Valhalla Vitality

I started with Valhalla Vitality about a year ago. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. I initially started with them to increase my energy. They prescribed me a peptide that helped really well. Then I needed to kick start my weight loss, which worked incredibly. I’m now using them for hairs growth & anti aging for my skin. It’s a very easy turnkey process and private. I highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their quality of life.

Poor Accountability, Coordination and Communication.I am struggling to put into constructive words how upset I am with this company! I first ordered a treatment with them and was told it would take 10-14 business days to process, send to the pharmacy and ship. Normally I would not complain about a product arriving faster than expected, but I just happened to walk out and see a package on my porch about 4 days later and it was my vial. I had received no notification it was sent to the pharmacy, shipped, or delivered. It had been sitting out in the hot August summer heat in Washington D.C. for almost 5 hours and I was VERY lucky it had not been stolen already. I only knew how long it had been sitting out because I looked up the tracking number on the package through UPS. I reached out to Valhallas customer service and they said, We apologize if you did not receive any notification regarding the shipping of your order. Rest assured, this will not happen with your future orders. I thought it all had worked out, so no real harm done right?I then decided I wanted to get another vial in anticipation of a busy fall season with work. I ordered another vial on August 30, 2024 and even wrote in my order notes, Please make sure to let me know when the treatment has been shipped and will be delivered. Last time I received no notification and my package sat outside for an entire afternoon in the DC heat. Fast forward to September 11 and I have heard nothing. I reach out to customer service and they essentially say they can confirm it has gone to the pharmacy and is being processed. The pharmacy is responsible for the rest of the process but please give them 10-14 business days. I waited another week and today, September 19, 2024 I got a message from customer service saying, We would like to inform you that per your tracking number, your order has already been delivered last 9/6/2024. As you can imagine, I was floored! It was delivered TWO WEEKS AGO and not once along the way did they reach out. It was delivered before I even reached out the first time and they couldnt even tell me then! How on earth would I know if even they dont! Of course the package was and is nowhere to be found and there is no way it was not stolen. Thus began this awful back and forth process of them basically telling me, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused but the pharmacy would not be able to replace the medication and they will do nothing about it. No offer for a refund, no offer for credit for another order, not a dang thing other than being ignored after every message and having to reach out again to get the same response. I even asked for a number to call and talk to someone and of course I am being ignored. So here I sit, $600+ spent and the best they can say is we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. No accountability, dreadful coordination between them and the pharmacies, and abysmal communication and customer service. What happened to, Rest assured, this will not happen with your future orders? Well, they can rest assured I will report this as the fraudulent charge it is to my credit card company and I will post this review to every available review site possible.

I LOVE this company! Everyone is so nice and super responsive! When I first looked into their compound medication, I was worried that the process might take a long time, and I had stopped taking the national brand because I lost my health coverage and couldn’t afford 1300.00 a month. But honestly, from the intake email, making my account, talking to my doctor and shipment- about 12 days. I couldn’t even get an appointment with my primary, who I have been with for 15 years, in less than a month out😭. And aside from all that, Valhalla Vitality’s compound just WORKS. For me, it’s working better than what I was previously taking and if I have any concerns, my doctor gets right back to me. Did I mention there’s a text line where you can reach a member pretty much whenever if you need to talk about your medication?? Yeah. They’re amazing.

Background info: I tried getting on GLP-1 medication for over a year but insurance would not cover it. I then saw MedSpas were starting to offer the service but didn’t have the time to go in person to get the shot. Through researching online platforms, I found Valhalla Vitality. I thought it was too good to be true until I spoke to the first representative setting up my consultation. The first consultation was quick and easy and I had my first round of Tirzepatide within 2 weeks from the start of the journey. The representatives gave me accurate dosage instructions for using at home. Any question or concern I had was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Since I began in April 2023, I have lost 50 lbs and 7.8% body fat. Though the medication is pricey, getting my life back has been worth every single penny.

I have been with Valhalla for some time already. I like how fast is the response of the medical team. If I have any questions I just text and they respond fast. However the medication orders are processed very slow. I sometimes have to order 2 weeks in advance.While this has been slowly improving, the communications with the shipping team were not great. I usually get messages with updates but it has been twice already when the last message I get is: your prescription has been processed and you will be notified of shipping and routine number. And then nothing.I don’t get shipping notification, don’t get the routing info and sometimes medicine arrives and stays several days in the delivery room of the building because I was not notified that the medicine was shipped to begin with.Adding that to the order delay I hope Valhalla fixes the logistics around this.As for medicine it has been very effective.

I have a had an amazing experience with Valhalla Vitality. Not only are they quick in their response ms, they clearly communicate information and the prosecutes they offer. They set up a 1 on 1 consultation to discuss all your blood work markers and explain everything without all the extra medical jargon. Highly recommend

The WORST experience ever. Awful customer service, I paid $580 for a 10ml vial. I was advised I would get 16-2.5mg doses. I got only 6 doses from my vial. I followed the proper process reaching out for assistance and kept getting redirected to text them at various numbers, bounced around from each number, each one responding that the other number would help me. You can only text. There is no option to speak to someone. I emailed them and was told to text. I have been asked about my dosage, what I am injecting etc. I confirmed I have been dosing correctly. Last two responses have been the same and that there is no way that their computerized system could have made an error and that they have quality checks in place. Computers make mistakes and clearly my vial was shorted. And to add insult to all of this, they made a “good gesture” offer of 5% off my next order. Beyond insulting. I am out of several hundred dollars and have no more medicine in my vial. Very sad to see this is how they treat their customers.Stacey Robinson

The process was incredibly easy, I was interested in anti aging treatments, I was able to book a consultation online to speak with a practitioner who gave me several options which was nice. I tried a peptide therapy and MIC B12 shots, which are both taken through a shot, but VV sends everything included with your prescription - medical supplies etc if needed to take it. The MIC B12 is a new fav of mine as it boosts energy and can help support mood.I love that everything is shipped right to my door. I was on Mounjaro for a hot minute but had to pay full price since my insurance didnt cover it, I saw lots of ads for compounded tirzepatide but after working with a couple of other providers I found them to be expensive as well since I had to pay the $100 fee to the telemed doctor for the prescription each time I needed a new vial. Then I found VALHALLA!!! They have been absolutely wonderful! When I have questions for the Dr they answer right away via text and I only paid a once yearly fee! The shipping is dependent upon the pharmacy but generally I get my vials within a week of my order through Valhalla. I have recommended them to so many people! They are the best in the business IMO!
