYn in Houston because this one is NOT IT

Horrible experience! Dr. Bui was out of town so I was seen by another doctor Tsao. No blood work was done to check my Hcg levels nor was a Urine test done to check for glucose. They went straight to the ultrasound. The tech didn’t measure nor did she give me a copy of my ultrasound. Doctor Tsao said she didn’t know how far along I was on my pregnancy and to return next week when Dr. Bui was back.A waste of time and money! They are very unorganized and doctor Tsao doesn’t have bedside manners.

I had my well woman exam with a new Dr. Previous dr no longer there. The dr was literally in the room for about3-5 minutes. The worst care I ever had, won’t return

My girlfriend just switched from here because they never answer the phone and they will ignore you at all costs. Why give your business to someone who doesnt want it? Find a different OBGYN.

I love working with Dr. Brown she takes her time and hears me out and the staff is always very friendly! I just delivered my baby with Dr.Brown and I highly recommend this place if you are expecting and looking for a doctor or for regular health care needs!

Recently visited this clinic they are soooo unorganized with scheduling, they switch doctors all the time & have you waiting forever & besides that their information is not even accurate & they have no sympathy with the patient. I have been going here for almost 10 years and have seen a few different doctors. Dr Bui and Dr M take very good care of their patients and always take time to listen and explain things in a way that you understand what you are saying.

I love Dr. Pierson she is very thorough and has made my pregnancy experience very pleasant and Vanessa one of the nurses is very sweet I will miss her since today is her last day 😩. But overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Pierson

Dr malukwo is the far best doctor I had experience last year hopefully she take over my second pregnancy everything went wonderful during labor and during pregnancy she’s always patient and understanding

The worst place to go to. We came here because our doctor transferred locations, but the staff and place in general is just a disaster. They barely answer the phone , never call back and could care less about a patient. If you can avoid this place please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

There has been some changes in the past 3years now. There charges are ridiculous this is even after billing the insurance. Plus they can’t give explanations for what you are been charged for.

They are very professional, very attentive to their patients and Dr. Adeyuken is special to me, she is very affectionate and patient.

I had my son hers I love this place sometimes it can get a little busy and you might have to wait a hour but it worth it doctor M lol I cant spell her name she a great doctor she answer all questions you have and if dont ask that much questions she will tell you what all you need to know I highly recommend this place its great and the staff are great to

I was recommended by a friend and I dont regret it. I saw Dr. Moulokwu throughout my pregnancy 🤰 and she was very attentive to me, she always had time to answer all my questions as a first-time mother and make me feel calm during the birth of my baby. The entire group is very helpful too 😍🤗

It was orrivle an unpleasant experience. Hello, I am the mother of one of the patients at this clinic. . My daughter and my granddaughter had the most terrible experience, they almost lost their lives and no doctor ever showed up, they were only treated by nurses. Until I came in and mentioned that if there was no other doctor at the Cypreess Fairbanks hospital in 1960, I would dial 911 because after three hours fighting just two nurses for a normal birth where my daughter was already dilated to point 10 but even so my granddaughter could not be born until then they ordered a cesarean section. .. just because she threatened to dial 911... Thank God they are fine, they were treated by another doctor... where a doctor who was not the one designated for her throughout her pregnancy made an appearance....

Those who answer the phone, especially in Spanish, instead of helping, they confuse you, they made me change my insurance because they didnt get the one I had, I waited a long time for the change to be made and when the insurance arrived they told me that they can no longer make an appointment, I had to start looking for a doctor again.

Very good experience with Dr. Pierson during my pregnancy, they treated me very well, I recommend the clinic, the nurses were very kind in the clinic and in the hospital.
