First time patient. Process was fast and front desk help was perfect and professional. When seen - nurse and doctor were great. Seriously, not one person there could have done a better job than they did.

I love this place! Staff is so friendly! Fast service but they take good care of you! My daughter and I use this place! I actually like them better than her pediatrician and my PCP! We don’t go anywhere else!

Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff which is refreshing in an era which that seems te be harder te find… indeed I would recommend this place to anyone.Top drawer.And as far as diagnostic capabilities go, the Clans man the Highlander’s the man.

Great staff, attentive doctors. My child got sick, I easily registered online for a convenient time, we were accepted very quickly. I don’t know English well, but this was not a problem for communicating with doctors and at the reception. Thank you very much for your work and help.

I had upper respiratory issues and wasnt feeling well. I couldnt get in to my own doctors the same day so I called Liberty and was in same afternoon. For being near the holidays and with so many sick the wait time wasnt bad at all,maybe 30 minutes. The checkin is super easy because you can fill out paperwork ahead ,if you want. The staff were nice. The Dr was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. I would recommend this provider.

Minimum wait time, doctor/np who took time to speak to me and explain. I never feel like a number or cattle being herded through. Office staff is always friendly! My kids love the nurses and doctors. Dr. Campbell and Nurse Maggie are rock stars!

I had to follow up and I saw Dr Campbell again and very grateful that it seems Im getting better. Theyre very pleasant and helpful at the office and I appreciate Dr Campbells help.

From the front desk to Ma to Np today was amazing . Couldnt pick a better urgent care and team to help my son out today.

No stars, Dr. never came to work. Office opened at 9:00 and after checking in we were told that there was no doctor. I left but called in about 90 minutes later and still no doctor. I went elsewhere and will never return.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming the experience was great. Solv was easy to use and the wait time was short. Dr. Campbell and the nurse practitioner student were very thorough and were able to send my meds right to the pharmacy. I definitely recommend the Huntingdon Valley Liberty

The nurse who did my vitals, collected my blood and urine sample Did such an awesome job at making me feel comfortable and making me laugh, when I was coming in to the office so nervous and anxious about what the results could be.  She truly has the heart that I believe it takes to be a great nurse. Thank you so much for making my visit the best that it could have been

Although we did not get treated here this afternoon, I want to leave a positive review anyway. We walked in because my son injured his hand during his baseball game. Hailey greeted us immediately. We told her what was going on and she promptly told us that he would likely need an XRay, but the facility could not offer that today due to being understaffed. She informed me that this is the case at many local urgent cares and recommended I call before selecting another before I make the trip. I appreciated this immensely because I really hate to waste time. Thank you for the honesty and recommendation.This facility is clean and welcoming. Obviously we hope to never have a need to return but if we should Id be comfortable going here for any urgent healthcare needs.

Liberty Primary Care is awesome. Fran NP (I think that’s her name) and the nurse (forgot her name) are very kind, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I truly felt safe knowing that they were my primary care providers.They are also very thorough. They did a full check up and every test imagines me for my condition. They really wanted to make sure I was healthy and good.Love this place!

Made an online reservation for 10:40am. Upon check in there were 2 people in the waiting room. Shortly after check in those two people were seen. 3 more people walk in as Im waiting with a sick child and 2 were taken back before us. Their website states that its just a reservation to hold your spot rather than walking in and having to wait and also states that those who seem more sick will be seen ahead of those who arent there for illness. Non of the 4 who were seen before us seemed sick at all, I heard the one guy...he was there for a rash.... mean while my kid was slouched over on the chair and had chills...clearly not feeling well. We finally get called back at 11:30....the girl (long red hair) who took us back was absolutely MISERABLE and unfriendly even towards my 9yr old. We go in the room and she does a strep swab and tells us well have results in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later the Dr finally comes in (really nice lady). Strep confirmed and we were finally on our way.I wont ever visit this location again! I absolutely dislike urgent care centers in general but our pediatrician couldnt see him so we had no choice.

They take too long to help you. I’ve been sitting here for more than an hour. They’ve moved me down even though I was second on the waiting list (moved me down #5) Staff is friendly but the waiting is too long.

The office was clean and they have a friendly staff. The physician was pleasant and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR DMV physical exam. Waiting time is 2h+ and it will drive you crazy, imagine how it feels like to be in the line that is not moving at all for 2h+ and then going to DMV and standing in the line there as well. Please, find another place for physical exam which by the way is completely useless thing that is mandatory to do to get drivers license.

BEWARE!! Be ready to be judged and only accepted if you are in line with the physicians opinions. I would give them negative stars if I could. They turned my family away based on their own agenda and personal opinions related to vaccines. This is only directed to the physician. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.We are looking into how to report the physician for unethical practices.

Liberty Urgent Care was by far the best urgent care experience I have had to date. This facility is extremely clean, the woman at the front desk was very helpful. They have you do all your intake information from your phone, so its very easy and fast. I went this past Saturday to see if I had strep throat. The NP I saw was able to see what poor condition my throat was in, and quickly prescribed me an antibiotic and a steroid. They got the medications over to CVS quickly, she even switched what they initially prescribed when I explained I had issues with that medication in the past. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility.

