He booked me an appointment asap same day because I wasn’t feeling well and needed to boost my immunity. He was so kind and helpful! This was my first time and it was so clean, organized, and peaceful. Thank you for your services!

Hurricane Beryl came through Houston right after the 4th of July leaving us in a world of trouble. Losing power for 10 days plus all your food is devastating but when you get the power back on you realize the heat did a number on your body. With all the water I thought I was consuming it wasnt enough I was extremely dehydrated. I decided to head to an urgent care in the Heights area to get seen before it got worse. I googled urgent care and NeuMed Modern Urgent Care + IV Therapy, Washington Ave.cane up I quickly decided I would try them out. Best decision ever from the moment I walked in I felt the staff truly cared and only wanted to help me feel better from the polite gentleman Lafayette at the front desk to the doctor and nurse who took care of me. The facility is clean, relaxing and peaceful for an urgent care. There was a short wait but you get to relax in massage chairs while you wait. Lafayette at the front desk was very sweet and prompt with my check in and answered all of my questions about their iv services.When getting called to the back, Lauren was very sweet and detailed when asking assessment questions. She was very humorous and made me feel more comfortable being as this was my first time here. Lauren had such a gentle hand when performing my vitals and nasal swab also.Dr. Allison was a joy when she came in. She announced my negative test result in a celebratory way and it was such a fun way to end my appointment.I recommend NeuMed for all needs. They take great care of you from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

We were greeted with a very welcoming and knowledgeable man named Lafayette at the front desk. The staff actually listened to my concerns. They were both competent and compassionate. They helped to guide me through what needed to be done. The urgent care was super clean, spacious and welcoming. Better yet, with little to no wait time. Lafayette was awesome and professional.When I called, based on my symptoms and stomach bug, he gave me a recommendation of the best infusion and I’m thankful because I feel much better after. The place super clean and nice and everyone else was friendly.

I made a visit NeuMed Urgent Care & IV Bar and it was a really cool concept. It’s an Urgent Care with an IV bar you can use while you wait.The doctor Allison Ravassipour was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to provide valuable information after I was involved a major car accident. Lafayette checked me quickly and helped with insurance. I will be back!

Went for an IV infusion for the first time after feeling under the weather all day. I was so very thankful for the hospitality and kindness of the staff during my visit. I was relieved and impressed by how quickly I recovered after my IV infusion. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you need a little pick me up.

This was my first ever drip experience and what an awesome one! Grace at the front was super friendly right when I got there. Christian was the one that got our drip ready and connected. Best customer service by everyone and I feel that is something so hard to find these days. This place was so luxurious, and it made me want to stay longer. Neumed is also an urgent care but definitely does not give off that vibe at all. I did the Neu-Athlete drip, left feeling like a million bucks. I will definitely be back! I was greeted by Grace at the front door who explained all my options to me and ultimately decided on NeuBody, which comes with a B12 injection! The Nurse Practitioner, Katy, was quick and clean with inserting the needle and getting the fluids started. The place itself is very new , very up to date on interior design as well. Comfortable and quiet. Free parking , and located right off Washington Ave. I’ll be making this a monthly stop. Thanks a bunch ladies!

I had an exceptional experience at Neumed Urgent Care off of Durham. Lafayette, the front desk receptionist,was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. This will be my go to urgent care going forward. Extremely kind staff. The lady that the front desk couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. Beautiful, clean clinic. The NP, Katy, was outstanding. She took time to really listen to me, then gave me a diagnosis and plan for getting back to feeling better. Would absolutely recommend this urgent care to any of my friends or family.

Lafayette Brooks was the Admin and was very helpful. I appreciate NeuMeds efficiency with having all of my information already on file. That is the most annoying thing about doctors offices is going in to a place you have already been multiple times and having to fill out pertinent information you have already told them. Anyways, this place is great if you are a generally healthy person and just get sick a couple times a year. I have a high deductible I come in, I pay cash and get in and out. All of their locations are usually close to CVS so it works out perfectly in regards as well.

Love this place for my IV hydration! Super calming little area you can sit and get a chair massage while you get your drip. Everyone is super nice here and specifically Lafayette was very nice and attentive as he often checked in with me to see if I was doing ok or needed anything. Next time I come to Houston I will definitely be back here.

Went to the location on Durham for an IV drip for my daughter. Lafayette at the front desk checked us in quickly, explained everything to me and gave recommendations. I went to a few urgent cares but wasn’t able to get the support I needed. AFC recommended this urgent care facility and I’m so glad they did. As soon as I walked in Lafayette checked me in and made the whole experience feel both manageable and supportive! I felt like the nurse practitioner took the time to check everything and the facility has the resources to do bloodwork and help with everything I needed. Glad I came here! I’ll be coming back the next time I’m sick!