The only urgent care my family will go to! They have always treated us with respect, been helpful and kind- beyond words. So kind that when I broke my toes the gentlemen helped me with my work stuff in carrying it to my work vehicle… there is no good urgent cares in my opinion left, let alone someone who would go above and beyond to do that. I’ll never forget that kind man, and all of the staff that day. Today, My husband is so sick & they’re closing I explained to him they don’t open until 12 he may have to go to another one & he says idk I’m waiting, they are the only ones I’ll go to. These guys are all amazing here, I’d drive an hour away if needed bc there isn’t anyone else quite like them. My hubby doesn’t do drs or urgent cares only here.. keep up the great work! Visited Liberty Urgent Care in the morning on Saturday February 25, 2023. Pain in the left ear. Was told it was just a wax issue. Got my ear flashed. Was told I do not need anything else, so no other medicine was given to me. My ear did not stop hurting me since. My condition progressively becoming worse.Despite the fact that overall experience was very pleasant I have to question professional skills of the particular medical professional which treated me.

Hailey is always very pleasant thorough and helpful. The front desk Melissa and Lechelle were also very pleasant

Staff are always friendly, courteous, most helpful handling insurance inquiries.Facility is bright, clean, and a comfortable atmosphere.Doctors have been kind, patient, and take time to listen.

I was there with my daughter who had a sore throat and ulcer on her tonsils. The nurse practitioner did not check her ears nor her nose. She could not find the ulcer until I offered to show her where it was even though it was so large I could see it as soon as my daughter opened her mouth. She did not look at the documentation I completed at registration to confirm that my daughter did not have a medication allergy , she just asked if she was allergic to anything. She did not confirm what other meds my daughter, was on even though I had documented them, to determine if there was contraindication to the steroid they were having her swallow. We asked her about the magic mouthwash, which she agreed would be appropriate, but did not recommend it without me asking about it. She was visibly defensive when I asked her to repeat herself multiple times when I had already told her I was deaf. She ultimately removed her mask without asking us if we were comfortable with her removing her mask (we were fine with this but I have never been to a healthcare provider that did not ask first prior to removing a mask). She seemed quite annoyed when I asked her if my daughter was cleared to go to school and work tomorrow even though it is viral. She did a quick strep but never suggested a culture.. She spent no time with my daughter even though she was truly the only patient there. I guess that explains why there were no other patients. Terrible experience. We will never go back.

Love the online tool. Can check in from home and get a text when its tome to head over. A bit if a wait when we did arrive though. However, time in the exam room and leaving with test results and meds sent as under 20 minutes! Very friendly staff and super clean!

Was charged a $100 copay. Should have only been $15. Had to ask three times to verify amount.

They were great. Signed in online before I left. My daughter scratched her eye 5pm on a Friday. They got her in, tested her eye and out with a script for drops. Thank you so much!

Liberty Urgent care got me in and out for my DOT physical efficiently. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My Fire Department uses them for our yearly physicals as well. Thanks Matt!

Today I needed a COVID test as I had to leave the state over the weekend. I made an appt last week at a test site in Philadelphia Mills mall. I went at my scheduled time and was told that they ran out of tests. I was in a bind as I needed a negative test to return to work. I call this site and was helped nicely on the phone. I was 1 hour away and headed right there. After arriving I gave them my insurance info and some basic info and the sent me back for the test. I am not fond of this procedure but they were good and it was pretty easy. The staff was professional and I left with a big smile on my face. 20 minutes later and they video called me with the negative result. 2 hours later the email was in my inbox and I was able to sent he info to my work for approval to return to work. I highly recommend Liberty Urgent Care testing if you need to get tested! Thank you Liberty and your amazing staff at this facility!

I had an appointment at 12:40. I was seen at 2!!! For some reason when ever I see Dr Campbell his scripts are questioned. The pharmacist had to call to get a name of a doctor who is authorized to write a prescriptions. What is this about??

Fantastic, two very nice ladies took care of me getting my Covid test today. I walked in with no appointment, there was no line, got my test done and I was out. They people were very nice, professional and fast. The entire process took maybe 2 minutes.

Went in to get my ears unclogged after a huge build up. Squirted peroxide in my ears and it was out in no time. Easy fix and quick job. Excellent work Liberty!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I went there for a covid test yesterday, I had called the day before and I was told there were no appointments, just walk in. So I walk in around 2:00 pm, they tell me I need to book a time slot (so... an appointment), but there are no more time slots available for the rest of the day. When I told the front desk there were no more time slots, the lady who was working on a computer in the background actually laughed out loud. Like it was a joke. So for everyone who wants a covid test here, just know that they are rude and truly dont care about you. And you do need an appointment, but instead of an appointment they call it holding your spot in line but you need to book it way ahead of time. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

I recently went in for a rapid Covid test. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw Allison, Kayla & Micah. They were quick with registration, explained everything thoroughly & I had my results before I even got home. I definitely recommend them for rapid Covid tests!

Needed a lasting minute, same day rapid PCR test for covid. I easily set up an appointment and was in and out quickly. Tommy and Jamie were great!

After an unpleasant experience at another location, Dr. Soiferman reached out to me personally and rectified the situation. We came to this location instead and it was outstanding. This will be our go to urgent care from now on!