Had to visit this location because mine had been closed due to a storm. Lafayette, at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. I live in the building so this was extremely convenient to just walk downstairs to such a clean and professional urgent care.

It’s the day after the hurricane and these people came to work and opened up when most urgent cares did not. Lafayette was on it; he called ahead to warn me the wait was long due to extra traffic because of the limited options. He also felt with an annoyed customer with complete professionalism because of the long wait. Awesome service in a tough situation, you don’t see that often anymore and I never leave reviews but this needed one.

Tierra and Lafayette gave me a warm greeting right away and took great care of me. The were fast, professional, and kind. Shortly after I went back to the treatment room, Bryan came and treated me and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This place was great. Lafayette at the front desk got me checked in quickly and his customer service was excellent. Stephanie checked my vitals and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’m typically apprehensive about male doctors/nurses but Brian was phenomenal. He gave me options so that I would be comfortable and understood exactly what I needed to be treated for. All in all a wonderful experience not to mention the office is new and sooo beautiful inside.

I inquired about sports physicals for my son, and he was able to get his physical completed. The office hours are convenient. The environment is clean, very organized, and has a perfect atmosphere.

Another grear experience at Neumed. I came to the clinic with an open gash on the top of my foot less than 24 hours before Hurricane Beryl was forecast to come ashore. Allison was amazing — examined my foot, put in 5 stitches, gave me clear instructions on wound care, and removed the stitches 9 days later. She was warm and reassuring and did a great job with the sutures. Gracie at the front desk was great, too — very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this team and Neumed.

Easy to book an appt or even walk in . Lafayette was super helpful to get me an appt same day with a phone call. Nurse allison explained the whole ingredients and steps and stephanie got me in an IV super quick and i was out within minutes.Best part- super clean and new and free garage parking!

This place is great for Health advice ive been sick a couple times and Ive gotten Vitamin Shots and IV drips to help me recover. I would recommend the membership plan to have unlimited visits for urgent care and discounts on services. Ive seen Nurse Katy several times the past 3 months and has always been helpful and informative in treatments. i dislike needles but she always makes it comfortable for me.

I made an appointment thru Zocdoc for Annual Physical Exam and submitted my insurance information at the same time. Expecting not to pay anything for this. I got there on Saturday morning. They asked me to submit my insurance again and said the insurance system is down, so they cant verify my insurance policy. They might charge me nothing or 20% later, but they keep saying nothing today. I don’t want to be charged 20% at all even though it’s nothing today. Waste of my time. Not a morning person. Woke up early for this. When they can check my insurance in advance. Worst experience ever. Won’t recommend. Will never come here again.Beyond your control. Bad excuse. As I said, you could have checked the insurance before. I was asked to upload my insurance information. You have a week to verify that, but you didn’t. You should improve on your insurance checking process.Anyway, I won’t never go to this place.

This was my first IV infusion therapy experience. The staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and quickly help you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the doors. The clinic has a clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The IV infusion process is quick and painless. They have a large menu with lots of options and you have the ability to customize your infusion. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and you can save even more if you become a member. I highly recommend NeuMed for anyone in need of IV infusion therapy.

Quick, easy to get in, clean.This place does NOT have an ultrasound on site and will send you to an ER for that. ER waives copay but any additional services at an out of network rate for most.

This is a great place to go for urgent care but mostly for me it’s for the IV therapy! I do a lot of body conditioning with long distance cycling, both in and out of the Texas heat. Keeping hydrated is somewhat of a challenge, especially when your electrolytes get low, it’s borderline dangerous for athletes. This place is perfect for me to get all I need put back in my body to feel better quickly.Also, if you are just not feeling right, this place will help to jump start your body back into action. This location is new and clean, with great staff.Highly recommended!

The IV therapy services provided by NeuMed are of the utmost quality. Got sick. Was evaluated and sent on my way with prescriptions. After 4 days I am exactly the same as the day I went in. I called back to see if they would prescribe me something different because my symptoms had not improved at all. Was told since I was past their 3-day period I would have to come in to be re-evaluated and pay for another appointment. I am self-pay, so thats another $175 just to get another prescription. Ive worked with other urgent care places, and they dont treat people this way. Never going back.

So happy this location just opened on Washington, it makes it that much more convenient to visit especially now with the bugs going around. I pride myself on being healthy and they have all the treatments needed to do just that. Staff is always kind and helpful, it definitely does not feel like a doctors office. Highly recommend a visit next time you are feeling down.
